Question: What should I do and what do you think of this? Posted: 06 Apr 2016 02:47 PM PDT Ok so I called my mom and she didn't pick up to ask her why she left me money when she could have gave it to me when I was going to school. She had been talking to some guy lately and she thinks no one knows but I know because I overheard her one time in the night and I assumed she didn't pick up the phone because of him. I got angry and dropped the house phone on purpose and broke it I also made a mark on a couch she bought. I also texted her "pick up the phone you stupid b****". I regret this now and feel bad and I don't know what to do. I'm 16 years old. Please help what should I do? |

Question: Was this sexual assault? Am I overreacting? Posted: 06 Apr 2016 02:21 PM PDT I'm sixteen. Around a year and a half ago my friend introduced me to this boy. The three of us went to this quiet, secluded park together just as it was beginning to get dark. We were just lying on the ground when her friend began to touch me, at the top of my legs. I made sure to keep them together but he grabbed on and wouldn't let go and get moving his hands further towards my crotch area. I was asking him to stop and tried getting him away, but he wouldn't and kept laughing. Due to an incident when I was eleven - another girl forcibly rubbing me there - I felt scared and very uncomfortable. I thought that it was just a joke at that point though, after all my friend was there witnessing everything and took it as a joke too. Around a year ago though my friend told me he had been put to prison for raping a girl - I believe he is still in there. I can't get the image of what happened in that park out of my head now. At that time he also said other disgusting sexual things. I feel like I'm overreacting though. After all, what he did to me was nothing compared to what he did to that girl. Am I overreacting? Is what he did to me nothing? Whenever I think about it I feel disgusting and upset. What are your thoughts, what should I do? |

Posted: 06 Apr 2016 11:46 AM PDT I have been unemployed since 2006. I've searched and applied everywhere I could, fast food joints, department stores, janitor, etc. And it's been nothing. I've been forced to live at home with my parents at age 32, but my parents are suffering health problems and if/when something gets worse, I'll really be in trouble and will probably be homeless out on the street. Not to mention that my parents themselves are also struggling trying to make ends meet, with my dad working minimum wage and my mom also in minimum wage but part time. I'm thinking that I will probably at some point have to try to get on some kind of welfare or food stamps or something. I really don't know what to do with my life at this point and feel like I've completely failed miserably at life. I'm thinking about just giving up I have an associates degree in liberal arts. I wish I picked a specific major but even then I'd probably still wouldn't have any better luck finding employment anywhere, especially since I've been out of work for so long. |
Question: Should my son be on restriction? (see details)? Posted: 06 Apr 2016 11:03 AM PDT My son is 12. We told him if his grades slip he would be on restriction. Today the SECOND day of the new grading period he has an F in one of his classes because he did not turn in 3 assignments. Should he be allowed to participate in yourth group at church tonight? Or should he be put on restriction ASAP. To address an answer youth group is something we support, as it teaches great value's and principles. It is something He very much wants to do. I just feel bad restricting him from something faith based and constructive. However, I remeber my parents taking away things I loved to do. Just never a church based activity. . |
Posted: 06 Apr 2016 11:03 AM PDT I'm an Indian who was born in America so I often get asked "What are you?" and I say I'm Indian. Sometimes the person I'm speaking with will respond and say they're Indian too, but then they'll mention Cherokee or something and then I'll have to clarify what I actually meant. I know about how Columbus called the indigenous people Indians and that it's written that way in some history textbooks, but still I feel the difference shouldn't be as confusing as it actually seems to be for certain people. |
Question: Age appropriate to do these following questions? Posted: 06 Apr 2016 10:06 AM PDT what age(s) would be the most appropriate for these following events? 1. Have a boyfriend/girlfriend (Also, why can guys have girlfriends any age and girls aren't allowed to have boyfriends a lot, I've never met any guy who couldn't have a girlfriend and only some girls are allowed to date) 2. try smoking weed out of curiousity 3. Hang out with friends at a town center until dark 4. Go on dates 5. first kiss 6. first makeout thank you(: and I'm just curious about the age group cause a lot of kids at my school already do this and I'm in 8th grade, thanks |
Question: Do you believe this girl is ugly? Posted: 06 Apr 2016 08:48 AM PDT She must be judging by the fact guys never ask her out and she's never had a boyfriend in her life. If she wasn't ugly, someone would be interested http://m.imgur.com/a/OgVMg |
Question: Is it right to get mad about a married man cheating with another woman? Posted: 06 Apr 2016 08:00 AM PDT I know this situation isn't right at all, but there's this guy at work that I've been seeing for almost a year. We work in the same building but not the same office so technically he's not my coworker. We usually used to meet up after work in a spot to have sex. Now he only makes time for me at night or over the weekends. And for the past couple months, I noticed he would hang out with a female coworker and leave for lunch with her and okay no big deal. I didn't mind, at the end of the day he's seeing me. Now lately, she's been waiting for him to leave work and they are attached at the hip. He has a wife and kids at home which I know of. But when I confronted him about him being all friendly and telling him that if he's seeing other people to protect himself and just be honest with me because I've been noticing things between him and the coworker. He tells me I'm just "assuming things" and we ended up hooking up again... Yesterday I finally decided to follow them after work to see why they weren't heading the direction they were supposed to, to go home. I found the girl waiting at the same spot me and him would go to hook up. Now am I wrong for getting mad about him hooking up with the other chick from work and "assuming things"? I don't know if to make him choose between me and her cause no lie I look way better than his wife and coworker put together. It's just a messy situation and I need some advice... |

Question: Should I stay or move on ? (LDR)? Posted: 06 Apr 2016 04:14 AM PDT So , me and my bf have been dating for 3 months and a half when I was in France. ( I met him in France) we really did have a good time.He used to call me everyday and we text everyday too. But after I came back to my country. Things are changed including him. First week, he still used to text and call me. But after that , he text me less and less and no call. One day I asked him whats wrong with him , and he said he was busy with work and stuff. After that day , he keeps ignoring my text and he told me he will call me , but he never did. I did explain him how I feel and said stuff like we should break up. But he said he didn't want to break up and he still loves me. Now , no any messages from him since I left him a message if we are still together. He read but no respond. It's been 2 days we haven't talked. What should I do ? maybe , no answer is also an answer right ? :( I do not want to lose him, I also plan to go back to France this year too. Any suggestion guys ? |
Question: Parents got me nothing good for my birthday!!!!? Posted: 06 Apr 2016 03:44 AM PDT All I asked for my 16th birthday was a PS4, new gaming pc, HomCom Heated Massaging Office Chair, and a Lexus IS350 F Sport as my first car. You want to know what they got me? A STUPID *** XBOX 360 AND A USED 2007 CAMREY!!!!! I did not want that! Do they really hate me that much!? Should I make them get me what I asked for or threaten to leave forever. I don't accept the fact they hate me this much! |
Question: Will men be repelled from women who look like their fathers (& vice versa)? Posted: 06 Apr 2016 02:30 AM PDT So I once Googled "women who look like their" and came across a few rumors about men getting attracted more to women who look like their moms, and women attracted more to men who look like their dads. However I couldn't find any article proving if the opposite is true, so it's been in the back of my mind for some time. I used to attend Sunday classes where my dad taught, and have had some people telling us we look like twins, or able to recognize me as his daughter even if they never saw me or my photo before. Some of them have even seen my mom and added they don't see the resemblance. I've been on a few dating apps for the past year and have hell of a time finding a match. So I wonder if guys have a 6th sense telling them "she looks like her father; don't date her". Could it be that I have my dad's face that I'm destined to remain single? (I know this question is ridiculous but my curiosity is beyond comprehension) |
Question: How many hours per day of use is recommended? Posted: 06 Apr 2016 02:29 AM PDT My son loves playing PC video gaming at the weekends. Considering a long time sitting, I wanna buy a comfortable chair for the computer desk. After looking for many, I chose this, http://www.amazon.com/VIVA-Executive-Leather-Headrest-Armrests/dp/B013BEA466 Because I think it should be good for his back, lumbar, and legs. But actually I know sitting too long time is not good for the body. So, I just wanna know your ideas, how many hours per day of use is recommended? Could you share your ideas with me? |

Question: What's the difference between "puppy love" and real love? Posted: 05 Apr 2016 11:33 PM PDT I've been looking around a lot and I've noticed that a lot of the time when someone young thinks they're in love, most people dismiss it as "puppy love". So what's the difference between this "puppy love" and real love? How old do you have to be before you're told that what you feel is more than just "puppy love"? Why is it that it's only when people are young that they're told their feelings aren't real? Why do you think that people under whatever age you picked cannot experience true love but only "puppy love"? Of course, you can replace "puppy love" with whatever term you choose but the questions are still the same. Before any of you start saying that I'm a young person trying to justify my puppy love, I'm 19 with the maturity of about a 25 year old and I'm pretty sure I'm not in love with anyone. This is just a question I felt I had to ask because I've seen too many people just brush a question about love or relationships off with "you're too young to know what love is". |
Question: Am I overreacting or is my fear justified? I'm kind of scared...? Posted: 05 Apr 2016 11:00 PM PDT Okay... So I have a problem, around a week ago two men, both with shaved heads kept knocking on the door. I didn't panic. After all it could have been that they had the wrong place, although they knocked a lot. Of course I didn't open it since I'm young. But I'm sort of freaked out because yesterday, another guy, (shaved head as well), tried to get in with A KEY. Since lock didn't budge he couldn't get in (even if that lock did open there is a second one hat can only be unlocked from the inside.) Am I over reacting? I can't help but feel scared... What should I do? Am I overreacting or is my fear justified? I'm.kind of scared... I was told to be careful by my parent but I still feel paranoid... |

Question: How to get over being embarrassed in front of a teacher? Posted: 05 Apr 2016 08:55 PM PDT So, one of the options that we have for gym class at my school is swimming. I've always taken that class because of all the options we have, I enjoy it the most. Anyway, when I was in the locker room today I realized that my swimsuit bottoms had an area on the back that had become see through. I ended up having to ask my teacher for a pair of shorts to wear over them when I was swimming and I'm really embarrassed about it. How do I stop feeling embarrassed? |

Question: Should I wait for this girl? Posted: 05 Apr 2016 01:14 PM PDT Ok, I got myself in a mess. I became very good friends with a married woman, she was unhappy, her husband was mentally abusive and cruel. He used to call her ugly and made her believe no one else would be interested in her. We became very good friends and used to talk to each other for hours about our lives and how they hadn't turned out how we'd hoped. We did cross the line and felt terrible about it. She got divorced and moved out of her home with her two children, we stayed away from each other, her because she was guilty about her affair and me because I didn't want to put any pressure on her. I sent her an email basically saying I missed her and I was sorry for the affair. Her ex had been logging into her account and saw my email, he went ballistic and keeps threatening her, he keeps saying he is going to tell the kids about her affair and he is going to turn them against her. I want to be with her but don't want to cause her any more problems than I already have and certainly don't want to turn her kids against her. I don't know what to do for the best. Do I still be there for her or walk away? We are both in our 40's so this isn't a young fling, we do love each other but circumstances are keeping us apart. |
