He's lived in the town of our college his whole life, which gives him an advantage, and he is also a year above me so he's had time to form really strong friendships My only really good friends at college are my roommate (we live in an apartment instead of a dorm so that's another reason why I haven't met people), who is my best friend, but she's kind of a hermit who only hangs out with her boyfriend. my other friend is her boyfriend, (although if they broke up we would stop being friends). then I have about 6-8 other people I could call anytime to hang out with, but they're not close friends or people I feel like I have to introduce my boyfriend to My boyfriend is always telling me, oh I HAVE to introduce you to this person because he seems to have an overwhelming, never endless circle of best friends I'm afraid of becoming clingy or having him be my only social life. I'm also afraid of getting lonely while he's constantly off hanging out with his friends and I'm trying to act like I don't mind but really I do because I'm at home by myself. I'm also worried that he'll start to think it's weird that I don't have many friends and that will be a turn off what should I do? I don't live on campus and I'm not in a sorority, I think those two things hurt me a lot in the friend making department. They were told they could borrow it but my sisters got in trouble for having it... Confusing I know. And they haven't given it back. Its been 6 months and I want it back. I texted them my address and told them I wanted it back 4 months ago. So I'm calling it stealing. Same thing happened with a PS3 a year or two ago. They have been moving and what not, but there is no excuse for not giving something back and using the moving thing as an excuse in my book. I also think these people are a bunch or two faced snakes... A quick sum up on my reasoning for this. They talk smack behind my back all the time but never say it to my face. They are very controlling and very much love to gossip. They talk about my flaws but never own up to theirs. And they stopped contact with me after my dog died... a dog my sisters really loved... I really want to travel to Europe this winter to experience Christmas and snow, which I've never seen before. Sadly, my parents can not take any days off work and said I need to wait until summer of next year. It's still seven months away, and I can not wait that long, especially not when dealing with school. I want to go as soon as possible and was hoping I could travel by myself even though I'm fifteen. A relative who lives near FRA could pick me up. But my parents absolutely disagreed with this plan, saying it's too "dangerous." Of course, I could go to a Northern state to see snow, but I've never been to Europe before and want to experience the Alps and Christmas there. So, I only have two options: wait until next summer(seven freaking months away!) or try to convince my parents to allow me to go alone this Christmas. But they already said no. There won't be snow in the summertime, so that's why I don't want to go during that season. And only Europe, no Australia, so don't suggest that. I want to go now. I get two weeks off from school during Christmas break. I can not wait until summer vacation. That's like an eternity away for me(seven months, homework, tests, exams, state testings, I can't handle it) |

I found a model of one in a store and I asked one of his roommates if they d sneak it into his room one night so he d wake up to it and get a scare. The roommate said no, that s just mean and not funny. I told my dad about it, and he agreed that that would just be a really mean, cruel thing to do to somebody and not funny at all. One friend has a nasty humor. She cussed sometimes, and that gets old really quick. She also talks about nasty things like sex, and the male genital. However she only tells me and not our other friend and I really don't want to hear about that. She one time showed me a drawing of a guy tied back. He was only dressed from the waist up. That annoyed me a lot and I ended up not talking to her for a while. She also makes noises that get annoying after a while. Also, we are all in band, she likes to play a different part during class; it annoys me because she won't know her part when we perform. I'm probably just being petty because I want to play that part too. Another thing that annoys me is both of them are irresponsible. They don't practice(so they say). They never keep up with their music, their binders, and constantly ask for a pencil when we write something down. They talk during class alot and im shushing them because i dont want them to get in trouble. They always ask me things that if they just pay attention they would know. I don't want to tell them so they can learn to pay attention, but I end up telling them because I don't want them to not know and miss something important or not talk to me because they think I'm mean. At that point in time I had already made up my mind that I was(am) going to kill myself but didn't tell him when he asked if I was going to. I've already gotten documents together (final will and testament, final letters, funeral arrangements etc) and everything. But I've been feeling guilty for not telling him and letting him prep but idk I don't want it to somehow come back on him as assisted suicide because he's in the Navy and theres no telling what would happen to him. I want to tell him, I want him to prep, I want him to be with me on my final happy day before I kill myself but.....idk if it's a good idea.... |

When I came out into the kitchen to grab a snack, they and 2 of their female friends started pressuring me to have sex and lose my v-card to one of the girls. She kept trying to open my bedroom door saying she wanted to f*ck. I politely said I couldn't consent since I was intoxicated cuz I didn't want to hut the girl's feelings. They all kept saying nasty things like "Do it, it's now or never". I felt crippled. Like I wasn't good enough without having sex. I cried myself to sleep that night. Is this all in my head? Do you think what they did was right? Just a note, my virginity is something that I want to lose to a special girl. | Question: How to become friends with someone again?? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 08:36 PM PST Hey, I really need help right now. In Elementary school, there was this one kid who I became best friends with, we would hang out after school almost every day. It was like that until middle school (We are both currently in 8th grade), when we graduated to middle school he started to drift away, not really talking to me anymore. Right now it kind of seems like were more " acquainted". We barely talk though. Lately he does not really talk to me, instead he is trying to join the "popular group" it seems. Every now and then, I try and shoot him a quick text message, but it doesn't really do crap. Please help me, as I really want to become good friends again. Info that may narrow down answers- -We are not in any of the same school classes or extra curricular activities. -We don't really share a liking to that same sports for the most part. One last thing to add. One of my other friends is having a sleep over for his 14th birthday. He is inviting me and the kid mentioned in this question. Yeah, so i'm basically spending a night with him. Just throwing that in there right, cause it's probably pretty important for this situation. If someone can help, thanks. |

He bypassed the block I put on his number and left a message on my voicemail, saying he misses me very much & wants to know how I am. He has been trying to get back with me all year, but I have gone no contact because he was emotionally abusive and controlling during the relationship. So I have to ignore him until he stops. I live in another state (which he has no idea) & my parents are not happy. I feel like I should step in and tell him to stop. I just hate the idea of opening communication because I have no spoken to him since Nov 2016. Any suggestions? |

He is literally obsessed with my clothing and accessories and my collection of aviator sunglasses. He won't stop talking about fashion. He has to have every pair of aviators that I have. He copies everything that I do. If I were to put my sunglasses on top of my head he would do the same thing with his aviators. Sometimes he would even reach into my hair and pull out my sunglasses and try them on without asking me. If he were to ask me I would have taken them out carefully so that it doesn't hurt me since my sunglasses always get tangled in my hair. He is also obsessed with my skirts and high heels. Is he gay if he is obsessed with fashion ?? How come he likes to reach into my hair and pull out my sunglasses ?? |

Posted: 06 Nov 2017 08:00 PM PST He and I broke up 2 months ago and I started going to church and found him staring at me 2 weeks in a row so I texted him but he said he was offended which is why it wouldn't work and why he wouldn't allow himself to have feelings for me again. I didn't respond. I've been going to church since then it's been almost a month, i don't look at him and have given him a dirty look couple times. He literally doesn't take his eyes off me my family says...confused. My friends say it's a longing stare |
| Question: Teacher said "We can't stop you from moving forward" what does that mean? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 07:43 PM PST So I had my third attempt at a PE in clinic nursing and I failed. Usually if you fail third attempt possibility of getting kicked out of the program. And I told them am I getting kicked out of the program. Teacher who was the first to fail me said "You can keep taking the PEs. We can't stop you from moving forward." What does that mean? I feel like it was the director of the school who approved for me and this other girl to not be failed from the program. But does teacher mean like she's not the boss of the school that's why they don't have power to fail me? |
| Question: I miss my friend so much? Posted: 06 Nov 2017 07:41 PM PST I became super close to this international student girl and now she went back to Spain. I'm 16 and I've never had a best friend in my life except for her. I had friends but never really close to them. I wouldn't even really consider them friends just people I hang out with. She was the first best friend I've ever had and saying goodbye was so hard. I was going through so much and she helped me through everything. I've never met anyone like her she was the nicest person ever. There is no way I can talk to her again because she doesn't have any social media and her parents don't let her have it. Ever since she left I felt like a huge part of me is missing. I even cry because I miss her so much. I never knew what it is like to truly have a friend before she came along. I know this sounds cheesy but she really changed my life. I know I have to be realistic and face the fact that I will never see her but it's still so hard. Is there any way I can deal with this? I know this whole thing sounds stupid but I needed to get it out there. |

We didn't even really talk in school, he actually knew my friend more. My profile picture is me in sunglasses and I have had that up for a while because I don't log on as much as I used to. I notice that this guy, he has a profile picture too with sunglasses. It caught my eye and I remember we did talk before a high school grad night which was years ago on Facebook. I decided to go back to my posts and I posted something about being excited about going to the high school grad night. I was surprised that he was talking to me. He randomly told me to have fun, I then asked him if he was going and he said nah. I then asked him "why not, it's fun," and he said "no regrets.." with two dots at the end. How can you tell if someone had secretly liked you all along? I have a feeling he might have liked me but I am not sure. |

Is this roommate being a jerk? Plus he uses all my kitchen tools and utensils and plates . I'm exhausted and biting my tongue . | Posted: 06 Nov 2017 06:41 PM PST My friend is suicidal and depressed. She takes 3 or 4 different medications for it. And 24/7 all I do is "talk her down from the ledge" so to speak. I listen to her everyday and night as she (sorry to be harsh) whines about all her problems and I say nice things and try to help. Yet she never listens and is just so negative. This has been going on since this year started, day in, day out whine whine whine! I stay up late for her and I just make it harder for me in the mornings. I don't mean to be redundant but it's the only way to show how my life has been, a bunch of repetitive complaining and pessimism. To the point now, the other day was her birthday. She later posted on Instagram about her two "best friends" and she said "I'm noticed by these 2, Loved by these 2, Lifted over a rock by these 2, and saved by these 2" and she wrote more than I wrote here about them being there. Now I know you're thinking , this is simply jealousy. BUT I grind EVERYDAY to make her happy and I know for a fact that those two people do not do the same, yet she does not even recognize that I sacrifice being stressed so she feels better. I'm so hurt and unappreciated. What should I do? I don't think I should continue being her friend if this is how i'm going to be treated. But I also don't want to be selfish?? |
