Question: Can I apply for SNAP while living with my parents if im married? Posted: 22 Apr 2016 04:38 PM PDT My boyfriend and I live in my parents home. We use the upstairs room, pay rent, buy our own food, and prepare our meals separately from my parents. My dad makes too much money to receive SNAP, so while considered part of his household, I cannot receive SNAP. If my boyfriend and I were married, could I qualify for SNAP even while living in my parents home? I am also 18 and pregnant. I do not have a job but my boyfriend does. He makes minimum wage with part time hours and we cant afford much food at all. |

Question: My dad is going to run away from home? Posted: 22 Apr 2016 03:28 PM PDT My mom cheated on my dad and this happened when she was visiting my grandpa in another country and she found another guy she likes over there. It was only my mom and my sister that went. I had to stay here in America with my dad because I have schoolwork that I have to focus and my dad had to take care of the house or watch over me because nobody wasn't going to take care of me. She came home here in America and she texted that guy through Facebook. She made phone calls with him and facetimed him. My dad noticed that she cheated on him (my dad told me about all of this). Back in the old days, like before she went to visit my grandpa, my dad has been distant around her and he doesn't give the love or support that she needs. So I would say... It isn't all of my mom's fault. My dad gave her the love she needs after he found out that she's cheating, but my mom confessed to my dad last night that she doesn't love him anymore. This morning while my dad was taking me to school, he told me how he felt and he said he's going to run away and never see me again while my mom and my sister will move and live with the other guy she loves. I will live (here in America) with my grandma and that's about it. My mom and dad is still here in America, but they're working right now. I'm scared that my dad won't come home today. I don't know what to do now. I never been so depressed and I'm tearing so badly. I'm only 14 and my sister is 5... We're the only childrens. What should I do at this point? Thank you all for answering!! All of the answers are great. I will be sure to take good care of my grandma and look forward to the bright future ahead :)! |
Question: Husband is tired of my toxic family.? Posted: 22 Apr 2016 02:25 PM PDT I have been married for the past 4 years to my amazing husband and Childs father. Since the beginning my mother has always intruded on my relationship just by being so needy and not understanding her boundaries. She calls at least 15x a day, when she calls its to ask a favor or to talk about drama or something negative. Nothing is ever positive with her. My husband says that she acts like my daughter which is true. She has been an addict since before I was born and now that I m grown and on my own she leans on me for everything even if it s to come help clean her house and I don t even live there. She now watches my daughter a few nights a week while we work and all I ask is that she is sober when she has her and she can t do that. Her actions are really taking a toll on my relationship and my husband is tired of her. I don t want to lose him because of this because I ll forever be resentful toward her. And idk what more I can do to get her to back off some. I tell her not to call so much and so early in the morn waking my house up, I silence my phone when she does call, and I limit the things I do to help her now so that it doesn t affect my relationship but nothing is working. Idk what more to do. But I m also tired of her and really don t want to lose my family because of her actions |
Posted: 22 Apr 2016 01:36 PM PDT I've been married to my wife for the past 19 years. We have four daughters together, aged 15(twins) and 12, and 8. Anyway, my wife constantly complains about everything. Nothing is ever good enough fro her. Last week when I was painting the wall, she just stood there for a goddamn hour and talked about how awful the painting was. She always complains I'm not a good driver even though I've never been pulled over once. I have to drive her everywhere. She makes me go grocery shopping with her every weekend and she spends forever reading the labels of items she's been buying for years. I'm a cop so my working hours are all over the place. I have to work through the night sometimes and she constantly demands that I come come right away because she likes to close the gate a special way and if I open it I'll close it wrong. She has an office job and asks me why I can't get a 9 to 5 job like her so I can be home. She gets angry if I talk to anyone, males included, and makes me tell her every detail of every conversation I have. I've never cheated on her and I've always treated her well. She's making me so angry. What do I do? Also, she calls me up to tell me every little problem. Like a few days ago, a neighborhood child touched her gate and she called me for an hour complaining. She's a crank, basically. |

Question: How do you show sexual interest without having sex? Posted: 22 Apr 2016 09:48 AM PDT Aside from actually having sex what are some things that women do to show their man that they are still attracted to him sexually? After kids and the grind of daily life were tired at the end of the day. We still want to be sexual creatures, but it's difficult to actually have sex. What do women do to show that they still have a sexual attraction to their husband, besides having sex? |

Question: New mom, everything is changing!? Posted: 22 Apr 2016 09:18 AM PDT I feel like my husband thinks everything is fine, but I dont. I'm on maternity leave with my 3 week old. my husband just started a job where he leaves at 7am, gets home at 7pm. I don't feel like I'm part of a team. he hasn't changed a diaper in 2 weeks. hasn't given her a bath. I always try to have the house clean when he gets home, but he always mentions what I didn't get done. he had to stay 20 minutes longer at work the other day, and I had dinner ready when he would've been home, and he got mad that it wasn't still hot for him. mind you, I walked with my newborn to the store, was trying to breastfeed and cook, and didn't know he was going to be late. the next day I bought him a couple beers to go with dinner bc he's been working hard, he didn't say thank you, he said "you should have got me 4". he will change the channel when I'm watching something and put on something I hate (wwe, sports talk shows).. I feel like I'm being taken for granted. he just seems so "eh" about whatever I say, then begs me to do sexual things. I just can't get in the mood when I feel so unappreciated and unimportant until he gets horny, then he just whines for it instead of kissing me and loving on me. just annoyed and need advice. |
Question: Is it normal to get annoyed by other peoples kids? Posted: 22 Apr 2016 09:09 AM PDT The other day I was hanging out with my friend who has children. I bought her daughter ice cream so I could eat mine in peace however when she was done with hers she wanted some of my frozen coffee and her mother would tell her no she just said "oh you wouldn't like it" and her daughter grabbed my drink off the counter and started drinking it to see if she would like it and that made me be the bad guy and tell her daughter no and she threw a tantrum. Does anyone else get annoyed by other peoples kids and their behavior? Her mother says she's an aiming kid which annoys me even more because she is spoiled, demands food without saying please or thank you, throws tantrums if she doesnt get what she wants, etc. |

Question: Why do you think that women take their husband's name after marriage? Posted: 22 Apr 2016 07:56 AM PDT |
Question: Married with a serious crush? Posted: 22 Apr 2016 07:33 AM PDT I have been married for five years. Most of our marriage has been happy, except that it is completely sexless, and lately I feel like we're disconnected at times....he rarely pays attention when I talk. It doesn't matter what I'm talking to him about. Although you could classify me as a shy loner, I don't have any extended family or friends to talk to either, so most of the time I feel beyond lonely. For the past year, I have been crushing hard on a man I work with. We are both in the transportation industry and don't have a lot of opportunity to talk, but sometimes we chit chat or share a laugh in passing. He has never had a girlfriend, and I think it's probably because he's not that attractive to most girls. He is 6'5", and just a bit clunky and awkward. I can tell by his body language that he is self conscious about his size. I can't get enough of him though....his infectious smile, his adorable personality. I forget to breathe when I see him....it is all consuming. I am not contemplating cheating on my husband, but keeping these emotions bottled up inside is just eating away at me....I can't take it anymore and need to release these inner demons. Would it be inappropriate for me to let him know how I feel, as a way of coming clean? I think it would help me to channel those emotions in a healthier way. Would he like knowing that a girl is into him, or would it just make him feel worse in knowing that the only girl who has confessed her love to him is already taken? |
Question: Did I miss my chance last night? Posted: 22 Apr 2016 05:58 AM PDT It's no big secret my husband and I haven't been clicking on too many cylinders lately. We've only had sex twice this month. Well, yesterday was a pretty rocky day for us. When we got home we got into it because we received eviction papers from our landlord. My husband blamed me because I'm the one responsible for the rent while he's responsible for the majority of the other bills. We argued up until my husband looked at me and said, "I think you just need some d--k!" At that point we started talking about our "lack of" sex life. He stood up, turned off the TV, straightened up his area, got naked and lay flat on his back on the bed. I looked at him like, "What?" Granted, it was nice to see his p---s again. From that point on I started asking him a bunch of questions. "Are you clean?" "I don't want to catch anything." "Why can't you make the first move?" "Are you saying that you want me?" "I wish you'd make more of a move to want me." What that my husband said, "I'm literally laying here naked offering myself to you to do what you want and you want to ask a million questions!" With that he turned over and went to sleep. I just want him to make more of a move to want me. I didn't feel special at that moment. Needless to say, I got naked and crawled under the covers with him but he wasn't having it at that point and went to sleep. Did I miss my chance to get some? Correction, twice this year, not twice this month. |

Question: Why isn t my husband interested in having sex with me? Posted: 22 Apr 2016 03:20 AM PDT I have been living with this guy for years now and since then we don t match up sexually. I love having sex with him but he just never seems to want it but then he complains about our sex life. I m very confused and I try and talk to him about his reasons behind his lack of desire or want for me but he always says he doesn t know. I think he loves me too much to tell me what the reason he isn t banging me more or maybe he really doesn t know... What could it be? Are there really men out there who aren t that sexual? I would like to hear from those men. And if so what are signs that he just isn t like most men where they constantly think about sex? Please don t advice me to talk to him. I do and I will I just need some new ideas to bounce off my head and talking is something I already know we should and do do. |

Question: Was estranged from my partner for 5 months? Posted: 22 Apr 2016 12:43 AM PDT He unexpectedly stopped over on Monday to help me with something important and stayed a couple days. I went home with him for the last couple days, nice time. Got home and he went straight to sleep and his computer's been going off with some notifications. I don't want to be confrontational, but I wonder what was going on all night. What's the appropriate thing to do? |
Question: What can I do to fix my relationship? Posted: 21 Apr 2016 11:43 PM PDT Me and my husband have had... Complications for a couple years now. It started from no romantic gestures to sex shribbling up and dying out- and finally... He barely talks to me. I keep finding new hobbies for myself to invest my time emotionally to tune out the sad and darkened lonely life I live. I've tried MULTIPLE times to sit him down and talk to him. When I ask him questions he only response is "I don't know." I've even tried ending the marriage but he always says "I don't want it to end. I love you and want to be with you." But emotionally and physically he's nothing. Like a ghost. I can't feel anything. I'm tormented by this odd loneliness I feel. I feel trapped. I feel like I'm drowning. I noticed I'm more angry now. Sometimes I burst out and say things I don't mean.... What can I do to fix this? To fix us? |
Question: I cheated on my wife by lying with another woman? Posted: 21 Apr 2016 10:55 PM PDT I feel very remorseful for commiting this heinous crime, but I always had a problem with my sexual urges. It gets so high that I can't control it. I do love my wife very much. She felt devastated after I told her the news that I slept with someone while I was out of station for a business meeting. She doesn't talk to me anymore. The last time she threw a wine bottle on me when I tried to speak to her. What shall I do? She has all the right to be mad, but I was not able to control my libido. I'm probably not normal and all I am sure of is that I love my wife very much. |
Question: My options in a divorce? Posted: 21 Apr 2016 10:46 PM PDT Today I discovered my husband was cheating on me I haven't said anything yet on the account he might leave me We didn't sign anything except the marriage certificate What am I entitled to if I decided to divorce him with proof he had a affair I live in mississippi Thank you in advance |
Posted: 21 Apr 2016 10:39 PM PDT Sometimes I have seen my husband eat his boogers and the reason I know is that the times I've noticed that he will glance over at me and see if I saw him do it! It is funny but I get really grossed out!! Makes me kind of not want to kiss him. It really important to me that my man has good manners. This is not good manners & it bugs me sometimes. I just thought: the times he doesn't come to kiss me, maybe it's because.... |
