Posted: 02 Oct 2017 04:14 PM PDT Please remember I am human and totally understand the marriage values and not at all interested cheating on husband but this is just different feeling. I see him at my work during meetings only. both of us looked at each other and thats it! I have no idea what happened! we had connection. he knows I am married and I think he also doesn't know what to do...my colleagues are noticing this so its getting awkward now. Posted: 02 Oct 2017 04:10 PM PDT My brother and sister in law and their 4 kids are moving back to NY (where we all grew up) after he had the option to transfer cities with his job. About 3 days before the final move my sister in law surprisingly says "i want a divorce" so my brother brought the 4 kids up to NY anyway and left her in South Carolina. My questions are: Is he breaking any laws by having them in NY? (Like kidnapping) And is this abandonment on her part? And if they do get divorced? The custody battle will be a mess? It s a sticky situation. My brother doesn t technically have a residence yet...he is living with my mom temporarily for a month or so til he gets settled... |

Question: Why aren't women cooking for their husbands nowadays? Posted: 02 Oct 2017 03:47 PM PDT If I had a husband, I would take care of him, cook for him everyday and keep the house clean. I have female friends who don't cook for their husbands at all. I keep hearing from many women how they don't find cooking or taking care of their husband as part of their duties. Why don't women want to cook for their husbands anymore? |
Question: Is there a way to cohabitate in Arkansas or do I have to go through the court? Posted: 02 Oct 2017 03:10 PM PDT I have been divorced for a little over a year now and we have joint custody of our 2 young boys under the age of 5. I am currently in a relationship almost for a year now and we are wanting to move to the next step; which is living together. Per my decree it states that I am unable to cohabitate with the opposite sex on my weeks of custody. I asked my ex husband if he would be ok and I have it in text that he agrees to it but he will not sign a paper agreement that I had made because I don't trust him and don't want it to be used against me to try and take my kids away. Is there a way I can request my ex to sign through the court system to make it legal? I feel like my life has been put on hold due to my ex's selfishness and i'm not sure what to do and I can't really afford to take him to court over something so small over and over again. |
Posted: 02 Oct 2017 01:49 PM PDT We have been together 2 years, just got engaged. He does have photos of us all over his social media and people know we are together, BUT he doesn't want me to be his friend on Facebook or Instagram. I feel like he's hiding something, am I overreacting? I don't know if I want to enter a marriage where i feel like someone is behind dishonest and hiding things. Advice? |
Question: How can I approach my husband about a settlement? Posted: 02 Oct 2017 12:59 PM PDT I ended up kicking my husband out after I got into an argument with his friend because his friend was attacking me about how I hamdle our relationship. In other words he didn't agree that my husband had me used to letting me know his whereabouts. He even said that I take advantage of his love towards me to take control of him and much more. Through all this my husband never thought to stop his friend. Instead, he agreed with everything that he said. I felt totally disrespected because he went as far as to say that one day they were drinking one day and my husband's, daughter's mother passed by and they didn't say hi to each other. Basically he was implying that, that is how shook I have him. Anyway, I was furious at all this and I ended up hitting him which I know I was wrong for doing but I felt so enraged that not one he defended me nor our relationship. He ended up hitting me back and obviously I know that is the perfect reason why to never be together again. But I'm left with a mortgage that I can't afford plus other bills and I need to speak to him about how we will settle. Should I wait a while or should I reach him immidiately to speak about all this because he also has my and my kids health insurance cards with him? |
Question: Why do people say to move on after an ex cheated and doesn't want you? Posted: 02 Oct 2017 12:46 PM PDT Why do people in general situations about exes say "move on"? Honestly what does that mean except "ignore that it happened" I have done that for a while at it worked because I focused on other things that interest and cause growth in me. But now I have thought about the ex again and I know what a valuable person they were and probably still are and I start to miss them (not as painful as it was months ago but I still value them) |
Question: He lied about the last time he had slept with someone? Posted: 02 Oct 2017 12:15 PM PDT My husband and I have been together for almost 2 years. When we first starting dating he told me he hadn't slept with anyone in 2 years, maybe longer due to a really terrible break up and being reluctant to get out there again. Just recently I saw a chat with a friend of his that was a few months before we had started dating saying how he was seeing two girls at once and he found out that the girl he was f'n had a boyfriend. This is all kinda odd to me that he would lie about the last time he had slept with someone since I was honest in telling him I was with someone 3 months before we started dating. I feel really upset that he would blaintly lie to me so early on in our relationship when I wouldn't have cared. How do I deal? |

Question: What do I do about a husband that throws fits and runs off? Posted: 02 Oct 2017 10:43 AM PDT I've been married for 32 years. My husband has always had a temper, but within the last 10 years he's started running off. He left for a year and a half and then wanted to reconcile. Before that, one time he was gone 2 years. During this last bout I started going to church. I've been happy and at peace. Well, last night he threw a fit over what I fixed for dinner. It was pasta and meat sauce with green beans. He threw a fit, said it was unhealthy.. he refused to eat it. He threw away my cook book, he cursed me out, leaves for work then comes back and apologizes. I've been torn up inside ever since. I'm afraid he will leave again. I can't take much more of this I'm too old for this. I've really been trying hard to make him happy. My grow children came over later and ate the meal and really praised and enjoyed it. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks. |
Question: Wife feels I don't love her anymore because we haven't had sex in a while? Posted: 02 Oct 2017 10:16 AM PDT We have been caught up in our own lives . Infact she is the one who has been more busy and preoccupied since starting the new job . She used to be so irritable and tired , so I let her have her space and rest . I tried helping her with the chores but she wants to do most of the stuff herself . At the end of the day , she wanted to sleep so I let her rest . So it's been about a month of almost no sex and scarce intimacy , mostly because she had been exhausted on her new job but she is projecting it on me , that I don't care , I don't love her like before , had I found her attractive I would have wanted to have sex with her but I didn't initiate any intimacy . I tried to reason with her , that she seemed so tired all the time , hence I didn't disturb her but she has read it all wrong . We have been married for two years and the frequency was up till several times a week , more over the weekends and yes , I initiated it 9 out of 10 times but then for the past one month , she seemed so off that I didn't want to pester her . She is still mad at me . What should I do |
Question: Once chew is packaged how long before it expires? Posted: 02 Oct 2017 09:28 AM PDT I found a few empty cans of chew and my hubby says he quit several months ago. How can I estimate how old the cans are if they expire next month? How many months shelf life do they have? |
Question: Can you love someone but not be physically attracted to them? Posted: 02 Oct 2017 09:19 AM PDT My husband and my's sex life has suffered a lot this year. We've only done it once. Some 15 years ago when we first met I weighted about 100 lbs and I'm 5'6" This was even through my first marriage and 2 kids. My husband has always been attracted to slender women. He told me that when we first met. Well, I was always the skinny girl in school and even through my years in the military so when I finally started gaining weight I liked how I looked. Now I'm up to about 160 and I think I look nice. My husband, however, hasn't touched me but once this year. I cornered him yesterday and asked him what the problem was because I was wanting sex but he wasn't making any moves. He said he's been telling me for years to cut back but he said I didn't listen. He told me he still loved me and enjoyed doing things with me but he's not physically attracted to me anymore. I shouldn't have to lose weight and get back down to a certain size for him to find me desirable because there are plenty of men who like a thick woman. Can you be in love with someone but not physically attracted to them? |
Question: Does he truly care for me since he hasn't left me? Posted: 02 Oct 2017 08:14 AM PDT Boyfriend (30) chased after a woman for a LONG time, gave her his number, and insisted she call for more than a month. She finally did (they spoke almost everyday for 2 weeks until early morning hours), and after never mentioning he had a gf, she confessed to liking him and he told her he felt the same way and knew she felt something for him too. He then confessed he had a gf after weeks of hiding this and only told her when he felt pressured. He said, "I like her a lot but the way I see it I am not married, and even tho I have a gf I don't want to marry her so I talk to pretty girls cuz you never know. I'm not a cheater." She was shocked, told him he knew all along exactly what he was doing while she didn't and told him not to contact her anymore. (texts) Why not just leave me if he doesn't see a future with me, but sees a possible future wife with other girls he talks to? Does he stay with me because he truly likes me more than everyone else? People say men never leave their gf/wives for other women because they love them and the OW is nothing but a play thing. I'm with him because I have very strong feelings for him and I've been told that if he really felt nothing for me he would have already left me a long time ago...but he stays. He's CHOOSING to stay with me even though he's young & free to leave me for anyone else. He has lots of female options, but he didn't even leave me for this girl. It has to be because he truly likes me, no? **Apparently sex is cheating to him. Not emotional cheating like he was doing. What was the goal with this chick if he wasn't even planning on having sex with her? YOU ALL HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA HOW MUCH YOU'VE HELPED ME. NO IDEA. |
Question: What is your secret to a happy marriage/relationship when two people are very different? Posted: 02 Oct 2017 05:20 AM PDT Quality time vs time spent in the same house doing separate things. Daily? Once a week? What is your idea of quality time and how do you manage when one is an alcoholic and must drink 7 nights a week in order to enjoy life? Should the sober one sit back and ignore it and allow their partner to be who they are and just go with the flow or find people and events that are similar to them instead? On nights spent home, do you take up a hobby that you can both enjoy or go about your own thing? What makes for a good marriage/relationship in your opinion? We all need our space but how often should we expect to do our own thing without question? Are you on either end of a life-long relationship? Spending quality time during the day would be a solution but work gets in the way lol |

Posted: 02 Oct 2017 02:17 AM PDT My wife pushed me to the breaking point, I wanted to work on our marriage after her affair but she shut down on me and told me she needed a break to figure herself out and what she wants. We have three beautiful children, a dog, and a home together after years of being stuck with our parents. How do I get her back? |

Question: If you get married do you have to wear a ring? Posted: 02 Oct 2017 12:29 AM PDT |
Posted: 01 Oct 2017 10:08 AM PDT Why would I get married and pay for her welfare when I know she could decide to leave and take all my belongings with her at any moment? Why are there not laws in place that prevent this? Don't people realize this is one of the main reasons millennials aren't getting married as often? Women being favored in every single way? You really think a woman would agree to marry a guy who works hard and earns his own money, that makes it clear he doesn't want to lose it all to her? It's one of the reasons women even get married, to be taken care of and leech off her husband. This is more than just a legal issue, it's a social issue. Bad attitude? What? I just don't want to work for 10+ years of my life and lose it all over the course of a few months, and more. Women are forced to work thanks to feminism, anon. You can thank the liberal feminazis like Anita Sarkeesian for that, for not being able to put all their time into raising kids and maintaining the home. |

Question: Do I need permission from my husband to hang out with friends or do things? Posted: 30 Sep 2017 10:07 PM PDT My husband had a HS girlfriend cheat on him with her ex decades ago. He has not dated many girls, but he very insecure and jealous of any guy who talks to me. I do not get along with women much, so most of my best friends are guys and have always been (he wont change me or that and I made that clear). I hang out with a neighbor who is divorced with a child who he has no contact with. He is very nice to me and my kids and we have no attraction to each other (he has actually told me he might be gay now). I wanted to invite him to hang out last night because he is new to the city and has very little friends. My husband blew a gasket and accused me of "having an affair with him". I told my friend this and we ended up having drinks later on w/the male friend/neighbor and my friend told my husband "look dude, you can stop accusing me of having an affair with her because I dont want your woman, now drop it". My husband looked embarrassed, but we both are sick of his accusations. He also forces me to "get permission" to hang out with any friend (male or female) or to do anything and I am not allowed to go out of town without him. What is his problem? None of my friends have this issue. He also tries to kick me out of my house (my family bought it for us as a gift) and said its "his house, his rules" I am a middle aged woman, the guy neighbor who I hang out with is only 2 years younger. He told me I should not take orders from him. |
