I had such a horrible time of getting myself to trust another guy. I dated another guy year later who was emotionally abusing me. all these guys would tell me " I love you" and I thought it was ok. I ended up up with my best friend who we dated for while, we broke up because of his career but he still in my life. he was my first love and truly love him. anyways we end up breaking up. I still tslk now. I ended up dating this other guy recently and he told me everything I needed to hear and lied to me, I told him so much about my past and took me for granted. I learned self respect for ending it right there. But i'm scared i'll never find someone who will treat me right. I know I deserve better I just don't know why I can't find better. is there something wrong with ne just feel like all guys want us just sex or use me. and hurt me. i'm over it taking break from guys until a guy shows me how I deserve to be treated just want long lastly relationship with respect and not being hurt. always pick the wrong guys |

So the process goes that i open the door he brings in the boxes and this can take somewhere from 10-20 minutes depending on the amount of product. So THE POINT IS i happen to be the one to vet the door most of the time , and this guy that answers the door well where can i start. Hes such a gentlemen , so respectful and nice, he says hi to everyone, hes so easy to talk to , and for some reason the glare in his eyes when he looks at me just hits so different. I broke up with him and it's still fresh since it's only been 2 weeks. His account is public and his friends accounts are public and I can see when I look at their instagrams that she's following him and 2 of his friends. Yet when I block him and his friends, the amount of people that she's following remains the same at an even 100. So when they're unblocked, she's following 100 people exactly, when I block him and his 2 friends, it still says she's following 100 people. Where I've tried this with friends as a test and their number goes down. When I block the 3 of them, it should say she's following 97 people. So I tried blocking more of their mutual friends who's profiles are public that she's defintely following, 10 in total and it still said she was following 100 people. Even if I check the next day or refresh the page. All the other times I've tested it with my friends account to see if I blocked accounts that they were following there following count went down accordingly. So, does anyone know how to make it so you have a specific number of people that you're following for example 100 accounts, even if you're following 120, Her account is private, so shes somehow figured out how to fake her following number. Does anyone know? |

We talk day/night everyday. He's very mature, smart, but super guarded and not very good with emotions. I realized this when I asked him for clarity on where we stand. A few days later I noticed he was being distant. He asked for time, and I didn't hear from him for about a week. I messaged him a week later, and asked if we could talk about whatever happened. He told me he wasn't good with difficult conversations, etc. He said he wouldn't want anything more than to talk to me as friends because he's not in a state where he can see things going anywhere. The next day he opened up to me and I saw a side of him that I never did before. He told me about how he hates the kind of person he is now and how he wants to change but it's been tough for him. Being vulnerable is the #1 thing he guards. It's impeded all of the relationships he's had with family/friends/love. He's a very harsh critic of himself. I was very happy that he was able to open up to me about how he feels. I think he's just scared to get his heart broken and afraid of getting hurt. Idk what else I can do to help him |

I have been the cause of our issues in the relationship for the past couple months arguing about stupid and petty stuff and I just feel like the worst guy ever she has been telling me that if I propose I already know what her answer will be and I have been on the fence about that for awhile but honestly, I just found out she is having mixed thoughts and that she thinks she may have been wrong about me and that she was going to break things off with me in a few days but at the the same time I asked her if I were to propose tomorrow would she still say yes, she said yes and that she still loves me now for the main issue, as soon as I got hit by this train it just made me realize how unbelievably childish I have been and stupid and I am ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIED that she will leave as she has been gone I have realized that I need her in my life and there is no one else but her that I could be with and I have been so stressed I havent eaten the past 2 days I couldnt even drink my favorite soda just nothing but water I've realized all this and my question is, is this what they mean by you truly loving someone? Is this how you know you want them for marriage? And lastly...how do I fix things? I have never cared for anyone in my life as much as her I just cant lose her, and I have never truly known that I wanted her to be my wife so much until now. My plan is to propose at our 2 year mark or less so her parents dont freak about how fast this has moved but... But the girl I kinda like doesn't talk about herself to me at all. It's like she is hiding some dark secrets about her past or life outside of work from me. Well, I came up with this idea over the weekend that I wanted to confront her for being too nice to me. I asked her why. Was it because she wanted attention, and she didn't care about me? She has a boyfriend at home and she loves him, and why does she insist that I be more open towards her? I can't be open with a girl that has a boyfriend. I want a girl to understand me and with a boyfriend, she don't have the time to focus on me and her boyfriend at the same time. Now I've kept this to my self in the past, but past girls just suddenly stop talking to me, or even outright call me rude or other names because I am not "saying whatever random things that's going on in my head", and frankly I'm getting tired of witnessing this happen. I decided today, I would take a proactive approach to it. I will explain to her how kinda annoyed I am with her lack of communication and openness, and her sense of entitlement, and the nerve she has to want me to be open to her. I know that this might cause me hardship. She might stop talking to me and I might even feel worse, but I can't just be happy she's talking to me, if it's empty kindness. Do you guys think I did the right thing? |
