Posted: 04 Apr 2016 07:25 PM PDT I've already been to most of the common wedding venue locations around Columbus. I'm looking for the creative ideas that brides used or the places that package bundle everything in an all-inclusive price. |

Question: Getting married by church but already married by law? Posted: 04 Apr 2016 06:23 PM PDT We had our civil wedding a few months back and we are now looking to have our religious wedding but I recently found out that they ask for a marriage license. I honestly did not know this because in another country, you have to get married by law first before the church will marry you. I was going off of my parents wedding procedure and well honestly we also did not have the money to get married by church since they charge around $1,500-2,000 where I live. As a college student, this is expensive. Now I know that the church also asks for a marriage license so in my case, how would this work? No rude comments, "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all" |
Question: Already married but want to have a wedding not renewing vowels? Posted: 04 Apr 2016 06:17 PM PDT me and my husband had to hurry and get married before he left for boot camp. we now want to have a formal wedding. weve only been married 3 months, so theres no point in saying we want to renew our vowels. but how should i go about sending out invitations. before we knew we had a time limit to get married i was going to put something like "were getting married" but now that were already married i have no idea what to say on the invitations. |
Question: How to encourage someone to open their hearts? Posted: 04 Apr 2016 05:56 PM PDT My fiancee and I are incredibly close and we love it!! We open up to each other and we are up front and honest and we support each other in everything. But one thing I have noticed is even though he has opened his heart to me, he doesn't care about anyone else. Don't get me wrong, I love being #1 in someone's life! I appreciate him more than I could ever say with words! But sometimes I wish he would care about other people's feelings too. His friend just got engaged and he agreed to be a groomsmen, well two months until the wedding and he wants to back out because he doesn't really like the bride. I told him to do it not for the bride but for his friend and he says that he doesn't support them in any way and doesn't care that it's so close to the wedding. I just wish he would be more sensitive to other people's needs. Am I being a little crazy about this? Should I just let it go even though I know it will cause a fight between them? Or is there anything I can do to help him notice other people's feelings? |
Question: How to fix a long attached train on a wedding dress? Posted: 04 Apr 2016 01:45 PM PDT So, the dress I want has a court train, which is awesome for the ceremony. However, it is not detatchable, and I really don't want to 'not' wear the dress during the reception and have to change into something else due to the length and inconvenience since it's a expensive dress. I want to wear it as much as I can, is there any way to fix the court train for the reception? |
Question: Is it ok to wear a blue wedding dress instead of white? Posted: 04 Apr 2016 10:33 AM PDT I really am not fond of the color white, not to mention i wanna be different with my wedding and change traditional wedding rules for once. is it ok to wear a baby blue wedding dress or purple? or is it mandatory to wear white? |

Posted: 04 Apr 2016 06:01 AM PDT I bought dresses for my bridesmaid and MOH. Because I have only two girls in my wedding party, I want their dresses to be similar. I picked a very good quality classic dress in a nice orchid color that compliments my girls. They are brunettes. I like the dress, and I think it s perfect for wedding party. My bridesmaids prefer different styles, so I decided to buy dresses for them by myself, especially that they will not wear it more than one time. My MOH can afford more expensive dresses than another girl, so she told me that she hates the dress that I bought and will not wear it. The style she likes looks the same as my wedding dress, and I, as a bride, want to look different. All dresses she send me will catch eyes on her wich I don t like. The other girl doesn t have any problems with my choice because she understands that this is my day and she didn t spend any money on this. I am confused and don t know what to do. She is my best friend and a good person. I don t want to loose her because of the dress. But she is very rude about my choice right now. P.S. The girls are skinny (0 and 2 US size). P.S. 2 I bought BCBG maxazria On a sale (MSRP$360) |
Question: I wanna get married at court but my bf doesn't want too? Posted: 04 Apr 2016 01:04 AM PDT I never wanted a big wedding or nothing... like it's too much work and money & i get anxiety and so forth. I want it simple and plain just fill papers out and be married, the end. He does because he has a big family but how can I make him go to court with me ? |
