He was also my manager so I know he was trying to be discreet, but it's obvious when you like someone. After some time, I started to realize that he felt something strong towards me and vice versa. But I was scared of opening up since I've been hurt in the past, so eventually I started to give him signs that I was not interested even though I really was. Everytime I would see him I would look away or not acknowledge him but deep inside I was just super nervous. I felt like I hurt his feelings. Fast forward to now, haven't seen him in a good while. I saw him on a dating app and had the courage to message him, but he blocked me right away. What does that mean? Why did he have to block me? I wasn't stalking him or anything. Posted: 11 Nov 2016 08:00 PM PST I'm not going to go into detail, but I go to a charter school, and I have to carpool since my mom doesn't want to drive all the way (and there are no busses.) the guy that drives me is 17, the passenger is 15, and their sister is in the second grade. Long story short, The boys are both usually really nice to me. The driver and the passenger got in a fight, (like a HUGE fight, there was like punching.) the driver screamed "you embarassed neon front of a girl." what does this mean?? also, the 15 year old is no long able to sit in the passengers seat, and Thursday, they carpooled another kid in the second grade, so I had to sit in the front. (irrelevant, but the driver is super hot and he accidently touched my leg;) I was also shaking the whole time I was in there, and I ended up deleting everything on my camera roll and a lot of my apps {I have social anxiety,, not self diagnosed}) but anyways, I said "thanks for driving me" and he just completely ignored me? like idk if he hates me or he was mad at me or something? So I guess like what does that mean as well. The 15 year old was also really nice to me, he said "see ya (my name) we'll pick you up on Monday." and I didn't respond to him, and I don't want him to think I was being mean to him. He was a terrible date to the dance because he went off somewhere with my friend's date. and he sincerely apologized for it... Anyway, in his apology text, he wrote "I really do like you a lot, and I feel like I'm not good enough for you or anyone in general". I was really mad at him until he sent me that text. And he feels reallllllly bad about it btw. He doesn't have very good influences in his life and I told him that I want to help him become a happier person. This girl continued to make an effort to invite me to stuff though for quite awhile and we've shared a lot of deep stuff with each other about our personal lives. But then I told her that I liked her about 2 months ago and she said she we were just friends. I had a falling out with my friends about 6 weeks ago but she stayed very supportive of me for quite a while. I texted her a decent amount and tried to keep her informed with my life. However in the past 2 weeks she has not been replying to some of my texts and when I asked if she wanted to hangout today she told be that she is busy with life, school and her future and won't be available for now, but then I see pictures of her hanging out with the crowd later that day. I tried apologizing and saying how I'm sorry if I've been a bad friend, I hope we can stay friends, etc, but she just replied with Thank you. I'm not sure what happened between us but part of me is thinking that she was never really a true friend in the first place? Any thoughts or advice with this? He's never actually been in a relationship, nor have I, but I heard he's hooked up with some girls I know. I still like him despite all that. One minute we're texting and everything's going great and were joking around and he tells me things about himself (his achievements, new things that happened) and sends me songs he composed, then the next, for some reason he just gives a very short reply like "Yes" or "Okay" or "Ik" the weirdest was "You're a good girl" without any emojis. Whenever we talk, she would either be very into it and seem really excited or sometimes, when I make eye contact when I talk to her, she would freeze and get nervous and start not being able to think of coherent sentences. She would be in a daze and afterwards, she seems to be very embarrassed. But another thing that I find weird is that she calls me buddy A LOT. In the Program, i catch him looking at me various times, he is really funny, he would joke about other girls and make fun of them and at first he use to make fun of me but with time he doesn't even make fun of me anymore, but still makes fun of other girls lmfao. He asks me questions about the program, and when not many ppl are around he asks me more general questions like how did i fell about something ect.. We don't see each other outside the program cause he got college and 2 jobs so thats about it.. Also, when he has to pick ppl to help him with stuff, he always picks me, or i always end up with him for some reason. He also rarely finds legitimate reasons for physical contact, like he would tell me to fix my posture while tapping my hand and to get out of a corner while holding my arm ect.. every time there's an event on Saturdays he looks at me to see if i signed up and then he sings up. And when i don't sing up he has this exhausting look. He treats me differently than other girls...like in a gentle way as if he didn't want to hurt me or my feelings or something? i'm not sure.. Lately, I've been feeling down so I text Kate to vent, that's only sometimes, though. Last night, I texted her facebook and I guess Adam was there reading our convo and he jumped in saying "If you're so depressed, why don't you just die already instead of bugging my girlfriend with your stupid problems, she's not yours anymore", so Kate of course sided with me but he still talks about me and my brother said he over heard Adam making fun of me because I've been depressed lately, what should I do? Clearly Kate does care about our friendship but still loves Adam. |

I have not reached out to contact him since but he has two different times. The first time was three weeks after we broke up and the second time was just two weeks ago. He texted me and wanted to take me out and said he missed me and possible wanted to get back together and I told him we could hangout whenever. Well just all of a sudden he stops texting me and posts a pic of a girl who just became single and its just like a slap in the face. We dated for 6 months and lost our Virginities to eachother and I broke up with him because he pretty much cheated. He's always at working talking about things he did with me when my sisters around like he doesn't have respect at all. I feel like all I was a sex object to him. It's caused me so much emotional pain and I don't know what to do about it anymore. I'm tired of feeling this way. |

I've just been thinking and my sister lost hers at 14 (she's 17 now) and I know she does the deed a **** ton. I've had bad experiences that have made me unable to trust, from two of my three relationships being mentally and physically abusive, and the other cheating on me. Everybody sees me as one of the happiest people they know, and I'm always smiling, but it's a coping mechanism for my chronic depression. Only my best friend in the whole world knows, and he'd never break my trust like that. But everybody thinks I'm just not interested in dating, because I'm scared of getting hurt so I push it off as being nonchalant. They see me as a dominant girl, when in actuality I'm super shy and nervous about talking and flirting. I don't think I'll be able to stop doing it, as I panic in social situations and do it regardless. Do you think I'll ever find anyone who can look past my weaknesses and get to know the real me? |

When I had class w him in college, I was looking for summer housing, &he connected me w his female colleague who needed a summer roomie 1 day that summer when I came home from my job, my roomie(his colleague) had invited their whole dept over for dinner &forgot to tell me-he was there& invited me to stay. When I joined them at the table, they were discussing dating experiences& he said "shh, everyone, I want to hear how (my name) dates/meets bfs." At end of the night when everyone was leaving, I saw him lean over &whisper to my roomie. I said goodnight to her to go to bed &she said "Btw, (my name), I never asked if u are seeing anyone-do u have a bf?" When school started again, I was meeting his colleague/my former roomie for dinner to catch up &suddenly I saw him walking towards us-when my roomie saw my surprise she said "oh I hope u dont mind I invited (his name) bc he REALLY likes u," &she turned around to look at my face when she said it Once I saw him at an event w another mutual friend, &the friend asked me how old I am, &then turned to him &said "See, shes 22." Hes also walked me home before bc we live in same direction, initiates asking me about my future -where I want to live &do in my career, &does stuff like say "she's really smart," if I say something in a group convo. We've also done dinner &coffee twice |
