On a Chinese dating site I get interest notifications and messages all the time. American girls on the other hand often seem scared of or turned off by me, don't want to speak with me and on dating sites I am lucky to get even one response from a message that I send. Needless the say, I'm dropping them altogether and looking to date only an Asian woman. Why such a huge difference? Am I the only guy who has had this experience? |

A few months ago she asked about me coming to counseling with her cause she didn't know how to talk to me about stuff (keep in mind we've known each other for 2 years and dated around 10 months by that point). A month goes by and she decides to break up and work on her depression by herself, but after a week went by wanted to get back together. Today (a month and half since breakup) she orders these books and videos about marriage and pre-marriage counseling for $76 (she only got me an album on iTunes for my 21st birthday cause she said she didn't have a lot of money she could spend which was fine, but today said $76 wasn't a lot). Am I wrong for feeling like if we always have to turn to a third party or something else to solve problems that she doesn't talk to me about now it will be tough to go through life? |

I begged, I gained 12lbs... but I'm back to my usual self now, and accepted the fact that he won't come back. I'm losing the weight I gained and am working in improving my career. People used to say I should just forget about it, that he won't ever come back under our circumstances; but I was a good girlfriend --I was loyal and I treated him like royalty. I just got lost after the breakup... it was very bad, but... why/how could Miley get him back after she got on the right path again? My mistake was that I basically got depressed after the breakup, I just wanted to cry, isolate myself and talk to him nonstop... I know it's wrong, but I can't wrap my head around how is what I did worse than other couples that get past cheating, drugs, etc? A few months after the breakup, there was a possibility for reconciliation... but that's when I became more inpatient and flat out annoying. I know he loved me and he probably still does, he's just thinking that it's not a good idea to be together, that we are not a good match. And I'm also sure that his family and friends would totally advice against getting back with "a psycho" like me... now Im the crazy ex after I was the one he was lucky to have because I treated him like nobody else did :( |

When we first started dating, I was going through a depressed phase and she basically brought me out of it, so I'm kind of emotionally attached to her. She's still madly in love with me, but I'm not so much with her. She's a bit emotionally unstable and has anxiety attacks over the smallest things, and her grades tank when she does. She cares a lot about grades and stuff because she wants to go to MIT when she's older, so if I were to break up with her, wouldn't want to do it during the school year. I guess the fact of the matter is, I've fallen "out of love" with her. I feel like I should break up with her, but I don't know if I should do it now, over this summer, or when I go to college in 2 years (graduating high school in 2019). She's also said that she'd probably kill herself if I ever left her, so that's something that keeps going through my mind. Quite often when she leaves to go back to work, when we are talking she of course says bye, cya later, but has like a giggle laugh after saying so. 5. She instantly started to talk with me when i came into the break room yesterday and then she moved to use the computer to sit next to me when i sat at the computer instead of with her at the table during lunch. She hardly did anything on the computer but talk with me and almost forgot to punch off her lunch. I honestly think shes into me but want to hear from others, what do you think? How should i go about a co-worker possibly liking me? |

| Question: I think my boyfriend is an alcoholic? Posted: 04 Oct 2017 06:29 PM PDT Not sure if this is the right section to post this but i don't know where else to go. I've been with my bf for nearly 2 years and it's been absolutely amazing, there's never been a time where I haven't enjoyed being with him... Until recently, he's seemed kind of distant, not with me but in general. I haven't really thought anything about it because our relationship hasn't changed at all, he's still the same with me but other times he just looks so depressed. I've also noticed that over the past few months he's started drinking more, like he'll stop by the liquor store pretty every day when he comes home and he'll usually make himself a few drinks before bed. I haven't really brought it up to him because i don't want to start anything but i'm concerned. It's gotten to the point now where I've literally caught him drinking in secrecy because he doesn't want me to know about it. He's even come home so drunk he couldn't even talk before... I just don't know what to say. I'm worried he might be becoming an alcoholic. What should i do? Also, i should say that he's never gotten violent with me before because of drinking just in case anyone is concerned about that. He's the most gentle guy i've ever met. |

He questions me alot because he doesn't trust me. I have this drawings app where guys will sometimes message me and I'll respond back but that's it and I'll always tell him about it. I don't flirt with them but I'll say thanks if they compliment my picture or skills. He doesn't like this and sees it as an act of betrayal. Once I gave him access to my account on this drawing app and he quit my games with whom ever he thought was a dude. This pissed me off because if he asked me to resign a game I would do it but he just does as he pleases (plus I had called it quits with him during that time anyways) so I took away the password. I have my limits. I've never given my contact info out or flirt with any random. I just get so fed up that my guy is always questioning me and accusing me of cheating on him when I never have, these accusations started way before me even using the app. He picks fights for nothing (this has been going on for months) when all I want to do is a have a normal conversation, I guess that's what leads me to respond to guys. I love him and I only want him but he doesn't change and puts all the blame on me. He questions me about other men allllll the time and sometimes the questions are so absurd and invasive that I'll end up calling him a creep (which he finds so offensive yet he calls me names too). |
