Posted: 18 Jan 2019 05:47 PM PST It comes to a point where she insults him in front of me if both our friend groups hang and he's coming she won't want to come because he's there and I make sure to treat them both equally but it comes to a point where I don't want to lose any of them |

Question: My friend is taking my lunch money.? Posted: 18 Jan 2019 05:40 PM PST Hi, so I'm in high school and I have a best friend who I have been friends with for 5 years. At first my friend asked for some lunch money and I gave him $3.50. I thought it was a one time thing but it has been going on for about a month now. This friend does get money for lunch but refuses to use it because he is saving it to buy something. I don't like the situation I'm in because I know he won't pay me back. It sort of became like a daily norm where I'm just expected to pay for his lunch money when it's definitely not my responsibility. I feel used but I don't know what my friend's intentions are. If I tell my parents, I know that they won't be ok with this and it makes me feel bad to spend the money they give me on something that they are not ok with. So, I want to get out of this situation and want to stop it in it's tracks before it progresses because if there is one thing I hate, it surely is being used especially since I always give my best and outmost sincerity and care in friendships. What do you guys think I should do? |
Question: 14 Year old dating 13 Year old? Posted: 18 Jan 2019 05:30 PM PST Can a 14 Year old date a 13 Year old without it being weird? |
Posted: 18 Jan 2019 04:45 PM PST Fair? Would you talk to this friend and keep being friendly with her? |
Posted: 18 Jan 2019 04:11 PM PST Online because of distance, did not return or reply to you on FB in 30 days, even though they have obviously been on, would you just figure the friendship went as far as it is going, and just kind of write it off? |
Question: How do I get over guilt? Posted: 18 Jan 2019 04:04 PM PST I don't feel guilty over one thing in particular, but for the past few days I've been feeling kind of guilty. I was watching my old youtube videos, and I logged onto my old facebook account that I haven't used in close to 10 years, and it made me feel pretty bad. I always thought people were kind of a d*ck to me for no reason, but now looking back, I see it was probably just more of in reaction to me being the original jerk. This girl who was my girlfriend in middle school would sometimes post stuff on my page, like remember when we went to the movie theater, and I didn't even respond. And I was kind of like that to everyone, I never thought about them at all. Looking back I see how inconsiderate I was to the people who were my friends, and my family. I would also make these youtube videos at school, of me just doing random stuff and secretly filming, and seeing myself and the footage, I was a complete jerk. Maybe it's how a lot of people are when they're young, but I was just really cold. I used to play with my hamsters by putting them in hamster balls and rolling them down the stairs, and pretty much just torturing them. I even broke one of their foots by accidentally closing its foot in a toy car, and I kind of laughed about it after I noticed I was closing it on its foot. I also had a dog that really loved me, and I would completely ignore it and lack slap it to make it go away. There's so much more too, all around I feel horrible about the past, and kind of am burdened |

Question: My friend is an emo poser what should I do? Posted: 18 Jan 2019 03:00 PM PST I have this friend at school and she tries to be "emo", she dyed her hair black, she says things like "do you know why I dyed my hair? its cause im so sad and emo". It's very cringy. we got back from Christmas break last week and she told me "I got emo clothes for Christmas!!!" she also listens to screamo music and some weird emotional crybaby music, she also draws sad little anime characters in her notebook, she wasn't like this a year ago, she just changed a few months ago and she just got her lip pierced. Does she sound like a poser? it's really bothering me. She used to be normal. |
Question: Do you think teens who join the military don't know what they actually want in life? Posted: 18 Jan 2019 02:37 PM PST A lot of high schoolers at my school who want to join the military. Make bad grades, are arguably stupid (think a dog can get a human pregnant with a half-dog half-human child), and spend most of their times getting high in class. It's like that's their safest plan. They can't do anything else but join the military. Some of them even said they just wanna join since they want to shoot people, like ISIS. |
Question: Im almost convinced the idea of a God is bs? Posted: 18 Jan 2019 12:54 PM PST Here I am, 19 years old. In college, I hate it. Parents divorced about 10 years ago and still fight all the time. Never had many friends growing up, basically none in high school. Barely talk to my mom. Had self esteem and anxiety/depression problems for years and this winter has definitely been my worst being home and constantly pissing off my family from being grouchy. I feel like people in my fraternity think I'm weird. Never had a girlfriend and still no really close friends. Awkward and shy at parties still and tend to lock up. Tried medications and they don't work. What the f*ck gives? I know I'm not that bad of a person. I don't want to be miserable forever. |

Question: Is she a narcissist???!!!? Posted: 18 Jan 2019 11:42 AM PST This friend I like very much (lesbians) we met on Facebook. She can fly off the handle for small reasons, she will swear at me call me names, she will not meet me (she is real a friend lives near her and defo she Lives alone) she is only 20 mins from me. She can talk for hours about herself but I find her interesting and very clever so I like to listen. But it seems to be if I make a slight mistake she will punish me. She has just 4 days ago flew into a rage cause I didn't reply to a message but it was 2am I did explain but she says bad things and who will want a friend like me, I manage to get her to have me back as a friend although am still not a friend on Facebook I have her number. We where very close we once Spent 24 hours on the phone staying up all New Year's Eve and day with her. It's been 4 days of silent treatment it's killimg me. I have said sorry and begged her to be my friend. I tried to message her I said hi how are you all I got was "fine" I knew by this that was all I was getting. Going from talking and txting all day every day to nothing has upset me. Some one said she is a narcissist and to run for my life from her. Could she be one??? |
Question: How do I tell my friend i dont want to babysit anymore? Posted: 18 Jan 2019 10:52 AM PST So my best friend and I knew each other since 3rd grade got pregnant at 20 Lost contact with the baby's father. So during this the time she was pregnant I told her I would watch the baby whenever she needs me and I would be the honarary godmother Anyway, after turning 21 I think she's taking advantage of me because she's legal to drink alcohol. I watch her baby probably all weekend so she gets to party and go clubbing meanwhile I'm at the club and I watch her baby on Wednesdays because she has date nights. I've been doing this for free about a year now because she's my best friend. When I told her I think I need to be getting paid for this she just gives me $15 for watching her child all night. How can I tell her that i don't wish to watch her child anymore? I want my own life. |
Question: Why do people judge me? Posted: 18 Jan 2019 07:58 AM PST I had a friend who said that people judged her because she was friends with me and I don't understand what I do to be judged? I liked a lot of guys but that's the only thing. I'm nice to everyone and don't cause any drama? and yet people still judge me? It wants to make me cry so much. |

XOX R" does it sound like he feels bad? and does this message indicate that he really cares about me as a friend at least? or does it seem cold? will choose a best answer and thanks |
Question: This is one of the messages he sent me after he friendzoned me..what do u think? Posted: 18 Jan 2019 04:50 AM PST this is a copy of the message sent from a friend that I had a short lived fling with..he just wants to be platonic friends now..but I dont know if I want to even bother with him anymore at this point. The following is what he said to me... "I think you should look hard at the fact that I still like you and want to be your friend and do things with you. Thank about that over any rejection you feel about the specifics of our relationship." does that sound like a nice message? or does it sound stuck up and full of himself? should I even bother being friends with him? will choose a best answer and thanks |
Question: Is it bad that I don’t want my friend to work with me? Posted: 18 Jan 2019 04:35 AM PST So I got a job a couple months back, and my unemployed friend keeps asking me to refer her, talk to my boss for her, etc. I just don't want to have her working with me. It's not that I don't like her, it's just that I've made friends at work, and people know me for me. I don't want to have my friend take that. What should I do? |
Question: My friends don t like me, should I stop being with them? Posted: 18 Jan 2019 12:41 AM PST whenever I m around my friends they rarely listen to what I say or ignore that I m there. Question: My friend is living with a stalker.? Posted: 17 Jan 2019 11:51 PM PST My friend (who we will call A) is living with a guy (Z) who is very obsessed with her. He says he loves her, and although she has told him she doesn't feel the same, insists that he has a chance with her. A is uncomfortable and sometimes scared to live in her own home. The two share a bathroom and every day Z leaves A "love letters" for her to see when she wakes up and goes to get ready in the morning. She has told him to stop, and he doesnt. Z leaves flowers on her car while she's at work, and surprises her with flowers in the bathroom occasionally. Z isolates himself from their mutual friends and tries to to convince A that it is their friends doing. He tries to manipulate her sympathy. He uses her perfume, and has taken her clothing to sleep with. A is very shy and soft spoken when it comes to confronting him about this stuff, but when she does, he twists it around and makes her the bad guy. She can't move out of the house, and doesn't know what to do. Is cutting Z off completely a viable solution, considering they see eachother every day? What could A do to make statements without actually confronting him with conversation? Any tips or help would be appreciated. |
Question: Is my friend Colby Olms in the US army? Posted: 17 Jan 2019 10:23 PM PST I'm trying to find a family member in the us army |
Question: How do you make peace with a ruined friendship? Posted: 17 Jan 2019 10:01 PM PST I recently had a friendship break up with a friend and even though I m no longer dwelling on the details. I still feel this sorrow that s hanging over me like a cloud. All I want is am apology but she refuses to give it. I just want to know how to move on. |
Question: My friend hasn’t paid back? Posted: 17 Jan 2019 09:12 PM PST My friend hasn't paid back a ticket to an event we planned to go together. What should I do if they don't pay for the ticket when the date comes? I also don't feel comfortable going with them anymore. I've confronted them 2 times already and made it very clear that I was upset but they still haven't paid? They also post pics of them spending on dumb expensive **** all the time and I'm ANGRY because I know the tickets didn't cost that much. Is it fair to ask someone else to go with me if they don't pay back? |
Question: Can y’all help me write a paragraph to my friend? Posted: 17 Jan 2019 08:16 PM PST Hes been depressed and I want him to wake up to something sweet and nice. Hes also been cutting and stuff so please bring that in if you can. |
Question: How to deal with a former narcissistic friend who is stalking me through mutual friends? Posted: 17 Jan 2019 07:53 PM PST I had a narcissist friend that I went "no contact" since 2014. Unfortunately, I am engaged to her cousin. I tried to be civil but she was childish & gave me an attitude every time, so I just avoid her. I don't speak ill of her at all, keep it nice/professional with the family. They know but are NOT uncomfortable by it. Shel will try to find out what's going on w. my life. She's not close to my fiancé but will butter him up, then ask about me; she ran into my mom at work & did the same (mom thought it was weird she was asking about me when we were all under one roof on Christmas Eve the day before where she COULD'VE talked to me); she'll run into my best friend & asked her to hang out. My friend suggested to invite me & the narc said, "no, she doesn't really hang out." My friend felt weird bc their connection was through me. Recently, the narc used her husband as her mouthpiece. Acc to my friend, he called asking to head over to their place, inquiring about a job that my friend's husband works for. When he got there, all he did was overstay his welcome and GOSSIP. He told my friend that his mission was to get his wife (the narc) and me back together as friends (honestly, we were never friends. I was a naive nice girl who was used/abused). My friend was shocked & learned that he was a big gossip, as he was trying to get info from me. She said he was trying to sway them one way. My friend said she felt that he wasn't there to ask about a job but to find a way to gossip about me Interestingly enough, he had a new job this whole time (before he met with my friend). Also, the narc's husband's niece would randomly text me, thinking I'm the narc, which is weird. I always reply back w. "wrong #". Then the narc would text me with, "who's this?" It's all obviously orchestrated. I have been trying to keep grey rock & not respond bc she wants a reaction but it's all too much now. I don't understand her obsession/stalking/brainwashing my friends...even my mom?! I have talked to her in the past but of course, she twists me words & paints me as the bad guy. Her family looked at me as if I were the one with the problem bc somehow confronting someone is "aggressive". She wants me to be provoked. I almost lost all my friends to her brainwashing ways. People believed these lies/rumors about me, personal things in my life, & my relationship |
Question: Why would a friend say "I can listen but I am not a counselor"? Posted: 17 Jan 2019 06:56 PM PST A friend asked me about a relationship. I started to tell her and she said at one point "I can listen but I am not a counselor". I have listened to her as well and i know she isn't a counselor and she was listening because we are friends. I found that comment confusing. I asked her "Am I making you feel uncomfortable?" and she said "no". Why would someone who is not a counselor tell you they aren't one? |
Question: Why did she betray me?????? Posted: 17 Jan 2019 06:22 PM PST My name is Jake and im 23 years old, i had a work friend named Sara who worked on the same floor as me. She was 34 and I had a crush on her, but she's married and has kids so i obviously never tried to pursue anything. We would laugh and smile all the time, she told my friends that she really enjoys my company at work. At times she would even flirt with me. But other coworkers thought it was innapropriate for me and Sara to be good friends, because she's married and everyone knew i liked her. Later other coworkers went to manager to talk bad about sara, and they told management that Me and Sara talk all day. My manager told me to stay away from Sarah's department unless its work related. Me and Sara still talked a little bit behind everyone's backs. She told me she was stressed and upset because she told me her job was in Jeopardy. I felt bad soo 1 day i bought Sara a Christmas gift card with $20. I still would go to Sarah's department because i had documents to fill out once a day, but we ignored each other to avoid drama. 2 days later i had a meeting with my manager because Sara sent a long email saying " she feels uncomfortable coming to work with all this drama, and that my presence is a threat to her at work.. she even mentioned i bought her a gift." So I was kicked off her floor, but why did she stab me in the back like this???????????? What happened?????????? Can i please have some advice?? |

Question: Is it weird to go to bars alone? I like to see live music or a game on tv.? Posted: 16 Jan 2019 10:18 PM PST I been going to the same bar for a long time. I did get to know the bar staff well and some regs. I am starting to get sick of going to the same ones and want to change it up. I do live in a decent size city to where there is allot of bars that have live music. I now want to change it up every time I go out. Go to a new bar every time I go out and meet new people. I do know the good ones to go to. I don't like crappy ones. Also I'm looking to change it up to try to meet some women too. Sometimes I can see more guys at bars then women. I do try to meet women in the daytime. Like the downtown area, malls, gym. It's not all just bars but I do think there not a bad place. I just want to go to new ones because then I won't see the same people. I'm not into online dating and I don't care for meetup.com. |
