When I say no reason, there really is no reason. They just don't like me anymore. The girl I've been talking to also shows no interest in me anymore, but that's completely different from the friend situation. Oh, and did I mention it's even more pathetic because I'm a junior in hs.. Someone help idek what to do anymore. |

My parents sent me to junior high school at a very early age( at the age of 9) and everyone always took advantage of that since i was always the youngest in every class got into high at age.I ended up in high school at age 12 and still the same situation. I was the outcast and never was involved in anything. i MOVED OUT OF THE HOUSE WHEN I WAS 16 TO GO TO UNI.Now im 19 and a university graduate with my own apartment and now searching for a job and yet while in uni i never met any real friends. I never experienced the fun off being in uni. My flatmates in uni were always having fun getting drunk and had all the girls but i never had any of those things. Its not like i like getting drunk. But i just want to feel among. I just feel like my life is empty i just live through everyday with nothing memorable to draw upon.I want to be able to boast abt having groups of friends i can hang out with. Another major problem is i find it hard approaching people (especially girls, although i have alot of female friends). I thought this was for girls alone but i realise sometimes i just cant talk to strangers . Maybe i dont have the confidence , im not sure. Im scared i might end my life alone, without any wife or kids. I am a 19 year old virgin. most of my mates are out there having sex and partying and have girlfriends but i am still here without non of those trying to search for a good job and living as a boring bachelor AT 19!!. I have tried committing suicide by taking an overdose of my anti depressants, but that didnt kill me. So i took it as a sign that i should live on but IM TIRED!!! Sometime i feel its my parents fault, but i know if i can just find that confidence ill be better off....... HELP!! |

I wish I had someone who I could talk to about anything who wouldn't judge me, but unfortunately I don't have anyone like that in my life. I don't feel like this all the time, I just experience these random bouts of depression and I feel as if I'm all alone and I wish that I had someone who I could talk to. Why do I experience this feeling? .....I'm 16 years old(female), I have two actual friends who I actually hang out with outside school, although we've never had deep conversations with each other(the rest are acquaintances from school who I may have brief conversations with during class), I'm shy, I'm single and have never had a boyfriend before, if these things make a difference. If I say something, nobody notices me, but when this one girl in my school says something, everyone laughs and loves her so much. She is also always laughing (witch for some reason makes her seem prettier and funnier) and she has the prettiest laugh. How do I get people to notice me, and how can I laugh more. |

I got out of band in college because of drama in our section and because one of our section leaders treated us so bad. I had two friends in my section but it still wasn't really enjoyable at all so I got out. This year (sophomore year), I tried out for pom squad since I've always secretly wanted to cheer but never had the chance to because of band. I didn't make it, but the cheer coach told me I should work on everything and I definitely try out again. But I need private help with it since I've never cheered before and it's going to take a lot of work if I want to go further with cheer. Since quitting band my two friends do not talk to me AT ALL and one of them, I've known her ever since 9th grade in the band. I miss playing piccolo and the trips but that's about it. If I go back to band, the two friends I had will want to be friends again even though they haven't talked to me all year since I left. I have also recently had two dreams that I went back to band and I got in trouble in both of them for different things. What should I do? Should I get back in marching band anyway, try to do pom squad and eventually pursue All Girl cheer team, or should I just do neither? Please help! |

I have a little bit of social anxiety when I feel i can't get out of a situation wheneve I need too. Recently she's started hanging out in my apartment more which is fine but she comes over and stays FOREVER. She never plans her ride home. She'll come at 5 and then stay until 11. Not taking into consideration I go to bed early or when I have class or homework to do. And it makes me anxious when she doesn't leave after a few hours. Our lives have turned out pretty different. The last thing I dislike is being in groups with people. I just like being alone, independent, and free. Somehow, I want a new batch of friends. It doesn't really matter if they're animals or humans. As long as they are my friend. I honestly want more animal friends because people in general are too difficult to be friends with. I only have 3 or 4 real friends in real life. (8th grade) The problem is my friend is being bullied physically and verbally. It's usually one guy named Alex (not actual name). I think they bully her because she dresses in goth style clothes and is openly bisexual. One time he threw a water bottle at her head when she was getting off the bus, called her a "weeaboo" multiple times, mocks her name, one time she brought a fake fox tail to school and they took it and threw it into the distance, and today we were play dodgeball and he threw a dodgeball at her head five times with full force and when she told the teacher he said "I don't think it was intentional." Yeah because you somehow coincidentally throw a dodgeball repeatedly at someone head. She tried reporting him to the school four times already and the school still hasn't done anything about it. What he's doing is considered harassment, bullying, and stealing so I'm surprised that the school hasn't taken action. What should I do now? Please help. |

I noticed he acts really different around me than he does when other people are around. At parties or social gathering he tries so hard to be the center of attention, It's like he cares way too much what people think of him. Also whenever he gets embarrassed or something that damages his ego he gets violent. Like this one time we all wen't to some birthday party and somebody made a joke about him in a friendly ball busting buddy way and the first thing he did was start beating the **** out of the smallest dude there that was laughing even though he wasn't the one that said the joke. This other time me and him somehow got into a college party even though we are still seniors in high school. Someone accidentally bumped into him. The dude even apologized to him and since he saw everyone was looking he beat the **** out of him. I was pissed because we ended up getting kicked out plus that dude didn't deserve that. For the next month or so that's all he bragged about in school, he still talks about it to this day. He used to get picked on a lot until his growth spurt last year,( from about 5 feet to 6 foot 4). so that may have something to do with it. We graduate in a few months and I'm not sure if I should still keep contact with him. Any advice? |

I don't drink but we were talking to a bunch of lads who approached us some guy kept smiling at me and before I know it were at the end of the club kissing for a very long time. His friends wouldn't stop taking pictures of us(I have no idea where they are and I hope whoever has them deleted them but I doubt they have). This guy was not the best looking but he seemed like a nice guy, the next day he began texting me and being very flirty and I have to be honest I went along with it, we only talked for a few days, my relationship just ended, I was quite hurt and I just liked having someone around but I should have been more responsible. I go football training a hour away from my house but I realised this was the place he lived,a lot of my cubs team members boys/girls know him from school and I acted very immature and unfriended him on social media, in the fear they would find out about that night and everyone would slag me as well as not want to be my friend, I know how stupid it sounds and I cant believe this ever started. I acted out of fear,my own best friends still slag me this day because he isn't 'good looking' I feel sick with worry that the pictures of that night will get out or I will see him or his friends again, I just wish it never happened I'm so afraid people will find out and judge me, i sound pathetic I know but please help I need some advice badly. |

I mean, she's kinda annoying and weird sometimes, but she is nice to me. Well, today I was in gym playing volleyball and while I was trying to catch the ball and hit it, I took a wrong step and twisted my ankle. It was more painful than it is now, since it had just happened. I fell onto the ground. Sally stood up and started staring at me. I was mad and I said "Just continue the game Sally!". And she still wouldn't move. She started with her dramatic speech and I stopped her by saying: "Can you just go away???? Just go play the game!!! God!". And she came and kicked my foot... The one that I had just hurt. I was furious at her because now my foot hurt 3 times more. I shouted and rudely said"Go away and leave me alone!!". After class was over, another friend came to help me get to the nurse. Sally started her speech again. Then I said. "Be quiet Sally! I am in a bad mood and I don't feel like dealing with drama!". I said: "You are annoying me". And she said "Like you've never annoyed me in my life". And got out of the room all mad. I don't know If I was too harsh on her. I was mad because I felt like my ankle had been stabbed and she kicked it. Was I too harsh or did she deserve that? |

I joined a dancing school just over a year ago and I love dancing it's something I might be interested in as having as a career, But when I started I was in the beginning group, I have managed to move myself up into more advanced classes witch is great because there is more people my age. Everyone seems so kind and look out for one another. most of them live locally unlike me and they go to the same collage/school. They would help me if I asked a question but I cant help but get the vibe that they don't want me to stay and chat so i'm often left on my own or talking to the younger kids witch makes me fell some embarrassment, the fact i'm in a room full of other teenagers and I have to sit by myself or talk to small kids, I am not one to complain about talking to younger people than myself as they are also super nice and funny but I would like to also have friends in my dance school the same age as myself. Just recently a new girl transferred school around my age 16+ she has only done a few classes and everyone loves her, they sit with her and talk. i'm starting to feel like maybe something is wrong with me. I have tried to make conversation but they make me feel like i'm not part of the team and also let me sit by myself with my mum when we go to competitions its sounds kind of stupid but it does hurt my feelings. should I move dance school or just stay and focus on the dancing?? Posted: 06 Apr 2016 12:29 PM PDT So this is a long story but to give you an idea a couple of months ago some Anonymous person from my school had been harassing me and my friends and sending dms,text messages,etc.We informed our school principal and she said she was going to fix the problem then she found out who it was and my friends went to ask who but she woudnt tell us fast foward 5 months and 2 of my friend wont let it go my sister told me they were saying it was me during a class im not in that she is in and told me they were saying it was me im not suprised it was one of them but the other i thought was loyal should i keep being friends with them they are the most hated friends out of the group |

When i was 13 there was a group people I hung out with that were about 10 and from then on we were all basically a crew. I'm 23 now and we are all still close friends. The thing is It's like I really don't fit in with them anymore, like the conversations they have and stuff. It gets pretty awkward sometimes. Is this normal? | Question: My friends are "dragging me down". Help? Posted: 06 Apr 2016 11:05 AM PDT I don't want to sound cocky on this, but I must be straight forward. I am a guy who "has the looks". My friends know it and they keep "leeching" onto me. Wherever I go with my best friend (who is the only one I trust) or whenever we 2 decide to do anything (especially if it is with girls) they will come too. I even try to keep it a secret but next thing I know from 2 dudes we have turned into a full ******* football squad. Girls don't really like them, and I can't argue with them. I mean they do nothing even when they come with me (dudes be riding on me like Yoda trained Luke). Let's say we are 8 guys (from the 2 we wanted to be). My best friend, another dude, and I will be talking to the girls, the rest four guys will be talking with each other, while the one remaining will be playing with his cellphone or whatever. I don't want to be rude. No sir. I am one of the most polite people I've ever known, but this **** is getting out of hand. There is this one girl I really like and I think there is a slight chance of me getting her. However I can't do anything to get her because these ******* will be riding me (once again) like Yoda did to Luke. I can't tell them to "**** off" or to not come with me because they will clearly get offended, even though they are the ones "leeching" on me. And I don't want to get rid of them because we do hang out and we have a lot of fun most of the times we are out (the times when they are meant to come with me) but this is getting ridiculous. |

I started trusting her and one day my brother me his id of some app. I said i always get bored so he gave me his id with a lot of friends which he doesn't use anymore. And also he said don't tell anyone. And I started trusting my bff and told her. I didn't tell it is his account. I told it is my own with a lot of boys :D and she promised that she won't tell to anyone. After 5, 6 months she keeps ignoring me. Rude answers. Never take my side in any problem. I am so stressed. What if she tells my family everything? I also always gift her so that she would change. But only for 2 days she is nice and then again back to ignore mode. I always cry! One day I also said her what's the matter about ignoring me? She didn't answer. And she is more with other girls. What can I do guys I am so sad. Is it the time to break the friendship? I asked one of my friend if I could stay with her, she lives in a big house with her husband and two kids. She says she will talk to her husband about it and the only little problem is her two teenage boys. I'm a 19 year old girl. I told her it would just be a few months but I honestly didn't really think of how long I would really need to stay. I want to tell her 6 months. Would this be able to work? & How long is too long? None of my other friends do that. |

It seems I can't carry on a conversation with anyone. I can only say hi hello and that'll be it if I try to talk more to anyone. It's very awkward for me and other people look at me wired.
