Hello, it's me again. This summer was amazing. I started off the summer by taking a short trip from the US to Europe, visiting 3 countries and experiencing days of fun and exciting events with my family. That was probably one of the best trips I've been on in my life. Then, I continued my summer working at a summer camp which was fun I'm into itself, but for 1 of the 7 weeks, I traveled with all my friends, visiting California, Nevada, and Arizona. I'd say that I've had one heck of a summer. The problem is, I just got home 2 days ago and now my mom is always pissed again, and I have to go back to school in under a week. I'm really struggling getting back to reality, so if anyone knows how this can be easier, that would be great. Thanks. As a note, I'm very grateful for all the experiences I've had this summer. I keep looking through the pictures and asking myself if that really happened. It was amazing, but now I'm back in my relatively bad home life (compared to all my friends in NY) and I just don't know how I'll get happier again.

I have a group of friends who I've been very close to for years and I love hanging out with them. But lately every time we hang out they always either have to get high and/or drunk, but I'm not judging them on this since I used to do the same. The problem is I had a very bad trip on weed a few months ago and now I've been afraid of drinking or smoking ever since. I also suffer with severe anxiety and moderate depression that I'm on meds for, so I don't feel safe taking any drug. It feels like all my friends ever want to do is smoke or drink I really miss when we would hang out and not do those things. I've tried to smoke weed again multiple times but it always results in me having major anxiety and feeling pretty lightheaded. Most times I don't even hang out with them anymore if I know they're not going to be sober. Now I have a pretty big problem. My best friend's birthday party is this weekend and I want to go but my friends are all planning on getting super drunk and high. I want to be there for my friend but I don't want to be the only one sober I feel like I'm really lame considering I'm 18 and I'm too afraid to do any of that stuff with them. I also feel bad because if I don't go I know my friend will be really upset because she cares about me the most and we're super close. What should I do?

I'm 16 and I hang out with mostly older people. Last week I hung out with a 18 year old a 22 year old and a 23 year old for a couple days. I also hang out with my sister and her husband who are 22 and 24. Is this weird? Or is it completely normal to hang out with older people?

I have been moved out for about 5 months now and the idea was for all of my roommates to find jobs since we're all dropouts. None of them have found a job except for me and things are looking very dark from my perspective. How do i strike the conversation to move back with my parents and start school again with my parents and my roommates. I am pretty sure there is an exit clause on my lease so I'm not too worried about that, but I am anxious about starting this ball rolling and going back to school.

I tend to hide these information because it is a great discomfort to me. I see many people proudly talk about stuff like "I paid $2000 to a dress", "My daughter bought a home in the best area with a great view and the home costed $70.000". "I earn $6000 monthly" etc. I do not like to talk about what I spend and what I buy and I avoid to post in Facebook / Instagram too to boast about what I have bought, what I am doing with my life. Unfortunately people around me, like relatives and some friends do not understand that it is a great discomfort and when I tell them, they get offended. This is why I tend to keep this kind of information secret and what I am doing, I do without posting in Facebook, without announcing anyone because it feels better like that. When people try to ask me "how much you paid for that?" "How much you earn monthly?" I just feel like I do not have a private life and it feels extreme strange. What do you do in such cases? This girl and I were co workers and became friends. I've known her for a year and within this year I've noticed things that aren't ok 1. My bestfriend who like a sister to me have been friends for 10 years and when I met the new girl she found every reason to try to get me to not hang out with my long time friend. 2. She gets overly nice when other people offer things to me and my daughter. For example: my stepmother offered to pay for my daughters ear piercings.she only offers to help after someone else wants to contibute. She got upset and whined because I didnt let her do it. 3. She always wants to be around my boyfriend and I and she lives with her boyfriend or whoever he is to her. 4. No matter what we talk about other peoples opinions are never right and she starts arguments and makes my other friends uncomfortable 5. She's pretentious and always has her nose in the air and I'm the complete opposite so it makes me uncomfortable with the things she says. Saying little things implying that I'm not as pretty as her, comparing hair lengths, telling me I can't dress myself, and giving motherhood tips and she has no children.

Long story short. This woman was my friend until I got hired at her department. She turned everyone against me to the point another woman came to warn me. She tried to get me fired and to shake myself esteem. She told me to go to other places. She did not leave me alone until I told her that i am leaving the city. She opened up again like nothing happened. And wanted to be friends again and acted like she never acted like a ***** with me. She even told me that she attacks new employees because she is a loser who would get fired if someone better comes along. On my last day she did not know it was my last day. I tried to avoid her and I left without even saying goodbye. Now she stalk me everywhere online and on whatsapp. What does she want from me??????

It's my senior year of high school and I had to change schools. I kept in touch with a friend of mine. He told me he was staying at a shelter. I thought he was a sweet guy until his mother told me what happened. He trashed up the shelter and had to be taken to the hospital. I asked his mom why her son couldn't live with her. She said her son can't live with her because the state declares he's a danger to himself and to others. When her ex-husband couldn't handle him anymore, he had the police take him away. I keep ignoring his messages. What should I say or do since I'm getting annoyed?

So I always ask my best friend if I can meet her at her house since my school is really far way and she is in the middle. She and her mom are so sweet and always say yes but I feel so bad. I've got a crush on this guy in my acting class. We know each other and love each other but not in a romantic way. We also aren't really close friends or even "real" friends. We've been friends for many years . Every time we go out, she orders her own food and I order mines. Somehow , my dish ends up half eaten by her and she eats hers too.
