Question: Why my teacher started to push me harder lately???? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 05:45 PM PST So my school sent me to a bad training place and sent my classmate to a nice training place. I didnt say anything but people who work with me started to tell the woman who is responsible for us at training to send me to my classmates place they felt sorry for me and wnated me to learn. Ppl at school always send me to bad places. This teacher at training said to me i know u dont have what u need i want you to have some experince before you leave i will send u when the time is right. She sent me to this place and almost daily even though she is busy woman she comes to me and tell ppl who work with me to give me chance to learn and push me in friendly way saying get ur *** over there and learn she say it and smile. Even when she is busy and tired she tries to see me by the end of the day and ask me if i leaned something new. Why she seems interested more lately? |

Question: Good ways to make friends at school? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 05:26 PM PST I'm ten years old and extremely shy. I've had this issue since I was around five or six. I've found it difficult to initiate conversations, especially with people I've never spoken to before, and have had an even greater difficulty maintaining a discussion without sounding boring or awkward. I am in the fifth grade, my last year of elementary school. During my previous years of elementary, I never made any close friends. Sure, there were some people I talked to here and there but we never formed a close-knit friendship. If anything, they were just acquaintances. In class, we have a lot of opportunities to do group work, play games, and converse with our classmates. I get too nervous to actually say anything. During recess, I usually hang out by myself on the swings. I'm aware of the fact I'm more introverted and take some time to open up to people and come out of my shell. But I don't want to be lonely all the time. I want to break this barrier and just be able to casually strike up a conversation and say what's on my mind. I want to be outgoing and fun. What are your suggestions? |
Question: I need some friends, anyone know some kids around the ages of 17-19? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 04:33 PM PST Me and my brothers need more friends around the ages of 17-19 |
Question: Why does my friend keep talking about/bringing up my ex friend(s)? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 04:18 PM PST Every time we hangout she mentions my ex friend in some way shape or form. Its really annoying because its been nearly a year now since the friend ship ended. I will give an example of what went down when we were hanging out. We were going through our high school year book and other photos, and she pulls out the photos of all of us together and asks if she'd like me to crop out ex friend of the picture. (keep in mind, she wanted to look through old photos to "reminisce") I asked her why would she do that. You know, since its her picture. And then proceeds to ask me in a whispering voice (which I can hardly understand btw) if my ex friend and I still talk to each other. And then when we were going through the year book she pointed at a picture of this girl who I didn't get along with in school and said look its "insert person's name here" out loud in front of everyone. Including our new friend who has no idea what my situation was with this person. I asked her why are you showing me this? And she just kinda ignored my question. This is just ONE example of what she does. I avoided hanging out with her for a while because of this and now I feel I can't hangout with her at all. My ex best friend and her are still friends but I don't understand why she still has to bring her up all the time around me. I don't talk about her ex friend with her, so why is it okay that she does it to me? Should I say something to her next time? If so, what should I say to her? |
Question: Is it the right thing to move out of my apartment? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 04:18 PM PST Okay so I have 2 roommates. I have my own bathroom and bedroom, the other two girls share a bathroom. We are all in school together. Roommate A: super nice, but she makes the place a pig sty. And she's been redecorating the entire apartment without asking any of us, she's not really home that much. Roommate B: has Borderline personality disorder. She has been very mood swingy with me, one minute she is clingy/one minute she is resentful to me if I hang out with other friends. She has a lot of issues going on at home so occasionally she gets so angry that she lashes out at me, and I think I'm done being in that environment. One time I woke up to her screaming her lungs out at her mother on the phone so I honestly can't take it. However, the only different living situation that I can move to is a little more expensive and I would have to share a bathroom. Fortunately I only get one roommate, but I'm wondering if its the right thing for me to be moving out. I do NOT see it working out here at all. Especially if the mess continues and the rudeness continues. But is it worth the money to move? For exact numbers id say its about 70 dollars more a month. |
Question: I want to see my cousin naked? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 04:05 PM PST I'm 14 (male) and my cousin (female) is 13. We're best friends and I've recently been wanting to see her naked. She's seen my penis a few times and I've seen her topless but it's been a few years. I feel like it could be really weird. What should I do? How could we see each other naked? |

Posted: 06 Nov 2017 03:52 PM PST So my BFF is going to Boston this weekend and she's gonna invite me and my other friend(she hasn't yet) but I'm worried bc I'm afraid my mom will say no. Posted: 06 Nov 2017 03:52 PM PST We had a big blowout two years ago and she said she was sick of me leaving the kids over their for months on end so I could go to college and hang out with my bf and do stuff with my friends. She was sick of me promising to get them and never coming. So I stopped letting her have them period, but the kids were really depressed from not seeing them and my baby sitters keep quitting. I am letting her see them again but then the resentment comes back and I have to ask everytime I drop them off ,are you sure this isn't too much? I hope they didn't annoy you too much.Did you let them get away with murder? Which gets her upset and she says she shouldn't have to beg. my kids want to know why they can't go over grandma's much or talk to her on the phone should I tell them she doesn't like them |
Question: Should I have had a look? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 03:44 PM PST I went to pick up my date and she was not ready so I talked to her mother for a while. Her mother was from England and she had pictures of cats all over her house. There were blue and red ribbons and trophies everywhere. She said, "Would you to see my prize winning pu.ssy? Guys, what would you have said if a beautiful woman ask you if you wanted to see her prize winning pu.ssy? |
Posted: 06 Nov 2017 03:26 PM PST I have this "friend" you could call her. We met after school waiting for our parents to pick us up, and I guess we sort of hit it off. We started off having everything in common, but now its not much. It gets to the point where I too annoyed to talk back. I mean, alot of the senerios are like I take out a book, and normally I don't read. "Omg, Your reading! Quick, take a picture!" She'll say. The thing is that she says that Every. Single. Time I take out a book. Like as if I never read. Or something negative happens, like I get a bad grade. "What did you expect?" She'll say, instead of encouraging me to do better. It's insane how negative she is. Help? |
Question: Does this make me a bad person? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 03:24 PM PST Ok so I'm a freshman in college and one of my current roomates brought up where we were going to live next year and we both wanted to live in the same place so I said maybe we could live together again. The place we wanted to live has 4 roomates total. The Hall was hosting a mixer to meet potential roomates so I suggested we go to that and meet the other two. She agreed. 30 minutes before we were supposed to go I noticed I was the only one getting ready so I asked her when she wanted to leave. All she said was "I think I have food poisoning" but she was acting normal and drinking fruit juice, obviously not sick. So I went by myself and met 3 roomates. Is it this bad? |

Question: How do I become a tougher person? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 02:54 PM PST I want to be a successful celebrity but I am sensitive and not that great with conflict. I want to be my own boss can I can't even assert myself around friends or family. When I was in charge of school extravehicular activities and in class projects, no one would respect my authority then I would go too far and bicker with my classmates. Sometimes nothing would get done. Me and my older brother are adults in college and I can't even get him to help me with anything. Yet he always wants me to watch his kid. I'm 21, how do I change so I'm not this passive person. |
Posted: 06 Nov 2017 02:49 PM PST My best friend and her ex boyfriend of several years broke up last year and I had to hear the news from someone else. This year her ex and I hang out with all the same people so we are really good friends now and he explained why they broke up to me. At one point even told me how he wanted to get back together with her. I after hearing this news Of course told my best friend bc she had been so upset about it all summer but then she changed and became even more hostile about the situation despite my telling her that I am friends with him now too (I can also relate to him a lot more than her bc I went through the exact same thing with my ex). Well now she is with someone new and her ex asked me to hang out one night when I got off work. It was late and his parents were out of town but it was strictly platonic we didn't even hug good bye and we watched a movie and ate pizza. His parents found out and now I might be in trouble with my friend if she knows too, so am I in the wrong? Am I bad friend? |

Question: Should I try to talk to her or leave it alone? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 01:24 PM PST My "best friends" wedding is in exactly a month. I was supposed to be her maid of honor but bailed out due to an argument. She's been stressed out and lashing out at me for the littlest things I say, well at least I feel like is something small. For example, she's having a night wedding and everyone so far is surprised she's having a dry wedding. She's been really upset about everyone's reaction and doesn't understand why everyone's surprised. So last night after her complaining about her friend's reaction to her dry wedding, I tell her how everyone could be surprised because it's at night and went on to compare it to a nightclub without booze, which was my mistake. She got really upset at me for this, which I understand so I quickly apologized. She didn't accept my apology, saying I didn't mean it and how I'm a bad friend, which led to a huge fight where we are no longer wanting to talk to each other. She said she's already found a new maid of honor, which kind of hurts my feelings. I would like to work things out with her cause I've known her my whole life and care about her but at the same time, I don't know if I want to surround myself with someone who treats me poorly. I told her earlier I was going to drop the dress and everything she's given me at her doorstep, but yeah. Should I wait for her to get off work and talk to her in person or should I just leave the relationship and not look back? |
Question: How do I get over the feeling of unproductiveness and not doing enough? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 01:17 PM PST I'm a 15 year old girl, I do online school and I work at a restaurant where basically everyone is old and I'm noy happy there because they're all pretty rude to me most the time, all my friends live about 45 minutes away from me along with my boyfriend, they are all constantly out and about, doing fun things and they're always busy with school and activities, and lately I've been extremely distant with all my friends who live near me and I've been closing myself in my room all the time, I signed up for sea scouts (basically learning how to sail with other teens) but that's only once a week and I just feel like I need to get out there and do stuff, meet new people and just find a way to make myself busy all the time because I constantly feel like what I'm doing isn't enough and I need to try harder to find fun things to do with other people my age, but I don't know what. I need to quit my job for sure so I'm starting with that, but does anyone have any other ideas? I'm always up for fighting classes because I know I need to get in shape |
Question: Could he want me back after saying this? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 12:40 PM PST He and I broke up 2 months ago and I started going to church and found him staring at me 2 weeks in a row so I texted him but he said he was offended which is why it wouldn't work and why he wouldn't allow himself to have feelings for me again. I didn't respond. I've been going to church since then it's been almost a month, i don't look at him and have given him a dirty look couple times. He literally doesn't take his eyes off me my family says...confused. My friends say it's a longing stare |

Posted: 06 Nov 2017 10:59 AM PST Okay so I was putting on makeup, lotion and spraying on perfume in class. Then this girl and this guy both yelled at me about my perfume and they said it stinks and they said it isn't attractive or cute. I'm not even trying to impress anyone. They were being rude and disrespectful about it so I yelled back at them, cursed them out, I said the most hateful and mean things to them so I can make them cry ( but they didn't) I also sprayed the perfume in their faces and I also said that I was going to bring a knife to school and stab them and then I started crying. The teacher didn't care about my feelings so she sent me down to the office and I had a talk with the principal and she was saying that I threatened them and how I was a bully. I'm not the bully they are. I have three days of in school suspension (when you sit in a room at school and you have a later dismissal than everyone) starting today. She even made me apologize to those bullies. She did have a talk with them saying that they should be more nice about it but they didn't get punished. She then proceeded to say to me that the girl was allergic to perfume. I hope she and her little boyfriend both die in a chamber with perfumes coming up there nose. I want to see them suffer and record it. |
Question: Why can't I seem to find the time to do anything even though I'm always rushing around? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 10:55 AM PST Making breakfast, having a shower, washing my hair, drying it, doing my nails, moisturising, giving myself a facial (I do it myself), cooking lunch, doing laundry, doing the dishes, walking the dog, after all that it's about 4pm and I'm exhausted and I lay in bed while listening to music for about 2 hours trying to get my energy back. Then I get my energy back and make a start on dinner, then have to do the dishes again. By then I'm tired and have no time to read a book, go on Facebook or even watch TV because by then I just wanna go to bed. How do people who work have the time to do anything? |

Question: Trio friendship problems? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 10:25 AM PST we're all still junior highs and i have two close and very good friends (lets call them Sabrina and Sarah) and we all understand one another. we all speak arabic but i prefer to use english so whenever we three have a conversation about anything, i feel left out when sabrina starts talking about something, she only makes eye contact with sarah and completely ignores my existence. on the other hand, sarah engages with both of us. but its driving me really crazy, and it feels suffocating whenever sabrina talks because it hurts that she barely engages with me not even a single glance, and when im asking a question about her topic, she completes her talk without hesitating to answer my question, i wonder if shes really my friend, we're close friends for 5+ years but this attitude is pissing me off and im starting to dislike her more and more everyday. i dont want to confront her because that may seem conflicting... what should i do???? |

Question: Why are women like this? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 10:01 AM PST The ones around here belongs to a clique. They are all cliqued, ingrouped, in mobs, or gangs. |
Posted: 06 Nov 2017 09:52 AM PST I fell out with a few close friends for good and that's just due to outgrowing eachother and it was the right thing. I decided to focus on my mutual friends with these people I fell out with and share my attention around, move on from it and just build new strong friendships and put more effort in and stop petty fights like this. Now im considered a user and a fake friend? I've been called user, liar, fake, you name it. I know the solution is to dump all of them and get new friends but it's easier said than done. It's extremely frustrating when all these people decide to only see the bad in me and never the good, I feel like I've always been targeted like this and it's very upsetting because yeah maybe at first it appears like that when I lose close friends and move onto new ones but it's not he case and I never really saw it in that way I just saw it as well I need to now just get closer to people I maybe neglected whilst obsessing over my old very close friends, I feel as though it is rather late to patch up these arguments and prove myself but I still find myself having to justify everything I do. Many friends have told me it's been going around, they're truing not to believe these rumours but many are concerned that my motive is to replace, by using them and that I don't actually value my friendhip with them. Any advice? |
Question: Did I freak him out by doing this? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 09:42 AM PST I know he likes me so on our date I asked him if he wants to kiss me and he said yes then starts then while we are making out I hold his hand then I slowly pull it to me then put it down there (you know where guys)! Then left it there and took my hand away, he moved it away as soon as I let go of his hand and he looked embarrassed but laughed. I don't understand! I thought he liked me! He was the one who asked me out. |

Question: Has my friend forgiven me? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 09:31 AM PST Just before we broke up for the holidays I stole something from my friend, nothing valuable just a keyring. I didn't see it as stealing because we used to share everything when we were younger, we'd go home with each others watches, hairbands, books because we were so close. But we're older now and we're not as close as we used to be. After she found out the keyring was missing she called me to ask if I took it, I told her yes and she was annoyed. Then later on she texts me and calls me a theif and says her mom hates me and she starts accusing me of stealing other stuff too (but I didnt). I text her sorry and that I never took anything else from her. I tried to call her but she blocked me. 2 weeks later when it's time to go back to school i go and find her and give it to her, she's not angry at all and she says thank you. I leave quickly because I'm still ashamed of myself. Did she still wanna be friends? I'm thinking maybe it was her mom texting me. Her mom is a bit of a trouble maker and has never liked me. She's a belly dancer, unmarried and lives with her mother and 3 kids. |
Question: Advice to give to someone who’s being cyber bullied? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 09:25 AM PST This isn't for me but someone I care about came forward and asked for advice. I want to tell him that what's best is to block, ignore and not let it get to you but coming from me is gonna be a bit different because when I was in 7th grade I was bullied very harshly, to the point where people at my school, whom I'd see 7 days a week said everyone would be happy if I killed myself. I honestly don't know what advice to give him cause he's younger than me and he's one of my friend's who's easily angered too. |

I leave quickly because I'm still ashamed of myself. Did she still wanna be friends? I'm thinking maybe it was her mom texting me. |

Question: Family comes first right? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 08:51 AM PST I'm happily married with twin toddlers and I find myself more involved with my family than anything else in my life. I have no time and make no time for anything else. My closest friends and family are even starting to feel less and less present. But I like it this way. Am I wrong for feeling like this? |

Question: Jealous of my friend? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 08:46 AM PST I have to admit it I'm jealous of my friend. she gets everything! And she doesn't understand I'm kinda poor. Because when she sees my poor stuff she says why don't you just buy new ones. Her average allowance a month is 200 dollars. Me: nada. Should I stop being jealous or try to be rich? |
Posted: 06 Nov 2017 08:37 AM PST She was fired last week. We got along really well at work but it's not like we were close friends or anything. Just 2 coworkers who got along. She keeps texting me saying how much she misses me and she doesn't know what to do now.i don't know what to say. Without work, we have nothing in common.... |

Question: Could this be considered an assault? Or something inappropriate? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 07:43 AM PST Hi, this is something that happened to me some time ago, and I wasn't sure if I was over reacting or not. So I won't be giving out names You see, I was over at someone's house with family and all. Sometime later when we were sitting down this person bent down and squeezed my toes twice as I was wearing sandals. I felt uncomfortable and disgusted since. There was another incident too where he might have brushed his hand over my rear but that could be brushed off as an accident. I'm unsure of what to do in this situation. I don't feel comfortable going there anymore. |
Question: Cutting old friendships? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 06:46 AM PST It is quite common for many of us to still be friends with people we knew from our school days. We have spent time with them as children and consequently do so as adults. But what happens when we ruminate on the thought that perhaps this friendship is worthless? As Helvetius says, all society is based on a mutual need, and that man comes into contact with his neighbor also out of mutual boredom. Let me make this short. I feel that it is time to purge a list of my current associates. What would be the best approach? My gf told me that instead of completely deleting them, just fade out. But this too has consequences. When you let go, people suddenly want you to return. I have some undesirable friends, typically people who still live with their parents which, in my eyes, are deemed as weak and pathetic. Once again, ladies and gentlemen, I cannot have any of these people waste my time What is the best approach? |
Posted: 06 Nov 2017 06:35 AM PST I talked to a guy once he was so friendly with me. Then I didn't see him for a year when I saw him neither of us said hi. Moreover when of friends is also his friend she said why don't you ask her out (me). He stared at me for three days after that. Then suddenly he stopped staring and when I entered he left then I entered the elevator beside him he moved to the end |
Question: I dropped my friend? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 06:08 AM PST I am 24. I met her in college and I thought we were close friends, but in reality I was confiding in her,she didn t speak on her issues. I asked her to open up. Over time, it s been the same dynamic,we would mostly speak on either my problems or generic subjects or jobs. After graduated, she only lives 20m away but we hardly saw each other. She would randomly text me to meet up at the mall and we would play this catch up thing every few months.I hate catch up friendships. After 2.5 years after I graduated and playing catch up,I knew this wouldnt last long. She has met another friend of mines,Sometimes I plan like a group outing, but I think my college friend only comes so she wont feel left out and that I may moved on.But for some reason, when I plan an outing beyond the mall with just us two,she tends to agree with the plan and go along with it and I accomodate to her schedule, then last minute she backsout. She can never follow through with plans,i think she percieves me like I am depending on her and so she can do whatever whenever at my expense. So she wastes my timeand efforts trying to make this last beyond the mall.Every time I want to invite her,I cringe. Besides that, I feel like she likes to have this upperhand, even when I talk to her,I feel like theres some underlying battle if we disagree on something small. If I stand my ground, we would go back and forth, and shes argumentive.I literally have no other friends with this type of relationship. I dropped her, am i petty? |

Question: School finds me intimidating? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 05:24 AM PST So im a goth, ive pretty much been a goth all my life. i grew up listening to the music and my parents are too. I do have a poker face and i know i do, but i try to show emotion i really do. my whole class ignores me and people try to avoid me as much as possible, they will literally take 2 steps to the side when standing next to me. I always sit alone at lunch, at the library, and in class. people will beg the teacher after class when they have to work with me to get another partner. i dont feel like ''just chancing'' my style and i dont think it will chance anything. ive been like this and always will be, its what makes me feel comfertable. ive tried before taking out my piercings, stopped wearing chokers and boots but they still avoid me and i felt pretty insecurenot being myself. am i intimidating or something? how could i be less intimidating without completely changing myself? i even made a baby cry while i was just looking at them. i just like creepy and different things that doesnt mean im going to stab youre eye with my pencil. seriously, how do i get some human concact? Thanks for the comments, i do think i smell nice? i shower once a day, wash my hair and wear perfume. Im also doing pretty okay in school, never skipped or got send out of class. i tried to change like the first week of school but people still avoided me so i stopped trying. its just that im pretty tired of only having internet friends that always leave. im really trying not to act like a freak but i just cant see myself with those clones. the only thing they care abt is drama and guys it seems. |
Question: ''Friends" ignore me, prefer my best friend? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 05:08 AM PST So im at a new school and my friend from my old school is in my class. we saw people with the same interesses and i (only me she didnt want to) tried to have a conversation with them, wich is very hard for me because i have huge anxiety. eventually we had a big group of people with friends and a groupchat on whatsapp. but in the groupschat everyone ignored or talked over me, and at school its exactly the same. i do have a pokerface when im not having ""fun"" because i mostly fake my emotions. but i tried so hard to befriend them. and my friend is exactly the same as me, akward and pokerfaced. They facetime everyday and went to the movies together twice this week and didnt even tell me. i feel completely ignored. i already had trust issues and she nows about all my problems, but now my best friend is dumping me? I told her but she came up with stupid excuses, kept clinging to me the whole day and then the next day it all went the same again. its like they like to see me break while hijacking my best friend. i feel so alone, what can i do? |
Question: Moving for new girlfriend? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 04:59 AM PST My gf and I have been together since August. Things for her have not been easy. She lost her home in a fire back in September, now has a horrible roommate and she recently found out her department is closing in December. She's been offered a job 4 hours away. She likely going to move and frankly I don't blame her. She wants me to go with her. I own my own home here that's paid off, I have a full time job here. I'm not sure it's wise for me to just "pack up" and move 4 hours from my family and everything I know. I don't know much about the whole "long distance" bit. My job has me working every other weekend. Any advice? |
Question: Is it okay to ask a guy why things have changed? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 03:55 AM PST I've been talking to a guy since August. He's in basic training right now for the army, so we had plans to see eachother when he came home for the holidays. When we first started talking, up until early october, I used to get cute messages all the time. Every morning, I'd wake up to a message from him since he's up much earlier than I am and the conversation would go from there. Whenever he didn't message first, I would of course (not just sitting here making him do all the work). But now all of a sudden I can not tell you the last time I got a cute message and I'm the one sending the first message 98 percent of the time. He answers and everything is totally normal.. but I just miss the way it was and I kinda want to know what happnened. I get somewhat attached when I talk to someone daily for months so I just feel like I need some sort of answers before I get hurt in the end. Would it be okay? I've had so much going through my head recently about the whole situation and I just feel like I need to get it off my chest. |

Posted: 06 Nov 2017 03:03 AM PST He is like a brother to me. In the past he has told me he cares for me and loves me like a Sister. I don't know why he didn't tell me that this time. I know I shouldn't expect to hear it all the time, but I think it's important at times to tell the people you care about these kind of things because life's too short not to. It's been awhile since I told him that and with all the mass shootings going on in this world I felt it was important to let him know that if anything happened to me, that he knows I care and love him like a brother and when he didn't say it back it hurted me. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. |
Question: Should I feel bad that I shot my roommate? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 02:13 AM PST While playing laser tag? Should I have just let her go? |
Posted: 06 Nov 2017 02:04 AM PST We are from different classes but we've had eye contact for few times during hallways. Few days ago, he also sat beside me at the computer lab even though there's other options...but he didn't say anything. Then a day later, when he and his friend were sitting down and talking with his back facing me, he scooted his chair into the table as I was walking towards them so I can pass by. Not sure how he knew, but probably saw my reflection. |
