Question: Why did this happen to my grandpa? Posted: 13 Apr 2020 04:59 PM PDT 2 years ago my grandpa would walk and talk intellectually. He was all normal. Now he is bedridden, and is like a vegetable and he is talking out of his head. doctors said his dementia has gotten worse and diabetes also. We had to get one of his leg amputated because of gangrene and his blood became low and he almost died at one point, but the hospital gave him the blood transfusions and brought him back to life. He is now as I said bedridden (like a vegetable), talking out of his head and his personality isn't anything like it was before. He talks and acts like a 3 year old would be the best description. He cannot do normal simple functions. Why did this happen to my grandpa within a 2 year interval, he has changed dramatically in personality and attitude and character. |
Question: How often should I talk to a male friend like this? ? Posted: 13 Apr 2020 03:35 PM PDT My male and female best friends and I text each other once or twice a week normally. Now we talk almost daily with the coronavirus. I have another male friend who's not as close, who keeps mistaking my boredom and desire to be closer friends with him as romantic interest because he's handsome and used to getting a lot of attention from young girls and women. Which is exactly the reason why I'm not interested in him in that way. He feels awkward because he doesn't like me that way, but due to his ego, he has trouble believing that I couldn't want him. |
Question: Are women openly untrustworthy people? Posted: 13 Apr 2020 03:29 PM PDT While I'm not saying men aren't any less deceitful but if you get on the wrong side or a woman, they will not hesitate to maliciously play the victim. I'm not saying all will cry rape but even minor situations, all they have to do is tell someone you did something to her or show selective parts of a conversation and you can get your *** beat or worse. The way they are able to cry on command has always baffled me. You'll never know if it's sincere. The half hearted "I'm sorry" before crying to make you feel like a jerk unless you drop the situation and not mention what she did again. They're usually the ones to gossip in friend groups and share private stories about people. Never heard a man begin a sentence with "don't tell anyone I told you this but". My friends always used rip into one another after leaving the room and I'd always wonder what they said about me. |
Posted: 13 Apr 2020 01:39 PM PDT Him and some others of my abusive ex's social circle were into what I now know is "cyber bullying" me. And by abusive I mean: verbal, emotional and physical if you google Domestic violence charts |
Question: Would you see this as a red flag for a guy youre talking to? Posted: 13 Apr 2020 12:38 PM PDT I have been talking to this guy I like alot but we arent seeing each other due to the coronavirus. I was stalking his friend's instagram page, as his friend features him alot on it photo-wise, and I saw a photo from 2017 where an account, with no profile pic, had a couple comments posted recently saying this guy and his friend are both bullies, and have a history of bullying both genders, and that their group of friends is fake, hateful and toxic. There were no replies other than "You are a coward for posting behind a fake account" This bothers me, why would someone write such comments? I am worried there is some truth to them. |
Question: How to answer when someone being sarcastic like this? ? Posted: 13 Apr 2020 11:57 AM PDT So I had an online friend whom I talked with everyday for about two months. Then they suddenly stopped talking and ghosted me. With this coronavirus pandemic happening, I left her few messages how she's been doing or she's okay. She just replied that she was okay and life happened. I felt she was being sarcastic. If she was sarcastic or not how would you reply when someone said "life happened"? |

Posted: 13 Apr 2020 08:24 AM PDT He wants to rest his head on my chest, while I have my hands around his head. It's cute and I do it gladly but my boyfriend exaggerates and wants to stay longer like that. It makes me feel like I am the man, are guys supposed to hold their girlfriends like that? |
Question: Afraid I screwed up with a friend. Can anyone give me advice? Posted: 13 Apr 2020 08:06 AM PDT Would anyone be willing to read a letter I wrote to someone and tell me if they think that would of pushed someone away/if I should follow it with a thank you/sorry note/card? Could use some help. Afraid it was too mean and if I don't apologize soon its going to be worse and have no chance of them not hating me. Problem is I dont see them anymore so would have to email mail it. Sorry I meant I would have to snail mail it |
Posted: 13 Apr 2020 06:37 AM PDT in common. I noticed that when I tried talking to her a lot she began criticizing me about different things I do or dont do at work as well as boss me around a lot. When this occurred, I stopped talking to her. Also, I stopped saying hello to her when I see her in the hallway. When I stopped talking to her she stopped bossing me around and she stopped criticizing me. Now the only time I say anything at all to her is if I have to and when I do talk to her it is a question about work. She doesn't boss me around and criticize me like she did when I was talking to her a lot. So why did she began bossing me around and criticizing me when I started talking to her alot? When I stopped talking to her she stopped criticizing me and she stopped bossing me around. Explain this behavior. |
Question: Did I do the right thing in choosing love over my best friend ? ? Posted: 13 Apr 2020 04:47 AM PDT Im 31 now. When I was 20 yrs old I was in a position where I met this girl who I fell for deeply enough to ask her to marry me. We dated 6 years and we're engaged for 4 years. I was working as a security at the time for my best friend. I've known my best friend since elementary and we are so close like brothers. Things were pretty bad for my best friend with him losing his fiancee after being stabbed by someone. It was so bad I felt guilty to tell him that I met "the one" I was going to marry. So I never got the opportunity to find the guts to tell him because I felt he needed me and it wasn't right for me to find love right when he lost his. So I dated her in secret. Trying to find an opportunity to tell him. When I worked up the guts to ask my girlfriend to marry me, I decided to tell him the happy news after he came back from a very long business trip. But when he got back, I tried to tell him but lost my nerve for some reason. Soon after that my fiancee had to move far away for work and family reasons, If I didn't go with her, I would have never seen her again, so I went with her without a word to anyone not even a goodbye. I had another opportunity to tell him but again I didn't take it, he passed away at 30 from a health issue soon after and I felt even more guilty I never got to tell him about the happiness I found. I felt like I chose my fiancee over my best friend. Was I wrong ? *I'm a shy guy not very good at expressing my feelings. My best friend knew this. |

Im also very in line with god, and I never put a time period on wat I pray for, but it is just really hard too never know what im doing wrong or what to do in life, im really struggling so if life changes after highschool lmk cause ive once again hit rock bottom. |
Question: How do I report a pedo from another state? Posted: 12 Apr 2020 11:46 PM PDT So basically I know this girl from another state and her step dad is kind of.. I dont want to get into the details, anyways I've heard this stuff be said and heard her freak out when he touches her but theres nothing I can do about it I'm only 16.. |
Question: Am I being bullied? ? Posted: 12 Apr 2020 09:41 PM PDT So there's a guy at work. He knows I am gay and he makes a lot of smart remarks in front of others about me being gay. He literally hates me. He intimidates me at times too. However, when we are alone at the canteen or office, he always sits beside me and chats to me as if we are besties. He always asks me about my love life and keeps saying that a nice handsome guy like me shouldn't be single. He always compliments me and my hair when I get it cut too. With everything happening in the world, the office is closed now until further notice and we are working from home individually. He has been messaging me asking me how I am and if I need anything that he will get them and drop them off to my house for me. I have my own car and can do my own things myself. He keeps telling me to mind myself and take care. Girls at the office have previously told me that at a work party before this boy got drunk and told them that he really likes me and really admires me for coming out as gay. He also told them that he would kick any guys *** who would ever treat me bad etc etc. I didn't believe it at first but now I'm starting to after all the messages from him. I'm playing along for the now as I think it's sweet out of him. I just don't understand why he behaves like a total *** when he's with a bunch of his guy friends? |
Question: My best friend texts me differently then with group messages? Posted: 12 Apr 2020 08:42 PM PDT when i text my best friend, it is always dry responses like "k, ok, good etc" but whenever someone in a group chat with me and her and someone else, she always responses with this long text. for example. i asked her today how her day was and she goes "good." then an hour later our track friend texted us both and asked the same question and she responded with "my day was great! i did..... (etc) how about you?" Like am i not worth her time or does she just not want to talk to me? she also HATES calling so i can only communicate to her by texting but she is the detest texter towards me. i always have to start the conversations |
Question: Why am i so sad about my teachers death? Posted: 12 Apr 2020 07:29 PM PDT I had this teacher since freshman year, He was the kindest man you could ever met. I was hospitalized for half the school year during freshman year and he used to send me books and notes for me to read, always wishing me to get well. Anyways, He got to be my teacher for my junior year too,He was always smiling and would say hi to everyone, he was a very positive person overall a kind soul. He encouraged every student to be their best and never put anyone aside. Sadly ,he got infected with the virus and passed away yesterday. Im so shocked and i feel very saddened. I'm not sure why , we used to have conversations but we were never that close. I'm confused as to why i feel very upset about his death. ): im so sad. |
Posted: 12 Apr 2020 06:32 PM PDT With coworkers at happy hour. Girl who used to be uber driver like me said how when she was one guys would ask her to join them in shooting up heroin. Other guy there said how he was about to buy some coke on a Friday night. I told my uber experience how a guy offered me money to blow him and all. Was that awkward? I figured if they were talking about their uber experiences involving asking to join doing hard drugs and another one was talking about his drug use that it was ok lol. |
Question: Why was my BF's friend trying to find out my interests, etc. when we hung out together? Posted: 12 Apr 2020 06:16 PM PDT His friend also asked what I like in my BF because he's trying to find a GF too. |
Question: Why do people change? Posted: 12 Apr 2020 06:06 PM PDT I miss elementary school. After starting middle school, my friends from elementary no longer talk to me. My parents are getting on my nerves more. I just want things to go back to how they used to be and stay that way. |

Question: How do I get my friend to return my rabbit cage? Posted: 12 Apr 2020 06:04 AM PDT I lent out my rabbit cage to a friend. However, now that my own rabbit cage is broken and I need it back they won't return it. They can't keep their rabbit without a cage to keep it in but I'm in need of my cage and I don't want to spend extra money on buying another cage because they refuse to return it. I gave them suggestions on a new rabbit cage that they could buy for thenselves but apperently it was too expensive (about 1/3 of the price I paid for the cage I lent out). I gave them another suggestion that was even cheaper but apparently that cage wasn't suitable for their rabbit. I've always been clear with that I'm going to need the cage in the future and that they are only borrowing it. They can't distinguish between being lent or being given something. I think they're expecting me to forget about it eventually so that they can keep the cage. How do I get them to return my cage? |
