Hi, My friend married us (performed the ceremony) 10 years ago, but he was not the one who signed our marriage license and certificate.... we had an officiant sign the papers. The officiant was at the wedding but did not attend the ceremony. I am busy getting a divorce and was wondering if that would help me in any way? So basically the girl who is the officiant on our marriage license and the one who signed it is not the person who performed the wedding ceremony...

I'm working on a school project and I need an average estimate for a budget proposal.  All venues were I live are closed because of covid-19 and no one answers the phone.   This would be for a 5 hour and a half event, with tables,  chairs,  linens, glassware, a podium and 400 plated meals included. If an event or wedding planner sees this question, could you please give me the name of the venue that you're providing the estimate for?  I would greatly appreciate it.  Thank you.
