Posted: 07 Jul 2018 10:16 PM PDT Hello! I'm Alexandria. I have no idea how to work this but right now my mom has been in an abusive relationship for 15 years. She just told her husband to leave for the first time. He didn't take it too well. He Called her every name in the book and wanted to fight her. He knew he couldn't since my sister and I would have taken him down. My mom went to the court room and put an "order of protection" on him. I'm not sure what all that does but I heard he can't come within 50 feet of her. He's kicked out cause he can't be around her PLUS his name isn't on the lease. It has been in a year since he was on the lease. He's been making us pay all the bills. Started when I was 15 taking on the role of a grown man. She can't even afford her divorce. It's about 200-300. When I find a better job I can pay for it though. We're on the verge of homelessness for ten 3rd time. I'm going to put the rest down below. I don't want to run out of space! Please read all of It! Much love 🙏🏾❤️ |
Question: Am I asking for too much from my husband to let me know where he will be? Posted: 07 Jul 2018 08:19 PM PDT Okay so we live in a 3,500 sq ft home so finding my darling husband sometimes can feel like a search and rescue. I call for him but don't hear a thing and I get a bit frustrated. So when I saw him in the garage I explained I was calling for him throughout the house and that if he was in the garage to please let me know. He then gets defensive and says I should just come looking for him and that its unrealistic for him to tell me when he is in the yard or garage every time. I told him if he is working out there to please let me know. He still refused and felt I should just come and find him Okay am I asking too much for a quick nod to let me know you will not be in the house? |
Posted: 07 Jul 2018 07:55 PM PDT My ex is an retired cop from Columbia, Mississippi. This person has high friends in high places. And they are refusing to give me my divorce papers from Court. Please help. I don't have that much money to hire another lawyer. |

Question: Why do people judge when you're not engaged yet? Posted: 07 Jul 2018 03:16 PM PDT I've been with my partner for 6 years. I always wanted to be with someone for sometime before making the plunge AND i wanted to be married in my 30's. I wanted to achieve goals for myself before I commit. That's just me. I was more than fortunate to have someone love me that was more than okay with what I wanted AND he supports me in achieving my goals. I have a feeling I'll be engaged starting at the end of the year to before next summer - that time frame. And we've talked. I made the leap & applied to grad school and got in. It was one of the thing I wanted to do (before marriage) for myself. I'll be done at the end of the year. I've kept this private for now bc of my man's very big & nosy family. They give unsolicited advice, nosy, and are competitive/capable of sabotage. I've never gotten well with his sister. I found her pushy/aggressive. She's calm down but she confronted me last night & said she was "worried" bc we weren't engaged. She pretty much put it on me that I have to be the aggressor & that it makes me look like I have low self-esteem bc I've been with a guy for a long time & not yet engaged. It's annoying bc I wanted it that way. She had her way of things but I didn't judge. For example - she was (and continues) to be the main breadwinner for her & her husband. Some can argue to say that BOTH partners (especially the man) should be able to provide before marriage. Why is she projecting this on me? She pretty much suggested that bc her brother hasn't proposed yet, it means that I have low self worth? |

Question: So sick of husbands constant bad mood? Posted: 07 Jul 2018 02:25 PM PDT It's all the time. He doesn't want to deal with the kids (13 & 12). He can't ever just talk to them it's always just yelling & snapping. Same when he's around me, bad mood and constant snapping. I'm so sick of it. How can I get him to stop? |
Question: I need birthday gift idea for my husband that doesn’t cost anything.? Posted: 07 Jul 2018 12:44 PM PDT |
Question: Question for men...... Will you ever turn down a BJ?? Posted: 07 Jul 2018 11:57 AM PDT For the past four months my husband has been turning down sex and blow jobs. He used to love blow jobs all the time. Road head, morning head, middle of the night sex. Well last night we got into an argument because he didnt want me to wake him up at 2am for a BJ. I have never met a man who didn't want sex. Most complain they don't get it enough. I am wildly attracted to my husband and want him all the time. He just doesn't anymore. |
Posted: 07 Jul 2018 11:48 AM PDT I feel like the only men who will wait until marriage for non religious reasons are desperate men who can't find any other women to be with. Any man that is desirable at all by women will have multiple options. Women live in a fantasy land of narcissism where they think that they are so special that the perfect man will love them for them and wait until marriage because he doesn't want anyone else but me. It's just a form of self masturbation... there are tons of other women out there who are just as nice, just as loving, just as intelligent and just as pretty who would love to have the guy who you hope will wait until marriage to have sex when these other women will offer sexual after 3 dates. You are severely gimping your dating opportunities by thinking this way. Its narcissistic and living in a fantasy land obvious to how many other women out there have just as much if. It more to offer in a relationship than you to a man |

Question: How to tell my parents I’m getting married young and “too soon”? Posted: 07 Jul 2018 10:23 AM PDT I'm marrying my fiancé in November which will us dating for six months and I'm not afraid of my decision because my grandmother (who married in three weeks and lived happily for fourty years) has always told me that when I know I'll just know. However my parents have been emotionally abusive and manipulative my whole life and even at 19 I'm terrified of their reactions. My dad might end up in jail for killing or attacking others or dead for killing himself. What do I do? Should I text them first or just send the save the dates and invitations and wait for their backlash? |
Question: Should I separate from my husband to find myself again and to restore my health.? Posted: 07 Jul 2018 08:02 AM PDT I've been married for almost 10 years now to my highschool sweet heart. We've been together for almost 15 years and we have 3 beautiful kids together from the ages of 2.5 years old to almost 13. I love him and our family together but he is so irresponsible that it causes our family many financial issues as well as causing me health issues. I stayed so long because I wanted to be patient with his growth being that he was only 15 when we got together plus we had our first child at 18. We've been homeless a couple of times... theirs no stability even right now. No matter how much I try to help or be patient nothing seems to be changing. When we got together I was happy abd healthy. Now I've gained over 150 lbs lost 2 babies, have high blood pressure and constantly depressed yet I'm still holding on to the hopes that things will get better for us. He has communication issues and he doesn't handle things in a timely matter. He is a hard worker and I know he loves his family but I just think that he doesn't try hard enough to make things better in our relationship or in his life. I feel like no matter what I do he won't change to better our family. I started to think he doesn't even know what he's really doing. We've moved over 20 times in the past 10 years. I'm afraid of bring a single mom especially with my health issues but I'm also afraid of missing your on life or leaving my kids behind because of not wanting to be here anymore. What should I do?? |
Posted: 07 Jul 2018 07:50 AM PDT He's developed an unhealthy addiction to it. He's not noticing things in his surroundings. He misses meal, doesn't sleep properly, he ignores me, ignores calls from his family. I was away at my parents house for two weeks for a family emergency and he was home with our cats. He didn't even take care of them properly while I was gone. He's usually very responsible with all these things but this video game has completely changed him. Every time me and my family try to talk to him and tell him, he says it's a phase and that he will stop in a few weeks. Apparently this game has a time limit on it and eventually the game ends. Whenever I try to talk to him, he fights with me. He's clearly shows signs of an addiction and is in total denial. What should I do? |
Question: Boyfriend's mother casting doubts on relationship? Posted: 07 Jul 2018 07:23 AM PDT My boyfriend and I were moving in together and we were carrying boxes. His mom caught me alone, and rather than congratulate us, she said "We'll see if you moving in together will work out. It's a big change for both of you". Then she waited for my reaction. Why do you think she would say that? What's the best way to respond? (By the way we are around 40 years old and have been dating 3 years) |
Posted: 07 Jul 2018 05:28 AM PDT It seems inhumane to me. I am not going to ask them for the reasons but they tried so long it seems like someone quitting high school in the last semester. They have been separated before and the uncle used to have a horrible temper but has gotten much better. The wife does not support recovery from mental illness and the husband has been recovering from stuff that caused the anger and he went sober (I think was somewhat of an alcoholic). I can see if they'd been married 5 years then calling it quits as they are not a good match and only married case of money. But after 31 years? It is like someone quitting college last semester. There is no infidelity to my knowledge, just an ignorant wife and moody husband. They have 4 quits and 5 grandkids. They did lose a child at four months old but that was 25 years ago. |
Question: So this is how it is? Posted: 07 Jul 2018 05:24 AM PDT If you are a catholic man attracted to female butts, you can't enjoy sex, even when it's within marriage? There can be no accomodations made for you of any kind, especially if your SO disagrees with positions from behind? If this is the case, does this mean that being attracted to butts is unnatural? |
Question: My husband is obsessed w/ watching me with another M/F Is anyone else’s husband like this? Posted: 07 Jul 2018 01:52 AM PDT We've been together 7 years and it started about a year ago this fantasy of his watching me with another man or woman. But I dont mind playing into his fantasy but I don't want to talk about it every time we have sex.. does anyone else have this problem? I also think he's a addicted to sex, I mean I know I'm good but not that good hahaha but he'll get cranky if he hasn't gotten it in awhile. My sex drive is way lower than his. He hasn't always been like that it's been about. Year since that started too. |

Question: Is it wrong to marry a 48 year old at 18? Posted: 06 Jul 2018 11:54 PM PDT |
Posted: 06 Jul 2018 11:30 PM PDT EdiHow long did it take for the insecurities, fighting, need to control him/her, inability to trust and uncertainty about the relationship to end? |
Posted: 06 Jul 2018 10:55 PM PDT A few men who were already involved with someone else tried cheating on their girlfriends with me. I knew them fairly, but I could already tell they were manipulative, creepy, and evil. There were lots of red flags, and I wasn't even dating them. How do their girlfriends not see the red flags? |
Question: Is this sentence coming from a friend of my husband racist? Posted: 06 Jul 2018 02:51 AM PDT She said this to my husband exactly: "You guys are so international! Look at your brother, he married an asian girl, and look at you now, with your Hungarian wife.. Oh! And where did your ex come from? Turkey?" He didn't really respond, neither did I, however both of us felt a little embarrassed. Why does she need to bring race in this? Are we too sensitive? |
Posted: 03 Jul 2018 05:38 PM PDT He weighed like 350 pounds a few years ago when he asked me out. He had started working out but I really didn't think he'd stick with it and get fit but he's lost over 150 pounds and is really ripped and muscular and REALLY hot now. I should have given him the benefit of the doubt when he asked me out :( |
