Question: What does the statement "They are jealous of what we have" truly mean? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 04:25 PM PDT A guy who is in one of my college classes and I are close freinds. A person who doesn't really know either of us started a rumour that we are more than that- and along with more b.s. that doesn't warrant mentioning -continuously talks bad about me, in particular. Me and my guy friend were talking about it, and he said, They (meaning all of the immature gossipers) are just jealous of what we have. What does this mean? Could he see us as more than friends? |
Question: My friend is angry at me? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 04:23 PM PDT So here's the story a friend of mine found out I had a crush on my best friend, she promised not to tell but then blackmailed me into telling my best friend. She didn't fell the same because she liked another guy( which I was actually ok with) but my best friend always came crying to me when a fuckboi screwed her over. And this guy she likes is a fuckboi, I told her that I didn't trust him and that he would hurt her. Needless to say she took offense to that. She was extremely angry and told me the she needed space. So I didn't talk to her for 2 days. I asked her to forgive me and she says that if she did it would be a while. I'm leaving for a cruise and it lasts a week, she told me to have fun and that maybe she would call down and forgive me by then. My question is do you think she'll forgive me because I'd hate to lose my best friend, she's kept me from commiting suicide. |
Question: Can an airsoft plastic bb put a small chip in a windowshield? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 04:09 PM PDT The neighbors kids had an airsoft battle the other day. A week after I wash my car and look it over really well and notice a couple very small my new chips in my windowshield that looks like it could have been caused by a very small object like a plastic BB. Now I know these bbs will not break window Shields and most glass but I wouldn't be surprised if they could chip it/scratch. Is that possible or was it a rock that might have caused a very small chip the size of a. Mark and I window shield |
Question: Why have I been so mean lately? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 04:01 PM PDT It started with my making fun of my teacher, but she knew I was joking, I told her I was. Then I tasted snapping at people. I also got a couple kids in trouble. I ve been cussing more too. I even got upset for a little kid sending me a middle finger emoji. I don t know why I ve been so mean lately, and I can tell. I don t know why but I feel bad. What s wrong with me? |
Question: I called someone a b***h what do I do? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 03:59 PM PDT So someone was being a little too mean to my friend or did it sassy she so I said to my friend she's a b**ch and she over heard and said she's going to the principles what do I do what I actually said was "that was rude why does she have to be a b**ch" what do I tell them |
Question: Is it weird to follow my directors on Instagram? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 03:58 PM PDT I'm a 14 year old girl, and I just recently started to get homeschooled at the beginning of this school year, in August. There's this theatre that's near my house, and in August I signed up for a "homeschooled workshop", which is basically where we have practice 8 hours a week, and then at the end of two weeks, we put on a play for these little elementary school kids when they come here on field trips. My main director is pretty old, probably in her 50s, and she doesn't have an Instagram. However, the assistant director, the choreographer, and the singing director, are all very young. All three of them did the workshop when they were younger, a couple years ago, and when they got too old to do the program (you can't be older than 15), they became staff members. I know that they're only a couple years older than me, and I guess we're kind of friends, but I still see them as a teacher. Would it be weird to follow them? |
Question: How to convince others to vote for me for secretary? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 03:52 PM PDT I'm running for secretary for one of my clubs against three other people. Any suggestions on what I can do to convince others that I would be the best? (Besides bribery. That's on my list already.) |
Question: My friends want me to change? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 03:48 PM PDT My friends all want me to change. They say I m too loud and that I m over dramatic, that my laugh is over dramatic and that I need to chill. Do you think I should change for my friends? And how would I be able to change for them? |
Question: It's my birthday and I'm bored!? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 03:47 PM PDT Like the title says, today is my birthday, and I'm officially 14 years old. However... I'm feeling really bored right now! Tonight I'm going out to dinner with my family, but other than that, I'm saving most of my birthday stuff until Friday, which is when my friends are coming over. I'm part of this theatre group where we have performances in the morning, and today was a performance day, so I got to skip school. But ever since I got home from the theatre, I've been bored stiff. All my friends have been texting me "happy birthday!" but it's really not the same as actually celebrating your birthday. Any ideas on how to have fun? And I don't really want it have to do with technology... I've already spent hours prowling over Instagram and watching TV, so I'm pretty sick of that. |
Question: Would I be jerk if I reneged on an invite? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 03:43 PM PDT I recently won a grand prize in a contest which was an all expenses paid spa weekend for two. I invited one of my closest friends to come with me (we'll call her Sue) whom I love dearly. One of Sue's close friends from another city invited herself to join us which annoyed me because I invited my friend along on the trip with the intention of catching up and reconnecting. I just got a message from her friend Betty to thank me for inviting her to stay with us in our hotel room because Sue told her I said it would be okay. I'm going through stresses in my personal life and feel exhausted and irritated. I want to tell her that I need to go alone to recharge myself, yet I'll feel like a jerk plus will disappoint and possibly anger them, yet I feel the need to be true to myself. I appreciate all kind and honest responses. Thank you! |
Question: THIS GIRL IS ANNOYING AF *PLEASE GIVE YOUR OPINION*?!?!? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 03:34 PM PDT She's new from this year and because of her stupid personnality (she's not even pretty) people like her. I don't have any problem with that. Basically, this year, me and my ex best friend weren't put in any classes together but she was in every single class with her. My friend is shy so she used this girl to kind of not feel left out in the class since she knew nobody. She became like this girl's "dog". They go to places and all of them follow this girl. Me and my new best friend both feel left out during conversations because we're at the other side of the table (lunch) and they don't give any consideration for us! They reserve places for everyone BUT ME then since my friend defended her, her too... WE HAVE ALREADY SAID THIS WHICH CAUSED A HUGE FIGHT but it was ok at the end. This girl was actually justifying herself. They tried to include us for a few days but it went back to what it was. Me and my other friend who is now my best left this group of friends (they're not the only one in it) because of this. Me and my friends ditched them and this girl starts bothering us like pitching my friend (when my friend asks them who did it they say it's not them but we all know it is) and looking at us weird (just her). I know we're not in the same group of friends anymore but I have enough respect for you to not disrespect you like that! So what do you think about the whole situation? Do you think my friends are bad? What do you think I should do or tell them/her? |
Question: Is it possible to start a new life in another country? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 03:25 PM PDT I live in Hungary, but I got a bad reputation. Not bad as people think of me as a bad person or something. I was just lying to myself and to everyone of who I want to be, and I can't admit it to them, or do anything to turn things around. Even though I changed my heavily antisocial behavior and I want to hang out. Since I live in a smaller town, almost everyone knows everyone, and no one wants to hang out with me, because they think I am an antisocial creep. I've got a job, lost weight, stopped spending endless hours in front of the computer, but still no one wants to hang out with or around me... It's my fault I know, but what can I do... Since Hungary is part of the EU, I'm allowed to leave the country permanently. And my English is quite good, but there's so much language diversity in Europe I couldn't keep up if I wanted to... Do you think there's a chance for a no one like me, to find a job in some other country, with merely a high school diploma? I don't expect to make millions, but at least to be able to afford to live, because I really can't take it anymore where I live now... Any advice? |

Posted: 13 Apr 2016 03:20 PM PDT I sent my friends in a group chat photos of my bloody knee, because I thought it would be interesting. You see, we are all ice skaters and today when I went to skate I scraped my knee on the ice. I sent them a photo and explained what happened. You know what? Now that I type it, it doesn t seem as weird...but...nobody has said anything this whole day... So is it weird? Do you think they are ignoring me because what I sent was gross? Just a heads up I am NOT socially disabled, I m just a girl who does not want to get judged by other people...especially my close friends. |
Question: I don't know what to do!? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 02:54 PM PDT So back in November I was talking to this girl and I really liked her and she had told me that she liked me a lot too, but as I continued to talk to her I noticed that all her friendships with some of her best friends weren't won't they used to be. Her friends and her were beginning to ignore each other and be rude and their friendships were going down the drain. About a week after I began to notice the failing friendships she asked me what made me start talking to her in the first place and I told her the truth but at the same time, for the sake of her friendships, I lied and told her I didn't like her anymore but I really did. After that we quit talking but I still liked her and still have feelings for her to this day. Recently though I was mustering up the courage to try and talk to her again I discovered my best friend was beginning to like her. And he wanted to start talking to her so I decided against it but now I have really wanted to talk to her because I really miss her. I don't know what I should do though because it's been so long and I don't know what u would tell her or start the conversation and I know my best friend wants to talk to her but i still do like her so what should I do? |
Question: My friend called me a mute? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 02:44 PM PDT I'm a pretty quiet, shy girl who doesn't talk much. But this girl who sits with me during break, always calls me a mute. She keeps saying that i'm so quiet and thinks that i can't speak. today she called me a mute again and i told her "nooooo i'm not a mute", but she said "well if you're not a mute, you should have use some words to defend yourself" and just giggled. this just makes me wanna leave my group and join my other friend. i just can't to seem overcome my shyness. help? :(( |
Question: Fake surprise for my best friend so she doesn't suspect the real one? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 02:44 PM PDT I want to surprise my best friend with m&g tickets to see one of our favorite bands. But, I want to wait to tell her until the day of the concert which is about a month after her bday.. So, I want to create a fake surprise that isn't obvious but will make her think that the surprise is over with. Any ideas that aren't too expensive but won't make her suspect anything else? |

Question: My friend is really pissed at me, What should I do to make him... non-pissed? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 02:23 PM PDT So, being a Gamer I run into alot of random people over the internet, this guy I met probably about 2 years ago is one of my best friends even though it's just thought the internet. We play alot of games together while Skyping and he is rathed fragile. From time to time he has blocked me and has appeared very hostile even though I don't seem to remember what I ever did to make him so upset. Just today I told him he didn't have to be so mean (we were playing a game and he starting calling the other people in the team retards and morons because they made a few mistakes), and after that he said "**** you" and hung up. A few hours later he sent me this: "hahaha just wanted to ******* say im so ******* sick of your crap you **** **** hahaah **** you man **** you bai". I really really like him as a friend as he's funny and a really nice guy once you get to know him but you really need to know when to shut up and let him have things his way. |
Question: What's a good way to make new friends in school? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 02:14 PM PDT Just to elaborate, I'm a freshman in high school. Everyone has pretty much known everyone else in the grade for most of their lives, so friend groups are extremely established and they don't tend to let new people in very easily. I don't have very many friends in my friend group, and over the past year we've grown apart some and I really only feel close to one, and somewhat close to a couple others. So basically, I want to know some good ways to make friends with people, especially considering how shy and awkward I am. Thanks for any and all help. |
Question: Any ideas for gift for best friends? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 02:11 PM PDT |
Question: My friend thinks I sabotaged her? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 02:05 PM PDT I m in high school, and one of my friends thinks that I sabotaged her because she had to get signatures for a student council petition and I did not realize someone gave me her petition so I put it in my backpack without thinking much about it. But then during lunch she asked me what I did with her petition. I am awful at confrontation so I told her I didn t know that anyone gave it to me but that I would look for it. Once back in my classroom I gave her petition to her and she started telling everyone I sabotaged her by stealing her petition when I wasn t trying to sabotage her as I thought it was just another paper. She s really mad at me and I don t know what to do. Should I apologize to her even though I never meant to sabotage her? I don t want to ruin our friendship over this but it s also hard to apologize when I didn t actually try to hurt her. Any advice will help! Thank you! |
Question: Are my some of my friends dull or am I dull, or am I expecting too much? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 01:46 PM PDT Most of my friends idea of a fun time is to go out about twice a week at night to go drinking in a bar and that is it. When we were younger they used to complain that there was nothing to do and we would go for a spin in my friends car to a city nearby and have a game of pool or bowling or something. But now it is just wasting like 20 or more in cash on beers over blaring music from a band, so even at that we don't even chat much either. I could suggest activities as I am organised that way but to be honest they are not very open minded and sitting with a pint in the evening is just a safe option to them. Not once do I recall an event we went to that didn't require alcohol being there. I often thought wouldn't it be fun to do something different each week, nothing expensive mind, but just something to connect us as a group. But they are stuck in their ways. I feel if I didn't meet them at the bar they would probably never hang out with me at all. |
Question: Did he do this on purpose? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 01:27 PM PDT There is a guy that I've been talking to he knows that sometimes I look at his Pandora. And that I like 80's music I noticed today he created a 80's love song station. I wondering if he did that because he knows I look at his page. |
Question: Is it okay to feel disappointed by my best friend and jealous? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 01:22 PM PDT So there is this group of people that I hang out with, my friends. Recently I had an argument with my best friend who is also a part of this group and when we were fighting I was all by myself and she was hanging out with the group. We made up yesterday and talked a lot about how awful and lonely I felt on the outside and she was sorry. I was pretty disappointed by her bevaviour during our fight, we didn t talk with each other for a week and we see each other every day. I decided to forgive her but still felt down and was hoping for some great gesture that would make it all better. A day after we made up a girl from our group suggested we all go on a trip together but I can t during this time because I already had something planned with my mum. And I was kind of hoping that because I can t go and because the fight was so recent my best friend would not go as well. I know this is kind of silly but I cant really help how I feel...she is going and I feel disappointed by that. What do you think? Am I totally frazy here? |

Question: My yearbook picture is so bad! Help? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 01:06 PM PDT Hello, in the begginging of the year we had our school pictures. I looked so bad, my hair was a mess, I had no makeup on, it was bad. But I have changed far from what I used to look like. But it is almost the end of the year and we are getting our year books soon. I'm scared because I looked so bad and people are going to make fun of me. Please help |

Question: How to deal with clingy male friend? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 12:10 PM PDT It's weird because we are both dudes. I'm 22 and he's 21 and this dude always wants to hangout every single day all day. Sometimes he will sit out in his car in front of my house for hours waiting for me to get home from work or class so we can hangout. I'm still living at home until I finish school so he pisses my parents off also because he calls the house phone like 30 times a day. He will call and my parents will say I'm gone and he will call again 10 minutes later. Yesterday I came home for an hour for lunch and logged into social media. The next thing I know my buddy is calling me because facebook said I was logged in on a pc, I ignored it because I had to get back to class. I guess after I left he showed up at the house and started arguing with my brother about him lying about me not being home because he saw I was logged into facebook. What should I do about this without making it awkward and cringy? |
Question: Got hit by a car, what should I do? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 12:08 PM PDT Hi I'm 15 and I was coming home from school and I stepped out I front of a car (my fault entirely) and loads of students and the driver came over to help me. I told her I was fine, made sure she was alright and I apologised. I then quickly left with my friend after refusing help and saying that I was fine. When I got home (around the corner) I was in floods of tears and I felt (and still feel really guilty). The thing is that I have never been careless, clumsy but not careless. I always look when crossing the street and this time just happened to be unlucky. My mum posted a message on our local Facebook community chat but I really want to talk to the driver just to apologise (now that I'm not in shock) and to see if she is okay and to reassure her I'm fine. What should I do? |

Question: Was it inconsiderate of my roommate to invite a guest over and be noisy? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 11:51 AM PDT My roommate invited a guy friend over on monday night around 12:30. We do have different rooms but thin walls I was half asleep when she told me that he was coming over. I had a very long day and I wanted to sleep. They were loud and I was very frustrated but I fell asleep eventually. Should I just let this go or should I say something? |
Posted: 13 Apr 2016 11:36 AM PDT I have been waiting to talk to this girl ever since the start of class. I was going to do it today but i chickened out because i was going to approach her directly and i got nervous that i was going to mess up. not i only have 1 more final day to talk to her before i never see her again in my life. She seems to be interested in my by her body language. Unfortunately, the last day of class is EXAM day. So if she finish the exam first and leaves i miss my chance. But exams 1-3 i always finished before her. So it will probably be no difference with Exam 4. So this time i was going to wait until she finishes her exam and then when she is done, get up at the same time. Then we will both walk out the class together, but then this is the hard part? What do i say? I think after i start talking I will be okay, but i just need something to start with so that i can eventually get her number and go about my day. What do i say??? |

Question: Did you know that even married couples can be just "friends with benefits"? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 10:55 AM PDT Of course, they are not CALLED "friends with benefits" per se. But their relationship is stuck in the same place - occasional sex, and no love. They should be called "friends with sucky benefits" if you ask me. And while it's "okay" for the guys, it's oftentimes frustrating for the gals. So what do you do to get him to love you more and turn your "marriage" into a real marriage and not just another sex-only relationship destined for failure? Anyone? |
Question: Opinion, cut a friend or cut a destination.? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 10:54 AM PDT So, I am planning a trip with 4 other friends to go to NYC and Boston over 5 days. Long story short, one of my friends has suddenly informed us that he is only going to go if it is a four day trip. We have asked him why he can't just ask for an unpaid day off of work, but he won't provide an explanation and is getting salty. So, the question is, Do I cut out a friend and go with the others to both NYC and Boston, or do I cut NYC all together and just visit Boston for less time. NOTES: 1. We are driving from Michigan, so trip time Vs. gas is in the equation. 2. He is the only other male in the group, and my best friend. 3. Yes I know, that sounds awesome, but I am engaged and only interested in her :) Thanks! Fiance is on the trip as well |
Question: My friend is ignoring me?! Please read? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 10:46 AM PDT My friend of 16 years has been acting really off with me and distant. We haven't talked since the end of last year and I think she thinks I'm on drugs - I'm not - I'm proudly straight edge. I felt a distance start when I told her I hooked up with a few guys in bands, I thought I could trust her since we are best friends and she isn't really into the music I like. She sleeps around with guys she met online and I have been several times to std clinics for her benefit. She confided all her sex secrets to me so thought I could do the same! Also she has been real critical of my appearance and tries to slyly bring me down. I have 2 tone hair,16 piercings and dress a like alternative, she also has made a point of saying stuff like I'm a different type of Asian from her and just want attention from white guys???? I saw her family and they talked normally to me but I haven't seen my friend for almost over half a year. Please help |

Posted: 13 Apr 2016 09:58 AM PDT i am an 19 y/o country/rock/blues singer at least up until a couple of weeks ago..i was doing a gig at a local bar & after i did my set, a very nice local gentleman asked if he could buy me a drink, as I was at the bar this girl came up to me & started to flirt with me, she came off really strong it i was kind of turned of, she seemed like a sweet girl but she was intoxicated, she started to hug & ask me to sing to her again, after a while she left, after i finished my drink i thanked the guy & then headed home, as i walked out this guy comes up & says that his "girl" said that i made out with her & that she was leaving him for me, a big fight ensued & the guy (a very heavy middle aged man, who was for sure about 20 y older than the girl) grabbed a broken bottle & stabbed me in my face & throat a couple of times! I have a torn vocal chord & my face is still swollen, i make youtube videos to get mysef lout there & I ca't do that anymore, I also have to work but i can't for know because my boss think i should heal first, I have kind of lost my voice completely & to make matters worse my gf broke up with my a couple of days ago, i really feel like giving up, it sucks but nothin seems to be going right! if you have read this so far bless you, i have no one i can really talk to & i felt like opening up to someone.. for those of you saying i should have called the police, they were called but the thing is i'm 19 & out here i can't go into bars, so i couldn't tell them the whole story, the bard is owned by this guy i've known for years, he's like family so he did me a solid having me perform a couple of songs at his bar! |
Question: Will this stop the harassment? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 09:39 AM PDT I am a guy college student that is always short of cash. The only job I could find to fit my hours with great pay was at a legal brothel. I maintain their computer system. A religious group on campus somehow found out about my job and sends a group of people to see me every week to tell me I am going to hell for working at a brothel. I have told them many times if they can find me a job that pays better I will quit working at the brothel. I don't want to see them again but they keep visiting me. My plan is the next time they visit me, I am going hand their leader a fake bill and tell the group that the brothel will turn his bill over to a collection agency if he does not pay his bill. Do you think that will stop their visits? |
Question: How do I find friends who share my values and interests? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 09:30 AM PDT I recently left public high school due to the fact that I have nothing in common with my fellow peers. I got along with everyone well, but everyone just turned me off by basic lack of manners and respect. I don't know what's wrong with my generation. Have we no class, no morals? My parents are always complaining that I am depressed and isolated. They've even taken me into counseling because I am not like my peers. I likely am depressed. I did have a casual friends not to long ago, which I have recently severed ties with. We were out at a cafe and I offered to pay the tab since she and drove us there. Lacking manners, I later see an Instagram post of a picture of myself with the caption "My sugar mama". Anyway, how can I find decent peers in my city? I volunteer, but I always seem to get along better with adults. How can I convince my parents that I do not have a mental issue just because I am not like my peers. Also, did anyone see the story of George W. Bush leaving a teen waitress a tip, which she later posted on the internet saying "He might have caused 9/11, but he left me a hella tip."? Disgusting, have we no decency? a casual friend* |
Posted: 13 Apr 2016 09:13 AM PDT I had a friend come to visit a few months back and things did not go well unfortunately. Half the time she did make jokes that were more of put downs to me and I had always been the one to spend money on eating out every night of the week during her visit. Prior to this, I always offered to buy birthday gifts for my friend and her kids as well. During her visit, my mom did not like the way my friend was treating her: not talking to my mom unless she was taking us out somewhere..etc. As a result of that, my friend did get angry about this. When my mom confronted her, she explained she did not like being treated that way. Now, my friend and I are well, no longer friends. I did not do anything to backstab her or make her mad. I tried to be as good as possible. Now the aftermath of dealing with nasty posts I know are about me on Twitter.. I did become friends with an old friend again because she deserved to be apologized to due to an incident from months ago. But as a result, my former friend has taken to turn everything back on me.. and I do not know what to do. |
Question: How do I appologize to my friend? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 09:08 AM PDT she always complains about things like how she is lonely because her mum doesn't want her talking to me anymore. We were best friends. Anyway we were messaging and I said that she should stop being so selfish for once and that she isn't the only person in the world having some problems. How can I appologize? I am autistic so I find it hard to show sympathy and communicate socially. |
Posted: 13 Apr 2016 09:06 AM PDT She lies about so much . Like saying she was ill off school when she went on holiday or my mum found her shopping with her family that day she was ill. She has lied about her gran dying and many other things . I have showed her proof about her lies yet she continues to say they are lies to my face and she gets very defensive and Starts saying mean things to me in defence of herself like saying "why don't you believe me i think you have trust issues " when I am showing her proof that she lied. She even once stood holding my ruler in her hand and I said please can I have it back and she said no I don't have it. I said yes it's in your hand and she goes no it's not! ( when it clearly is!) What should I do? |
Question: I dont get my friend? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 09:00 AM PDT So i have a friend lets call her M, so in term 1 n term 2 me and M would hang out everytime in form class break and hometime; we had no class together so these were the only times we hung out. We jst met this yr. M is arab and she has two other arab friends as well. Im not arab so its really akward when the three of them hang and speak in arabic, i jst stand there. When i try to talk to someone else M wud get heartbroken that I abandoned her. In term 3 so far M has not hung out with me in break. After classes its kinda hard to find me thats what she says. N she goes with her arab group. Today, she saw me i came to her with my other friend and M literally left with the arab girls. So i assumed that maybe she doesnt wanna be friends anymore, however in hometime she comes to my class to walk with me to the bus, she didnt go with the arabs. Im so.confused...M only talks to me in our form class n hometime, her arab friends arent in our form class, im starting to think she only hangs with me when they arent around..is that true?? |
Question: Should I tell him or just keep my mouth shut? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 08:56 AM PDT I was with a group of friends when a friend of mine said he had an announcement to make. He said he was getting married. We all congratulated him and ask him who his bride was. He told us and it brought back memories of the time I had dated his bride to be many years ago. I was happy to see she was getting married and would settle down. She is a VERY nice person. Then he said he was VERY LUCKY to find someone that was the same religion as he was and MOST IMPORTANT TO HIM she was a virgin like he was. That set off an alarm in my head. I know from personal experience she was NOT a virgin. She was not a virgin when I dated her and unless you can become a virgin again, she was not one now. My first thought that since it so important to him was to tell him I knew she was not a virgin but I had second thoughts and didn't say anything. If after he is married and he finds out I knew she was not a virgin which is unlikely, I know he will be mad at me. I don't want to cause him or his future bride any problems as I don't think a girl's sexual past should matter but it does to him. Should I tell him or just keep my mouth shut and hope he never finds out about her past |
Posted: 13 Apr 2016 08:47 AM PDT so when I'm back in school and the teacher confronts me I know what shes gonna say "your never in my lessons cus u don't like me" I need a comeback to avoid humiliation |
Posted: 13 Apr 2016 08:44 AM PDT Here are the things that have happened that indicate we are friends: We talked on two occasions and when I said hey he smiled and said hey! How are you? Them we talked for a few and he was always smiling. Later me and my friend were sitting in the library eating lunch and he came up to us (he knew me better than my friend) and asked if he could sit with us even though he had other friends in the library. When he sat with is we talked about social stuff, the election, ourselves etc. ever since then (February) whenever we see eachother he smiles, waves and says hey! How are you? He found out it was my birthday from one of his friends because he overheard it (my friend told me he overheard her tell her friend it was my birthday) and later that day when I saw him in the hall he said hey! (My name) happy birthday! Even though I didn't tell him it was my birthday. I asked to take a picture with him at senior banquet and he smiled and said sure! Two weeks later I dmed him in twitter asking for his number and he gave it to me and also told me to send the picture to him (the picture of us at banquet) I did and he said that it looked great. We follow eachother on both instagram and twitter (he doesn't follow many people on twitter) and he has liked one of my posts. I really think we are friends but I get confused because we rarely get to have conversations. After April break I'm going to text him and invite him somewhere with my friend he also knows so I can get to know him better! 😊 |
Question: Alone, friendless and hated? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 08:40 AM PDT Hi, so I am an easy going 34 year guy - always smiling, always polite and nice to people and somehow utterly seemenly despised. I have always been quite popular and had friends, but a couple of years back, dated a horrible girl, lost my friends and now everyone seems to hate me. I moved to america from England with my american wife (who I feel doesn't love me anymore) and no-one is nice to me. I feel alone and cry everyday at my situation. I know I'm not a bad person deep down, but feel myself closing up on the world and now not saying anything. |
Posted: 13 Apr 2016 08:38 AM PDT a distance between me and her? I mean I guess she doesnt like me back and thats what she meant. Am I right? |
Posted: 13 Apr 2016 08:27 AM PDT It appears to me that when I attack someone, people look down on me and are repulsed by my hate against that person. Maybe hating by ignoring someone further would be just. |
Posted: 13 Apr 2016 08:23 AM PDT I have been ban for six months now. I think I have an idea of what I have done. I was walking down the hallways on lunch break, towards closing and two of my ex-friends were in the hallways and their two bosses. My two ex-friends saw me and they started making fun of one my friends. They got loud so then I got loud for a minute or so. Then, one of the "Silver Treasures" owners came out. It was a lady with blonde hair and glasses. As soon as my two ex-friends bosses saw them, they ran back in their store which is called "Beyond Kollecters Choice." They woman said to my ex-friends and I, "You are all so loud. You are all immature for your age.. Isn't it enough we have to deal with this market then you guys getting loud ontop of that?!" And one of my ex-friends said, "They only one getting loud now is your, ma'am." She looked at him in surprise, She ran into her store and she got her husband out. Her husband pointed directly at me and said, "This is your last day at this Market, Missy!" So, my ex-friends went back into the store and I went to talk to one of my friends. Then, five minutes later, I go talk to one of my ex-friends and I say, "Do you think it's true? Do you think I'll be ban from her forever?" He said, "No, Don't worry about them. There lying." So, My aunt came to pick me up and we went back to Mount Holly. I went up there the next day, security staff tells me I am ban forever and he doesn't have to tell me what I have done. I live and am from Mount Holly. |
Question: Friend over family? I am confused..? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 08:11 AM PDT So I have this friend that is really cool and we hang out everyday at college. Sometimes his attitude bothers me, because he would say mean things to me that I would take personal and he thinks it s just nothing. Like he would say "F*ck you" or worse. Today I confronted him and asked why would he do these stuff. He replied by saying that he and his other friends do it too and they just think it s funny and schrugs it off. He has this weird believe that he and his friends are mean to each other, but it doesn t bother them. I firmly believe that friendships should have respect and not saying each other bad just for fun. But I am willing to give this friendship a chance no matter if I get insulted. I told my parents everything and they are sure giving me the push forward to end this friendship with my friend because of this reason. They are mad because I am resisting a bit. Am I naïve? I need help please.. do I choose my friend over my family, or do I go with my family s decision to leave him and move on? |
Question: Whats going on with my dad and stepmom? Posted: 13 Apr 2016 07:58 AM PDT I'm 15. I recently, at my request, moved to Mississippi to live with my dad and stepmom because my biological mom has drug problems and has been a very inconsistent mom (to say the least). I love her, but my dad and stepmom have always been there for me. and I needed stability. Before I made the decision to move here, my dad and stepmom warned me that they still believed in spanking as a last resort even at my age. I was kind of shocked, but really wanted to move in here, and (since I rarely get in any trouble) wasn't all that concerned. We have no school today (teacher work day) and this morning I got in big trouble for something that I, in all fairness, deserved to be in trouble for. But I was still flabbergasted when dad had my stepmom take me out back and bust my behind. She didn't leave any bruises or "hurt" me or anything like that, but she did light me up something good and the pain was/is very intense. I'm just kind of shocked. I know that they love me, I'm NOT looking to turn them in or get them in any trouble (regardless of the answer to this question), but this is so far from my cultural norms that I have to ask, are they even legally allowed to do this? Is it fair at all? I just never really saw this happening at my age, and it all went down so suddenly.... Is this legal? Common? Fair? Typical? I lied about where I was going, and yes it is a 2nd offense (I got grounded the 1st time), and lying is their #1 rule (understandably). I'm usually very honest but I was really stupid this time. The lie was about where Id been. I said I went to a friends house but I really went to a different friend's house to swim alone. I had permission (from the friend) to use the pool, but I knew my stepmom wouldn't let me swim alone and couldn't go with me today, so I went by myself and made up a cover So Caroline, do I take it you would have done the same if you were my stepmom? |
