- Question: Summer wedding in July 100° weather & outdoor ceremony, rude?
- Question: How to control my big mouth?
Posted: 03 Aug 2019 04:24 PM PDT So my boyfriends best friend is getting married and I just think some things he is asking for is too much and I told my boyfriend to reconsider who his friend is. His best friend is making them BUY a suit for $300 even though none of the groomsman can afford to do so. My boyfriend is very tight on money and alterations for him are $100 since he is doing a body building show before the wedding. My boyfriend and I have just moved into a new apartment and can't afford to have the extra costs. On top of that he is making them pay $300 for a hotel for a bachelor party each. He never took them all shopping and explained budgets with his groomsman. The groom said he would help my boyfriend by letting him pay off the suit like a loan and then guilted him into paying for price days later. Is this groom tacky? |
Question: Summer wedding in July 100° weather & outdoor ceremony, rude? Posted: 03 Aug 2019 02:41 PM PDT I was just reading around online& found that a lot of people said it's considered rude to your guest to make them sit outside in the heat for your wedding. Is this true? I am in school so i can only do a summer wedding... I do plan on renting umbrellas, buying paper fans so guest can fan themselves, &having a ice cold beverage table. The venue also has misters & large outdoor fans. I was also considering renting outdoor A/C coolers to make sure its not too insufferable.... The ceremony will be outside starting @5 but the reception is indoors. However there will be some tables outside still. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? I live in Arizona so it's high 90° - 115° from april- october. We only get like 2-3 months of 70°-80° weather. |
