In December and on, my common law husband cheated on me. In January, he found out that she got pregnant. Despite having three of our own, he and her are keeping the baby and are excited about it. My husband & I cannot get along. We fight constantly. Neither of us believe in divorce & I've suggested marriage counseling to him. He absolutely refuses to go as he feels all counseling is for "mental patients." to put it in his terms. I can tell the fighting is impacting our children. When I told him it seems like he's very unhappy in our marriage his response "seems like it." I'm not sure what to do. If we aren't arguing we aren't speaking & I'm just so miserable in this marriage & I know he is too!! Any suggestions since he absolutely refuses counseling?? I don't believe in divorce & feel everything is fixable & if it's not, you aren't trying hard enough to fix it. (Aside from physical violence & abuse of course)

I know this was a big mistake and I don't remember it happening. She told me about it the next day after being picked up from the ER. I was kicked out of the bar and she drove me back to the hotel, then she waited for me to sleep and went back to the bar. I know she is damm close to hating me and I know I screwed up beyond belief. Ok. So my husband has a younger sister that is about to give birth this week. Her husband is wanted but not like really bad, He s done drugs years back before they met now its catching up to him. So he s scared to get a job. They left their home like three hours away and live with my husband and sisters Grandma. We have been married for a few years but living together for 2 years. And for the past 6 months or so its been so depressing. My ex husband married his live in girlfriend out of the blue last week. This was a day after she told me she was thinking about leaving him because of his online cheating. When I got the text from her that she couldn't leave him, I gently explained to her that it's inappropriate to contact me about their relationship anymore. It was the second time she came to me about his issues and I did tell her some unsavory things about what he did to me in our marriage because I felt she had a right to know so she could make her own educated choice whether to be with him or not. Obviously, she chose to legally bind herself to the douche. I, personally, don't care that my ex is remarried. He's her problem now, thank goodness. What I am concerned about is my children. They got married out of the blue without warning my kids or including them. He sees them only every other weekend. (His choice, not mine) I'm just wondering what is the best way to handle this. I haven't told my ex or his new wife that I know yet. I also haven't told my children (ages 4 and 8) that daddy is now married. Should I leave it up to him to tell them, or should I talk to them before he sees them next weekend? I'm concerned that they are going to be shocked and sad that they weren't included. Government should ban the divorce if any couple want then police should throw them in jail for 15 years. recently Philippines passed a law and ban the divorce because they said that we don't want our state where the man get marry in morning and get divorced in evening. so in my point of view divorce should ban then people will realized that they should make their marraige well. I cheated on my husband and we got a divorce he got the house which is on land my daddy owns and is right beside my parents house!
