Posted: 02 Nov 2017 12:00 PM PDT We spoke a few minutes about mundane things like the yard, weather and recent travels. Issue is his wife just peers at me from the screened in porch. I've met her before. I smiled and waved hello, and there was no response, not even a wave. Does she think I'm flirting with her husband? I'm not, and could really care less. He's older and not interested at all. Just trying to be friendly since they live next door. Should I not talk to him in the future, and try to avoid? I definitely felt a negative energy coming from her. |
Question: I need help! I dont understand him? Posted: 02 Nov 2017 12:00 PM PDT He and I broke up 2 months ago and I started going to church and found him staring at me 2 weeks in a row so I texted him but he said he was offended which is why it wouldn't work and why he wouldn't allow himself to have feelings for me again. I didn't respond. I've been going to church since then it's been almost a month, and he continues to constantly stare at me to the point that my friends and family notice i don't look at him and have given him a dirty look couple times |

Posted: 02 Nov 2017 07:30 AM PDT My wife and I we have a 5 week old puppy. We needed someone to come watch him during the day as a dog that young should not be left alone all day as we both work 12 hour shifts. My wife found this guy online he says he's been doing this for 5 years and enjoys taking care of dogs. We interviewed him and agreed to pay him $15 per visit, except he stays there all afternoon with the dog... my wife lets him... I questioned him as to why he does not own a car or drive he said his parents refuse to teach him and that his parents said "it is not a priority." So I'm like ok and asked him "why not just take uber then?" He said "because you have to be a certain age to use it." I said "no you don't." He said "yes you do because Uber does not use cash you need a credit card for it and you have to be a certain age." To which I replied "Whatever then bro." I asked my wife why she just lets him stay with the dog from(4:30pm to 8pm). She said because he has to walk 13 miles to get here it takes a while and it is good for our puppy to have someone watch him and because the poor guy needs a rest from that before he has to walk again. There's no bus near us, wife and I have taken taxi's before and I do agree that is expensive. We have cameras in our house all this guy does is play with the dog(fetch), take him out, feed him. I don't think he should be able to sit in our house for free. What do you think? Wife and I are 49 |
Posted: 02 Nov 2017 05:40 AM PDT I work at a store that allows you to put money down on things, and recently a customer who does so a lot passed away. I made a comment to my boyfriend who works at the same store that we should let the family of the person know if they wanted to cancel the items, they could. He called me insensitive saying that that's the last thing to do when a person dies. I wasn't trying to be, I just figured they should know because a person passing so suddenly and unexpectedly, any money could help with the funeral. I get that it was like he said, but I don't believe he should've gotten so angry about it and made a scene about it in front of our other two coworkers. Am I wrong and just being upset because of myself being insensitive? |

Question: Im I wrong for not wanting to sleep with him? Posted: 02 Nov 2017 12:00 AM PDT I've been depressed lately form family issues. However, my relationship is making me feel even more anxiety. My boyfriends great but he knows how to make me feel guilty for not sleeping with him. We are 3 years together. I'm saving myself. He loves me of course. So he has a tendency to check girls out infront of me..i mean a long stare. When I told him it bothers me, he says he can't change it because we ain't sleeping together. I feel terrible. |
Question: Can you beat my shiiiity life story? Posted: 01 Nov 2017 11:42 PM PDT I'm ugly as hell. I knew I was ugly and I should have realized it. My very beautiful gf left me for another guy she told me she was only with me because of my money. I should have known why would a pretty girl like her be with a guy like me. My family have been roasting me about my looks since I was a kid and they still do also I have no friends. Also the doctors said I might die because of the state of my liver. Due to my excessive drinking. I am unemployed because I got fired due down sizing at my job. Probably why my gf left me. I payed for that ******** bi tch's car too. I should have realize I was just buying her love. And also my car broke down and it got towed. I had to walk 30 miles to go back home and I had no one to pick me up cuz no one cares about me . But on the way I was mugged. I don't have a phone now because that ****** robbed me and I only have 108$ left in the bank. I'm going to be homeless soon because I can't pay my rent. My liver hurts I want to die. Plus I'm down to my last beer. Can anyone beat my story? Please hurry up and tell me you have it worst before I jump off my 8 story apartment. |

Question: I have a crush on my moms friend can I get some advice? Posted: 01 Nov 2017 09:09 PM PDT Ok so I've always thought my moms friend was hot but I've known her since I was a little kid and while her son was a little brother to me I haven't seen him in years but I'm 18 now she works at my school as a lunch lady and I must say she's still got it. Couple of days ago in the morning we saw each other and hugged infront of everyone and a week or two ago when I roamed the halls I saw her we hugged and talked about life. But without sounding mysogonistic she's on my bucket list. Any advice? She's Mexican so we only speak Spanish to each other I'm half Mexican |
Question: Is he a creep or simply lonely? Posted: 01 Nov 2017 09:06 PM PDT I have an family friend who is 70 y.o, his wife is very sick and he has no children. My family feels bad for him because he is pretty lonely. We have been talking to him for 4 years, and he has always been nice to me like a grandpa and a grandkid (i am 21 y.o). HOWEVER, there were two occasions that make me question his behavior. First one, 2 years ago on his birthday, he texted me asking if it was okay for me to send him a picture of me in a two piece swimming suit. I answered i didn't have any swimming suit. He never mentioned it again. He has been nice still. He texts me a lot about stuffs like when am i free for a bowling game, dinner, God bless me, keep working hard, are you doing great in school? me and my wife pray for you, etc...which is why i think he's pretty nice and he's simply an very lonely grandpa. But, the second occasion happened a week ago, he asked me if he became a millionaire on November, would I go out with him for a dinner. I answered that was not appropriate for him to ask me that. He hasn't texted me anything since then. What do you guys think? Is he simply a nice old grandpa who is desperate for companion or is he a creep? |

Question: Why aren't people thinking about their family members? Posted: 01 Nov 2017 06:37 PM PDT It is like "you are on your own" but they want you to come to thanksgivings and other event.... I guess that is the only reason to be with family.... is to hang out with them at a special event... (wedding, etc...). My mother and my sister think I can get a job... but I have hearing and speech problem... with no problem.... So they have my nephew to get a regular job... So... I will most likely forever be in a financial situation... I was hoping that my nephew would become a celebrity and be rich or President of USA... so I won't have any problem getting a job, working with him. But it seems he will be a nobody.... and do whatever he wants... to help himself. So when I get old.... I will end up in old folk home or nursing home, being sad. |
Question: How to let go of my friends? Posted: 01 Nov 2017 05:54 PM PDT We've had our ups and downs, lots of friendship break ups and drama. The longest I wasn't friends with them for is 4 years. I contacted one of them 3 years ago telling her how much she hurt me and it was a mistake because she was nasty to me. Last April I got back in touch with them and we are friends again, but it hasn't been perfect. I feel like we've grown apart since I was 20 and they were 22 when we stopped being friends; now we are 25 and 27. I feel like I'm trying to make up time with them and they seem like they aren't interested because they had time when they were younger to go out, be silly etc. I rarely hear from them and rarely see them. They never contact me. I do most of the contacting. I also feel like they are their own clique and that I'm an outsider. They stick up for each other and never take my side. A few months ago we had a fight that resulted in them both de-friending me off Facebook for no reason. They blamed me for the fight. They got upset at me for "reading" their messages and not responding right away, they do it to me all the time. They began making comments about the relationship I was in at the time; I ended up pissing one of them off because I brought up how her bf was hitting on both of us via Snapchat while we were drunk, before he even was her boyfriend. That resulted in her being nasty to me and calling me a whore, gross, slut etc. She just wouldn't stop throwing insults at me. I'm constantly stressed out and sad cause I miss them. |

Question: Should I tell my mom I lost my virginity? Posted: 01 Nov 2017 05:22 PM PDT Over the summer, I lost my virginity with my boyfriend who I've been dating for a little bit more than a year. We conversed about this before and made sure we were both comfortable with it, and after we did it, it was great-except my mom almost caught us when she returned home. She yelled at me asking why my boyfriend was shirtless, and I made up a dumb excuse, and she seemed to believe it. He also talked with her and followed up on the lie I told her, and she was fine. After her reaction, I didn't even want to ever tell her I had sex, despite her always telling me when I was younger (like 13) that I could confide in her with that and if I ever told her I wanted to have sex, she would support me and help me get everything I needed. I want to tell her so bad I lost my virginity (with protection of course) but I'm so scared that she'll prevent me from seeing him. He's a kind hearted boyfriend, and he didn't pressure me whatsoever to have sex with him. I had to confide in my cousin who helped me and talked with me about safety and how I was feeling, and didn't shame me at all. I really want to tell my mom so she could help me and I wouldn't have to pretend that I'm not interested in having sex. I'm 16 and my boyfriend is 17. What should I do? Why did her views seem to change as I got a bit older? |

Question: Any relationship advice? I still love this person.? Posted: 30 Oct 2017 04:34 PM PDT First off, I m gay. No sense in avoiding that. We re both 21 and like to play video games. Recently(~2 months) my boyfriend broke up with me and I had thought that we had a good relationship. In fact, it only got a little bad when he started school this year. He has school, work, and an internship right now. He told me that he was starting to get unhappy with our relationship but couldn t tell me when or why he started feeling that way. Later he told me that he was annoyed with me putting video games before other things, and that he felt he never got enough alone time(he only really stayed home and got food food with me, he also didn t go out much when we were together.) I really love him and want to be with him, but if I even mention the break up he gets irritated and shuts down. We were together for a year and a half, and we moved in together(still living with him, but moving soon.) I m not sure if this is related but he told me that all of his family members that have married have divorced at least once and that others have had bad relationships. He wants me to be happy but I was happy with him. Any advice would be great. Also, how long should I wait before I ask him if he wants to date me again? |
