Towards the end of the night as everyone was getting ready to leave he noticed I was a bit tipsy and offered to take the train with me. Mind you we barely know each other and doesn't live on my line. I'm guessing he meant halfway! Anyway, he later changed his mind and said he'll pay for a cab for me to go home, but someone else I know ended up doing it instead. He was very insistent about using his money for pay. I could have paid for me own cab. I should add he also started calling me, "My Dear". The next day he sends me a message saying, "glad you got home safe'. You played the piano beautifully last night! I basically thanked him for looking out for me and thanked him for the compliment in a joking way. Weeks later his friend, who I see often, stops by. I noticed he decided to stay in the doorway. I then told him "Happy New Year" from where he was and he acted like he seemed to not want to respond back, he turned away, and then moved behind the wall where I can't see him. Later I saw him walking in the hallway and he started looking dead at my face in a serious way as we walked past each other. I've also noticed this person treats me differently when he's around other people compared to when I'm alone with him. When I'm alone, he talks to me in a serious tone. I found it odd he started acting anxious and fidgety to leave. |

These two girls both made eye contact and smiled at me a lot they always smiled. He grew up and still has a super rough unstable life with a lot of family drama so he goes through some phases of depression here and there, except for when he's around me he says I make all of his worries better. We went to the same school but he recently just moved 5 hours away and I'm unable to visit him. I noticed a change in him a few days ago. I've noticed and he told me that he's depressed and he doesn't want to talk about it. He's shutting me out and I hate not being able to do anything and when I asked him about it, he says that he suposes he's been shutting me out because I'm not there with him so it's "different" and there's nothing I can really do about it and he wants to get through it alone. I'm assuming it has to do with more family drama circumstances. Just because I can't be there with him doesn't mean I don't care though. He's been sleeping a lot and he barely talks compared to how he used to and I'm worried about him and I want to know if there's anything I can do about it? I know sadness and depression are different, you can't really cheer up depression. I refuse to let him go through this alone though and I told him I'm here for him. Any suggestions? |
