Question: Shy kid needs some friends? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 04:26 PM PST I have a good amount of friends that keep me happy. There is this kid who I feel really bad, so I talked to him once and he is awfully shy. He is a really good kid who can make friends if he was not socially unfit. Should I try to bring him into my friend group
Question: Does anyone know snappy comebacks for a nosy friend that says I drink too much? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 04:21 PM PST So I have this friend that whenever we go out to a party with other friends she never drinks. I m the first one to drink, but I don t have a problem or anything but she s always getting in my business saying in a cocky attitude "oh I don t drink I don t need to drink to have fun. Why do you drink? you drink too much?" And it gets annoying. What are like some snappy comebacks for her?
Question: My ex sends me a message telling me he can't message me anymore. What is the point? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 04:20 PM PST This is only driving me crazy because I feel like he's trying to stay in my head when I was moving on just fine before. We've been apart for 4 months and I haven't seen him since, and he's already had 2 different girls he posts about all the time on Facebook. The first one he admitted to use to get over me, but just a couple weeks later after telling me he missed me and kept trying to hang out, i find out he's with a new girl. I don't look at his page often, but I last saw pictures of them together and how happy he said he was. Then out of the random he sends me a message saying he can't message me anymore because that's considered "cheating". When I didn't respond he sends another, saying unless I wanted to come over and talk about it. I never responded, but left me with the thought that they are now "official". However, my friend had told me his page still says he's single and she doesn't even acknowledge him when he tags her in stuff. Is he trying to make me jealous? It does somewhat kill me that his family loved me and he did things for me nobody else has ever done, and now already has me replaced while I'm still alone.
Question: Who's wrong in this situation? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 04:14 PM PST We were typing in a group chat and this guy says my sister gets low grades and i proved him wrong and he starts defending himself and keep calling my sister dumb. I removed him from the chat just not to keep the drama going. People are saying i only removed him because i was losing but i wasn't. They are calling me fake. Did i do something wrong?
Question: How can i keep guys from trying to date me on xbox? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 04:04 PM PST Almost every time i met a new friend on xbox that is a guy, 9 times out of 10, they end up either hitting on me, try to get me to send nudes, and/or date me. Why can't we just be friends? It gets real annoying and people tell me to block them but if i do, i won't have any friends except for maybe two or three. I hate becoming friends and having a great time just for them to end up making things wierd. Are there any other female gamers who deal with this? (im sure im not the only one). And how do you deal with it? Should i just lie about having a boyfriend to get them to leave me alone?
Question: What does it mean when a guy sends you a picture of their penis? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 03:51 PM PST This guy and I have been meeting up and we have been having sex it's been going on since 2014. We live in different states and we've met up twice since then. The last time I saw him was in June of this year. The other day he sent me a picture of his penis. And I asked him if he liked what I did to him last time he said yes. He kept telling me that his penis thick and sweet and asked me if I liked it I said yes. I want to go see him in January but do you think he'll still want to have sex with me?
Question: Is this normal for 14-15 year old girls to do? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 03:49 PM PST Ok so out of the blue this one girl snapped me. We're friends btw. It said "put your d*** up my nose" which is really weird because this girl is like really Christian and conservative and stuff and she would never do this. So I replied saying I think you sent this to the wrong person, she replied with more stuff like that. I knew this wasn't her. Later I found out this one girl (I still dunno who, but obviously her friend) was with this girl (my friend, the one whose phone they were using) and just joking around. Is this normal? It was pretty funny.
Question: How do i get out of this? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 03:35 PM PST im 16 and when i was young (9 or 10) i had this friend who i went to school with. his mother used to babysit me at her house so he was my best friend. at one point he moved to a different state so i didnt see him often. jump a couple years i start hearing that he has no friends in his new school and is being bullied. i didnt think much of it since he was out of my life his family would come back to my state once a month and he would come visit me. whenever he did it was really uncomfortable. while i had matured he still had a child sense of humor laughing a poop jokes and such. i sensed then he had some kind of personality disorder. now almost 4 years after he moved his mother texts me to text him. i dont know if im his only friend or somthing but i dont want to talk to him i havent seen him for a really long time and i dont understand why he hasnt moved on yet. what do i do
Question: Should I continue to remain friends? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 03:33 PM PST At what point do give up on a new friend? We hung of twice. Then we planned to hangout and they cancelled because someone in there family died but then posted a video on Facebook of them hanging out with other friends. Then they asked me to hangout and asked what day was good for me. I said Tuesday and they never answered so we never hangout. Then asked again and the same thing happened didnt answer. Then I asked (idk why I did) and we worked out to hangout yesterday. Said they would meet me at the movies at 6:30. I was running a bit late so I texted them I was going to be there around 6:45. They then then texted me at 6:53 that they were going to be late because they were going to McDonalds but would be there right away. At 7:30 I texted them I was leaving and we could do another day. They said they were sorry and that they lost tract of time. They want to hangout tonight, should I do it? Should I just drop this person?
Question: How can I get people to see past my southern accent? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 03:15 PM PST I moved to PA from the South about a year and a half ago. Making friends has been difficult for me. A big part of it is because of my southern accent. Nobody makes fun of it, that just seems to be the first thing people notice about me. Especially at my hotel job. I get asked everyday day by different people where the heck I'm from. I'm tired of it. People act like they've never heard a southern drawl before. I'm even trying to work on taming it to where it won't sound so deep for my job. I'm tired of being known as the cute little southern girl here. Tired of being treated more like a foreigner than a person. Any advice?
Question: I have nothing in common with my roommate. How do I dodge invitations to hang out? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 03:12 PM PST So, I've been at college for a few months now. I was randomly assigned to my roommates and the other two are fine. However, one roommate in particular always wants me to go to events I don't care about with her and acts offended when I decline. We used to eat dinner in the dining hall together, but we have literally nothing in common. She's nice, but I hate talking to her about sports and her family. If you try to talk about yourself she'll just look at you for a second before talking again.
Question: My friend likes to add fuel to the fire? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 03:02 PM PST Two of my friends have been arguing, and when it seems things are getting better my other friend likes to tell them both what they said about each other to her behind their backs. It's weird because she has done this before when another 2 friends were fighting. But if nobody is fighting with each other she is fine, but it's like the drama brings out the worse in her and she wants to see more and more

Question: Is he insecure or is he trying to be open with me? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 02:56 PM PST Last night, my best friend asked me if I was into him for sex and nothing else. I asked him why he thought that since I have been spending most of my time with him lately. He said to me that most girls that hang out with a guy are just after them for the sex, that's it and nothing else evolves. I felt really weird after that to be around him, so I went to the living room to sit down on the couch. He put in our rented movie so we could watch it together, but the thought of him asking me if I was just spending my time with him for sex and nothing else bothered me. I interrupted the movie and said, If I was after you for sex, we'd be upstairs in the bed doing it non-stop instead of sitting here watching a movie together. I'm not after you for sex, I actually love spending time with you than spending it at home by myself. He sat there in silence for a few minutes after I had laid down on the couch, then he put his pouty lip out and laid his head down on my stomach and said I'm sorry that I insinuated that you wanted me for sex and only sex, but you don't. I ran my fingers through his hair and I said, I love you and if something was to evolve in us getting together, the involvement would not be based on sex, but the love that we both have for one another. He kissed the back of my hand while I ran my fingers through his hair. He leaned up and said I love you too, more than a friend if that helps. Just to make a joke, I said Oh its sexual on your end for sure. He just laughed... and said I Love you and I mean it baby girl. I absolutely love being with you and want to see where we go from here with one another.
Question: I hate nostalgia!! i feel depressed cause of it!? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 02:03 PM PST okay so basically im just remembering all the great friends i had and the adventures we would go on and do. Im in 10th grade now and basically everything 8th grade and below i miss. I had great friends and i miss them so much. And how i wouldnt care so much. Now im not really friends with them anymore. One of my best friend actually turned on me and we hate each other now. But idk i miss all my old friends and how i would go out in the neighborhood and explore. I also miss being a kid and going to birthday parties and playing with dolls and stuff. Now i only have 2 friends and they kind of annoy me. They can be rude sometimes and i get a bad energy around them. my old friends have other friends now and moved on. I moved too so i cant really just hang out with them. I started to model and i love it and cant wait to meet new people but it still kinda depresses me that my child hood is over. Im turning 17 soon and idk... i miss my childhood a lot.like i keep looking back and remembering "the good times" makes me sad. especially since my old best friend and i hate each other now. any advice on how to move on? also now i just sit at home on the weekends, which really depresses me... and i just remember being out all day with my friends until 11 pm sometimes, going into the woods, riding bikes, going to fast food places... idk dumb stuff.. i miss it so much. i have no one to do it with and my neighborhood now is like in the middle of no where and there r no people my age...

Question: Hey, what's up guys? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 01:23 PM PST It's Scarce here, and we have a double upload for today because we have some ******* HUGE stories to talk about. Now our first topic comes from Faze Rain where he tweets: "Just found out a deep dark secret from my girlfriend" and everyone gets worried and then he tweets: "She puts milk before she puts in cereal." Like this is ******* crazy, I did not expect his girlfriend to do this **** but imma try to stay neutral, although I'm more biased towards rain in this situation. Next topic we have for today is from LeafyIsHere. Now apparently one of his haters made a video accusing LeafyIsHere of sexually harassing him, like if this is true this is gonna be ******* HUGE. But later Leafy tweeted out saying: "i didnt do that" so he didn't do it, and that's it for the video today. I hope you enjoyed and if you did please leave a thumbs up and i'll see you later. Peace.
Question: My mom is spending way too much money on other people, how do I stop this? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 01:19 PM PST So my parents are very social people and every time there's an event or anything in their group of friends, its always held at our house which means that we pay for plastic spoons, forks, plates and even food since its cooked at our place. Im okay with it as long as its once in a while but this happens literally every/ every other week and its actually annoying me. Even when they order food from outside, my dad pays for it and most of the people don't pay them back bc they don't ask for it back. And its getting crazy cause theres like 25 people in the group. I don't want them to waste away their money and my university money like this. How do I stop them bc I have talked to them about it and they just tell me not to worry. I wouldn't if we were super rich but we're not and have struggled last year. Please help me out, thanks

Posted: 12 Nov 2016 01:12 PM PST i am close friends with a guy from school. he has a lot of girl friends and its pretty clear that they all like him. hi told me recently that i was his best friend but i don't believe him. would he say it if it wasn't true? |

Question: I used to be but not anymore? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 01:07 PM PST It's confusing I am a person who cherish her friends a lot and I used to get excited about meeting them all the time. I used to post quotes about friendship in Facebook or tag them in pictures they meant a lot for me even it's still the same and i don't get the same excitement now. So my friendship somehow ended up with my ex best friend. It is because of it!!. I don't get it I feel like oh don't get to attached to them maybe they don't feel the same towards you. So I don't tell them how much they mean to me neither do I post things like that on Facebook anymore. I don't know maybe I am just too emotional........
Question: Could someone help me understand what is going on here? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 01:02 PM PST I help a female co-worker of mine on projects from time to time at work. While working on these projects we see and email each other. But, between projects we don't. It could be a couple to several days between projects. While we are working on these projects if I have to email her in the morning I always start my email with good morning. A couple weeks ago she sent me an email early on a Monday and my response started with good morning, how was your weekend? In these instances she's never responded with good morning or my weekend was… Recently I emailed her and I started it with good morning, how are you doing? Hope you are having a good week. Again, I got no response. After being on vacation, my first day back she sent me an email about another project that started with good morning, hope you had a good vacation. I responded saying I had a great vacation. I saw her later that day and she asked me where I went and I told her. She has never asked me anything like that before. Whenever I see her I always say hi, how are doing? She normally responds with good. Or good, how are you? I have been trying to have more conversations with her. My intentions to do this is not to get a date or even her phone number just to have casual conversation. I don't know if she has a boyfriend. When she asked how my vacation was, I responded. When she asked me where I went, I responded. Why won't she respond to my casual questions? Does she not want to lead me on?
Question: What am I supposed to do as a 14 year old? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 01:02 PM PST I feel like my only purpose in life right now is to go to school, and wait till I get my license. I've always been a gear-head and about a year ago, I turned my brother into one too. Now he's hanging out with all of his friends who have cool cars. Whenever he feels like it, he can hangout with his friends, go get food, go to the movies, or drive up in the mountains. Outside my house right now is a g35 (his car), a mustang, and a turbo frs. I have practically no hobbies, and I've tried to find some. Nothing. I used to play baseball, but it got repetitive and now I find myself just sitting around playing xbox. I think I'm getting out of shape, and I've reached a standstill in my life. It honestly feels meaningless. What am I supposed to do to break the cycle of getting up, going to school, then waiting for it to repeat?
Question: My best friend doesn't like me? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 12:54 PM PST My best and only friend doesn't seem to like who I am. She only likes pieces of my personality. Ex: I look sad and she notices but doesn't bring it up and just decides not to talk to me because of it. Later on I'll bring up how she doesn't seem to care and she just says that I should just tell her instead of her having to ask. I'm just not sure what I should do. Without her a lot of things in my life will go away.
Question: My cousin plays with dolls at 22? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 12:52 PM PST My cousin is 22 and still takes teddies and dolls round with her, she said she wants me to play barbie with her when i come and see her is this ok?
Question: My teammates are treating me bad? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 12:25 PM PST My teammates don't like me and they haven't since middle school. The only reason I can think of is that they're your sort of stereotypical high school girls who wear make up and do their hair every day, that kind of stuff. But I'm not like that so I guess they might think I'm weird and they exclude me during and outside of practice. I know they're talking about me behind my back and even whispering about me right in front of my face. I have 3 coaches and I'm comfortably with telling one of them (let's call her Abby) but theres a little issue with that. You see, one of my other teammates (let's call her Kelly) was really close with coach Abby, and somehow coach Abby got in trouble for spending so much time with kelly outside of practice. I want to talk about what's going on with Abby because there's so much more going on in my life than just the way my team is treating me, but I don't want to recreate the kelly situation and get Abby in trouble a second time. I'm just really lose because I have no one to turn to and I can't handle everything on my own right now...what should I do?

Question: Does he have a crush on me? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 11:34 AM PST so i'm a gay 15 year old still in the closet, and my friend is probably gay but he doesnt wanna admit it. Dont let this affect your opinion. So i have had a crush on this guy since the 7th grade (he was in my class that year) but ever since he started having classes with my best friend and they grew closer and started hanging out. i became so jealous and i knew that he was just using my friend as a joke, but my friend wont listen and he thought that he was his friend. i was never that close to my crush, but ever since last year he has been staring at me non stop, he asked my friend to tell me to start shaving cause i started growing a beard (it happens where i live cause its a hot country) and he asked where i live. Right now i dont know who my crush likes, me or my best friend. My crush is too shy to talk to me, but it could be that he doesnt care about me so idk. maybe he befriended my bestie so he can get closer to me, nobody ever cared about me because im such a mess but he could be attracted to me. im just jealous that my friend is getting the attention of all the guys while im not just because my friend acts so gay while im really chill and i dont seem gay. how can i know who my crush like? i really need to know cause i would die to know what he thinks about me.
Question: I think my best friend doesn't want to be friends anymore :(? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 11:33 AM PST So recently in the past 2 months my best friend has been kinda ignoring me. She has been acting really annoyed with me, and one little thing (like if i accedentally embarrass her at a public place by being a little too loud) will make her hate me the rest of the day. Ive tried asking whats wrong but she just says shes fine and nothings wrong. She has been sending me 1 word replys and been blowing me off when we make plans to hang. Is this a sign she just doesn't want to be my friend anymore? :(
Posted: 12 Nov 2016 11:22 AM PST I am a middle school teacher, and lost this weight by using a treadmill everyday. Now that I lost all this weight, I notice a lot of the students there give me weird looks now, and the other adults on staff there give me weird looks as well. I don't have hanging skin, everything has shrunk up perfectly. I went from being the size of Jonah Hill at his heaviest to the size of Jared Leto.
Posted: 12 Nov 2016 11:21 AM PST so i used to hang out with this group of friends and it was fun and we all got in a fight. after that i started hanging out with these two girls. it was great at first. and then the one girl was fine, but the other one was bossy. she still is so bossy. and i recently had a soccer game and she thinks i m lying about it, but i wasn t. what should i do? because my old friends want me to start hanging out with them and i want to but the bossy girl will literally chop my head off
Question: Should we open presents at my son's upcoming birthday party? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 11:14 AM PST We have about 15 kids going to be at his party this year. Two years ago we had his first big friend party and opened gifts quickly and a bit chaotically. I sent thank you messages out afterwards. Last year we didn't open gifts just because the kids just wanted to keep playing and I didn't want to have the same chaotic scene, so we opened them at home. I stupidly forgot to send out official thank you messages and only did it when I saw some of the people in person the next time. This year I'm not sure what to do. We have 2 hours at the place so we might have enough time but time goes really fast with everything and I don't know if that is the best option. One other factor is that my son can be very impulsive and blunt and I worry that he will say something out loud that may hurt someone regarding their gift. We have talked about things like that but in the moment it just comes out and he's still not to the age that he always thinks of his words immediately. There is also a friend's mom who said she'll be getting something for him that is not a toy, which is welcome by me, but then the friend didn't have a say in it and may feel bad if he sees everyone else giving my son a toy and him not. I don't want to be rude to people though that may want to see my son open their gift. So what is the best thing to do?? These are friends we've known for years and new ones that he's made. The total includes siblings as well. He honestly wanted to invite more. And it is always said to write some kind of thank you for the gifts, whether it be in as an small thank card or through text, thanking should be a given... And he isn't socially awkward, he's very popular actually, he just has more impulsiveness than some. It's actually quite normal in many children, it's when it's still present in adults that it's the problem...

Posted: 12 Nov 2016 10:45 AM PST i am a guy. about a month and a half ago my best friend (like my brother) and i had a blow out. we were spending a crap ton of time together and words were said eventually and both of us snapped on each other. we met up a couple days later and talked for 2 hours and put everything out on the table with where we were both at and what was going on in our lives at the time. we both had parts to play. we took a few weeks off from each other and barely had any contact. he called me last weekend and we talked and turns out neither of us knew how much we value our friendship and one another and we know without a doubt we are always going to be here for one another. He is coming to my parents house for thanksgiving because he isnt able to fly home to be with his family and we are closer then ever and i know it will only get better. they said give it time, be patient, and have faith in the friendship which isnt the answer i wanted to hear but it is what was needed and they were right! i have a completely new concept and perception of what true friendship is... it is not being with that person as often as possible and isnt even about talking to that person more then anyone else it is simply a level of respect and love and trust that the other person is always going to be there when we need them and no matter how much time and space is put between us for whatever reason we can pick back up where we left off when we reconnect. i feel very lucky to have this man in my life.

Question: Is it wrong for others to exclude you? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 10:20 AM PST I started grad school this semester. After a bunch of my classmates hung out for the first time, a texting group of about 10 people was formed. This was a way to keep each other in the loop about plans. I was skeptical but overall I was thinking that this is a great idea. Everyone who is interested in socializing is part of this group and they will be my automatic friends. Well, it didn't turn out this way. Another group formed and I was excluded. I can't really blame them. If there are 8 people in a group and 7/8 enjoys spending time with each other and one person is viewed as not really clicking, that person will naturally end up getting pushed out. Its not "nice" and obviously hurts but I guess its not really wrong, or is it? What really bothers me is how they talk about their plans right in front of me without inviting me. I was triggered to confront one of the girls because she invited me to something at the last minute after I had been hearing about the event from her multiple times without being invited. Also, her and someone else from the group started laughing (from uncomfortably) after I mentioned in passing that I feel left out. She treats me differently when she is just around me compared to when other people of the group are with her. It almost seems like she tries to avoid me. Now when the group hangs out they make fun of me by saying sarcastically, "why didn't we get invited to X thing that she did without us? She excluded us" and they laugh.

Question: Why does my friend tell me the negative things people have said about me behind my back? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 09:50 AM PST I'm friends with this girl and if I ever mention a past situation she tells me 'oh yes, we were all talking about that and how you were late' or if I mention about our book group, she will tell me 'Cameron told me that you lost the books for the group one week' - but these things she tells me are things which happened months ago. She also told me that a group of guys were talking about me and about how I turned up in sports wearing a bright orange t-shirt. It makes me feel really rubbish when I hear secondhand information out like this. Why does she feel the need to tell me the bad things people are saying about me behind my back?

Posted: 12 Nov 2016 09:36 AM PST A long story so here goes so our friend and our self started a fb group in show of support for our favorite show he kept it for about 3 maybe 4 days he had about 200 members then he decided to delete his group to help my brother who already had a group about the same subject so then we started to work on my brothers group to get it up off the ground I changed the name of my bros group to something else to later find out there was already another group called the same so our THEN friend suggested we rename it to the name of the group that he had ppreviously deleted which is still the name of the group now after we got into it we currently are a 14,000 member group and growing everyday all day so us and this friend started having some confrontations and we felt he was doing things in the group such as removing people who didn t deserve it so we kicked him out and blocked him and two of the moderators her he we also felt was doing the wrong things and we also felt they maybe were trying to go behind me and my brothers back to take over the group we all worked equally as hard in the group and we still do if not more so since we removed him so here s my main question again should we rename the group ? PS. This former friend has started his own group again

Question: My best friend doesn't want out other friend to come to our putting? What do I do? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 09:20 AM PST The reason for that is every since our other friend (lets call her Anna)'s boyfriend broke up with her she's been upset and we were there for her. Then things staring to get out of control. Wanna wanted to get revenge on him and even pretended to be someone. She even pretended to be a police officer and called the old program. Also made a fake account to spy on others and him, and used a private number to prank call him. My best friend (lets call her Alexis) said that a real friend wouldn't ask you to do things like that is true. We didn't speak to Anna for a couple of weeks because of that and then Anna and her mom came over to my house and wanted to know what's is going on and why I haven't been calling. Then I explained to her about the situation and broke down crying (I know very very pathetic and week). Anna told me that she isn't taking to her ex anymore and all. Alexis told her the same thing. Then again Anna is starting to talking about her ex again after we just explained it to her. Anna apologized for taking advantage of the situation and wanting us to help her with her childish plans that can end up with trouble. There she goes again talking about her ex. Help?! Alexis's mother doesn't want her hanging with Anna. My dad doesn't know about the thing Anna did so I'm not going to squeal on Anna. Alexis's mom is planning to buy two movie tickets for me and Alexis and Alexis is offering to pay for lunch as a birthday gift hopefully I can afford bus fair because I'm broke as he'll.
Posted: 12 Nov 2016 09:18 AM PST It's my birthday, and I'm in college(first year!). I invited my whole floor to go out to eat with me. I want to go at 3, but my roommate is being annoying and is saying that we should just go at 5 because the shuttles will be free by then. If we just split an uber among the 8-10 of us, everyone would only pay like a dollar and some change. The truth is, I want to go at 3 and be done by 5/5:30 so that by like 9 I have an emptier stomach to obviously drink and feel the effects (I don't plan on getting full blown drunk, but I do wanna feel good) and I'm also planning on wearing a body con dress so I don't want a huge belly. I'm going to a party with like 3-4 girls who are my close friends and are NOT on my floor. But I also want time to relax and get ready between now and the party because lots of pictures will be taken. Although my roommate is sweet, I don't like to spend huge amounts of time with her. I didn't want my floor to know that I'm going out because they'd want to come, and my roommate especially would wonder why I'm going without her, especially since 2 out of the 3 girls I'm going with are people I met THROUGH my roommate . Yikes. Advice? Sorry if I sound like a jerk. I'm not, but this is my birthday and I want to spend it how I want.

Question: Should I leave my old friends? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 09:04 AM PST I have two friends that i have been friends with since middle school. But ever since upper school everything has change. Since upper school one of my friends is the same but the other one is mean! He bully's me that I have to wear glasses and have braces, he called my brother 'fat' and makes rude comments about him and he always want an argument with me. And he calls me Dora even though I have told Him multiple times that I don't like being called that. I don't think I can handle it anymore I don't know if I should leave my friends or be friends with them and keep on getting upset that one of them is rude and a bully to me. He did say at one point that 'we are not friends, I just have to hang out with you because you are friends with (I just going to call him friend 1) friends 1'.

Question: My best friend is getting close to someone else? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 08:34 AM PST She's been my best friend for 6 years and we're really really close . I had to put up with people getting closer to her all the time because of how popular she is unlike me. I only have her and another girl as close friends.not that I'm not social -i mean i am- but for some reason people don't like getting close with me even though i try to show interest. And now this new girl let's call her rebecca came into the picture . At first she was an aquaintance for both of us . We'd only meet a few times a month by chance of course . And at one point rebecca told my bff to come hang out with her and that she wanted to introduce her to her other friends. After that i told my bff that i felt left out and i was a little jealous which she liked-she likes me getting jealous over her- and she told me that i was her only best friend and that that girl was only a friend. I believed her and i still do but thinking about it still upsets me a lot and after thinking about it I realized I'm not upset because I'm afraid of losing my bff because i know she's not like that , rather i was upset because i have no other friends like i'm not good at making friends for my own . And i hate that my social life is just completely dependent on my bff's . What should i do?

Question: My friends are kinda mean? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 07:50 AM PST Ok so I don't really understand whats happening here: I have an old group of friends, and a new one. I still hang out with both. One guy in my old group of friends (We will call him Dan) is included a LOT in all the things that we do. Well, ever since Dan's old cousin got on, (This cousin is about 3 years older than us) Dan has been acting weird. We are in the same class, so that effects a lot of it. He and my other friends sometimes team up on me and make me feel really bad. Its the little things that I cry about. For example, last night I was playing some video games with them on skype, and this happened: So one of my other friends, lets call him John, was talking to Dan and his cousin. John said this: Hey (Ill call myself Squish) Hey Squish! I have a question for you! He said it with a smug sound. He said: If you always claim to have a bad memory (Which actually happened, I would have trouble remembering things, but never "Held things over peoples head) then why do you always hold things over peoples heads?" Dan's cousin just laughed and I didn't mind. But then Dan goes "Its true, you do that a lot." and that's not the first at all. One day in class Dan was late because he was helping John clean up a mess that I had told him he could prevent. I said "Haha! I woulda said 'Toldya so'!" Now keep in mind Dan is already really mean. He says "Ughhhhg! Really? Your so rude!" and rolls his eyes. Should I tell him how I feel? We carpool so I might not be able to get rid of him.
Question: Why is he sweet and clumsy around me? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 07:35 AM PST My friend is so clumsy around me. He visits me at my workplace and sometimes brings me a treat. He hugs me and when he walks back, he trips or hits something. I love it, but I don't think he does, since he kinda yells as his face is red. He listens to me and says he likes it, but I tell him that I'm mainly complaining and he says he doesn't care, but that he likes listening to me. He then says nice things about me, which make me smile at him and leave him flustering.

Question: Should I remain friends? Posted: 12 Nov 2016 07:32 AM PST At what point do give up on a new friend?
