I have trouble coming up with ideas to talk about when i'm with a stranger or friend i havent talked too in a long time and when i do have a conversation it takes a while for me to come up with something else to say back, and when i try to think faster i just start stuttering. Can someone please explain to me what i can do to fix this, i feel very stupid...

My sister all my life been a deadbeat. She has children but can t raise them & her younger two are with there father while her oldest(my nephew) is living with my mother & I. My nephew got in trouble in school & got expelled. My sister was suppose to take him to court but lost the paper & just let her son not go to school for over 2 months now. She is trying to get child support from her son biological father & is getting it but my mother is my nephew Legal guardian & will get a partial. But my sister is trying to not let my mother have a share. Now, my sister lack of parental guidance, my nephew has gotten in trouble with the law & is possibly going to go to jail & is almost 18. Is there a way for me to sue my sister for her lack of support of taking care of her son & her not getting the child support money at all?

I did a solo hike last year, close to 300 miles in aid of charity - and it was tough The Mrs kept on saying she'd donate this, or donate that....finally donating nothing. Not a sausage. Zip. Nada. I was in her office leaning over her to show her something on the computer and I accidentally rested my hand on hers thinking it was the desktop I guess and she jerked it away very quickly. Was somewhat offensive. We are from very different cultures, she is Catholic and white, I am Arab but semi westernized. Also we are both married. So was her reaction racist or is the Catholic culture very against any physical contact with married women? She's more traditional than my wife. For instance, she changed her last name immediately after getting married and my wife still hasn't. We are more progressive than she and her husband it seems.
