Question: Am I obligated to invite my friend's sister to my wedding? Posted: 21 Apr 2016 08:17 PM PDT I used to be really close friends with my guy friend's sister. Over the last few years, we ended up becoming distant and haven't talked much. I'm finishing up my guest list and I don't know if it's rude not to invite her. She's getting married this year and didn't not invite me, which is understandable considering we're not very close anymore. Both my fiance and I have large families so our guest is pretty tight in order to stay within our budget. But I wonder if it's rude to invite her brother and his wife and not her. Any thoughts? |
Question: Should I cancel going to my friends wedding? Posted: 21 Apr 2016 05:40 PM PDT I am single, almost 40. Never married. No kids. I am truly happy my friend met a good guy and I was so excited to be on the guest list for her wedding. I attended her bachelorette party, bridal shower and purchased several wedding/bachelorette gifts costing around $200. I looked at the table seating and she put me with 3 married couples I don't know and a 4 year old. All of our mutual/single friends are at another table on the other side of the room. I am a little hurt she separated me from anyone I would know and I am afraid the whole social situation will be too difficult for me. Single, alone, unmarried, at a wedding surrounded by married people I don't know. Should I cancel? |
Question: How much should I spend at a florist for my wedding? Posted: 21 Apr 2016 05:08 PM PDT We are in a tight budget but I still want them to look nice! I'm looking for a vintage feel more whites/pinks/peaches. Some roses, maybe a white lily of the valley, and whatever else to add in. I want silk around them to hold them together. But I will need flowers for the bridesmaids, the bride, corsages for the mothers, boutineers for all groomsmen and father/usher needs boutineer. I also dont know if we will be doing like flowers in the church for decoration. |

Question: When does a bride announce her bridesmaids? Posted: 21 Apr 2016 01:37 PM PDT So my cousin got engaged yesterday and her wedding will most likely be in 2017. She has told me a couple times before that I would be one of her bridesmaids and we are super close. Anyways, when do brides usually choose their bridesmaids? I can't wait! I just ant to hear opinions and chances are I will be 14 so is that considered bridesmaid, or junior bridesmaid? I'm 13 btw and excited |

Posted: 21 Apr 2016 05:27 AM PDT My ex fiancé bought me this tiny ugly engagement ring that's really a promise ring that looks like a high schoolers ring. We're breaking up due to him being selfish passive aggressive & a narcissist. I'm selling this piece of crap how much do you think I can get for it. It's regular price is $399 ...... smh. And no I'm not mean or shallow I just believe that whatever a man spend on a engagement ring is how much he thinks you're worth & clearly he didn't put much thought or effort into something that I'm supposed to like & wear on my hand forever. I know he's stringing me along & I need the money to save for me to move out eventually & move on with life. How much? Thanks |
