Question: Folks with a boyfriend/girlfriend & Kids...was it deliberate? Posted: 21 Apr 2020 06:21 PM PDT Question for people who had children with their boyfriend or girlfriend but didn't get married...were the kids deliberate? I'm curious how the number of people who just feel marriage isn't necessary compares to the number of oopsies. |
Question: When my boyfriend of6 years, said just let him be , what does that mean? Posted: 21 Apr 2020 05:32 PM PDT He gets moody like that, especially locked to the news, we're both seniors |
Question: What would you do in my situation? Posted: 21 Apr 2020 10:47 AM PDT Scenario: You have never thought of moving to another state until you met your current bf/gf (LDR). Granted, you never liked where you currently live, even though your family is here, and you've been wanting to leave your current job. After visiting your bf's place, you actually like it and can see yourself living there. How would you feel if you found a better job in that state, which means you have to relocate, but the only thing stopping you is your mom? And her reason is because she doesn't want her kids to move far away from her, even if it's just 5 hours away. And she says negative things, saying you won't be able to make it there and you'll regret it, and calling you selfish. She feels like you're abandoning her for your bf, which you guys are serious about. Note - You would be living with your bf, who has a really good job there and can support both of you. He promises to take care of you and to help you all he can since you're the one moving. But your mom is being skeptical and only see the negative. Your bf's family is also here so you will both be coming back for visits. You made it clear you're not abandoning the family and will still help out however you can. |
Posted: 21 Apr 2020 10:31 AM PDT So i applied for unemployment because I got furloughed. I feel like I cannot get through at all. Its really making me feel upset like millions of people are feeling right now. I really do not like my old job (amazon fulfillment center) but my husband said I can go for a part time position and choose the hours i want to work a week as little as 4 hours and as much as 24. What should I do? Wait for unemployment or go get my old job back? My husband asked at work for me and said I can get the job back, same position and do not have to do orientation if it hasnt been over a year which it hasnt (i quit august 2019 so yeah not a year) I rather be making money then go crazy with unemployment and not seeing money in my account weekly |
Posted: 21 Apr 2020 09:12 AM PDT When I asked her, if she still loves me, she replied, "I'm not sure". I feel I'm wasting my nerves and time.. COVID have forced us to be together but still even in close quarters our communication is at the minimum.. most because of my disappointment and resentment. Help! |
Question: Why are people too scared to approach disabled people ? Posted: 21 Apr 2020 08:07 AM PDT When I met my sister friend for the first time the first question she asked about me is 'does your sister have a disability?' and she replied 'yes she does' and it made me feel angry like 'so why don't you ask me? Why do you have to ask this question behind my back? Or act like I wouldn't understand??' |
