He seems plenty happy to chat with his friends at school and other hangouts, but he seems to get jealous when I do the same and talk to my friends. He thinks I talk to my friends because he isn't noticing me, and he has admitted he goes and talks to his friends when I don't talk to him as well. I know I should give him time and space in these situations, but how am I supposed to let him alone and talk to my friends when that makes him jealous? I get jealous of his friends too but they make him happy, so I just let him go be with them and swallow my jealously but he get jealous when i talk to my friends and doesn't want me to. I can't just stand around by myself or go to the library every day, but I can't follow him around either or he'll think I'm annoying and clingy. I don't what what I should do. |

Then he calls me salty (so upset that you rage quit soon) and then starts being a total douchebag and tells everyone that I m "salty". What are some good comebacks to piss him off? They keep saying that I smell and their friends will follow me around and walk by me and then "report" back, wtf? Also, I caught one guy following me around the drugstore today trying to see what I was buying and another group of around 8 guys were sitting together in the dining hall and one looked up at me and started laughing and the rest of them looked up at me and snickered. Not all college guys do it, but mostly those "frat" boys. What can I do to make it stop? |

I have a date with an ex boyfriend later this week who I haven't seen in a couple years. He may try to kiss me, we've always kissed each other. I've started seeing a new guy though in the last couple of weeks who I have a date with again this week too. We've cuddled/kissed already, nothing more than that. One date is thursday, one date is friday. I'm not in a relationship with either guy, none have even discussed that with me. Still though, is it wrong to kiss two guys? So I've noticed anime is becoming really popular lately, everywhere I go there are more anime lovers, whether it's a TV show, fan fic, or anything else. I don't really understand it at all, but they're everywhere. They're always saying these weird words and I'm like wth is that? I probably don't understand what the heck they're talking about because all of these words they're using are in Japanese and I'm like wait... What is an omastekskushi? And I feel like a lot of anime lovers force it onto other people, over here talking about these anime fan fics and stuff and I can't even wrap my head around what they're saying so I try to talk about something both of us can understand and then they're back confusing me with their anime stuff. It is the most confusing thing ever. Whenever I tell them I'm not really into anime they start acting shocked and feeling offended, saying, "What?! You have to get into it. How can you not be into anime?" Like no, it's not my thing and I don't want to get into it. And it's literally all they talk about, and they try acting like these characters. Then about 3 weeks after I had stopped talking to him he had a car crash and got into coma. A week later he died. He was 19.After he died I felt so bad because he was a good kid and he's gone. I wish I could talk to him but I can't.His last text was "Please can we talk? I miss you,Love you". Today it's one year since he's gone and I miss him so much,is there ANYTHING I can do to feel better? I wish I could go to psychologist but can't afford it. |

It may seem simple, but it's really getting to me because I can't decide. My private school is very behind on social media and what's trending, but I am a very up to date person, so I just can't relate with them. We are also overwhelmed with homework, at least 7 hours a night and have the same teachers every year. We don't get to choose any of our classes. It's also very small and some of the grades are combined. But the pros are hat the people are nice and my very best friends are there, there is also no bullying judging of drama. Public school is way less stress for me on the homework scale, you get to pick your classes (and can have ap classes) and much more freedom. I can also relate to them more on everyday things, but the people are so rude and I always felt left out, and this caused social anxiety, I was also bullied for being flat chested an skinny. I would be a freshman next year. WHAT SHOULD I DO?!?! |

Our boss Bill is a 28 year old great looking single guy. Besides being our boss Bill is a good friend to all of us and just a fun person to be around. Instead of not wanting to come to work, we all enjoy our job mostly because of Bill. One day at a staff meeting one of us asked Bill, "how do I find someone rich to marry?" Bill said I don't know but if you find out, please let me know. Another one of us said, "Does that mean you would marry me if I was rich"? Bill said "if your are rich, please answer 2 questions for me. "What is your ring size and where will we go on our honeymoon". To which she replied "That is the first marriage proposal I have ever had". We all had a GOOD LAUGH at that conversation. Later talking to other employees about this, they told us we should not be talking to our boss like this. It shows disrespect to our boss. We thought we were just having fun. What do you think? I hate it so much, it's april and it is still like 30 degrees and I think it's making me depressed. Im a freshman boy and high school is terrible. Everyone in my town is judgmental and so annoying. I always feel self conscious about my body because people say i'm like a twig/ i'm weak even though i life weights and exercise every day. Also everyone from my school is like wealthy/preppy and they all wear the same things like those stupid vineyard vines clothes and all listen to the same music. I feel self conscious all the time and it makes me look really awkward, for some reason i'm really awkward around certain people and it makes me feel very anxious. I'm such like an outsider, everywhere I am. I kind of have a small circle but a lot of mutuals who are nice. Also i lost a lot of friends from last year because of this whole fight between my group. I just feel like everyone is very passive aggressive and think that they're better than everyone. Like one of my friends from last year was walking down the hallway and i said hi to him and it was very loud and clear + the hallway was empty, and he just walked right past not even bothering to look up at me. I thought there might be a problem having a lot of men working for a woman (me) but that was not the case. We all had a nice working relationship. On the Friday the day before our boss returned from vacation my coworkers brought in a cake for me to share with everyone. The cake had this written on it. "You were a great boss and the most beautiful boss we have ever had". The Human Relations guy told my co workers not to do that again as it was a sexual thing to do. The next Monday when our boss returned from vacation my co workers told our boss what the Human Relations guy had told them. He said "Screw the Human Relations guy". "I agree 100 percent with what was written on the cake". I am not sure how I should feel about this. Should I tell my boss and my co workers thank you for the compliment? I always liked her when I was married to her daughter so I said how can I help you. She told me her 15 year old daughter Jill got a note from her teacher that she was failing math in school and Jill needed a math tutor. Sally had priced tutors and they were all very expensive and she ask me if I would tutor Jill on credit. I told her I would tutor Jill for free as I don't charge friends for my help. Jill cam to my house 2 night a week and I helped her with her math. She raised her grade from an F to an A. Everyone was happy or so I thought. I got a call from my ex wife Sandy that I should stop tutoring Jill because Jill had a huge crush on me and that was just too kinky. I told Sandy I would stop tutoring Jill if her mother ask me to. The next time Sally brought Jill for tutoring I told her what Sandy had told me. She begged me to keep tutoring Jill because Jill now enjoys going to school and her grades are up in all of her classes. Sally told me she did not think Jill had a crush on me and even if she did, teenage girls get crushes all the time they usually go away very shortly. The last time she had a sleep over, the girls asked me to answer their questions about boys and sex. I told them they should talk to their parents about that. They told me they COULD NOT talk to their parents about that because it would be too embarrassing. They begged me to tell them about boys and sex. I thought it was better that they know the facts about their bodies than believe all the stuff they hear at school. I answered all of their questions truthfully but I again told them in the STRONGEST POSSIBLE TERMS to TALK TO THEIR PARENTS. They wanted to know if they could call me if they had more questions. I told them it would be MUCH BETTER if they talked to their parents but I would VERY RELUCTANTLY answer their questions. Please tell me if I am doing the right thing here. I feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE doing this as I think it is the parents responsibility but I don't want any pregnant teens either. Is it better they know the facts about their body? Should I talk to their parents and tell them what their children are asking me? I do not want to be known as the neighbor sex educator. I am afraid that it I talk to their parents, they will be afraid to ask me about factual information about their bodies. Teens girls, is it normal not to want to talk to your parents about sex? |

I did not remember who she was and what I had did for her. She told me I had talked her into going to college instead of getting married soon after she got out of high school. She said if she had not gone to college she would not been able to have the wonderful career she has had. She ask me if I would join her and her husband for dinner so she could express her thanks. At dinner her husband said he also wanted to thank me for convincing her to go to college. If she had not gone to college he would not have met her and they would not have got married. She then said "You didn't recognize me did you". Slightly embarrassed I told her I didn't recognize her when I first saw her. She said that is understandable. I had a face lift and a boob job. I was at a loss for words. Ladies, what should I have said? I couldn't say nice boob job with her husband setting there next to her. My freshman year of high school, I had a good amount of friends, but as I got older, I lost most of them. But I do get along better with people who are older than me. Between all of these i suffered from mental diseases such as OCD and some other anxieties and i'm still suffering. I have always been in bad situations and have always received ignorance and mocking in my entire life. From School days to now, i never had neither now has friends. Everyone ignores me, i have some boys as to only call as friends because of having talk with them. I walk in an unorthodox style that is also the reason why people laugh on me. No one gives a damn about me. Because i never had any friends or a friend group i still don't know how to make friends or communicate with them. I was always ignored by everyone and never had anyone becoming my friend, if i have mental disease does that mean everyone ignore me, even those who don't know i have mental illness ignores me. I am 22 and still no life. I don't even have friends i can't even imagine having a GF. People mock and laugh at me and don't give me any attention. I have always been without friend in my entire life even by half my age and i couldn't do anything for it. Can anyone tell me why i am getting all these, For being a mental patient? I always have a dream since my childhood to study abroad and live there. If i have OCD/or get control over OCD and anxiety problems and get qualified can i study or live in US or Canada? But sometimes I just get this weird feeling when we r hanging out. Like, they're connecting more and I'm just kinda in the background listening. And just sometimes I feel like they get really excited over certain things while I'm kinda bored by them lol. I really like them as friends because they always are there for me and want to hang out, but wonder if at the same if it's really worth it? Will it get better in the future? Or just worse? |

Posted: 10 Apr 2016 12:04 PM PDT My friend asked me a question about a doctor's appointment I had had, I answered and then said I was still having some pain. She made me mad by saying I was just having tenderness. How would she know what I'm feeling. I said it wasn't tenderness, it was actually pain and she argued with me, saying she had tenderness also. I then asked (in a kind of loud voice) if the "tenderness" was stabbing and she told me to calm down and proceeded to assure that I only had tenderness. I felt it was totally disrespectful to tell me what I'm feeling. On the other hand, I don't usually make a big deal out of stuff. Also, a couple of weeks ago we were talking to another friend about her getting an apartment. My friend said that apartments were expensive but that I had lucked out by being where I am so long. Well, first of all, she has no idea how much rent I pay. For the fun of it, I looked in the apt listings and my rent is in the range of other 1 br apartments in the area. Anyway, I'm kind of mad about the pain/tenderness thing, and realizing that she's always assuming facts not in evidence, that she will actually argue with you about, and was wondering if I should say something, or just seethe in silence? |

But when she first came here I thought she hated me. She admitted she didn't like me because I talked too fast and was hard to understand, but she never tried to avoid me. She also said our first conversation was weird (I started talking about a class we previously had that we didn't talk in and switched out of). But she said me talking fast helped her learn English and she tells people that I'm a very nice kind person. She even invited me to visit her in her country. Am I taking her first thoughts of me close to heart? I'm socially awkward and find it difficult to start conversations with people sometimes. |

One of the girls parents called complaining to the owner that a day was switched after school. I then mentioned to the student when I saw her to talk to me as I am the class teacher. She went home bitched to her mom again and her mom called the principle and my boss. Now I have to face this student and I will not be able to not say something to her when I see her again. The neighbour they seem to see me in my computer room and when am downstairs in the living room and kitchen windows when i stand and look out to them to keep an eye on them i have a rough idea of where the place of where they live are? That kid and her mother and father been bullying and harassment and doing sexual harassment, physical harassment and racist harassment since 2014. they only pick on me because i look too weak or weak. Am not being paranoid at all even my Doctor and health worker agree basically they say they do unusual things like the female private sign then they say lick it and copying what i say in Chinese doing kung fu noises and natural expressions i do or when i express myself. I m 19 and she s 17 and I m against drinking, smoking, illegal activity, etc. I don t like it, it makes me feel uncomfortable. But last night we were at her best friends house and her best friend kept trying to get us drunk, she kept calling us names and was obnoxious. I said no and she took a sip to shut her up, which I was fine with.. But 12 rolls around and I get tired and I go home. I wake up the next morning and find texts about how she stayed up and drank with her friends. Now I m happy she didn t keep it from me, but I m also disappointed. I told her that and I told her she needs to find a new best friend, because I don t associate myself with people who peer pressure me to do things I don t want to do.. But when I told her that she got pissed and now she s being vague about the whole thing. I have no idea what to do. I m worried that if she keeps hanging around these "friends" of hers she s going to end up doing something bad. Am I in the wrong here? I m open to discussion because I just want to do the right thing here. |

I worked 3 part time/retail jobs until I could find something. Obviously, that left me very little time for dating! I had found a full time job in a mid size town where my aunt & uncle lived & moved in with them! I was dating a good bit of dating & made several friends. After 7 months there, I was told there was no work for me in my department so either move to their bigger branch in another area or get laid off. I moved & I was only there 4 months. I was then offered a very large raise (almost $15,000) to relocate to their newest office in New Jersey. It was a MUCH MUCH smaller office (5 people total in office) I've been in New Jersey now with this same company almost 2 years & I've made VERY few friends!!! Where I'm located is very suburban & almost all families. It is bit of a drive/train ride from everything & im not entirely comfortable walking around large cities (Philladelphia & NYC as a female by myself.) the few friends I have made have NO interest in bars, large cities, or anything of the sorts. They are mostly interested in staying in town/walking around the mall etc. I've joined a gym, I've joined a church, I've even considered a 2nd evening job to meet new people! Any advice? What can I do?? |
