Question: Does he have a reason to be upset and mad? Posted: 03 Apr 2016 09:52 PM PDT My boyfriend and I got married four months after dating. We knew each other for eight months though. We went to vegas one day and got married. I was 19 and he was 22. I ended up telling my parents and they went mad. I was pregnant at the time and ended up losing the baby. I new everything was a mistake and this person may not be for me because I didnt even know him yet since we were only dating for four months. I thought it was not time yet to get married. I wanted to focus on school, etc. etc. So, I annulled the marriage because I wanted time to just date him. he now resents me but is still with me because he loves me very much. Should I be mad at him for being mad at me or try to understand him better? |
Question: Help me my life spiraled outta control!? Posted: 03 Apr 2016 09:17 PM PDT So my soon to be ex-husband was hitting me, pushing me, he even held a gun to me....I contacted a divorce attorney and I started dating my good friend. He was consoling me and gave me the strength to file for divorce. Well we had several sexual encounters before the divorce my ex-husband found out and shot my boyfriend. He is out of the Operating Room and is in critical but stable condition. I really love him and I don't know how to justify this happening to him....I really hate myself for getting my boyfriend shot. |

Question: Is a second marriage allowed in the Sikh religion in the USA? Posted: 03 Apr 2016 08:15 PM PDT Me and my boyfriend have been together for a while now and we want to get married however I am a Hispanic woman who doesn't know much about the Indian culture and Sikh religion and my boyfriend was previously married to an Indian woman. They got divorced but I'm concerned because I don't know if the Indian culture/religion even allows second marriages in cases like this. Is there any special procedures to take prior to marrying him or can I not marry him? Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks. |
Question: Are you kind to your step dads ex wife's family? Posted: 03 Apr 2016 08:06 PM PDT |
Posted: 03 Apr 2016 07:56 PM PDT It's not like people are going to think less of you for living together than they are in knowing you're on your 5th spouse. Sinful vs. stupid? Is it so you can go to church and not be known publicly as living in sin? Are the pastor and deacons doing courthouse records searches to see if you 'tied the knot?' Couldn't you just say 'common law marriage' to satisfy their gossip tree? God hates divorce and considers it adultery. How is involving the govt AGAIN helping matters? Marriage is a religious institution before God. I couldn't care less about what you or your government thinks about my personal relationships. The great patriarchs of the Old Testament didn't jump through any courthouse hoops. If the woman moved into their tent, they were married. It was totally common law, known in the community as a married couple. Paperwork doesn't keep someone around. It's undone in a matter of weeks if uncontested. Lawyer billboard ads say 'Divorce - $45' plus filing fee. |
Question: My boyfriend is Married? Posted: 03 Apr 2016 07:41 PM PDT I met a married police officer off Craigslist. Turns out that he's married. We're just getting to know each other, so it kinda sucks. I asked him straight out why he's looking elsewhere, he said that there is no passion at home and that his wife even told him that she's not in love anymore. He's tried counseling, vacations etc. But it hasn't worked, allegedly. Am I wrong to want a relationship with him? |
Question: Can an 18 year old girl make a good house wife and mother? Posted: 03 Apr 2016 05:02 PM PDT We talked about it and she said yes she's not going to college or anything So might as well marry her straight out of high school then ? She says its normal for girls in our Vietnamese culture to get married and start a family that early in the rural areas I'll teach her English then she'll come over here Financially we'll be fine I make more than enough to provide and support and have property assets for side income too If I decide to open my own private clinic in the future she can help with that and be my secretary .Thats what we agreed But I'm wondering if she would make a good wife and mother or not cause she's only just turned 18 and graduating high school this year and I've known her for 8 months now we have a 10 year age gap between us Where she's from its normal for girls to get married and start families that early but not here in Canada We might be from the same race ethnic background speak same language but we grew up in different countries and cultures so I'm wondering if this will work or not or wait till she's a little older ? So far from what I've seen despite being young she's better and out classed all the other women I've met and dated back in Canada all my exes she blew them out of the water which is why I like her |
Question: I cheated on my husband and he forgave me? Posted: 03 Apr 2016 03:49 PM PDT I am 32 years old and my husband and I have been married for 8 years and have two children together. Sex with my husband has never been what I would like it to be. He has a problem where he cannot last more than a minute. His penis is very small as well. I have been very interested in my boss he has tried to tae me out as well. I have been loyal to my husband until last week. I guess it is my fault in that I didn't experiment enough in my younger age however I wanted to be with my boss. I have never been with a black guy before and I was very curious. I told my husband that I had an affair with him. After talking it over he forgave me and we are still together. I don't want to lose my husband but my boss made me feel like I have never felt in my life. I am upset because I don't want to lose my husband but he isn't satisfying me anymore. I don't know what to do. |

Question: Girls, do you still like traditional roles in a marriage?!? Posted: 03 Apr 2016 12:34 PM PDT Would this still be your ideal marriage: While the husband is working bringing in a lot of money would you still want to be the mum at home, doing the cooking and looking after the kids. Would you still dream of having a husband who is a handsome, romantic, loving man, who also provides financially and lives in a palace etc. |

Question: Should I feel guilty about having an affair? Posted: 03 Apr 2016 11:53 AM PDT I'm 56 years old and married to a 55 year old woman who doesn't want to touch me. She doesn't like me to touch her either. She's a good person. She does a lot of things for me. She's loyal....As far as I know. She has no interest in sex. She's disabled. She can't work so she depends on me for everything she needs. If I left her, her life would terrible .I can't do that to her. I still want sex. I can't seem to resist flirting with women. I meet women everywhere I go, who seem to be interested in me. Some of them are as young as 18! I meet women at the supermarket who want to talk to me. I meet lots of young cashiers who receive my compliments with favor. I haven't tried to boing any of these women who expressed interest in me yet. I think that most of them....Especially the very young ones, would not want to get involved with a married man. That's why I haven't tried to take it to the next level. But I think I can find a woman who would be OK with a discreet affair. Should I feel guilty if I did it? |
Question: Y am I in this situation? Posted: 03 Apr 2016 11:21 AM PDT Long story short. I caught my wife setting last yr. I saw a text in her phone where the guy was like "I bet this big dick can make u feel better" . And she replied with alot of emojis. We talked about it and she assured me it was a mistake it was nothing and she vowed to do whatever it took to make it right. We was in a good place in out marriage and I still dnt know Wut made her do it. So that same night she gave me oral like I couldn't have imagined. That was pretty short lived. Now everytime I want sex she say not tonight and we even sed we will just have sex on off days only. Which is twice a week. But everytime she tells me no, her affair with those texts put me in a ****** up place. I get to thinking, it's seem so easy to tell me no, but it seemed so easy for the other guy to get the kind of response I want when I send a text like that or make reference to sex. It replays over and over and imagining me more angry because I never knew Wut made her do it. The only explanation I got is that she didn't know y. I have always thought the sex was good as she always have an orgasm and I'm more in tuned to her wants and needs and I feel like mine are being overlooked |
Question: My husband is divorcing me for another man?? Will he ever look back and regret it? Posted: 03 Apr 2016 11:05 AM PDT y husband came home told me he didn't want to be married anymore. He then told me he has been talking to someone he met at a bar for 2 and a half months. She gave him a choice and he chose her. I am 6 months pregnant and we also have a 2 year old. We have only been married for a year and he told me the reason for his unhappiness was because I forgot to pay a bill here and there and do the laundry. I was sick 6-10 times a day while being pregnant. I feel like he is just making up excuses. Has anyone's husbands ever regretted leaving their marriages for the " grass is greener syndrome" and will this affair last between the two of them? I am having a hard time moving on.... |
Question: I still have feelings for an ex boyfriend, I'm married? Posted: 03 Apr 2016 10:48 AM PDT I absolutely fell in love when I was 17 and dated my best friend for a good 3 years before I left for college. We tried it out, long distance for 6 months before both of us decided that the separation was too much and ended up breaking things off. A few months later he was dating again so I decided to try dating too. That's when I met my husband. He was sweet and kind and he was a really good friend. He persisted that we get married and even though I still had feelings for my ex I agreed anyways. its been 2 years since then and I still don't picture my husband when music plays. I recently talked to my ex because we stayed really good friends after everything and he confessed he still couldn't get me out of his mind and he loved me even now and would wait for me if I decided that I wanted him instead of my husband. I really wish he didn't say that and I cry a lot because now I know. Nothing will ever happen because he is 2,000 miles away and I'm far too loyal. I named my dog after him (well his nick name) and my husband has no idea about my feelings. I do love my husband, but not in the way I should. My husband also claimed the reason he is alive is because of me and that makes me hesitate to say anything because I know he loves me. I just need advice on how to handle this. I don't want to just drop my ex out of my life because he has been my best friend since we were little kids. but some advice would be great. |
Question: Should I leave my wife? Posted: 03 Apr 2016 10:05 AM PDT |
Question: Does this sound like a controlling relationship ? Please help, Thanks.? Posted: 03 Apr 2016 09:55 AM PDT When I asked my husband could he send me some money, He asked me what was wrong, And that I can talk to him. I told him I wanted to get my nails done and buy some stuff. He said something about my nails and other guys. When I was trying to understand what he was talking about I had to correct myself by saying yes. He asked me why I saying his name the was saying it and I said I was sorry and he said okay. When he signed me up for the military health insurance, I told him I wanted to switch doctors and he asked why ? I told him and he said its the perfect location because of where I live. We do have separate accounts, he sends me money every month. He's overseas until October of this year. He's mentioned to me before that I should change up on my clothing appearance, he said I need to stop wearing tight clothes (which I don't wear). He does like to drink, When I was on my way to work yesterday, He didn't want to get off the phone with me because he was drunk. I asked him over the phone why does he like to give me a hard time or etc, He says he tries not to. He's in the military. He served in the Marines and now he's a Sgt. in the Army. |
Question: How do you handle a lying husband? Posted: 03 Apr 2016 09:50 AM PDT My husband lies to me...constantly, and about both bigger and smaller things. For example, when he came back from Afghanistan (he was military and deployed), he sent my ex-husband a facebook message bragging about having met the Redskins cheerleaders who were in Iraq to boost the moral of the soldiers. My ex immediately sent me the message and I know my husband would never have come clean if I hadn t found out. Other things he s lied about is smoking. He came home from work stinking of cigarette smoke and told me that it was because he was hanging out with guys who were smoking; which would have been understandable had the smoke smell not been on his breath. After I questioned him, he finally confessed that he had smoked. Btw, he s not a smoker; he said he smoked one because of stress . He always has a story whenever he s caught in a lie and his stories range from somewhat believable to outlandish and outrageous. We ve been married for seven years and I don t really want to end things but how in the world can I stay with someone that can t be trusted? The worst part is, when I question what he says, he gets angry because I don t immediately believe me and says I should just trust him because he doesn t like anymore . I really need advice. What would you do? Sorry about the grammar here. In the last paragraph, I meant to say he gets mad at me every time I don't immediately believe him whenever he tells me anything. He claims he doesn't lie anymore. |
Posted: 03 Apr 2016 09:33 AM PDT I KNOW I POSTED THIS THE OTHER DAY. I would just like to say that I am NOT immature and only looking forward to the wedding. I think it would be awesome getting to live with your best friend and see them every morning and night. And getting to find a home and have kids and go on trips together. And i do know it wont always be perfect. My grandparents were married 51 years and perfect together, but idk I don't think I'll ever find someone who wants to love me forever. I am high strung, a little vain, and not as smart as others. I have a good heart but that's it. :/ I feel like its so hard to "fit" with someone. People have so many different opinions and views and interests, and even if you have something in common, theres probably 100 things you don't. I don't get how two people can be compatible enough to be together forever, Which things are deal breakers and which aren't? Its a beautiful thought, but it seems like a fantasy for me. Wanted stories of your happy marriage or nice stories of some? |

Question: Do you think this is gross? Posted: 03 Apr 2016 09:09 AM PDT My husband wants to have a foursome with his brothers s sister in law but we only will be having sex with each other while my brother in law and sister are having sex on the same bed. I find this to be uncomfortable he wants us to spice up our marriage. Our sex life has been great and I'm not complaining but he finds out routine to be boring his brother and his wife are in agreement to do it what should I do? |
Question: How do I keep the secret much longer? Posted: 03 Apr 2016 09:00 AM PDT I and my husband were trying to conceive a child for a few years and I decided I didn't want to hit the age 35 without a child so my gay friend give me some of his sperm. I managed to get pregnant and it has been great seeing how happy my husband is being a dad. Now we're trying for a second child and I feel guilty, the doctor said my husband was infertile and my husband's mother said I clearly was having an affair the first time round. My husband has fell out with his parents for accusing me of cheating and now I feel rotten. No he doesn't. |
Question: Court order belongings not shared, what to do? Posted: 03 Apr 2016 08:49 AM PDT My fiance is legally divorced for 11 months. The court order was for him to take only his belongings and give her the title of the older car which was their agreement. Long story short. He never got his belongings back! and he went with a police to take his car that we are paying the loan for ( she wanted to keep that car even is not on her name)... He never gave it to her the title and he never got his belongings back! Ex wife would cal and text him in any time of the day, but majority of the night, saying she wants to have sex with him, he was a bad man, she wanted a title back and that she will file court paper in order to take the title back. But in those text massages she admits that she has his stuff too! Now he did receive a letter from her laywer to send the title to his laywer so she'll take the title back. We dont want to take a laywer because he didn't do much for us and we payed big money for nothing. What should my fiance do to take his personal belongings from her? Just to mention, she was selling his valuable stuff to mutual friends too... |
Question: Where do I find a professional journal about women who kill abusing husbands? Posted: 03 Apr 2016 08:48 AM PDT I need to write a paper but I have to include two professional journal references and I have no idea where to find it. |
Question: Why do people cheat? Posted: 03 Apr 2016 08:27 AM PDT I want to know why people cheat because I was reading this article about a woman who cheated on his army husband with 60 plus men, and now she's homeless because the husband divorced her. So why do some people cheat? |
Question: Wife does not want to have children anymore, but I do.? Posted: 03 Apr 2016 08:23 AM PDT I am writing this more for therapeutic reasons more than anything else. I am 35 soon to be 36, and have been with my wife for approx. 9 years. Married for close to 4 years. So obviously I am ready to make that next step. Obviously, we had this conversation before we got married and we were on the same page. We both wanted to have children when we were ready. We did actually start trying but have been unsuccessful and had three miscarriages. These were extremely difficult for my wife. I could not completely understand what she was going through, but I did try to support her the best I could. I often tried to convince her to see a doctor but she has been unwilling. Now, she does not want to have children at all. She has her reasons stating she does not want to be tied down to kids, feels she is not responsible enough, financial reasons (she does not make much money),and feels this would kill her. She does also suffer from depression. I feel like I was cheated. Am I wrong to feel this way? I know this little write up is very limited in information, but I still can not help to feel this way. I know that the miscarriages may also have a part into this, but she did not use it in her reasoning. I make more than enough to support us, but do understand that she wants to have some financial freedom. Now I feel like I am in a dilemma. I am 35 and do not want to start over again. We both love each other. That is what makes this difficult. I feel completely lost. |
Posted: 03 Apr 2016 08:16 AM PDT I mean like a flirty babydoll nightie or chemise or maybe even a sexy lacy bra and panty set ? I have secretly tried on a few of these things and they actually fit fairly well and feel kind of fun |

Question: Why does it effect a marriage when a couple keeps on having more and more kids? Posted: 03 Apr 2016 07:34 AM PDT I live in Kansas City, Kansas. Sometimes my family and I drive out to Manhattan, KS to visit my brother who's studying at K-State University. Whenever we drive to Manhattan, we pass through a small town called Saint Marys, KS. My dad actually knows a few people there, just a few friends. From what my dad has shared with me, his friends tell him that the town is dominated by large Catholic families who are very cultish, belonging to a traditional Catholic organization that rejects the modern Catholic Church. Sometimes we stop in Saint Marys along the way to Manhattan to eat at a restaurant we like called Froggy's. Whenever we eat there, we always see large Catholic families with 8 or more kids at the restaurant. One time we saw a family of 14 kids at the restaurant! Both of my parents have said to each other in their conversations the following: "I'm sure their marriages have a lot of serious issues" or "I'm sure those kids are neglected" Why does it effect a marriage when a couple keeps on having more and more kids? |

Normally I don t really care cuz I know people do it ...it s whatever... BUT!! Why is he doing this... |
Posted: 03 Apr 2016 01:10 AM PDT I never said the ex would be honest or agree to talk. I said SEEK an honest opinion. I've known plenty of honest men who will say in retrospect, "She didn't do anything wrong. I was the dog who cheated" or something to that effect. Like any evaluation of a witness to the events, the listener has to decide who is more credible if stories conflict and make a judgement call. Too many divorces happen because people enter into them too casually and make bad judgement calls as to who is worthy. |
Posted: 03 Apr 2016 12:05 AM PDT He decided to follow his parents wishes and got an are aged marriage. Thing is he only entered the marriage half-heartedly as there was another girl in the picture. He did not pursue the other girl for anything more than sex. But the other girl is a a very decent well resorted 'good girl' . He never had sex with the other girl. The other girl in fact is a virgin. Now the marred guy is with his wife. Will he feel like he missed out and such a good girl? Will he think of the I get woman (the one whom he never had?) |

Question: Do you think a marriage where they strongly disagree on children and religion will last? Posted: 02 Apr 2016 10:50 PM PDT |
Question: How should I handle this ? Posted: 02 Apr 2016 10:40 PM PDT My husband, a few years ago, had a toe amputated by diabetes. He sometimes staggers as if he is drunk, and it truly is embarrassing to where I hate to be out in public with him. he is very manipulative ( I have discussed this before here) and so when i tell him I want to stay home,he gets mad and pouts and buys stuff he doesn't need and cannot really afford. Then gets mad at me for it. (It is called "gaslighting." He is passive-aggressive.So, when I tell him he is embarrassing me, he looks at me,wounded, and says I need to quit worrying about what others think. Should I smile and tell people he is drunk, just to get even with him, or what should i do ? |
Posted: 02 Apr 2016 11:39 AM PDT I'm an 18 year old girl. I want a boyfriend so badly. I want someone to love me, hold me, spend time with me, tell me I'm beautiful (and mean it), and someone I can be there for and he can be there for me. However, I feel like guys my age are so stupid. There are so many times I've found a cute guy and I think he really likes me, but I find out all he really wants is to get in bed with me. It really hurts. I want someone who wants to be in a relationship and doesn't just want sex. I want to know he's committed to me and wants me for a lot more than that. I don't feel like most guys I've met are like that, but I know they're out there because I see other people with them. Where do I find a guy like that? I've thought about going after older guys. They seem to be more mature and want more than just a one night stand. I wouldn't want anyone older than 30. Is this a good idea? Why or why not? I put this in marriage/divorce because I think people here would know where to find a guy who wants a real relationship. I'm fine with sex. I just don't want to have a one night stand. I want to have a relationship (and sex) with a guy who wants me for more than just the sex I said I want a guy who JUST wants sex. Sex can be involved, but I want him to want me and not JUST sex. I want him to stay with me after we have sex. I want him to want to spend time with me, be committed to me, and care about me (and me for him). That does not mean I'm against having sex. It means I don't want a guy who wants me for sex and nothing else *don't want a guy who JUST wants sex |
Question: When I was little my dad abused my mom because, she didn't want to have sex with him ? Posted: 02 Apr 2016 10:44 AM PDT I do know that she was raped before she married him, and I think this was why she was afraid to engage in sexual acts again. What are your thoughts on this ? What do you think she should have done ? My mom has had a lot of bad things happen to her, and she is actually in a mental hospital due to being born with schizophrenia. I just wish I could help her, and make her feel more happy even with her problems. Peiro- Yeah, I'm not sure, but I think it started after they were married. |
Question: Is this rude extremely irritated? Posted: 02 Apr 2016 09:47 AM PDT I'm trying to write a paper for a class & my mother has music BLARING to the point the house is shaking & my ears actually hurt!!! I've asked her numerous times to please turn it down as I'm trying to write my paper & she completely ignores me. My ears are literally popping that's how loud it is. I'm really pi*sed off & find it to be extremely rude that she's doing this. My ears really hurt & are popping. I'm honestly about to cuss her out which I've never done before but I feel it's so disrespectful What do I do?!? |
