Question: Is is wrong to have sex dreams about someone other than your spouse? Posted: 17 Aug 2019 03:51 PM PDT I am a married man, and for some reason, I have a lot of sex dreams about other women. Most of the time the women aren't real people, but when I do I always feel guilty. I know sex dreams are normal, i just don't know why I have so many with other women. And yes, I am happily married. Any thoughts or stories you'd be comfortable sharing? |

Question: Drinking with my married boss ok? Posted: 17 Aug 2019 02:11 PM PDT So, I worked for a company for a couple weeks and quit. I texted my boss apologizing about quitting and We ve been texting each other every day. I mentioned over and over that we can only be friends and that s it. Because he is married. His wife is out of town and he texted me to come over. We plan on having drinks and playing video games. What makes me nervous is that he said he was really attracted to me. I m starting to question if that is even morally right? |

Question: Am I wrong in my upset? Posted: 17 Aug 2019 10:37 AM PDT My husband and I got in a fight and he told me to go away and leave him alone. Then he started watching all the unwatched episodes of a show we ve been watching every night together. I told him to stop or he had to watch it with me and he told me I was being selfish and waited until I left the room to keep watching. He then proceeded to watch the entire rest of the show without me in one night. I am so hurt. That was the one thing we did together every night. And I feel like he took it from us. I told him that and he told me I was being ridiculous and that it was just a tv show. I can t find fault with that reasoning but I m still bereft. Am I being silly? Or does this seem like a valid reason to be upset? |
Posted: 17 Aug 2019 09:44 AM PDT We were so in love and making plans to be married, until his mother decided I was not "good enough" and needed to gotten rid of and quickly. It was the early '80's, I was only 19 and so naive until I discovered he married someone else six weeks after our daughter's birth (less than three months after his mother moved in with us and I was tossed out to the curb like trash). In 1986 we had a brief affair and he was introduced to his four year old daughter; unfortunately my "knight in shining armor" fantasy did not turn out as planned. Fast forward. . . . Our daughter is now 37 and is adamant about meeting her real dad. Although I have located him, attempts at communication are futile as he continues to hide from the Truth. What options, if any, does my daughter have? |
Question: What age(s) do you consider a person is “too young” to get married? Posted: 17 Aug 2019 09:41 AM PDT My military boyfriend and I have been discussing getting married eventually after I finish college (which would be around 23 or 24). We've been together for three years and I feel like he's the right person for me. When I tried to mention this possible decision to my parents, they thought we were way too young to get married. My mom said she likes him but she thinks I'm my 20's I need to have more experiences and explore. She said I should travel the world and what not rather than settling down so early on. But what I don't understand is why can't I still do those things except with my husband? We'll travel a lot anyways because he's in the military. Its not like I'm planning on getting married right now at this very moment or I'm even thinking about having kids (until way later on). She thinks getting married is just the end of your life when it comes to having fun and discovering yourself. Even when your married, both individuals are still growing as people anyways. |

Question: Is it bad that I'm in a relationship when I'm not technically divorced yet? Posted: 16 Aug 2019 11:58 PM PDT So basically I've been separated from my "husband" for a few years now. We haven't officially divorced because of our two sons, but they're both old enough to understand now, so we've filed for divorce. Recently, I've gotten into a relationship with my lawyer. I don't know how - it just kinda happened. I know it sounds like he's just my rebound or a quick fling, but thats not the case. We've actually been spending a lot of time together while I was preparing for my divorce and we've gotten to know each other pretty well. Our relationship is serious, but we haven't told anyone and are trying to keep it a secret for the time being. I feel somewhat guilty for getting into a relationship before I'm actually divorced. Is this a bad thing and should I continue this relationship? |
Question: Should I just let comments like this go whenever my husband makes them? Posted: 16 Aug 2019 10:40 PM PDT Ive been married for thirteen years. My husband and Is 40 and I'm 44. We have a three year old son. I've always been pretty thin throughout our marriage. After I had our son I was still pretty thin even thou I put on a little weight which wasn't even very much. Though my husband has comments about three times on how I should shed off the pounds. He's compared my figure to this girl we know who's 16. I felt horrible when he said this. He himself is overweight which really irritates me |
