Question: My Wife Doesn't Give Me Affection. What should I do? Posted: 19 Nov 2016 08:53 PM PST My wife and I have been married a little over 11 years. She has stopped showing me any kind of affection toward me whatsoever. We haven't had sex in over 4 years. She also has a temper. Everytime she drinks and falls asleep on the couch, she gets grouchy with me. Whenever she is sober and I ask her what's wrong, she blames her hormones. We have had money problems, but we both work and are committed to our jobs. While we don't make much money, our job security is pretty good. I don't see either of us getting laid off anytime soon. Anyway, I'm pretty sure she is depressed. She refuses to seek help using excuses such as: "I don't have time to." Also, everytime I call her out on not being affectionate with me, she promises she'll try to change. It isn't even just sex! I tried holding her hand while we were sitting on the couch tonight, and she didn't. When I asked her about it, she snapped at me and said I was being too needy. The dog was in the way on the middle cushion and she said I was being impatient. At this point, I don't even care about the sex. I just want any inkling of affection back from her even if it isn't sex. An occasional back scratch or scalp massage...whatever! By the way, she has a bad back, so she asks me to pound her back with my fists on occasion and I do it. But whenever I ask for a little bit of affection from her, she bites my head off. I shouldn't even have to ask her! I want her to WANT to give me affection. What should I do? |

Question: How does divorce affect a person? Posted: 19 Nov 2016 08:29 PM PST My husband and I have been married for over five years and we have two children together. We have been having issues for awhile and I am starting to feel that I might be happier if I was single and didn't have to worry about anyone but myself and my children. I do care for my husband however I see a lot of flaws in him that he doesn't think he needs to fix. I want to know about others stories on divorce. |

Question: Married men - do you keep anything private from your wife? Posted: 19 Nov 2016 07:26 PM PST Do you feel that there are some things that you do not want your wife knowing about, for whatever reason, and does she respect your privacy in this area? |

Question: Bi wife more like lesbian. Sex feels stiff and force and a big turn off? Posted: 19 Nov 2016 06:21 PM PST I don't know what to do. I've been married for 3 years and I knew when I married her that she is bi. I'm starting to figure out she is way more into women and she only wants to be with a man because she is Mormon. We have two kids and sex is rare and when we do have it she is noticeably uncomfortable and stiff and boring. I'm very sexual and kinky and feel as if I'm slowly dying. I know this is tough for her but she is in total denial. Is there anyone out there that can relate? Please help :( |
Question: Whenever my husband and I have a fight he runs over to his ex wife house? Posted: 19 Nov 2016 06:10 PM PST My Mom said that this would happen. His ex wife and 2 kids live only a few miles down road. Sometimes they all go out to lunch or to movies. How can I be sure he isn't doing it with her? |
Posted: 19 Nov 2016 05:24 PM PST I am a married 25 year old women. I got married to a man I love very much. We ve been married a little over a year. We had a lavish dream wedding. I ve knows him since I was 14 years old. He takes care of me and he s very kind hearted and giving. I left my job about 6 months ago. I hated it but it paid so well. So I m not working. We recently moved into a new apartment together and have been there for about 2 months now. I have not completed my college education. I don t like my inlaws but I try to keep my relationship with them cordial. I have friends but not one I can call a good & trustworthy friend. I m not too close with my siblings – I ve had my fairshare of fallouts with them. I m not religous. I haven t prayed or gotten close to God(Allah) in years & have no spiritual connection to anyone or anything. I ve gained around 40 pounds and I suffer from vitiligo, which is spreading more than ever now. I have no passion in anything I do anymore. It s like the energy or life force is being sucked out of me. I m not even trying to go back to school or get a job. I just don t try anymore. I feel like I have no purpose in life. I don t know what I can do to help myself get out this "phase". I feel lonely and I can t tell anyone I know because they will never understand(they ll tell me to go back to school or get a job) what is happening with me. It s more than I can explain to anyone. |
Posted: 19 Nov 2016 04:27 PM PST I am probably about to become homeless with my fiance. But I don't want her to live the homeless like life and I have before. I want her to be safe and have a roof over our head and food to eat. But the thing is I just lost my job and we can afford it and we have enough till the end of this month. It's a long story but for the simple meaning of this question, I would like to know what you would do. It looks like we have two options 1. we can go homeless together and try to do our best to work up to getting a job again and a house. Or 2. She can break up with me and go back to live with her family in another state or we will have much difficulty contacting each other. We were just about to get married this month but last month we had a wreck and our vehicle was totaled and it cannot be used or fixed. So don't think we can live in a car anything we would really have to go out into the streets and just try to find a random place to sleep we could probably get food stamps and such to eat or go to these homeless things nearby but we're not allowed to live in homeless shelters, and really, that just makes it worse. So if you were me, would you break up with her and send her back to her family's house in another state and probably never marry her in years, maybe by that time she may find someone else and change her mind, or would you let her tag along with you being homeless and hopefully something works out eventually? |

Posted: 19 Nov 2016 02:35 PM PST Not really sure how to tell her, but after being "roommates" for a few years now it's taken a toll on me. I love her and do a ton for her because I care about her. However things are not the same and I've lost interest. Not sure what to do |
Question: Why wife just watches horses now? Posted: 19 Nov 2016 01:48 PM PST She has no interest in me. |
Question: Should I be concerned? Posted: 19 Nov 2016 01:25 PM PST I just asked my wife if I should do something to enlarge my penis for her. She gave me a blank stare, and walked off. If you followed my previous question then you know what's going on. |

Question: STANDING CREATING WIFE UP AFTER SIX MONTHS OF NC? Posted: 19 Nov 2016 11:28 AM PST Posted earlier but heres the updated spill my wife cheated, asked me to move out, let another guy move in a week later. For aix months she voided me. Posted pictures with the guy on Facebook and everything. A couple days ago my mom saw her at this restaurant and my wife broke down in tears. Then Asked me to meet with her because she feels its time we as adults sit down and talk. I asked about what and she said "good answer" a few hours passed and she said "about what we should do moving forward" I didn't respond and she sends me another message saying "closure I guess" now I accepted her offer to meet today at 5pm. The twist is I'm definitely going to stand her up, but I do miss her honestly but I feel I can't allow my self to peel off a scab causing the wound to get bigger |
Question: Is she overreacting or was I at fault? Posted: 19 Nov 2016 10:58 AM PST My wife wanted me to do oral on her last night, I was very tired after driving for many hours yesterday. So, I told her that if she wants oral, she has to start earlier and not late in the night as I was very tired and sleepy. She was very upset at this comment and said I was sounding like her ex-husband. I was offended by that and think she shouldn't be comparing me with other people. Is this going to be a long-term problem? |

Question: What should I do to punish my husband for loving another woman? Posted: 19 Nov 2016 09:20 AM PST I am a 32 years old female, a mother of three kids, and a wife. My husband cheated on me last year with a co worker and I went through hell recovering from that. I decided to stay married and not file for divorce because of the kids, finances, he was regretting the affair and promised to be faithful. Whatever, I want you all to know that for a woman, once someone cheats on her, she will never fully recover and that broken heart will never be back to normal. We can move forward, healing, coping, etc (all media things). However, we will always have that pain deep inside. My question is what can I do to punish my husband and let him feel the same pain I am having? |
Question: Husband keeps lying about porn use?? Posted: 19 Nov 2016 09:05 AM PST I am 28 he is 32, we have been together 10 years. I am not a prude, I enjoy porn myself. I have watched porn with him. We have amazing sex, though I have to be honest and say that I want sex more than him. Often, I go crazy because I will want to have sex and he will push it often 9 or 10 days before we have sex again. I have told him I am okay with porn. I do anything for him in bed. I don't understand why he lies about it over and over??? Why does it have to be a shameful secret? |
Question: My husband has a friend s name in his phone that I know does not own a phone? Posted: 19 Nov 2016 08:35 AM PST I was afraid it was another woman put in with his name because when I asked my husband he said maybe it synced with Facebook cause that guy doesn t have a phone...but my husband only has like 4 contacts so obviously it didn t pop out of clear air, he put the number in there...so I called it and a man answered telling me he didn t know of my husband? This makes no sense? Opinions this happened to anyone else? |
Question: Should I give my (soon to be) ex husband another shot? Posted: 19 Nov 2016 08:16 AM PST So my husband and I separated for the fifth time and this time I called it quits. The past times he always left me to go back to him mothers house and I always begged and pleased with him to come back. Going to counseling on my own, trying to make it work. He has anger issues, and I have my issues as well. But we both have a lot of growing up to do. I m 22, and he is 23. This time in august, I left and I told him I planned on getting the divorce in January. Now he is apologetic, blowing my phone up, saying he is sorry, he misses me, and wants his family back again. My thing is I don t want to go back to the same problems, and end up hurt once again, because he refuses to change. 5 times is too many chances. And we have been through some horrible stuff...just looking for advice. Should I try again or just let it go. |
Question: Is this a good technique to get my wife outside in the winter? Posted: 19 Nov 2016 07:53 AM PST She complains about being cooped up all winter and lack of motivation. My idea was that as soon as she wakes up she has to put on thermals (top and bottom) and keep them on all day. This way she will start to feel warm inside and feel motivated to get outside and cool off! If she is still lazy I'm allowed to tell her to wear a fleece or hoodie over top. She wants to try it but will it work? |
Question: Why do people say that "staying together for the kids" is the "right thing to do"? Posted: 19 Nov 2016 07:35 AM PST Sometimes if a marriage doesn't work, I hear people preach "You should stay together for the kids and be a family, it's the right thing to do." or "if it's broke, do what it takes to fix it." I worked hard while my wife was a stay at home mom for our 2 kids. Once they got into school, my wife started sleeping around, now that she has more time on her hands. I confronted her each time I found out, and gave her another chance. When I caught her the 3rd time, I decided enough was enough. I am working hard to feed this family, and she's off running around. I deserve better. So I initiated a divorce. People are telling me that it is ME who is ruining the family, and that I should have paid more attention to her. Are you f***ing kidding me!? Cheating is a CHOICE, and I deserve someone faithful. |
Question: Should I leave my marriage? Posted: 19 Nov 2016 07:34 AM PST Well first of all I was initially interested in two different men at work. Mind you, I knew them both about the same time. I chose one and married him because he made me feel free and happy and I loved him. Turns out he was an alcoholic and abusive towards me. After I left him I started hanging out with the other guy I was interested in and we got closer and decided to make love. He however did not want a relationship. He was straightforward and said it s because I married that man and am pregnant with his child. He told me if I had left him months ago before then he would definitely give it a chance. Seeing as I probably would have gotten nowhere with him, I ventured back to my husband who had quit drinking and things haven t been violent since, but I find that I m still not happy and may have fallen for the other guy :( I m afraid to leave or talk to my husband about it because of his violent tendencies (and protection of the other man). Do I continue to live half a marriage based on responsibility and fear or do I attempt to pursue this other guy who I might or might not end up with in the end, and if so, how do I do it without my husband being violent? Sorry it s so long :( please help |
Question: How to find out whos texting the number of my wife? Posted: 19 Nov 2016 07:23 AM PST |
Posted: 19 Nov 2016 06:28 AM PST We have been married for 2 years. I love my wife so much but I can't help think she does not love me anymore. I admit I'm not the best husband, but I'm not the worst I am however a great father. I will never leave her as even if my wife does not love me anymore, I have enough love for the both of us. Guess I was brought up right. I don't know? |
Question: Is wrong to request that the 6 extra people pay for the van rental? Posted: 19 Nov 2016 05:20 AM PST My son's Godparent's sister-in-law invited us to their home to celebrate Thanksgiving with them and the rest of the family. All of the members of the family where we live are unable to drive (no licenses). One of the family members was recently arrested due to driving with a suspended license. The plan was that we would travel with our son's Godparents, as we did before in July. I wasn't really too keen on going anyway, but my husband kind of trapped me into it. He believes that just discussing something means it's a done deal. But now it's set...RSVP is in, hotel rooms are rented for us and our son's Godparents. My husband ran into one of the brothers who told him they wouldn't be going up for Thanksgiving because no one wants to take the chance driving. That's completely understandable, but now my husband was to rent a bigger van to accommodate the 6-7 extra people. My husband doesn't have a license, so all of that (the rental and driving the HUGE van would fall on me). Besides, we broke our holiday budget for the hotel room, which really wasn't much. But now to add on an extra $200 for a vehicle rental seems a bit ridiculous, and just because the 6-7 extra people who do not to risk going. IMO, if they want to that badly, then they figure out a way to get there themselves. Would I be wrong to insist they pay for the rental amongst themselves for the trouble this is causing? Although I'd prefer not to get involved. I would have the rent the van in my name only. |
Posted: 19 Nov 2016 04:44 AM PST I have been married for going on 22 years. We have 4 kids but 3 of them are grown up. I have not been in love with my husband for about the last 8 years or so. We have both cheated in the past and forgiven each other. I have been a stay at home mom for all these years so no job prospects. He makes good money and still we struggle to make ends meet so there is no way I could make enough if I left him. The only time he touches me is to have sex and that is all he seems to want from me. I am repulsed at the thought of sex with him but he doesn t care and I give in like a wife should out of duty. I have recently met someone who really makes me feel good about myself and makes me very happy in general. I have not acted on these feelings but want to. I cannot live without my husband only because I cannot support our large family. My husband is basically a disgusting pig. Everything he says to me makes me feel like just a piece of meat. I am finally at my wits end with the way he treats me. He is not physically abusive but emotionally and mentally abusive. What can I do |
Question: Should I tell my husband not to fart during Thanksgiving Dinner? Posted: 19 Nov 2016 02:26 AM PST He has been doing it for two years. The first time it turned into a farting contest. The second time he pooped himself. Should I ask him not to do it this year? |
Posted: 18 Nov 2016 10:37 PM PST Most of the time he isn t abusive but whenever he gets upset usually once or twice every 2 weeks or so he will beat me ..beating as in slapping me in the face hitting me in the back kicking me stomping me..when he is upset I get so afraid my heart starts pounding and I get butterflies in my stomach because I know what s about to happen I even try to avoid it..once I tried to Jump out of the window I live in the second floor so I didn t jump..but that was a brutal beating I even coughed up blood..this is only when he is really upset the rest of the time he is really laid back and calm until he becomes angry..but his angry beatings are making me ill..Noone knows about this because I m so embarrassed..but now I need advice.. |
Posted: 18 Nov 2016 10:24 PM PST my husband and got jealous when we started dating I ended this with the guy. My husband proposed we got married. I still think of this other man we had a really strong emotional connection. Tall for hours got along great. My husband is verbally abusive towards me & yells curses & belittle me over stupid things. I often wonder how things with the other guy would have ended. Epescepially when my husband makes me sad. He curses at me over Pizza last time. Time after that I got yelled at & cursed becuz my dog barked at him. I finally told my husband he's needs to get counseling or else we will divorce. He told me he honestly doesn't if can change. I'm scared to come home to my husband becuz I fear he curses at me whenever he's gets mad. I'm constantly nervous & afraid. I know this is a stretch, but if we get divorce i know .the other guy is single. I can't get him out of my head maybe if our marriage was better. Is wrong of me too have these feelings. The guy has another job now. I miss him terribly I'm scared of rejection. The one thing he told me was your going to regret marrying him. Know I do. I dream about the other man all the time. I am crazy? Please can someone help me. I really want to believe my marriage will work but my husband has told me that he doesn't believe he will change so I don't see it happening. Has anyone experienced this before? Please solid advice. I only married 2 years and it's been hell even from the honeymoon. |
Question: Why are American women so horrible and not wife material? Posted: 18 Nov 2016 10:07 PM PST Why is it that american women idolize trashy people like the Kardashian sisters? Why do they brag about the 100 guys they hooked up with on tinder in one year as if its a good thing? Why do they value careers over being wives and mothers? Why do they wear sweat pants or pajamas all day when they don't have work? Why do they think its acceptable to wear FLIP FLOPS outside? Why do thy think its acceptable to wear sneakers when they're not going to the gym? Why do they cut their hair off once they turn 40? Why do they start looking like frumpy grandmas? Why do they stuff their faces with overpriced deep fried exotic food and call themselves "foodies" and think they're so special even though their arteries are getting just as clogged as their mcdonalds eating counterparts? Why do they brag about being fat and think being fat is being "curvy" and a "real woman"? Why do they shame men who prefer skinny women and call us pedophiles or gay? Why do they get tattoos, piercings, and thinking cussing is cool? Why do they get mad when you say hello to them and accuse you of sexual harassment? Why do they all have such bad attitudes? |
Question: Girl on all guys hunting trip? Posted: 18 Nov 2016 09:58 PM PST My husband wants to go on an "all guys" hunting trip with my brother, my sisters husband, and a couple other friends. I am fine with him going on a hunting trip but my brother wants to bring his girlfriend who hunts. I don't think it's fair that the other girl gets to join in on the hunting trip while I am stuck home. My brother told me that the only girl allowed in deer camp is his girlfriend. And of course my brother in law backs him up. They think I am being controlling because I suggested a family trip so my sister and I could go too. I don't think it's fair that only one girl can tag along. It's supposed to be all guys, if one girl goes I think we all should be able to go. I enjoy supporting my husbands hunting hobby and love helping track deer. Thoughts... |
