I kind of feel like they are using me just so they can talk to each other and goof off (like go on their phones). should I Email the teacher and let him know? I mean, he DOES know I do all the work so we get credit. but, he doesn't know I am getting very annoyed with this. I've been used before and it doesn't feel good. should I Email him and say what I've said in the question? |

Apparently, he is super religious and from the South (his car has Georgia plates). He's also kind of a conservative which goes hand and in hand. He's part of a group that brings conservative speakers to campus. My bf calls him Westboro (after the group that protest at soldiers' funerals) and when he walks by will say "Garrleee Sgt. Carter". Yesterday it was pouring and my bf had a flat. The guy doesn't know how to change a tire. Didn't know that about him. Well anyway the guy who my bf makes fun of all the time drives past, circles the block, and gets out and changes it for him getting drenched. My bf said, "This doesn't mean I'm going to start liking you." He said to my bf, "I didn't do it so you would start liking me." The guy said, "I didn't do it so you would like me. I don't care if you like me or not." Then my bf asked him why he did it. And he said, "Because you needed help." I guess it's a religious thing. But would you help someone who makes fun of you a lot? |

And many other stuff. It s hard to stand up to your parents if they re bullies. Stand up to them, they punish you. Try to physically hurt them to scare them, you get arrested. How should she deal with them? She is 14. Also, we don't live in the same time zone... |

We have texted a few times with very short responses from her. I asked if I could post a picture on our Instagram account that we run together and she responded"I don't want to do that account anymore". At our sleepover she also asked if she could face time her other friend. We also have a friendship bracelet and she pretty much never wears her's while I make an effort to make sure I wear mine every day.I know it's just a bracelet but it symbolizes our friendship. I feel like I'm running this friendship by myself. I feel like she never wants to talk anymore. Am I being paranoid? I don't have many friends and my mom is practically my best friend and my best friend means so much to me and I feel like lately she just doesn't like me anymore. There's this one coworker who's behavior I can't quite pinpoint. In meetings he often comes off as somewhat uninterested and a bit grumpy and I would perceive him as somewhat shy but quite the temper sometimes. Turns out lately, despite his grumpy ways, he brought work home to finish over the weekend for me (although I said there was no hurry), he's started sending over cheerful emails with complements about my work, he took some great initiatives and prepared a few things because he thought I MAY need it and the other day my boss came up to me and said this guy had told him during a meeting break that he didn't know how he would manage without me, once my temporary position is over. The thing is he doesn't really depend on my work at all and every time we talk he takes a step back and seem a bit awkward and of course he would never compliment any of my work directly to me. This behaviour all leads up to me not having a clue about where I have this person?? |

Sobriety has always been my preference. Today, my friend mentioned that she wanted to try weed or something else. My other friend agreed. My best friend said she'd try it (I'm really not worried about her). We are all 15 and 16. The only reason I bother is because the first two will get caught and their militant-Catholic parents will kill them. I know exactly where the idea came from. My best friend, her boyfriend, and I went to a party. We literally went home at 9pm and didn't do anything, but my friends (who's parents didn't want to drive them/totally don't trust them) I think have built it up in their minds. I love them, but ultimately they are totally immature. They do something reckless and then talk about how being gay is a sin. When they get caught I will have to listen to them complain about how their (f-ing nuts) parents are punishing them. I don't smoke it, but i don't think that weed is that big a deal for most people. My friends are clearly not ready for the repercussions. They seem desperate, and probably would be willing to try narcotics or buy really sh**y weed. Otherwise I really would let them go about learning from their mistakes. Would it be a bad idea to tell some people I'm friends with not to sell to them? |

I live at home and I feel like I'm missing out on the true college experience. I just parted ways with my high school friends. I don't really have any friends or any one to talk to if I'm feeling down or just need to vent. I think my parents are sick of me because me and my younger brother fight all the time. I had a boyfriend for a month and everything was going good. Then it turned to **** and we broke up. I don't get invited to parties. I think I'm good looking and somewhat nice. I'm not socially awkward. I just don't understand why everything in my life seems to be falling apart. College is supposed to be some of the best years of my life and I feel like they are becoming some of the worst. The thing is I can't stand his girlfriend and so does pretty much everybody else, even my parents. She's real immature and disrespectful, what makes it worse is that she's older, She's 24 years old. He started dating her when he was 16 and she has always been rude and disrespectful. She says real rude **** but claims she's "Just tells it as it is". She once told my mom that her cooking sucked and she said military veterans are dirt bags because sometimes they go days without bathing. It's like something a kid would say. I want to go to the mall or the movies and have sleepovers with those friends but I'm afraid I won't even be able to even make those friends. So there's a girl that I started being friends with and he was too at the beginning of the year. In addition to autism I have social anxiety and ADHD. Before I went to any therapist or on any meds, I met this girl. I was fascinated with her and watched her text. She found this out recently and freaked out. She said she didn't want anything to do with me- or my friend. Basically, I know what I did was wrong and she has every right to be mad at me, but now she's ignoring my friend. It's so stupid! the whole bus ride, she ignores him and he tried to ask her why she's mad at him, but she doesn't say anything! She hides behind her younger sister and makes her tell him to f- off! He does absolutely nothing wrong or anything that I can even think of to make someone ignore you this way. So I'm asking is it something that we're just not picking- up on, or is it something wrong with her? If so, how do I go about finding out why she's mad? I already tried to text her- she blocked my number. I tried to text her sister- she didn't answer. I tried to ask her myself- naturally she ignored me. I wanted to see him again while I was in his state last week. He wanted to but I got really pissed off at him so we didn't meet me but I'm still thinking about him but I did see him at the park. I want to experience that feeling again I don't know what to do. I still want to see him again maybe sometime this summer. |
| Posted: 02 Mar 2016 11:31 AM PST So my best friend told me that she was anoyed by my flaws and wanted to list them to me i said ok ( that is after 3 weeks of silent treatment) she told me two and said i wasnt caring and went. After that in when i was in the bathroom she talked to the friend that was waiting me and she said knowing i was there that she wanted me to change cause i am embarrising here and making here look bad and ruining here social life then i cried and the next day (today) our mutual friend said i was over reacting and shouldnt even be mad ( i didnt talk to that friend that was still silent treating me since yesterday) what do you think? (ps i am learning english) |
| Posted: 02 Mar 2016 11:29 AM PST So, this girl and I have been friends for almost 6 years. Last year we graduated from high school and we went to different colleges. I realised she has become an almost entirely different person in college. The girl whom I used to think was perfect was gone. She no longer cares about anything, and the nerdy side in her was completely gone. She feels so different now and I am just so disappointed? To the extent that I intend to stop talking to her because she no longer is what I expect of her. Am I overreacting? After all she is just a friend (we used to be really good friends) and I know being a friend, I cannot do much and shouldn't care so much. |

I've read many well reports and well I decided to become vegan. When I told them this morning one of them responded with remarks such "omg why" "you won't even last a week" "I don't think you can go vegan" "you like to eat in n out and Panda Express" they also asked what I would do about the egg and milk part and I told them I don't eat eggs and that I can start using almond milk. the same friend said that its sad that I don't eat eggs.I respect their desicions on eating meat and won't do anything to try and turn them vegan. I just thought they would be more supportive since they're my closest friends. any help? x |

He's black/spanish so there is no white in his family, except for his ggg grandmother and grandfather. His parents are the same way too and I think they think i'm a bad influence on him. Takes issue with me posting body acceptance posts if they aren't fat acceptance posts. 2. Claims their mother and her partner are abusive and manipulative. Won't alter authorities despite being provided the proper information to do so. 3. Claims their sister is depressed and suicidal. Again, never alerts the authorities. 4. Is a minor who posts and draws porn. Gets upset when told to tag it so people who don't want to look at it don't have to. 5. Will post suicide threats and only answer one or two people who ask them if they're okay. Those people must tell the others they are still alive. 6. Pretends they don't have any other friends when they get a new one. ("I'm so glad I finally have a friend!") 7. Only talks to people when it benefits them. They ignore them otherwise. This person has been diagnosed with Asperger's, but I know other people with it who don't behave like this. Please help me decide what I should do. |

Is a bigger person who gets angry if I post body acceptance posts that don t cater to fat people, even though I know family members who fall under other categories of needing body acceptance. 2. Constantly complains their mother and her partner are manipulative and abusive. Never calls the numbers I provide to alert the authorities to these accusations. 3. Is a minor who constantly posts porn and gets angry when I tell them I am uncomfortable with them refusing to tag it. 4. Constantly posts suicide threats but won t actually tell more than 1-2 people if they are okay. Those people are expected to tell others. 5. Will occasionally "forget" they have other friends because a new one started fawning over them. (They met someone on Instagram who liked their drawing style and then started talking about how much they liked finally having a friend.) 6. Rarely answers when I try to talk to them. 7. If I happen to be sad and post something about it, they rarely comment, and if they do, it s probably going to be days later even though they re online every day. 8. Blames basically everyone else for their problems. If they are having a problem it isn t their fault, it s ours for not catering to them. Now, I will say this person has been diagnosed with Asperger s, but, I know other people with it who don t behave in this manner. |

| Question: Are my coworkers overreacting? Posted: 02 Mar 2016 10:12 AM PST Last summer I was an intern at my aunts company. She owns with along with a few of my uncles. A few of my cousins work there/ have worked there in the past. When I was there I got the feeling that the other employees (not family related) specifically didn't like me. They seemed to get along well with my other family fine. So being that I was new I would make mistakes. I would always apologize and fix the mistake. I didn't think anything I did was that annoying or bad because new people make mistakes. I felt some of the people there really felt they were above and acted as if they were perfect. So this summer I am going back there to work again. Do you think my co workers will be annoyed with my return/ are they over reacting? |
| Question: Weird issue with messaging on iphone? Posted: 02 Mar 2016 09:54 AM PST Just curious if this has happened to anyone else or if anyone knows what is going on. I will be texting my friend normally and everything will be going fine. We both have iphones so it'll be imessage. Then all of a sudden in mid conversation my imessage will not say "delivered" and it will go through as a text message. My friend never answers.. so I'm assuming the message never goes through. I do not know if they are turning their imessage off randomly or what is going on. I asked about it before and they said that their phone acts up sometimes and doesn't send or receive messages. But I can not find answers to this issue online anywhere. I feel like I am the only one having it and I just want to know if he is purposely avoiding me at times.. even though nothing went wrong. |
| Question: Was what my coworkers did for me wrong? Posted: 02 Mar 2016 09:51 AM PST The boss in the department I work for took a 3 week vacation and appointed me to take his place while he was away. I thought there might be a problem having a lot of men working for a woman (me) but that was not the case. We all had a nice working relationship. On the Friday the day before our boss returned from vacation my coworkers brought in a cake for me to share with everyone. The cake had this written on it. "You were a great boss and the most beautiful boss we have ever had". The Human Relations guy told my co workers not to do that again as it was a sexual thing to do. The next Monday when our boss returned from vacation my co workers told our boss what the Human Relations guy had told them. He said "Screw the Human Relations guy". "I agree 100 percent with what was written on the cake". I am not sure how I should feel about this. Should I tell my boss and my co workers thank you for the compliment? Did my co workers do something wrong? |
