Question: My husband is acting extremely irrational. what's his problem? Posted: 04 Nov 2019 10:16 PM PST My husband's real mother gave him up for adoption and he's been bitter about it his entire life. But he did have another woman take him in and raise him as her own. I'm not sure if that's why he's so.. cold?? I feel for him, I really did. I just wish he would show more of his heart and show more compassion for others. I always show my husband how much I love him and tell him how much i love him and how thankful I am for him. My sister has cancer and my husband seems kind of jealous of our bond. she has cancer for goodness gracious. I've always been close with her but I don't know how much longer she's going to be alive to be honest and it scares me.. she's getting weaker and weaker by the day, she's lost a ridiculous amount of weight, she can barely eat, has no energy. My husband was complaining because I confide in her a lot. Yes, I tell her everything she's my best friend He was upset because I put her before them. Once again, she's incredibly sick. On another note, My sister had to leave the city and move back to los angeles where her doctors were located. All her daughters and the rest of our family live there as well, It's a lot easier for her there. My sister and her husband are having an argument and my sister didn't tell her husband she was leaving for california. I told my husband the situation and he said He would be so angry if I did not and he would not be in a rush to visit me. I was like " I understand it was wrong of her to just leave but she has cancer" I was like " If i had cancer you would not visit me." He said " I would be angry you left without letting me know. There is also the cost of hotels to take into consideration." |
Posted: 04 Nov 2019 10:03 PM PST my daughter is 21 and she is living here until she can afford her own apartment. she has a boyfriend around the same age. Her boyfriend came over to eat dinner with us that my daughter cooked. She made her boyfriend a glass of drink but I believe she gave him too much because he only drunk half of it. She tried put his cup in our fridge and I was like " oh no, Don't put his cup in the fridge" She said " Why? He said he will drink the rest later and I don't want it getting hot or getting flies in it." I said not only is it MY fridge but someone might accidentally drink out of his cup. Nobody wants to be drinking after him." She said " Nobody's going to drink it because I put his name on it with a sharpie." She seemed oddly persistent. I don't care if she bought the cup or juice it's still my fridge. My wife said I was being rude as well But I don't see how. I believe he was overstepping boundaries. |

Question: My dad is so pussywhipped! How do I break the spell? Posted: 04 Nov 2019 08:53 PM PST My dad has this new wife and he thinks she's the bees knees. She now dictates where he goes and who he sees. He is trying to get me to like her too. Why can't they just have their married life away from me? Keep in mind my parents were never married and they split when I was 6 months old. I'm 20 years old now and live with my mother while going to school and working. |
Question: Why won’t my husband tell me? Posted: 04 Nov 2019 08:41 PM PST So me and my husband already have a daughter together and I don't want another until I jump into my career field... anyway this pass weekend we decided to get a hotel and have some fun sex and get drunk so we DID it was fun and definitely a home away from home ❤️ BUTTTT while I was intoxicated ( we use the pull out method ) I care about starting my career path but then again we're financially stabled anyway my husband ended up cumming in me but pulling out quickly. I was drunk but remember everything... I'm suppose to get my period Saturday (9th) . Is it possible that I could be pregnant ( I'm waiting until Saturday to freak out ) I've asked him about it but he says he didn't *** but I know he did . It's |
Question: What steps should I take to change my first name after marriage? Posted: 04 Nov 2019 08:38 PM PST I got married last year and changed my middle and last name. My middle name is my maiden name and my last name is my husband's last name. After much thought I've decided that I want to change my first name as well. I would keep my middle and last name the way they are now but I'm set on changing my first name. (If I had thought about it more I would have just changed my name back then). I looked online but most just tell me about having a marriage certificate ready to change my name and some say court papers, but I just want to change my first name. Do I need to go to court to get some paperwork to change my name? Would my marriage certificate work again? I live in the state of Georgia if that helps. |
Question: I don’t ever feel like working? How do I get motivated? Posted: 04 Nov 2019 07:10 PM PST I'm 27, my husband and I have three children. With running to get them to school, being their primary caretaker because he works long hours 60+ hour work weeks, doing all our house work and cooking daily, I never feel like working. I know we need the money so I won't just up and quit. I just feel like we almost break even because of the fact that our daycare bill is so expensive and both our work sites are 40 minutes from home. Please help? |
Posted: 04 Nov 2019 06:53 PM PST Both have failed. My mother said the divorce must be final first before one should date, is that true? Both failed in the marriage thus causing the divorce and the trauma to their 3 children. |
Posted: 04 Nov 2019 05:47 PM PST I'm already thinking about divorce. I recently contacted a lawyer and I'm going to see the person soon. now last week my husband was consistently talking about how his coworkers were bringing up divorce and how they think of doing it to get welfare and be able to afford bills. He has made it a point to bring it up for the past two weeks. He said our situation is different because I'm getting my green card so we cannot do that. then two days ago he randomly showed me an article about a guy who murdered his wife because she found out he spent 92000 that she saved up. then showed me another article talking about another who murdered his wife because he was tired of her nagging. So when he brought up the divorce stuff again I asked him if he was thinking about it because he said it so much. he said no that I take things too seriously. tried to turn it into me being double standard with him. Because when I joked about divorce it was ok. But not him.he joked about us getting quadruplets this time since I'm pregnant. my joke was if we get this many kids I'm leaving him. this was totally different from what he said. Because he was actually serious. I'm scared for my life but I don't know if I should take him seriously or not. I know he has been cheating for a while and wants to leave. I'm ready to leave too but I have to do things right. And no I don't have feelings for him anymore I just don't want to loose the kids to him because I'm not done with my green card process. |
Question: Married man stares at me with his wife around? Posted: 04 Nov 2019 05:26 PM PST I feel awkward just writing this, but I need other people's insight on this. So, this guy whom I only see at church, is married and has a two year old daughter. (For our age reference, I just turned 18 and he's in his late 20's or early 30's) And almost every time I walk past him or is around him, he is staring right at me, either at my face or my body. (I know for certain he is staring at me, he's been doing this for about 3 years.) His wife is, more often than not, standing or sitting right next to him, or I'll be walking with my family (sometimes my dad included!) and he'll STILL be staring. (Oh and we haven't spoken a WORD. I'd never want to initiate something like and hurt his wife and everyone around me in the process.) Now I'm not going to be naive and be like Oh WhY iS hE STariNG aT Me, but it's the fact that he still acts that way around his wife, (or his own mother sometimes) or when I'm surrounded by family, like he doesn't give a sh*t and that's what's so bizarre to me. If anyone could offer insight I'd appreciate it. I do try to avoid him but it's difficult when we go to the same church.. And my dad doesn't go to church, only on specials events so that's probably why? I'm shy as hell so approaching him to tell him to back off is terrifying. Especially when there are always people around. |

Question: Neighbor kicked me and my husband out of our friends place ? Posted: 04 Nov 2019 01:07 PM PST My husband and I were visiting a friend in the neighborhood. I guess we have a neighbor who doesn't like me or my husband. He came up to us and said "what are you doing here? Don't you have your own house? Go home." I wasn't sure if he meant it in a joking way or not but he blatantly ignored my husband and I and wouldn't even allow us into the conversation. My husband just told me let's go so we left. My friend/our other neighbor never said anything or did anything. I'm not even sure she heard what was said. Should we tell our friend? Not looking to cause unnecessary drama. |
Question: Will the cell phone problem get worse.? Posted: 04 Nov 2019 12:25 PM PST I truly love my wife, married 27 years but her new mate is the cell phone. She is on it all day and night only putting it down at meals, but she does answer texts at meals. and when she is asleep- but if she wakes up she checks it then too, What is becoming of society that these things have become so addictive. Can it get any worse?????. don't people realize what is going on, |
Question: Don't know why, I'm here? Posted: 04 Nov 2019 11:25 AM PST Been married to my husband for 10 years, we have a history of damage from both parties. Affairs on both sides, damaging talks and pain. I love him unconditionally but lost it romantically for awhile now. We have kids together. I feel like a failure most of the time, I hate myself, I struggle with major depressive disorder, we get cycles or repeated things. I normally would like to run then resolve because it felt like it went nowhere and he would take the keys or phone, keep me form running. We tried counseling. We went through church, and its a lot of things. I then got saved last year, and then 4 months later my step dad committed suicide. I needed him the most and didn't have him. He thinks my mom was the blame for it, and yet last night he said he feels I'm like my mom and he think he is feeling what my step dad feels and wants to be dead. Based on our argument from me telling him I don't love him romantically. Just I'm so hurt and I have nothing left in me that just wants to stay. I've lost all hope. There is more of the story on both parts, and cant explain the whole story. |
Question: Husband got in argument with neighbor HOA harassment ? Posted: 04 Nov 2019 11:06 AM PST We've been living in our townhouse 2 years and have never had any issues. My husband got into a pretty heated argument with our neighbor who is on the HOA board. Since this happened it has been h-ll for us! They fined us because my husbands work truck was parked in our garage (he's been parking it there for 2 years) now, he can't park it in the garage (no commercial cars ) so he now park his car at the office. Then it was my car is "too red" and a distraction to the neighborhood THEN I got fined for leaving a trash can (that wasn't mine) on the street. (They later realized it wasn't mine.) THEN they claimed my dogs were being chained up outside and claimed animal abuse. They came found NO CHAIN (my dogs are NOT abused) THEN they complained my dogs were barking too loudly inside my house I got a fine for that. NOW they are claiming there's dog poop in the yard. I've NEVER in 2 years had an issue with dog poop! It's getting to be way too much. The guys wife told me they plan to do whatever it takes to get us out of the neighborhood. I'm so stressed it's starting to impact my job performance and even our marriage. My husband and I feel like we are constantly walking on egg shells! Any advice? |
Posted: 04 Nov 2019 11:00 AM PST Can she also hide about her deadly STD's from her husband giving the same excuse that it was contracted in the past n its her personel matter? Why not? Because it too was in the past n about her personel choice. Because if sleeping around was not a big deal, then how can contracting STD's be a big deal which is the result of having multiple sex partners? So, should an innocent husband happily die with the diseases that his wife passed it to him without complaining so that she could again move to another partner and give the same excuse. Because if he complains about his wife people would call him loser and insecured and ask him to love his wife and happily die for her for no fault ofhis..even though did'nt contract it from other casual partners? |

Question: If my child just turned 18 will I still get child support for THIS month he turned 18 in? Posted: 04 Nov 2019 06:58 AM PST My son turn 18 on the 4th (today) usually I receive child support garnished from his father through the Navy, on the 7th of every month. Our divorce decree says support ends when our son is 18 despite him being in high school still (not sure why~! he still lives with me and I am supporting him as a student!) but will I get support for THIS month since he turns 18 in this month or was last month the last payment? I just am trying so hard to find a 3rd job to make up for the loss of income as I barely scrape by as it is, and so I am hoping I will get it one last month to give me a few more weeks to find a 3rd job. Question: Should I help my ex wife with her problem? Posted: 04 Nov 2019 06:57 AM PST My exwife who I am still on friendly terms with called me to see if I would help her get her new computer to work. She was not getting her email. I fixed her computer and I never charge her anything as I don't charge my friends for my help. Some time later I got a call from her husband that he did not want me to come over again. When I asked why, he said when I came by, for a week she compared him to me and he didn't like it. So I ask him how I compared. That really set him off. When my exwife called once more for help with her computer, I told her what her husband had told me. She said "Screw him. It is my house and my computer and I will do whatever I want with it. If he does not like it he can F–k himself". I don't want to cause problems with her and her husband. Should I go and fix her computer again? It sounds to me like her and her husband's marriage is not on solid ground but I don't want to contribute to their problems IN ANY WAY. Should I just tell her I will not come by their house again and avoid the problems I am causing for her husband. What should I do? |

Question: Female friendships with MY husband should be ok with it? Posted: 04 Nov 2019 12:28 AM PST Husband and gal had a inappropriate friendship for years..she was way younger and he had money and access to all drugs and what ever needed..So she and her friends would stay here and use my husband constantly. Anyways when we got engaged friendships all kind of fizzled.. But this particular gal wouldn't stop the drama. My husband and I decided that it's best that they don't communicate any longer. She doesn't seem to get it. I don't understand why people just can't be happy for one another and have some dang boundaries! |

Question: Can a woman be so overly feminine that she can't relate to masculine men? Posted: 03 Nov 2019 11:18 PM PST As if we're from different planets. I never had male friends, was never a tomboy; always girly and soft. In the past I've only had relationships with effeminate men but I'm mature now and need someone manly. |
