Savoring Savoring is the act of stepping outside of an experience to review and appreciate it. Often we fail to stay in the moment and really enjoy what we're experiencing. Savoring intensifies and lengthens the positive emotions that come with doing something you love. For the next seven days, you will practice the art of savoring by picking one m experience to truly savor each day. It could be a nice shower, a delicious meal, a great walk outside, or any experience that you really enjoy. When you take part in this savored experience, be sure to practice some common techniques that enhance savoring. These techniques include: sharing the experience with another person, thinking about how lucky you are to enjoy such an amazing moment, keeping a souvenir or photo of that activity, and making sure you stay in the present moment the entire time. Every night, make a note of what you savored (Note: you can make a list in a notebook, use a notes app on your phone, use a calendar, or whatever works for you!). When you do write things down at the end of the day, be sure to take a moment to remember the activity.

Plus allegations of infidelity by the uncle's side against both spouses in the marriage. any advice? my mom makes excuses for his abuse saying that it's mental illness and he can't perceive things correctly. She has spend over 2 years now trying to find out what's wrong with him instead of getting a divorce. To make matters worse my friends are laughing at me. I've even heard from my own mother that proposals don't have to be expensive, but they should require effort. I honestly didn't even consider that a proposal had to be thought about. I'm the type of guy that asks "Will you marry me?" Anywhere and anytime that came to my mind. It just so happened to be Chic Fil A (drive thru since restaurant part is closed) and we were both having a great time. He was the love of my life. His drinking got bad and I had to leave him. We loved so hard and fought hard. It became toxic, both of us to blame for the words said. In the end, I left him while he was sleeping and took a plane home while on vacation and packed his belongings and dropped them off at his mothers home. We exchanged I love you's- via text and calls, for over a year, we texted each other nearly every month, Now almost a year has past. I still think about him 15 times a day. I miss what we shared. I will always love him, but he randomly texted me. Then he called. Told me he wanted to see how I was. Started telling me we could have had the best life together. We would have made the most beautiful children. Then he was sending me pictures of us together via text. He ended it with the song "Die a happy man"! I really don't know if this was really just a feel to see how I was doing, or he really missed me. He told me he missed our sex life, he missed my long legs, he missed us. He suggested when the COVID goes away to go somewhere together and see if we could be friends??? I told him that I didn't see that happening because I could fall for him again and it took me a full year to want to get out of bed after leaving him. Which it did. He's not good for me, but I love him. So I ask, is it normal for an ex to do this? He can date anyone he wants. He's very good looking. I don't think he was looking for a booty call from me. We've been together for almost 20 years and have 2 kids, 10 and 16. I blame myself for staying in this relationship for far too long. In the state of Arizona, do you have to get a prenup before you get married if both properties were owned before you were married? Would you still have chances of losing them if they are only under your name? Or do they automatically become both parties property when you are legally married? If so i believe prenup is ideal. And what will go in the mind of the husband who has to watch this without doing anything? Should he too go and hug his wife's exes wife as the ex is hugging with this husband's wife?  If yes, then what if the exes wife refuses to hug this husband creating and insulting situation for him and ask him to stay away? She is so critical that when ever she does that I loose my cool and began to yell back and cuss at her.  I provide food to the table, I pay my bills on time. But she fights because she says sometimes I IGNORE her when she's is trying to talk to me. I always pay attention to her even when I'm not looking at  her. Hear me out!!! Apparently my bf grandpa comes from a line of wealthy families of Mexico. The net worth is pretty high if you combine all their relatives but by now most of the relatives have made their own fortunes. My bf's grandpa net worth is $190 million. Many of their family intermarried with other families from Spain, US, Japan & around the world.  His grandpa was a player. My bf grandma was a housekeeper that got pregnant. That was very common in Mexico in that time. He was absent his whole life  but he's dying of cancer & came to my Bf's mother. My Bf was a mechanic made enough money. He studied for communications but quit school. He was discharged from the US Army lost motivation in soccer, failed at MLM business, & was laid of from the job where we met. His best friend died & he found his ex gf cheating in senior so he became insecure.  He's a sweet, so talented. Funny & smart really handsome & has a lovely voice. His grandpa offer him a job. His grandpa hires lots of pretty young girls for PR positions & translators for foreign investors.  After 3 months of working I went to his job.
