Question: What's wrong with my wife ? Posted: 16 Jan 2019 09:35 PM PST Me and my wife were at the store yesterday usually when we're out I kiss her she normally doesn't mind that but she got upset with me yesterday she said it was really embarrassing. Me and her have a daughter who is 2 weeks old she's been suffering from postpartum depression it's been making her act weird like this. One day she's happy that I kiss her that she loves it next day she gets mad says I embarrass her which she's never said before. It's been making her act and say weird things. I really hope this is normal I never heard of a woman doing this. My sister didn't do this after she got pregnant and had her baby she was just fine. She's crazy about her husband too but she didn't act this way towards him. What's wrong with her ? Is this normal also how can I help her feel better ? |

Posted: 16 Jan 2019 08:25 PM PST I mean what else explains 65/100 or some **** of guys going out to find other action in the 1st seven years of marriage. Or that roughly 99/100 of guys don't get near enough sex after marriage, and they put that at the top of the list of marital complaints. Because there really is no other explanation. |

Question: Should I trust my long distance boyfriend ? Posted: 16 Jan 2019 05:27 PM PST We met online and when we first met we had a strong connection. He is a gentleman and he said before that he hates how some men treat women. He already made us engaged 3 days into us talking. He said I'd be a great wife and mother. He's 21 and I'm 18. I went with the engagement because I liked talking. He always says sweet nice things to me and sometimes it's honestly too much. He said he would do anything for me. Few weeks later I broke off the engagement because I'm only 18 and not ready. He was fine with that and we agreed to just date. Then few days later he brings up our future Again and talks about our family. He's already looking at apartments In my state and city. Yesterday I find out he went back on the app we met on and he talked dirty to girls. He said he was just role playing and he apologized. I was very upset with him. He apologized and said he wished he was there to make it up to me. Should I trust him ? |
Question: Are these subtle signs that she was using me and is a gold digger? Posted: 16 Jan 2019 03:29 PM PST I'm 39 and she's 21. She was almost immediately infatuated with me. She makes $10/hr working part time, lived at home with her parents who treat her like a queen. They cook her meals, do her laundry but she wanted her own place I was so excited to have a younger attractive girl interested that I took her on a nice vacation, all expenses paid. She didn't offer to pitch in but it was a gift While we were on the trip she took a lot of selfies and posted them on her facebook and instagram. She also posted photos of the meals we ate at expensive restaurants. Steak, lobster, pasta, shrimp cocktail, craft beer and fine wine etc. She also took photos of the scenery at the beach and some of the nice places I took her. She didn't post any photos of us together but only posted a pic of her wearing my football jersey on the beach. A part of me wondered if she did that to show off that she was on a fancy trip being wined and dined by a mystery guy. She didn't mention my name in any of the posts or anything. Shortly after we got back from the trip I was smitten because I was blown away by the sex and all my guy friends and football buddies were envious. I wanted to keep her around so I got us a nice luxury apartment, fully furnished with all furniture that she picked out. I paid the rent and all I asked is she pay for the groceries. Now she wants to travel more but she doesnt have any money saved and she brought up kids and marriage and how she wants to settle down. Is she a gold digger I live comfortably and make around 75k per year, the norm for a guy my age but to a 21 year old thats a lot of money. So I'm not saying I'm rich by any means |

Question: I'm scared my husband won't be able to bond with our baby due to working out of town.? Posted: 16 Jan 2019 12:24 PM PST I'm five months pregnant with our first child, and my husband is going to start working out of town (actually, out of state) next month. He'll be doing shutdowns, and his first hitch is only going to be around three hours away, so right now, it doesn't seem like a huge deal since that's within easy driving distance, but I worry that the next hitch (and the one after that, and so forth) will be too far away for me to visit on the weekends. The first hitch will be over before she's born, but I'm sure the next one will have already started by that time, and with him being a new employee, I find it hard to believe that he would be able to get time off to come home. Basically, I'm terrified that he's going to miss the birth (something I honestly don't think I could ever forgive him for, as terrible as it sounds), and I'm also scared that he and our daughter won't be able to bond the way they should with him being gone so much. I know he's just doing what he has to do to provide for us, but it feels like he's trading our family away for money, and it hurts. So, my question to any ladies who have husbands working out of town/state is, how are your kids affected? Do they still have a good relationship with their dad, and if so, how do you make that happen when he's never around? |

Question: Am I sexy? How can I look sexier ? Posted: 16 Jan 2019 11:37 AM PST Do I sound like I look sexy? How can I look sexier? I really want to be!? I'm 5ft 8 and weigh 117 lbs. I'm the same complexion as Gabrielle Union and have jetblack hair that is layered around my face. My hair is long and either wavy or curly depending on the occasion. I also like to wear in it a bun, but still have it layered around my face. I have been told that I have beautiful facial features and even told I'm pretty by a professor lol. I have big eyes and for a black person, a pointed nose. I have smooth skin and like to wear makeup that makes my skin glow. I also have very well groomed eyebrows. I'm 26! |
Question: Is there any hope for my marriage if I don't like my in-laws? Posted: 16 Jan 2019 10:32 AM PST I have been married for almost ten years. I don't like my wife's family. It's a personality issue like an oil and water mix. No one has done anything to anyone, it's just that their personalities grate on me. I am tired of being around them. Is there anything that can be done or is my marriage over? |
Question: How do I deal with my wife's control freak of an older sister? Posted: 16 Jan 2019 10:19 AM PST My wife is from a family of two brothers and two sisters. Her older sister is the second oldest and thinks she is in charge of everything. She also sees herself as the family watchdog and enforcer. I have stood up to her on two occasions regarding a child discipline issue regarding my children and a dispute over what we were going to do on a particular day. Each time I stood up to her, she went running to my wife and told her what I did and this resulted in a tense conversation with my wife. Some might say she ratted me out to my wife. I can't say that I disagree. My wife insists her sister was trying to be helpful and sometimes doesn't realize what she is doing. If I ever tried that excuse with my wife, I somehow don't think it would fly. What is the solution to all of this! |
Question: Why some rich people aren't happy? Posted: 16 Jan 2019 10:10 AM PST Like many rich couples divorce ot take drugs and alcohol. Like why some rich people aren't happy with themselves |
Question: Is my husband growing taller than me? Posted: 16 Jan 2019 10:00 AM PST Our 5 year anniversary is coming up, and my husband is now significantly taller than me. I am 5 1", and have been for years. we were married at the age of 21 (he being 4 months older). The photos from our wedding shows him a few inches taller than me, where his nose was in line with my forehead. He jokingly claims I am shrinking. He is incredibly fit (landscaper for about 6 years now), with a resting heart rate of 50 or below. Lots of muscle, and very strong and quick on his feet. He was a late bloomer, still retaining some childish tendencies, but how I see it, that s what makes our marriage fun. Is it possible for a man in his mid- to early-twenties to continue growing? |
Question: Does cheating deserve a life sentence? Posted: 16 Jan 2019 08:36 AM PST About 5 or so years ago I found out that my husband had cheated on me with a girl he met online. He left his phone on the bed one day and I went snooping. He said it only happened once. We went to several counselors to try and get past it and things have been up and down since then. We have good times then I'll see a sign and makes me wonder if he's still up to something. The other night he was in the kitchen cooking and his phone was on the sofa. A text message came in. My husband has an app on his phone that announces who is texting. "Text message from mom." "Text message from boss." Or even, "call from sister." This time it only said the number so that obviously wasn't a contact saved in his phone. I stood there and waited. He walks into the living room, checks the phone, puts it back down, and goes back into the kitchen. I'm looking at him like WTF!!!! I say to him, "are we going to start this again?" He looks at me like, "what are you talking about?" I then asked him who was that who just text him? granted, I usually know because it'll be a contact but this wasn't a contact. He says the text message was for him and not me. We get into an argument and he makes the statement, "you're not going to keep bringing up old stuff even after we've been to counseling. It was a text message, not a pair of panties." Granted, it's been some 5 years or so but should he just answer my questions anytime I ask him? Is cheating a life sentence of torture toward He then felt the need to remind me that I cheated on him before we got married and were living together. I felt like what happened before we said I do carries less weight than what happened after we said I do. |

Question: How can I get out of debt if my wife keeps over spending.? Posted: 16 Jan 2019 07:18 AM PST So My wife and I have some credit card debt. To get rid of it I have been listening to Dave Ramsy and he has great advise. the only issue is there is no way my wife will go along with it. Any suggestions???? His plan requires you to pretty much live like a poverty stricken person until the debt is gone. |

Question: Is anyone else sex life affected by toddler? Posted: 16 Jan 2019 06:50 AM PST We don't really have sex anymore and wife is upset with me about it, our 2 year sleeps with us. We use to have sex other places in house but she doesn't want to do it with me outside of the bed but is upset with me like it's my fault. |
Question: Should I be mad about my fiancé bringing up my infidelity a year after the fact? Posted: 16 Jan 2019 04:22 AM PST I'm going to make this as short as possible and not go on a rant. I cheated on my boyfriend (at the time) over a year ago and he was well aware of it. He decided to forgive me and everything has been okay. He proposed to me several months later and I said yes with the assumption that we were past my terrible decision. Most recently, we got into an argument over something that was completely his fault. Instead of apologizing, he felt the need to bring up my infidelity that occurred over a year ago. I've been good to him since then and have proved that I'm a good person with good intentions. We had a week-long argument/silent treatment and during that time, he felt compelled to tell his family that I cheated over a year ago. Well, we've reconciled after the fact. I just had to put my pride to the side and ignore the fact I didn't get the apology I wanted. Sometimes, I feel like he brought my bad decision up to deflect from his wrongdoing, as well as to get sympathy from his family who now doesn't approve of me. I know I put myself in that situation, but I can't help but to feel ashamed and embarrassed. My question is, should I be mad that he told or am I just being inconsiderate of his need to vent about something he hasn't fully healed from? |
Question: My husband is constantly looking up his ex on Facebook? Posted: 16 Jan 2019 04:14 AM PST He has his Facebook page opened on our shared computer. i noticed that he looked her up on his birthday last year in November. i posted about it here before and people said it was not a big deal I didn't say anything after that. Now he looks her up every other day. |
Question: Is this normal for a man ? Posted: 15 Jan 2019 09:50 PM PST Me and my wife are both depressed after having our daughter at first I was really excited now I'm sad and depressed like her. I heard of women being depressed after having a baby but not men. I been depressed for a while now but I was really happy and excited to be a father now I'm back to being sad again. I don't cry in front of her because I have to be strong for her and for both of us and especially our daughter. Whenever she cries I just hug her or cuddle with her if she wants to. If I do cry I either cry by myself or to my best friend who also happens to be her brother. I never heard of men having postpartum depression after their kids are born it sure is coming back to me for some reason. She's been going through this for 2 weeks since she had our daughter this is our first baby by the way. It really hurt me last week she told her brother that she waited until me and our daughter went to bed so she could try to kill herself. Her brother is a doctor he's been trying to help us. Is it normal for men to have postpartum depression too ? Is it OK to cry in front of her ? |
Question: Guy friend doesn't act the same anymore--why? Posted: 15 Jan 2019 05:53 PM PST We've known each other since June 2016. We became friends in March 2017. For a while, we were pretty close. We still have a VERY deep bond when we're around each other, but we're not around each other much anymore. So, this man is married and has been married for many years. I've had a boyfriend for almost 4 months. I do have feelings for my friend, but I've kept my feelings controlled and have never outwardly shown my friend any signs of romantically admiring him. I don't think his wife knows either, as she's always very nice to me and treats me like family when we're around each other. For a little while now, my friend hasn't been showing me the same attention he used to. It's stupid, but he stopped commenting on and "liking" my FB posts in late 2017. He had wished me a happy birthday via Facebook last January and he was my longest wall post on my birthday. This year, he didn't bother to wish me a happy birthday at all. Also, he told me a week or so ago that his wife and him and their kids would plan to be at my birthday lunch this past weekend and I found out just a couple hours before that he had to work and that they wouldn't be able to make it. He couldn't bother to tell me sooner?! The weird thing is, whenever we'd be alone, we could talk forever about any random thing. There was never an awkward silence. Whenever we'd be around others, he'd barely speak to me. My mom even noticed it once and asked me about it. He also hasn't tried to get to know my boyfriend. As I was saying, he hasn't even tried to get to know my boyfriend, although a while back, he acted like he wanted to meet and approve of any guy I may be interested in starting a relationship with. Why do you think he's suddenly changed? I know he's REALLY busy, but I don't feel important to him as a friend anymore. I jokingly told him I was sorry for annoying him once and he told me I wasn't annoying. Also, when we're alone, he expresses concern for me...like making sure I'm comfortable. Recently, he took me home from work and asked if my brother was home (my brother and I live together at the moment) and I said no and he said he'd wait to make sure I got inside okay before pulling out of the driveway. He seems to really care about me, but then other times acts like he could care less--why do you think that is? sheloves_dablues, I may be "immature", but at least I'm not bitter and rude. |
