Question: Like 2 guys and I'm confused! Posted before but got no answers! ? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 08:01 PM PDT Okay, so the first guy, Ani, is a friend of a friend, who I was told about. I added him on fb and sent him a message in Jan, but he never added me or answered back then. I think he's like the hottest guy I've ever seen but was told he was a bit of a flirt. However, he lives in Germany and I'm in the US. So, the second guy, Jack, I met in school soon after in Jan, when I was a teacher assistant. I really liked him at school, still do, and we got to be close friends, so much so that I forgot all about Ani. Only problem is that he's only 20 and I'm 30. So anyways, I was trying to reach Jack and ask him if he wanted to be friends still after class is over, and he didn't answer for awhile. I kind of got hurt because I thought Jack didn't want to be friends anymore, because he wasn't even reading my emails, and decided to contact Ani again on fb. I just said hey 😉 and to my surprise he added me back and we talked on fb a bit. However, he told me he had a gf, when I asked him if he was single, but said he would love to be friends. Then, after a week, Jack finally replied back too and said he would like to stay friends too, but he doesn't yet know I like him as more than that. So I don't know what to do. I want to tell Jack that I like him, but I can't stop thinking about Ani, and if he would ever give me a chance if he's ever single again. What should I do? Thanks! |

Question: What should I do if my boyfriend’s mom doesn’t like me and is mean to me? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 07:44 PM PDT My boyfriend and I have been together for 6 months and me and him are from different cultures. His mom doesn't like me and criticizes me about most things. She makes me feel like I'm not good enough and that I'm stupid. She talks badly about me behind my back to my boyfriend. She is rude to me. She is mean to me. She makes hurtful jokes to me. She also teases me a lot. She makes me feel like I can't do anything right. |

Question: Does she have feelings for me? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 07:34 PM PDT I have a good group of friends at work. Everyone in the group has a significant other, except me and this one girl. We talk a lot at work, and we've started talking a lot outside of the office. We all crack jokes and I've noticed if one of our friends makes a joke about me in she always seems to defend me or says something defensive back to them. She's asked about my previous relationships, and has brought them up randomly at times. When I post things online she always seems to be one of the first people to see it, and always has something to say about it. I've had other coworkers who I don't typically talk to except at work ask me about the conversations her and I have had, which was surprising to me because I've never discussed these conversations with anyone but her. We all text back and forth, but the conversations always turn into just her and I talking back and forth. She talks a lot about being single and trying to find the right guy, and asks if I've gone on dates with anyone recently. I don't see it, but one of my friends thinks she has feelings for me. Because we're friends I don't want to assume anything or mess up our friendship. Also since we work together I don't think it would be smart to just assume she does or even bring it up. Just curious as to what some other people might think. Thanks |

Question: Is this an attractive body type? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 07:29 PM PDT Insecure question but just do me a solid and tell me if you think the person in this pic looks remotely 'chubby' or not, and if its attractive - totally scientific purposes |
Question: Used Fiance's Parents for support during NC, and Broke her Trust in me. What to do? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 07:29 PM PDT First time I did this I did not know it was a boundriy. She was very upset. I talked to her parents about our minor problems. I am military so I live in Barracks she lives in her house. So we did No Contact for 4 days the first time (She called me first) This time around same thing but this time she was being sarcastic and told me "Call my parents I am sure they will support you" So I did... and yeah. No we have been broken up for 6 days, and today I got my stuff back from her. She was angry that I did this again, and she said I broke her trust. She drove back home since we met half way. I got a call from her right when I got back to my barracks room. She said very calmly that I deserve closure, and she loves me but wants me to move on. I told her how I truly felt, and had faith time will reunit us. Right now I am doing No Contact to see if she reaches out... But I want to know can Time without contact fix trust I broke? If not What else needs to be done? - I told her I was sorry and she could tell I was that I hurt her again, I told her I talked to her parents and told them "If me and my fiance got problems it's between me and her now, and thanks for the support" I apologized, and made that very clear , and acting on fixing it, as well as told her I understood. |
Posted: 24 Apr 2020 07:16 PM PDT i'm just curious, if you ghosted someone like awhile ago after a month of constant texting, and they randomly drunk texted you saying " it's a shame you're ghosting me. i would've made you rainbow cake and given u the best sex of your life. if you werent interested anymore or finally found what you were looking for, i wish you would've been straight up an told me when we were facetiming; so i didn't have to cry and wonder why this old man i was into decided to ghost me" what would you think of them? would you find them immature, block them? respond? |
Question: Should I do something about this?!? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 07:04 PM PDT I was talking to my ex about going to the club and the reason we broke up is because of distance and we go to two separate colleges. It was mostly him who initiated the breakup. And I was talking about going to a club near where he lived and he wanted to meet up because he wanted to be friends with benefits and we were possibly gonna hook up anyways we were texting and he was like "you'll probably find a guy at the club " and I was like "maybe I will, that's nothing new for me but in thereto have fun" and he was like"mhmm " and I was like "I'm really not looking for anyone but if it happens, it happensss " and he was like "I'm sure they do lol " and then he said "yeah definitely " and I was like "yeah they suree do and hopefully" and he was like"they will don't worry " and I was like "yeah and I'm not worried lol" and he was like "why would you be lol" and I was like "idk but I'm not" he put a lot of laughing emojis which made the convo awkward. Lol so did he sound a little jealous? A lot of people said he was but was i wanna know why? Did he think I was gonna find someone else to hook up with which wouldn't make sense because I could still hook up with him or just find someone else to be with in general? |
Question: How do I know if my relationship has turned into just a friendship? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 07:01 PM PDT I've been dating my boyfriend for 5 years and things started off really fun, romantic and flirty like your normal relationship. We were intimate often, like multiple times daily, and that went down to maybe once a day/few times a week over the years but thats normal. However, for the past 6months it's like maybe once a month. And we don't really touch/kiss often either, unless I initiate it. I want to be intimate, it's him who is never "in the mood". When I try to talk to him about it, he says it makes him uncomfortable. He's 24 years old so that really shouldn't be an issue but here we are. I just don't know what to do. I love him and want this relationship to work.... but I'm afraid maybe he's lost interest in me and we are better off as friends. Advice? |

Question: Is my boss gaslighting me ? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 06:57 PM PDT I've been working for him for 5 months now. I was part time but am now full time as my other job recently furloughed me. I'm also the only employee he has right now bc of virus related circumstances. It started professional, but over time he started sharing more and more information about himself with me. Like that he doesn't love his wife and had feelings for a former employee (who was 20 years younger and clearly suffered from mental health issues). He asks me all the time to go places with him like lunch, then the bar after work. Today he asked me to give him a haircut. I said no I don't feel comfortable with that and he should ask his wife to, and he said he didn't trust her like me. He stands over me when he gives me the simplest task and criticizes my every move. He often compliments me but also often talks to me like I'm a child. Today we got into an argument about him micromanaging me over a simple task, and he laughed at me when I got upset/serious. I want to do a good job and help the company succeed, but he just wants to talk about non-work related things and distracts me from my work. Then he says things like is ___ finished yet? When he knows I've had no time to finish it because he's been talking to me. When I get ready to leave for the day he acts offended that I'm trying to go home. I rly need this job rn, but my roommate suggested that it sounds like gaslighting. this is a fairly new concept to me. I'm just wondering if anyone could offer input. |

Question: My boyfriend is really mean to his little brother? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 06:54 PM PDT Im 17, my bf is 18, and his little brother is like 12. My boyfriend thinks its really funny to torment his little brother and his friends a lot, and he even tries to make me do it too!!! I told him that I didnt think it was funny to be mean to his brother bc hes a sweet kid, but he just laughed at me. :( He never physically harms his brother, just verbally, and sometimes he purposely tries to scare him and make him upset. My bf is super sweet to me, so its upsetting to see him be so mean. Do you think this is a red flag or just a normal boy thing? |
Question: My girl friend broke up with me, should I keep trying to win her back? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 06:54 PM PDT She broke a heart that is gentle and true, she even laughed at me when I pleaded for her to stay. I don't give up on people so easy, so should I try to win her back? |
Question: How can i stop liking my crush? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 06:49 PM PDT I´ve had a crush on one of my guy friends for a while now, we tried something a couple of years ago but things didnt work out and we continued having a friendship. Recently he got a gf and i got a bf too, but my family and friends say that i dont look as happy as i used to look when i was dating my friend, and tbh im sick of that, i love my boyfriend more than anything and i really wanna stop liking my friend, how can i get that? |
Question: Should I just give up and settle for a girl I'm not attracted to? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 06:48 PM PDT Growing up, I can see why girls want guys who are tall but short guys like me don't have a chance because tall guys and some girls like to cockblock short guys because short guys are stereotyped to be losers and some girls even make fun of them. I'm reaching middle age without ever knowing what it's like to have a girlfriend. The only girls who were interested in me were girls who were grossly overweight, and I'm not that desperate or that bad looking, just short, (shorter than 5'5"). I've contemplated suicide many times. |
Question: Is this girl trying to seduce me or is she just using me for homework help? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 06:43 PM PDT This started happening before Covid 19. She was all like "my hair feels weird" and then she bent her head down. No clue if she was looking for an excuse for me to touch her. Plus she literally cannot keep her hands off of me. Every time we go out with a group of friends she sits next to me and she always stroking my arm and hitting me . She gave me a valentine on Valentine's day. Last night she texted me that she is going to hug me when social distancing is over. I'm freaking out. HELP |
Question: Advice on girl I've been talking to in my apartment complex? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 06:39 PM PDT So, this girl moved into my complex last year and recently we just started talking. I got a dog and she loves him. She always play with him when she sees him. We have really good conversations. Whenever i'm out she stops and talks to me for a few minutes. I'm usually the one breaks up the conversation because I don't want to linger too long. Last week she said our dogs should play sometime and I asked her if she wanted to take our dogs on a walk. She said that would be super fun and yes. She just got a huge job so she wasn't sure of her work schedule so I said we could figure it out. I even got her a congrats card and put it on her door and she was very appreciative about it. I talked to her the other day and got her number. She was busy this weekend but still said she wanted to take our dogs out. I texted her yesterday and just told her that I know shes super busy right now with that new job so just shoot me a text whenever she is free. I didn't get a response but didn't expect to. How does this scenario sound to you guys? What should my next steps be? Are there any signs of interests you think? |

Question: If I’m attractive, why am I single? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 05:57 PM PDT Call me conceited that's fine. But, why am I told I'm attractive (not only by family) & never have a boyfriend. I'm 25, I only use apps to interact with people. I don't have friends or a social life but apps seem to work well for most people. I've lost weight, men tend to wonder why I'm always single. I really don't think there's anything wrong with me so what gives? Are men the problem or am I not as attractive as others say? |
Question: Male friend cheated on his girlfriend with me?!? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 05:51 PM PDT I've been friends with a guy for 8 years. We had sex, not flirting or anything, just purely a hook up. Afterwards, I stopped hearing from him which is strange because we used to talk & hang out all the time (purely as friends, again nothing flirty & no talk of dating). I reactivated my Facebook & saw that he has a girlfriend, & the date on his relationship status says they've been dating since December. He & I had sex in January. He cheated on her ONE WEEK into the relationship. I'm so upset & feel totally used & angry. I haven't confronted him because I don't think he'll care or feel bad. I honestly think if I confront him I'll walk away from that conversation feeling worse instead of better. I also haven't told his girlfriend because I have no proof that we hooked up. He texted me the other day wishing me a happy birthday (this is the first I've heard from him in months). Should I reply & go back to being friends with him? Should I tell him how upset I am about finding out I was his side chick? What would you do if you were me |
Question: He hasn’t responded in 4 hours? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 05:45 PM PDT I told my friend that I'd come over to his new house around 6-7 but i couldn't stay because i have to get up early tomorrow. Question: Why does this keep happening to me? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 05:20 PM PDT When ever I see a guy, he will show lots of interest at first and constantly shower me with affection and compliments but then they will start talking to me less and then suddenly stop speaking and seeing me altogether. I don't understand why. I mean, I try to always be a decent partner and avoid causing any issues at all but then they suddenly just stop talking to me like they got bored or something These kinds of guys that I have seen have mentioned about feeling lonely, so maybe they were just seeing me out of loneliness? I'm not too sure I don't need to work on myself, it's not my fault that they lost interest. If anyone needs to work on their selves, it's them because they can't even directly break up with me and can't even communicate. |
Question: Why did I get dumped? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 05:18 PM PDT I got dumped last week, I received a text from my bf he told me we have zero chance of a future together. No explanation or anything, I've been wondering if I did anything wrong, and why. We been together for three years. I think he may of found someone else, or maybe he thinks he's too good for me. He completed college (doctorate degree) this. Maybe I'm not on his level, I'm a CNA. I really don't know what happened. We were together A week before he dumped me everything seemed ok. I think he just used me for sex all this time, he was just stringing me along and I let him (smh). He never took me serious, all the red flags were there I just ignored them hoping things would change. I never met his friends, or parents, never took me on a date, forgot my birthday, slept without someone else, he even asked me to do a threesome with another guy smh. This man has never taken me serious. |

Question: Does my best friend like me? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 04:32 PM PDT So me and this girl got really close, even though we've been friends for a couple of years. Nowadays her and I facetime everyday, play video games together, talk about really anything, and even watch tv over the phone together (because of Corona). She jokes around now saying that me and her are getting a divorce and little things like that. She also had Tinder for a while, but deleted it recently because she said she felt like she had no reason to have it. Her and I talk everyday which is the crazy thing and now I'm thinking she may like me? I don't know.. any advice please??? |

Question: Libra man won't commit, does he actually like me? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 03:45 PM PDT He said he wants to take things slow, which I understand. Him & I meet up every once & a while, but it seems like it's mostly for sex. But he said he does have feelings for me. He texts & calls me everyday, but doesn't seem to put any actual effort into our relationship. He doesn't kiss me unless we're bout to have sex, & I compliment him but he never compliments me. But he still makes an effort to talk & hang out & said he has feelings for me. I'm literally so emotionally confused :( I kinda wanna express how I feel but I don't know how I'd do it casually. |
Question: My boyfriend got beat up and I don't know what to do.? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 03:43 PM PDT We were walking through the neighborhood and my ex boyfriend approached us. My ex and my current boyfriend can't stand each other. They got into a shouting match and that turned into a fight. My boyfriend got creamed! He has two black eyes and his face is badly swollen. My ex humiliated him! He rubbed his face into the dirt and made him BEG for mercy, which my boyfriend did while sobbing. When my ex finally let him up, my boyfriend ran home crying! How can I convince him that I still love him and that he's still man enough for me? We both know that we'll run into my ex and my ex is scared. |
Posted: 24 Apr 2020 03:42 PM PDT Hi I'm 15 and theres this guy in my class who is really kind and talks aswell as listens to me. He gives me compliments such as "your presentation was so good" He helps me in math lessons and he offers to get me a drink in drama class where I have a lot of dialogue. In any situation he always makes sure I'm ok with what everyone wants to do. Based on this do you think he like me as more than a friend? I'm talking about what he does at normal school not online quarentine school. |
Posted: 24 Apr 2020 03:38 PM PDT this morning I took a nap and I had a really vivid dream and basically I and my best friend were at a play or something like that, and this guy who was two years older than me was sitting in front of us. He was really cute and he turned around and we started talking. We started talking about the usual stuff you talk to someone about when you first meet. And we had a lot in common. He was really funny and nice and was also pretty secretive. throughout the entire conversation, I could just feel a strong electric kind of connection. After it was over I asked him for his Snapchat but he told me that he didn't give that information out. But after he left I told my best friend to go ask him for his number and she came back with a note that said: "I'm sorry, but I don't give that information out, but I promise we'll see each other soon." And now I can't stop thinking about it. Does anyone what it could mean? His name was Asher and I can kind of remember what he looks like but not entirely. If anyone knows anything about what it could mean please tell me. |

Question: How do I get my stuff back from my ex boyfriend? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 03:36 PM PDT My ex boyfriend broke up with me 3 months ago. We were together for 6 years and the breakup was completely out of the blue and only one week after getting matching tattoos... he just called me up one day and said "I'm done don't talk to me again" over a 10 minute phone call. I have been completely heartbroken and haven't been able to move on in the slightest. He got a girlfriend one week after dumping me and blocked me on all forms of social media (even venmo). I wouldn't care if all he had were clothes or random items of mine but the problem is he has my guitar and I need to get it back eventually. I don't know how to go about doing this as he clearly doesn't want to speak to me (since he blocked me on everything) and I don't want to speak to him or see him either. What should I do? Should I wait a while before trying to get my guitar back? What do I even say to him? Should I text his mom? I have no idea how to go about this... any advice or input would be appreciated. |
Question: Is it wrong to end a relationship because of pets? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 03:33 PM PDT I'm trying to find a partner. There was one girl I met online who I got to know pretty well and I was actually getting a little close to, but then she just suddenly stopped talking to me after I told her I had a cat. The girl told me she didn't like cats. If we had kept dating, I wonder if I would have to make a decision of "the girl or my cat." I haven't had to make a decision like that, but I really hope I don't have to. I want to find a girlfriend and get married. But I love my cat. Is it normal to end a relationship just because your partner doesn't like the kind of pet you have? What would be the right decision to make in a situation like this? |

Question: Is it weird to start messaging someone on Facebook? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 03:22 PM PDT Ok so this is actually a 2 parted question. But first the details. So I am friends with this person on facebook. So we know each other a long time ago. Recently I found him on facebook and sent him a friend request. Within 24 hours he accepted . So we know each other before like I said but we were not close. Like we rarely if ever spoke together. We live far from each other now so it isn't like we can ever meet to do anything. But with this quarantine thing, I started wanting to talk to people on facebook friends list . I am more embarrassed at the fact that I once liked him long a go, and I don't know if he know that or not. I am more worried it would become weird. So my question is 1. Is it weird to even contact this person?/ Should I contact this person? 2. How should I go about talking to this person? |

Question: What is a funny way to tell a woman your height when you’re short? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 03:12 PM PDT OK so I have been communicating with a woman on one of those swipe apps and I got her number. She just told me that she is 5'10 and has asked what my height is. I could simply say 5'8 but what is something I can see in addition to that so that it won't sound so bad or what kind of humor or clever, can I include with it |
Question: Guy cheats “what a jerk”. Girl cheats “haha he took your girl”. Why? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 03:07 PM PDT I don't get why they're selectively unaccountable for their actions. It's like no matter who cheats it's the guys fault. People always believe the guy is somehow to blame. It's always "girls usually cheat when they don't feel appreciated" or "treat her right and she will stay your girl". One I've had more is "haha he took your girl". But whenever they blame the male population for their failed relationships it's "you have to kiss a few frogs" or "the right guy will find you one day". |

Question: Why does a guy watch a girl? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 02:51 PM PDT There's a guy that always watches me when I walk in the forest. He always smiles and says hello when he sees me. Today I caught him watching me from behind a bush and hid when he saw that I caught him. |
