When we first met he seemed to be flirty towards me, so I believe that he is always found me attractive. Within These past couple of weeks we've been speaking more than we've ever spoken before. We've been texting everyday, speaking of various topics such as a family and just the things that we've been up to lately. Some of the things that make me wander if he likes me are: 1.) He brought up the fact that he hasn't been over to my house in a long time ( which made me think that maybe he was interested in spending time with me. I suggested that we have a movie night but no official date has been set.), 2.) When I sent him a picture he told me I looked like edible chocolate, told me I looked good as always, and that I smelled good when we saw each other outside briefly a couple days ago, and 3.) He gave me some soup he cooked the other day voluntarily a little while after I got home late. When we saw each other the other night he seemed nervous and smiley around me, but he hasn't made any official plans with me. He did tell me that there were a lot of things going on in his personal life though and that he's getting ready to go out of town this week. Also, within the past couple of days it seems as though his texts have a slowed down and that he only has been sending me a few messages per day. Is that a cause for concern? |

You do the math, 3am, tongue out emoji, from a person you have history with, I'm almost positive he wasn't interested in the food. So I didn't respond, a couple hours later I was unfollowed and blocked again. Its amost as if its an ego trip and he gets upset when he doesn get a response out of me. why? I visited her in May and stayed for a week and it just made me realize I love her so much. But my brother has brought to my attention that our relationship might be unhealthy which is a thought that's poped into my head once or twice. We started out fine. Then she got upset because I didn't text her enough, so I told her I'd work on it (im not always checking my phone so texting back imedietly isn't something I do often). Then she said I don't spend enough time with her, so I've been spending less time with family to facetime or call her. She got me out of some dirty habbits and enforces them very strictly. She gets mad at me if I don't talk to her for more than 6 hours a day it seems. She says every argument we have is because of me and it's all my fault. She constantly wants me to change but if I want her to change one of her habits, she gets upset with me. I'm afraid of annoying her all of the time. I never want to bring up anything problematic with her because, again, I'm afraid she'll leave me or get upset. Like I said, I love her a lot and I want us to be together in person. When we are face to face, we never argue. But lately its just been so bad...I'm not sure if it really is all my fault or is our relationship just not good? |

(I don t want to flatter myself by saying he was flirting with me, but that s what it seemed like). I was already dealing with an overwhelmingly irritating condition/problem that had been driving me insane the whole time, so it didn t help that when I DID attempt to make conversation with him, he seemed quiet, dismissive, cold, and just different from his "friendly" self everyone described him to have. Anyway, before the night was over, I was walking with with another guy when said man interrupted our conversation just to say "Well, hello." I said hello back, attempting a smile, and stared back for what seemed like an eternity, WAITING for him to finally say something but that was all he said, LITERALLY. So, when he said nothing else, I just walked away and he later gave me a brief, confused look. Looking back, I wondered why it was so awkward and why the heck was that all he said? Since then we've gone on a break, and actually survived it. Now, we are on a second break. We are good for a while, but we always seem to go back to fighting again. We mostly fight over text, but it has escalated to over the phone too. The fights are just over various things in the relationship. I don't want to break up with him, but I feel like we just aren't working out. I'm sick of all the fights. I'm sick of being on this roller coaster. Details: Okay so I went to this camp over the summer that was all college kids, but I got in under extenuating circumstances (I was 17). I met this guy there who was 28 and from a different state and we immediately hit it off. I never told him my age and he never asked, so he doesn't know how old I am. We had amazing chemistry and we both really liked each other. It never went beyond hugs, and we never had sex or made out or anything like that. So that summer ended and it was sad and all, but I didn't realize how much he liked me so I figured I should just try to get over him...so I didn't text him or try to stay in touch. I guess maybe he thought the same thing, I don't really know, but he didn't text me either. Flash forward to mid-November, I ran into him at a conference in another city. He was ecstatic to see me and vice versa and it was like no time had passed. So after that I pretty much gave in to myself and we've been texting ever since. At this point it's mostly just a friendship since nothing can happen between us, but the attraction is still there and I just want out of it. Then there are times when she cold, ignores me, my texts, calls me fam, dude, bro, etc. She always comes to me about everything, like a friend would, but strangely doesn't even tell her best friend half the things she tells me. When people ask if we are dating, she usually blushes and doesn't say anything, but then she talks about how she likes another guy (and they hang out etc). So, I have sort of started falling for her more and more, and I'm ok with being friends, but want to know if I should just try and be friends or try and be more? Need more details feel free to ask! |
