Question: Bringing a ring from Tijuana to Guadalajara? Posted: 17 Nov 2016 02:33 PM PST I have a ring I would like to give to my girlfriend in her hometown as a surprise, not an engagement ring, but a promise ring (call me old-school). We are flying from TJ to Guadalajara. If I put the ring in my carry on will I be stopped in security and asked about it? I don't want to risk checking it in with my bag. But I will if I must. Or is it okay to bring back and forth through the airport? I was also worried about customs since its being brought across boarders. |
Question: Should my husband and I have a casual, semi-formal or formal wedding? Posted: 17 Nov 2016 01:28 PM PST My husband and I are finally going to have our wedding, after nearly 20 years of marriage. We're trying to decide if it should be casual, semi-formal or formal. It will be a small event consisting of just immediate family--and our kids. We just can't decide. What do you think? Please no negative responses. Thanks. |

Question: Should I send wedding invitations to colleague who would not be able to attend my wedding? Posted: 17 Nov 2016 06:26 AM PST I am getting married in my native place that is far away from the place that I currently work in. I know that my colleagues would not be able to attend. They are aware of the wedding taking place since I have applied for the leave and they planned a surprise bridal shower. I do want to send them an invitation or an announcement kind of an email with a link to my wedding website. Do you think it would be weird to do that? If not, what should i write in the email? |
