Question: Did you marry your spouse because they made you feel happy when you were dating? Posted: 07 Aug 2019 08:34 PM PDT Would you consider divorce when your partner no longer makes you feel happy? Just a yes or no poll. Thank you! |
Question: Getting really sexually frustrated because of my husband.? Posted: 07 Aug 2019 08:28 PM PDT Whenever my husband and I have sex, he doesn't do foreplay at all, he goes straight to penetration. And then he last less than a minute! I tell him I haven't finished and I'll throw hints at him to go down on me or I'll even ask him, but he will completely ignore it and go to sleep. I'm getting so frustrated with him! Please help me. |
Question: At what point did you realize it was over? Posted: 07 Aug 2019 07:42 PM PDT Was there a point in time in your marriage when you realized it was over/you were done? |
Posted: 07 Aug 2019 06:50 PM PDT My family and I are Jewish and my girlfriend isn't. We are serious and I feel like she's the one for me. At first, my mom was nice to her. But when we got more serious, it changed. It started when I traveled to be with my girlfriend's family for Easter and my mom flipped that I missed part of Passover. She sent my girlfriend this long text about how it was disrespectful of her to "tear me away from the family and disrespectful to our faith. And it's not her place to ruin longstanding family traditions." So my girlfriend got upset with me because she was like what is your mother talking about? I didn't force you to do anything. You said you wanted to go. And I was telling the truth. I wanted to show I was serious about joining families. I told my mother it was my idea to go and she shouldn't have texted my girlfriend that. And my mother just flat out refused to apologize. She was like I won't bring it up again but I'm not apologizing. My girlfriend is actually close to her family except for her mom. Her parents are divorced. Her mom was verbally abusive. She was like I know you love your mom and your family is important to you so I don't want to put a wedge between you guys but if your mother is going to be hostile to me, I can't marry into a family like that. I don't want to be treated like that. I do want to be with my girlfriend. I want to marry her and I've told my mom that. And she was like, "I'm not going to change my ways." It's not like they'll see each other all the time. I get where my girlfriend is coming from. She deserves to be respected. And I feel embarrassed by my mom's behavior. But I kinda wish that my girlfriend would just brush off my mom's snide comments. I think I can get my mom not to be hostile but I don't know that they'll ever be friends. I don't know that I should alienate my parents. It's just hard and really stressful. |
Question: Why is he so into her and not me? Posted: 07 Aug 2019 06:41 PM PDT She married cheating with her husband with him. Several man told him he slept with her because she said it isn't true he believes her. Everyone but him knows what she is. I am really into him now I am eaten up with jealousy and disappointment what and how he is blind! |
Question: Would you date a man who was perfect in every aspect and was genuinely a good hearted man? Posted: 07 Aug 2019 06:21 PM PDT I think most women are fearful of dating men they deem as "too perfect" like he must be hiding something, or he must be a huge narcissist, but what if actually was a perfect human being, with perfect good looks, a heart of gold, perfect sense of humor, perfect wardrobe and style, perfect body, extremely intelligent with a PhD in biochemistry from Harvard, extremely wealthy, extremely humble despite his accomplishments, former Mr. Universe, former All American Quarterback in college, loved animals, etc etc |
Question: Parents are annoying me with this? Posted: 07 Aug 2019 06:17 PM PDT Me and my fiance are both 27yrs old and been together 4years. My parents keep annoying me about kids and finally getting married. They know the plans we have but me losing my job set us back. We never were going to a fancy wedding we were just going to go down to city hall but wanted nice rings. My parents keep saying your not having a big wedding so why do you keep waiting why? Why ? Why whyy!!! Same for kids my sister whos younger than me just got pregnant and im not the type of person that shows much emotions so theyre like are you upset shes pregnant? Is it bothering you? ITS JUST SO ANNOYING ohh youre almost 30 time is ticking its going to be harder the longer you wait and blah blah. They know our plans of trying to save for a house and saving for weddings rings but they continue to nag and now that my sisters pregnant they think it bothers me ! Im fed up with it |
Question: Wife wants to move and I don't think it's a good idea. Not sure of a way out of this? Posted: 07 Aug 2019 05:19 PM PDT My wife is from New York. She moved to Denver to attend graduate school with a paid fellowship. That's where we met. She quickly found a job here. We got married and she's been in CO for 4 years. We visited NY because she was going to a professional conference and someone offered her a job there. She's saying she wants to move back. She grew up living with her aunt and uncle in NY and they're the only family she has there. She also has close girlfriends that live there in the area. They have gone on trips together to meet up. Her friends and family all flew to our wedding in Denver, they've visited on separate occasions, and we've visited NY every Christmas. The job she was offered in NY is more high-profile but if the pay is adjusted for cost of living, it's not much higher than she has now. My entire family lives in CO as well as my friends live in CO. The cost of living is lower here. She has friends here but she said she's not as close with them. I say that's expected because she's only been here a few years and she's known her NY friends her whole life. I made the mistake of saying that she was being ridiculous for expecting us to move. I was only saying that because of how expensive it is there and because of her wanting me to leave my FAMILY in CO for her FRIENDS. I don't think that's fair but I do understand her missing her home city. But now she's upset with me because she's saying I never considered moving. But I really did think about it and I looked into it. |
Question: Wife with insecurity issues? Posted: 07 Aug 2019 03:14 PM PDT Wife has insecurity issues, so she comes off as a know it all and trivia buff. When we were dating I'm sure I reaffirmed her belief that she was VERY intelligent and made her feel smart, but after we got married I became a fixture in her life and therefore someone she had to be smarter than, so she could feel like the most intelligent person in the room. To that end she picks fights and makes things issues that don't need to be. I do care for her, but this insecurity is driving a wedge between us. I no longer can just say my thoughts, because I've seen her use everyone's words against them. Her children, my children and even myself. Without the freedom and comfort to share your thoughts what good is a relationship no less a marriage? |

Question: Can I please get 30 minutes when I walk in the house? Posted: 07 Aug 2019 12:55 PM PDT I've known my wife some 16 years, married for the past 10. I have been in customer service in one form or another for a number of years and even in my single days I'd go home and sit down for 30 minutes and just not talk to anyone. I've mentioned to my wife to please give me the first 30 minutes after I walk in to unwind and I'm all hers for the rest of the night. She takes this as I just don't want to talk to her. She doesn't understand that after you've spoken to sometimes 100 people on the phone the last thing you want to do is be hit up with questions 2 seconds after walking inside your house. 2 days ago I get home and she immediately hit me up with question about bills or taxes or something and when I told her to give me 30 minutes she got her panties all in a wad. Rolling her eyes at me and huffing through the house. Am I wrong to ask for a little bit of time to unwind and how do I get her to understand it's nothing against her? I just don't want to talk for a few minutes. |
Question: If I am legally married, do I have access to my spouse's parent's money? Posted: 07 Aug 2019 12:14 PM PDT How much am I entitled to my spouse's parent's money? I heard that Brody Jenner didn't get legally married because he didn't want her GF have access to his mother's (Linda Thompson's) money. Sorry typo: x her GF o her GF |
Question: My boyfriend threatens to break up with me over a job resume. What’s his problem? Posted: 07 Aug 2019 09:35 AM PDT Me and my boyfriend broke up about a week ago because I felt as though we were highly incompatible and it was a toxic and draining relationship. I also felt like he was extremely controlling. The last straw was when I was having bladder problems and pain in my pelvic area and he claimed that it was nothing wrong with me and that I'm probably just making myself pee just because the ER couldn't find a diagnosis. The Er is for emergencies. I need a urologist or gynecologist. I was mourning the relationship but ready to move on with my life. He called me about 20 times that same night saying he couldn't sleep and that he wanted me back. Said he was having anxiety attack . i said I will take you back under the conditions that you try to be more soft and gentle and understanding. So I'm now working 3 jobs AND writing a book so I don't have time to sit down and produce a resume. He said he will help me with my resume and use my resume to apply for magazine jobs in New York. He asked me what should I write for my past job duties as a freelance makeup artist and I said go write " freelance makeup artist that enhanced clients beauty by applying makeup that suits their personal style and facial features". He twisted my words around by writing " I do trendy styles desired and enhanced clients beauty". I told him to write what I wrote and he said " look don't get no attitude. I'm helping you. I can delete the whole resume. Keep your mouth shut if someone helping you |
Posted: 07 Aug 2019 09:24 AM PDT My dad had bought me that car and still owed 5k so the insurance just paid it off and we were left even. I have been married to my husband for 5 months and I have to work 10 hr shifts and him pick me up or I pick him up. We both have good jobs, but he refuses to buy me a car until we have saved enough money to pay it cash. Also, I have gotten about 3k back and we used it to either pay off his debt or save. I am just salty. I feel bad for being salty. Advice please. |
Question: Is it sad that we're excited about a new mattress? Posted: 07 Aug 2019 08:52 AM PDT The old mattress and box spring dated back to 1992. The mattress was caving in and the springs made all kinds of weird noises when we moved in bed. So we broke down, bought new ones. Is it sad that this old married couple is excited about a new mattress and box spring? We look forward to breaking it in ;-) |

Question: Is this wrong to find this payback so hilarious? Posted: 07 Aug 2019 07:11 AM PDT A little background first...a good friend of mine discovered his wife is cheating on him, not unusual. This guy has kept his cool and planning serious payback on her. He booked a two week vacation trip to Japan for their anniversary in a few weeks, the cheating unsuspecting wife is thrilled so far. His plan is to take her there, get into a hotel...then leave her there without phone, money or passport and while he flies home by himself to move out of the house and files for divorce. IMO, brilliant and funny. She sooooo deserves this payback. |
Question: Is this wrong what I did.? Posted: 07 Aug 2019 04:56 AM PDT My husband moved out after we had been married for 4 years and filled for divorce. After spending about 1 month being sad and just staying home I went to a club last night. I started talking to this guy and we really hit it off. He told me I was beautiful and said he wanted me and I said I wanted him. I brought him back to my place and we had unprotected sex. It felt so good having a man inside of me after going a whole month with no sex at all. He just left for work and asked if he could come over after work because he wants to make love to me again and I said yes come over when you get off work. |
Question: How to get married in less than 24 hours? Posted: 07 Aug 2019 04:30 AM PDT i wanna get married in the most cost effective way in the least amount of time, i heard i can roadtrip to Ohio or whatever state that gives out marriage certificates immediately, but would it be valid? would we be able to marry there? how's the whole thing work. nothing makes sense so i'm reaching out here lol |
Posted: 07 Aug 2019 01:41 AM PDT A lot of energy, money and time are lost in trivial things like courtship and dating which usually ends with divorce. Instead of wasting resources on this trivial things the government will run a lottery draft were a woman will be assigned to a man. And if men are under numbered by women the government will import foreign women to close the gap. |

Question: Can I marry a foreigner in the U.S. if I am a Legal Permanent Resident ? Posted: 06 Aug 2019 09:58 PM PDT My German boyfriend and I want to get married and live together in Germany. He is currently living in Germany and I am living in the U.S. as a Legal Permanent Resident. German marriages are very complicated so I thought If I married him in the U.S. and later applied for a reunification visa so I can live with him in Germany the process would be easier. |
