What is the similarity and the difference between Emotional Abuse and Verbal Abuse?

this guy keeps touching me inappropriately tells me uncomfortable things. We used to be friends in middle school but sepreate paths later i high school and I recently started talking to him again in hope we could rekindle our friendship. But one day he slapped my butt and I laughed it off but he was crossing my personal boundaries but I let it slide. On the bus he decided to sit next to me and it was weird but I didnt want to call to much attention to it. On the bus he put his hand on my thigh and started to attempt to touch my private area I push his hand back and I quietly told him to stop he looked at me weird but he stopped for a while. Then a few minutes passes and he does it again and he tried to get under my panties it was in the back of the bus so I couldnt really talk to the bus driver immediately so I just moved over to the empty seat. I have social anxiety so confrontation is especially hard for me and I am afraid I am overreacting. The next incident was in the library "brad' came over and sat next to me and I just ignored him as he tried to initiate a conversation I gave him simple answers and I was doing my homework . He started telling me stuff that made me very uneasy and kept whispering it in my ear and putting his hand on my thigh. I dont really want to discuss everything what he was saying but here is one example " My dick gets hard when walk up the stair in those tights." and stuff like that .I went home and just cried Any advice on how to fix this?

This guy was in jail at 17, because of a mistake. His brother was driving a car and arguing with him, and he did an accident killing another teenager guy. Their mother told the passenger brother to take the blame and they didnt help him at all, nobody believed him. After 4 years, he refuses to visit his family and speak to them. He moved away, changed numbers, burnt all bridges. His mom tried so bad to make up things but he refuses. He can't smile anymore, cant feel pain. He just feels resentment he hides deep down inside. He has a few childhood friends and two new friends and he doesn't need much more. He goes to work every day and takes care of himself. Some girls go after him but he avoids them, roll his eyes and gets upset at them for flirting (he is not gay, he always liked girls, but now has low libido, never has sex, never watches porn and never went to a prostitute. He just did something before the accident with a girl friend, but then had no more relationships). Is the guy normal? He seems to have no feelings. He just cares about his friends, avoids girls, avoids his family and doesnt want to hear his hometown anymore .
