Question: How often do you and you're spouse fight? Posted: 07 Nov 2016 09:36 PM PST And how badly does it escalate? I'm just curious because I have been living with my boyfriend for close to five years now and we get along great for the most part. But every four or five months we have a HUGE fight over the stupidest things (we don't cheat or do anything horrible to each other) we just start with a few words and it escalates into throwing things and screaming I hate you and I litterally have to hold my self back from physical violence I become so angry. Then after a few hours we are fine with each other and go about life. I never saw my parents fight so I'm not sure if it's normal/healthy or if it's something that shouldn't get so heated and we need to work on that. |
Question: My daughter just married a man who has never talks...? Posted: 07 Nov 2016 09:35 PM PST She is African American, and is divorced with a child. He is Caucasian And has never been married. She started dating him about 3 years ago but did not tell me about him till last yr. when we met, we introduced ourselves. She didn't introduce us. Now, before she married him I stared seeing signs of marriage on her Pinterest page. I told her I didn't think he is "the one" because of the initial meeting and his lack of words thereafter. She still married him. Ever since she met him, she's been acting different and is now saying we are not really close. Although we use to talk to each other almost everyday on the phone. I don't understand why she is treating me this way but she will call when she needs support with a decision or needs something.. Please help |
Question: My boyfriend of four months wants me to say that I love him.? Posted: 07 Nov 2016 09:17 PM PST After being married for 20 years my husband left me saying that he didn t want a family anymore. He said I was a great wife and mother but he could not take the fact that I made more money than him. He said he did not want people to think his wife took care of him. Needless to say this left me devastated and scared to fall in love again. I met someone who I care about very much and I do love him but I can t bring myself to say it because of fear. I was a stay home mom for 20 yrs. I went to school and earned my doctorate. I was ready to start living with a new lucrative career when my ex wanted me to quit and as he state I should go work A Walmart. My new guy loves my ambition and says he loves everything about me. Im just terrified to say it. I know that nothing can keep a person who wants to leave. I am just looking for an approach to telling him how I feel. |

Question: Wife keeps asking about sex life before her? Posted: 07 Nov 2016 05:46 PM PST How many women I've been with? What I was doing? I wouldn't open that door. I did a lot of stuff I'm not proud of. But that was the old brainless me. I am a changed man now. All thanks to her. I just don't want her to ask me these questions anymore. |
Question: What do I do if my "best friend" wants me to have custody of his child? Posted: 07 Nov 2016 05:36 PM PST A guy I used to be really good friends with pretty much forced me to take his baby girl under my wing. He had a pretty tough year with his wife passing away due to birth complications. It made him acquire a hate for HIS child. He managed to care for her for a while then he became sick and pretty much just gave up his kid to me. Told me to take her away bc she's a disgrace. I'm thinking, "You're crazy! She's your daughter!", but he didn't care. I lost respect for the guy. How can he not care about her? I'm 23... I wouldn't mind caring for her. But I just don't know if it's okay. He gave me all her papers. I don't know if I need to go to court or not. I have so much planned for myself and I wasn't expecting this life change. |

Question: My wife lied about a sex partner.? Posted: 07 Nov 2016 03:38 PM PST My baby sitter told me that her husband slept with my wife before she was my wife, or before we were even together. She told me this earlier today. Now, I asked her a few weeks ago if back in the day, if they did anything, and she said "no". I really dont like that she lied, and id like to confront her, but I told my babysitter I would leave her name out of it all, and besides, I don't know if my wife would have words with her, or the husband, or what, and I really don't need the drama. Anyway, the sex she had before we were together isn't what bothers me, but the lying does, so, I mean... what do you think I should do? |
Question: My wife keeps talking to her parents all the time? Posted: 07 Nov 2016 03:28 PM PST On Skype. Whatup app or whatever it's called. It doesn't really bother me. Question: I would like to move but husband wants to stay close to parents? Posted: 07 Nov 2016 07:55 AM PST I have been considering moving to another state in 5 to 10 years or even after my husband retires. We're both in our late 30s and my husband even loves the state we are considering but he put a damper on the dreams by making the statement he doesn't want to move far from his parents. It has actually upset me because as of now they live less than 30 mins away and do not act like they are family unless it's holidays or obligation events they have to attend. They are still very active and enjoy their lives hanging with coworkers or friends, but will not dive into being grandparents nor will answer emails, texts, or phone calls if it's not convient for them. I assured my husband that when the time comes we will be there for them because that is truly the right thing to do. What I don't understand is why am I being asked to not have dreams waiting for in laws to need us when my own mother lives 4 hrs away and I don't make a fuss about it and I'm female. |
Question: Why is my husband like this? I think I'm ready to leave.? Posted: 07 Nov 2016 06:29 AM PST My husband and I have been married for maybe 9 months now. We married very quickly and while I thought I knew him I was wrong. After we married he became a raging alcoholic always putting me down and putting down the fact that I have children that aren't his. He screams and yells in my face and twice spit in my face while drinking. Every time he says hell stop and change he will for a day and then go off on something and drink until he passes out. He especially does it on Fridays when I drop my kids off he'll say I'm cheating and I'm never home but I'm gone for a couple hours cause its a little far drive. I just dont think I can do this anymore. I know you should stick things out but should I stick around and wait for him to respect me and my kids and my past? |
Question: Do I not have the right to know what him and his brother are texting about? Posted: 07 Nov 2016 05:34 AM PST It seems that for the past few months my husband and his brother have been texting quite a bit. Like I said back in May my husband received him Masters in human service counseling and my brother-in-law and his wife aren't on the best of terms right now. It seems that every time I see my husband he has his phone in his hands and he and his brother are texting. He says that he's trying to give his brother some advice. Every now and then he'll leave the house and say he's going over to his brother's place for a little while. Last night I walked into the bedroom and he had his phone in his hands texting. I looked at the screen and saw it was his brother he was texting again and I asked what they were talking about and he refused to tell me. Is it that big of a secret and why won't he tell me? As his wife do I not have the right to know? Yes, we got into an argument over it because my husband seemed to be very secretive when it comes to telling me what's going on with his brother and his wife. Am I wrong? |
Posted: 07 Nov 2016 03:17 AM PST A friend told me the next day that he said he planned on fighting me. Does that mean he plans on making it difficult for me for the divorce? Was it just said to be vindictive? I never wanted anything to be unfair, i just wanted I'm to know he would be hearing from my side. |
Question: MY WIFE WILL NOT MAKE ME LUNCH EVEN THOUGH SHE AGREED TO!!!!!? Posted: 06 Nov 2016 11:11 AM PST I took wife to church this morning and she told me she'll make lunch.
