Question: Changing last name for adult male? Posted: 15 Apr 2016 08:54 PM PDT Hi, I want to change my last name to my mother s side due to no other family member to take over the family name. My mother and father divorced over a decade ago and I m still stuck with my father s last name. What are the process to change the family name? Where can I obtain more information regarding this matter? I am well over 18 years old. Not married yet but planning to marry. My partner will take over my last name. Will it be easier after marriage? Thanks in advance |

Question: What would you do if your wife kissed another girl and then lied? Posted: 15 Apr 2016 04:51 PM PDT I know, girls kissing girls is a big fantasy most men have. Here's what happened though, me and my wife went out with several other people one night. Well, this other woman that was with us was a butch girl I found very unattractive, after we all had a lot to drink I found out several days later that my wife had went up to her and kissed her on the neck . She lied about the text messages that came through several days later and said it was an "email'. I then found the text messages and then she told me what had happened that night Several days later she wanted to text her and say sorry about what had happened, pulling up her text, the butch girl said she would relive every moment and loved it. My wife wrote back and basically said the same thing to her. My wife has had a fantasy of being with a female for a long time time now but sure as hell doesn't give her the right to B.S me. I have no problem getting a hot chick for my wife, but it's the behind my back and lying thing that really screwed things up. My wife said that she was in the moment and was living her in fantasy at the time and regrets it. We have been together for 15 years and this is the first time she crossed the line. Any suggestions on this? |

Question: My Dad Is Getting Re-Married? Posted: 15 Apr 2016 03:23 PM PDT At the end of May last summer we found out my dad was cheating on my mom with a women in Ohio. He works during the weekend and after everything came out he started to work those days then go stay in Ohio until he had to work again. It's been so hard to deal with and I'm still really hurt. I even begged him to stay around here because I didn't want to be that far from him but he brushed me off and did it anyway. The wound is still raw but I was starting to get over it until last week when he told me he would be marrying her (who I haven't met) and that the wedding is in less than a month. He proposed months ago and didn't tell us until now. It's less than a year after we even found out-much less since the actual divorce. They even broke up for two/three months not long ago. I'm meant to meet her tomorrow and I don't want to at all- she knew he was cheating on Mom and told him ways to hide it from her. She's bringing one of her kids to meet me which I am less opposed to but reminds me that my dad is spending a lot more time with someone else's kids than his own and suck. I also heard him telling my mom it's doesn't really matter if I like her because the wedding is happening regardless which hurts too. I don't know what to do. I really don't want to meet them or go to the wedding. It's too soon and that we weren't told until months after really bothers me. I'm in a lot of emotional pain but I'm also scared to draw my line in the sand. I'd like to know what other people think. |
Question: My husband doesn't want to tell his parents about me and our baby? Posted: 15 Apr 2016 01:23 PM PDT Hi there. I am 24 years old who married with 51 years old husband and we have a 1month year old daughter. He divorced with ex few years ago and he has a son almost same age as me. We were dating 1.5 years then we got a baby so we married few moths ago. I introduced about him to my family even it was hard to tell them cause his age and he divorced before. But he has never told about us to his family even he went back to his house . (He's parent living other country) I asked that why you don't tell about us to your family. He said "cause I'm not so close to my family and we don't talk everything about own life. and if we are happy then no need to tell them". Is it right way? I don't feel good about it cause it's not respecting about me and daughter. Or I am too much Japanese thinking? It's not so important that tell to them? His son is the only one who knows about us. I'm going to talk to husband that tell to his family about us. Or I don't have to ? Thank you for reading. I'm not good about English. I'm sorry |
Question: Polygamy Question:)? Posted: 15 Apr 2016 12:48 PM PDT This is a question about polygamy, but about a mutual relationship (bringing a girl in a relationship *romantically and sexually* for both the guy and girl-- not a girl being a second wife only to the husband) I'm just wondering, if you have a relationship with more than one person, how do you break up with someone? If you and your partner bring someone else into the relationship, and one of you no longer wants to be in a relationship with the other person, but the other person in deeply in love with them, how do you go about breaking up with the person? Would you have to leave the relationship altogether or do you have to come to an agreement that if one person is no longer feeling it, you will end it? Is it harder to break up with someone? Or what if the newer person no longer wants to be with your significant other, but still wants to be with you? |

Question: My husband is so boastful and it's beginning to irritate me and turn me off. I need help? Posted: 15 Apr 2016 12:27 PM PDT Almost everything has been good with my husband. My biggest issue with him is that he's very boastful. To the point where he will throw jabs. If you're talking about something, he will shift things back to himself and start bragging about how he did this and that and sometimes he will catch himself doing it and he will apologize. In the beginning when we would have disagreements, he made it seem like it was all me and that I was emotionally imbalanced but as we got further into the relationship, I noticed that he had a lot of insecurities within himself. He's not the jealous type or controlling type, he just has some deep rooted pain that he needs to get rid of. He will throw little small low blows that hurts my feelings and it's like he does it because he feels like I've hurt him in some way so he has to react in a way to make me feel beneath him. He even told me that I was beneath him in an argument before. I struggle with low self esteem so I can be pessimistic at times so I don't brag but he says he does it because he feels like I brag. (been in 2 abusive rltsps. so I like to reaffirm myself) Today he told me he took the left overs to work for lunch because if he didn't, the food would've got left on the stove and never put up. He just acts like he's the most perfect thing walking sometimes and it pisses me off because he puts me down but then when I react he calls me sensitive. Am I crazy people or does this man need help? |
Question: How do couples with separate finances split the joint tax return? Posted: 15 Apr 2016 12:19 PM PDT My husband insisted on filing jointly although we manage our finances separately. Now he took all the tax return to himself. He earns more but that doesn't necessarily mean all the money is his. Please share your experience if you have a similar one. thanks. |

Question: Please help me get over this. Please. Im going crazy.? Posted: 15 Apr 2016 11:17 AM PDT I dont know if anyone has been through the pain ive gone through this past yr. Long story short- husband cheated last yr and after a week we decided we wanted to work it out. you have no idea how hard i worked to change everything he didnt like. i tried to be perfect. i didnt argue, house was clean, food was always available. 3 months later i found out he was still cheating. he seemed so sincere and sorry i took him back. i dont know whats wrong with me. every 2-3 months this woman would find my FB or number and send me photos of them. ive gone damn near insane by now. its been 1 yr and 2 months of this. tmi but one day in august we had a huge fight and made up and had sex. he didnt use a condom and i got pregnant. normally when we didnt use a condom hed never finish inside-that day he did. one day he left early for work and came back real late. found out he wasnt working - he was with her that whole day and got her pregnant. this is just it for me. im done with this toxic relationship but i cant stop crying. i cry everywhere. im 37 weeks pregnant and feel resentful toward the baby sometimes for existing even tho i love him. 5 yrs wasted. it trips me out because i was the best i could be and it wasnt enough. all this time he was denying everything - it was actually true. all of it. i feel like an idiot and im the joke of that other woman. i just cant believe he was able to smile in my face while he did all this. i thought everything was perfect and it wasnt. |
Question: Why isn't my husband ever happy? Posted: 15 Apr 2016 09:59 AM PDT We have been married for almost 6 years. Since I've known him, he's always been unhappy at his jobs. And he's had pretty good jobs. A couple years after we got together we started our own business, which I ran full time for a couple years, but it wasn't bringing in enough money, so I got a full time job. Then he hated his job so we agreed that he could quit and try to get the business off the ground again. It's been about 9 months and we are doing ok money-wise, but definitely not as well as when we were both employed full time. I'm comfortable, but he stresses about money all the time. He doesn't like working for other people, he doesn't like working for himself because he thinks it's stressful. (didn't think it was stressful when I was doing it). So WTF is his problem? Why can't he just deal with work like everyone else does? Yeah, my job sucks sometimes. My boss pisses me off, but it's not the end of the world. It's just a stupid job. I don't let it negatively affect the rest of my life. But he does, and it drives me crazy. Nothing makes him happy. We have a beautiful home in a good neighborhood. A great balanced social life. Supportive families. We're very comfortable. But he's "just sick of it". He's "sick of everything". Trust me, I have talked to him about all of this numerous times. Then it gets better for a little while, then he's right back to being pissed off at the world. It's so annoying. Sometimes I think he just wants to go back to being a bachelor, with no pets and no kids, no mortgage, no responsibilities. Just his things and his space. What a baby. |
Question: Unsure what to make of my wife calling me clingy? Posted: 15 Apr 2016 09:02 AM PDT She decided she wants to visit her hometown. She is 30 and I am 33. We don't have kids and we've been married for four years. It's been a couple of years since she has been back to see het family. What upset me is her calling me clingy for wanting to go back with her this time. I haven't neen back to China for five years... She is indicating to me that I'd be in the way. But I thought married couples do some travelling together? We don't share activities or leisure because I work full time 50+hrs per week and study a uni degree. She works long hrs in real estate. We have the pressure of making sure we can settle our off the plan unit which is nearly finished. I was upset at being called clingy and decided that she should do her thing and I'll do mine...but that doesn't feel married. What's wrong with my suggestion that I should come with her? |
Question: Did my wife tell me the truth? Posted: 15 Apr 2016 08:51 AM PDT I caught her and our 15 year old son watching a porno together. They were sitting next to each other on the couch. She told me that it was her obligation to make sure our son had a proper sex education and that is why they were watching porn. |
Posted: 15 Apr 2016 07:46 AM PDT My husband left in December and he has only come around one time for about an hour just to give the kids Christmas gifts from his side of the family. He has not called to schedule another visit or made any effort to see them since, and has not filed anything with the courts or contacted the OAG to get a visitation. I have never told him that he's not aloud to come over to see our kids and have not been saying anything about the fact that he should be providing support as we have not talked in a couple of months. Is it safe to say that he'd rather not see his kids in order to get out of paying child support or could there be something else I haven't thought of? Is this normal? Is it likely that when child support gets ordered along with a visitation schedule, that he will honor the visitations? |
Question: My husband slapped my butt what should I do? Posted: 15 Apr 2016 07:40 AM PDT |
Question: No emotional effort from husband? Posted: 15 Apr 2016 06:42 AM PDT Aside from the fact that I take on all responsibility and work concerning our kids, the chores, shopping, I feel my husband is very cold emotionally. He doesn t like being close when in bed, he wraps himself in a cocoon with the sheets. We don t kiss or caress..barely any hugs or I love yous. And no romantic gestures. I am all about emotions so I run into conflict with hown he is. We are obviously very different but could there be a way to bring feeling into our lives. I am sad often due to this rejection if you will. |
Question: My husband created a fake facebook profile to get pictures from women, what should I do? Posted: 15 Apr 2016 04:53 AM PDT I never look through my husband s stuff when it comes to emails, computers, or his phone. But last night my laptop died n I had to use his and something in me told me that I needed to go digging. I found a fake facebook profile he made of a "26 yo f photographer looking for models". As I dug thru the messages I realized he was using this profile to get naked pics from women and he had even been contacting women we work with, n women I went to school with, most of which didn t reply. I felt sick to my stomach. I knew he couldn t be using this profile to meet up with women, but I still felt betrayed. So I confronted him. Asked him why he did it. His response was hes addicted to porn n his... "fetish" is to get pics from real women. He said it just started recently n that he had felt like I didnt care for him anymore since things have been pretty stressful and Ive been on edge. He also said that he doesnt blame me n knows he is wrong n is sorry, he deleted the page and that he felt stupid for doing it. He also kept mentioning his anxiety, which i knew about, n how he was scared about a lot of things happening in our lives right now, n how he felt worthless n didnt know how to cope with it. He seems sincere, but my thing is, what do I do now? Do I trust him? Do I ask for all his passwords? Do I need to make changes or does this rest on his shoulders? I love him so much, n I really dont think this is anything we cant get thru, I m just hurt n I dont kno how to start the healing |

Question: Why do many American women take their husbands' name upon marriage? Posted: 14 Apr 2016 10:45 PM PDT |
Question: Is it too late to ask "why did you do this to me for so many years?"? Posted: 14 Apr 2016 01:21 PM PDT I was with my ex for 9 years. We spoke about marriage in the beginning and I suffered with depression during our relationship and a parent with terminal cancer. When I brought up marriage he left and told me we were only friends. Now years later I am able to see some things I couldn't at the time. That he was truly using me and most likely cheating. He is married now and wondering if it is too late to ask for the truth about what was really going on during those years...if he would even tell the truth? |
Question: Did I take things too far? Posted: 14 Apr 2016 12:46 PM PDT So I came home from work on a Monday night and found a blouse in my hamper that wasn't mine. I knew for sure it wasn't but I didn't confront him about it. I decided to investigate and began to follow my husband. And sure enough, he drove to an unknown house. I was do upset and angry. I had been such a good wife to him. Trying to put his needs before mine. I didn't do anything about it. I just drove home upset and crying. When he got home I acted as if nothing had happened because I was hoping it would all just go away. It was good for about a week and then I told my husband that I had taken a shift at work (which I hadnt) it was his day off. And so I left for about 2 hours and came home. I snuck into the house quietly and right as I walked in, it smelled like straight up woman perfume. I ran so fast to my room that I couldn't even breathe. And there it was. That woman literally just leaving as I came home. So I gave my husband the worst death stare that I could possibly give a human. He seemed to know that I was going to burst so he started calling me name and coming near me. I blew up. I ran to that woman and punched her so hard and we started fighting while my husband looked for ways to pull us apart. I think it was the angered that boiled inside of me. But I knocked the woman out. I am now facing charges and have to show up to court for this. Did I cross the line? |
