Question: Why did she get mad with me????? Help? Posted: 14 Apr 2020 05:39 PM PDT Im a dude and a while i ment this girl at work, we began working on the same floor. We eventually would talk all the time, i caught feelings for her but shes mareied so i respected that. I felt so much chemestry between us, she would stare at me like crazy. One day she told my besfriend, that she's been catching feelings for me. Deep down she felt bad cause she's married but begged my friend to never tell me. She would always talk about me Later on other coworkers began making rumors about us because we were always together. They kept reporting us to managment almost everyday. My manger told me to not to talk to My friend anymore. We still talked behind everyones back, later i noticed she had become very different. She would give me the cold shoulder. For her birthday i gave her a gift card, and she told management about the gift card. She told management that her reputation is going downhill, and my precense is affecting her. My manger moved me to a different department, and 2 weeks later she quit and blocked me. This February she returned, after 1 year. She tries so hard not to look at me. What is her issue with me???? Why did she push me away like this????? |

Question: Could this woman like me? Posted: 14 Apr 2020 03:52 PM PDT Ok so I'm a 30 year old guy. I started talking to this woman who I knew in high school, she's a year behind me. So she told me while I'm nice looking, she's not interested in dating me. Yet she's willing to help me find a job and a place of my own. She said she's open to hanging out with me too either at the mall or either of our houses. So what do you think? |
Question: Why did people say this to me before? What does this mean exactly? Posted: 14 Apr 2020 03:27 PM PDT I go to the canary islands usually around 8 times a year. I am from Ireland and I am also a fluent Spanish speaker. I love it there and have made friends there too whom I go to see. My parents also come with me when I visit there also. Unfortunately with everything going on at the moment I wont be able to go back for some time. Everybody says to me that they can see me living there for the future. Some say I will take a leap forward one day and finally stay there as my place of residence. I really don't know if that will happen but who knows. |

Question: If my friends made me laugh so hard my stomach hurt, should I get rid of them? Posted: 14 Apr 2020 12:49 PM PDT This seems odd but it inflicted pain on me that lasted for a few days. It was fun and all at the time but it seriously hurts and I don't think it is worth hanging out with them. I have gastrointestinal issues. They are fun and all but they inflicted pain on me so what should I do? Should I just start ignoring them |
Posted: 14 Apr 2020 07:41 AM PDT I'm trying to gage my "best friend." We've been best friends for almost 3 years now. Recently his cat got out of his house and is currently lost. Long story short, he didn't tell me about it and only casually mentioned it in conversation the day after it happened. Obviously, as his best friend I wanted to help look for the cat, hang up posters and just be moral support like a best friend should. Instead, he called his brother to drive two hours to stay at my best friend's apartment for a few weeks to wait for the cat to hopefully return. (Apparently his 30 some year old brother has nothing better to do). I was hurt that he didn't think to come to me for help. He could tell I was hurt the last time I saw him but we really didn't talk about it. I haven't talked to him in four days now. I just want to be involved and help but I've been questioning our friendship. I've caught him lying to me a few times and it feels like he just kind of "goes through the motions" sometimes. It's weird, like we've taken trips together but I'm always the one to suggest them and plan them all out, he just kind of goes along with it.(I could go into more situations like this but there's a character limit.) All he ever wants to do is hang out and drink. I feel like he's just playing the part because he's really my only true friend. In situations like this, if I was truly his best friend, I would've been one of the first calls he made when his beloved cat went missing. I don't know what to do? |
Question: Could these be signs of interest? Posted: 14 Apr 2020 07:31 AM PDT Let's say two women are talking about a man when he's nearby. Woman A says to woman B "he's so sweet!" Then whenever woman A sees the man, her eyes open wide and she seems happy to see him.Could she be attracted to him? Also, there is another woman who when she sees the man, she leans in close and smiles when they talk. Also she's amazed by the sound of his voice. She says "I don't know how you do it with that voice!" And she smiles at him. She enjoys his company it seems also. |
Question: How do I create a stronger bond in this friendship? Posted: 14 Apr 2020 07:16 AM PDT We've been friends for six years and we live together. We've had a lot of difficulties in our friendship this past year, but we forgive, and we're cool and we just keep moving forward. We are together all the time, so sometimes we'll need to take space and not talk, but now we are at a point where we dont even talk, we just address each other whenever necessary. Sometimes we wont even greet each other starting the day. Every now and again we share a laugh. He's always on his phone talking to someone else, texting, eyes to screen at all times. He barely looks at me when we pass the spliff to each other. Talking about why are we not talking only makes us not want to talk anymore. I don't know what I have to do to get my friend back. |

Question: Should I reach out to an ex friend? Posted: 14 Apr 2020 01:57 AM PDT I have recently found out that one of my ex friends mother had undergone surgery after being diagnosed with cancer. We used to be really close, like brothers but I realized he was an extremely toxic and insecure person, and it was starting to impact me negatively so I broke off the friendship. We have not talked in over two years now, and even though he has reached out to me before I have ignored him. I am much happier having cut out people like him but knowing that his family is going through something like that I am thinking about reaching out. I am just worried that doing so might not be the best idea, in case we end up becoming friends again. I am just really confused on what to do |
Question: My friend just start middle school and puberty and we’re drifting apart? Posted: 14 Apr 2020 01:40 AM PDT We've been friends for four years and ever since we met with in super close but just this year since she started middle school she's been pulling away and I don't know why I asked her about it and she said that I didn't do anything wrong I talk to her some more about how I feel and things seem to be getting better but not completely The way it was what should I do |
Question: How do i stop thinking about stuff that are over? Posted: 14 Apr 2020 12:33 AM PDT I had a falling out with some friends and that's because of a single person that belongs among them. For quite a while now I had set my mind that this friendship is pretty much lost. The reason I had that falling-out is because that specific one friend was very toxic against me and is very toxic against other people that with time tried to fit in our gang, and the other friends from the gang just won't see it. So i walked out of that situation, leaving a big strong text response behind me (in a post that toxic person did for me in our fb group page) that is supposed to close the matter, and it majorly did just that. But the people involved do keep commenting there still, Mainly to say something negative and toxic and without meaning or a way to further the matter. I was kicked out of that group (the admin of that group is the toxic person) but still continue to receive notifications which now I have hidden and deleted. I am pretty much committed to it I decided to move on and find a better place for me to fit. And here's my question: how do I move on without these feelings destroying my insides? I feel terrible i've known these people and have hung with them for 4 years, and all I can think of is I don't want this situation to be as it is, but there is no turning back, or reason to unless they change. I don't want to suppress it. I want to not care about it anymore because it's over. All I do is replay the same arguments in my head as it did take some mental strength to do it |
Posted: 13 Apr 2020 11:32 PM PDT why would a girl's old friend group constantly hang out without her and even admit to being fake to her when she's always nice? let's say that girl is known to be laidback and carefree and she is known not to care what people think and many think she's really pretty and she's really nice to everyone. why would her old friend group decide to turn on her and tell everyone that she is a "bad person" and spread rumors about her in front of everyone to get the friend group and everyone else to hate on her? she hasn't even done anything wrong. i just don't understand why anyone would do that. i'm referring to myself and although i pretend that idc what anyone says, it hurts. they've been fake to me since day one. i have a best friend at school separate from that friend group which i'm grateful for but my old "friends/acquaintances" hate me and gave into the false rumors. i know this isn't a good thing to say but i tried making myself feel better by thinking maybe they're jealous of me for some reason but idk. i'm serious when i say i haven't done anything to them at all. one girl lied and told everyone that i gossip about everyone- i don't. i just need an input on this. thanks! |

Question: My brother is a jerk to my mom, what do I do? Posted: 13 Apr 2020 06:29 PM PDT He's calling the people he lives with moms and pops (his friend's house) and continuously cussing her out and flicking her off, I try to comfort her but she says she needs time alone and goes to her room. He tries to act cool about it, and my mom has to ignore the things she doesn't like just to stay cool with him while she wants to rage deep down. today was his birthday and he went down to his house to say happy 20th birthday and when she came back she was crying. And when he's a REAL jerk he uses me as an excuse to ignore her too. He says things like Oh I only talk to you because of my lil' bro stop calling me. Any advice? It hurts me deeply to see my mom cry and I try to act nice to him even though I feel like punching him. |
