She is mad because she feels I was favored by our mother, now deceased. As a teen I did manipulate her a lot, but I am 41 now and the teen years are ancient. My sister is 37. What do I do? She is my only sister and I want her to love me. I have one brother and he is close to me as are his wife and kids, but this other sister won't let her three kids around me and the few times I have met them they act shy and scared so I assume they hear stuff. Any thoughts?

Alright, before some of you go all "you're a spoiled brat", she's not even my maid. She's my grandma's maid and I'm staying at my grandma's house (I'm a 16 year old guy). All the maid does for me, is clean dishes when i cook (which is once a week and it's just a pan), and she does my laundry once a week or sometimes 2 weeks. That's it. I don't ask her to do ANYTHING else because I wanna be left alone. (Note: I ask her to do these 2 things because grandma tells me to let the maid do them instead) She keeps coming near me, trying to show me her *** and acting like it's unintentional, she won't stop talking to me when im busy studying, and she follows me EVERYWHERE I GO. It's ridiculous! She tries so hard to get physically close to me. The other day, as I was cooking, I left the kitchen to get something. Immediately, she rushes to my cooking spot and puts her phone and cup of coffee there OUT OF ALL POSSIBLE PLACES, and leaves waiting for me to go back to the kitchen, so she can "go get her cup of coffee and phone" and have an excuse to get close to me. I noticed that and I quickly moved her stuff to the other counter. She came back, I can tell back she was pissed because I did that. It was a sign of rejection. EVER SINCE, she's been messing up the kitchen or breaking stuff or doing really annoying things, and accusing ME of doing that? I think this woman is insane. She's crazy. How can I make her get the message?

I am in high school and back in September my step dad kept beating me up and was a really mean person to me and my mom. So my grandparents had enough of it because it's been going on for 4 years. So I am now living with my grandparents. They are really nice to me and they bought my stuff back when my step dad sold it. But for the past month or two I just don't really like living here. It's a nice place an all but it just doesn't feel like home. I would like to go live with my mom. But my mom won't leave my step-dad. But now my mom is getting a good job now but she still probably won't leave him. How can I convince her to leave him because we both know that living with my step-dad is a bad idea. Please help. I haven't talked to her in a few months and the only way I can contact her is through face. and I don't want to tell my grandparents that I don't want to live here because I don't want to hurt their feelings.

Support was set up, but very minimal. They had to establish something because it was a domestic violence situation. He was told to pay $60.00 bc at that time they didn't have records of pay. They told me later I could submit my pay and his as well and they would calculate it accordingly. That was also that he saw him 1 day a week and every other weekend. Since my son and I have moved out of the state. We live 12 hours away. His father rarely, if ever sees him. Generally it's me doing the long drive to get him to his father. His father did drive here a year ago for 3 days to visit. His father states he is broke and can pay no more than $60.00 a week ( paid out monthly ) I do not use support money for anything, BUT to support my son. My daycare cost alone is over $60.00 a week. The father pays no medical expenses ( I do ) although his work offers benefits. He doesn't come see him- he states his work schedule is to much. ** But he sure was at the SOLD out Pearl Jam concert last eve in Philly. I just find it very hard to believe he never has ANY extra money or time to see my son. He ( the father ) says he loves his son and post tons of lovely things on FB. My son asked his daddy to just CALL HIM nightly, he never has kept with the deal & I'm getting frustrated as a mother. There is more, but I've said plenty. I'm just curious if anyone knows if you can switch a support order to another state? if anyone has had experience with it?

Well my mom is very rude and mentally abusive. I m 16 and for as long as I remember she s always had some type of hatred for me. I m a teen irk I ve made some mistakes and sometimes my attitude is bad but I am very responsible and when I do make mistakes I take ownership for it and immediately apologize. I am a good child by for some reason she doesn t like me. She hates the fact that I m close to my dad like she wants me to hate him idk why. I'm an Asian male (youngest out of two). Both me and my sister both agreed that our mother is not only a pathological liar but she also overreacts and stretches the truth so much that it becomes ridiculous. There was a time when I was sick with the Common Cold. The moment I coughed once, she immediately says I'm dying and starts freaking out. Then about last year, my sister ran away from home because we are trapped in this cage of a house and my mom stretches the truth to her side of the family by saying my mom had nothing to do with my sister running away. She even went as far as to say she will be denouncing my sister only to have a wild goose chase after her. I won't lie though. Both me and my sister aren't the most respectful bunch. I won't deny that at all. With a father who is too afraid to talk back to anyone and a mother who will be lying even if there is no benefits to it, I will be telling my parents to shut up or **** off if they ask me stupid questions. What I don't understand is how my mother will ask me questions but never listens to the answers. I have already tried being nice and obedient but it clearly didn't work. She continues to talk **** about other family members and will glorify her side of the family. She will talk **** but then act like a saint. They always start smoking the moment they get home and also have a couple of bottles of beer each night before bed, they even smoke in the car and out in public. Ok so I recently turned 18. I'm done with my family. They are trying to control and are holding me back. They don't respect me either or accept me for who I am. They don't accept my career plans. I would have already left but the thing is I don't have a social security number. I'm finishing up my last couple weeks if high school and then I plan on leaving. I moved to the U.S when I was 4. So I'm asking what do I need to get a social security number. I plan on getting one by myself. My fiancé and I have been living with my mother (I am 19 and a full time college student) realizing we live there for free, we do literally everything for my mom. Recently she's been taking advantage of that and I do her laundry, she has friends coming over she asks me to clean the house....I do all her errands. Last weekend my fiancé and I didn't even get to enjoy the weekend because she had a huge list of errands she wanted us to run. Yesterday before work she made me go pick up some Doritos for her when she literally just got home and passed three grocery stores. Now it's Saturday, my fiancé and I had plans today and I woke up to a text stating she was golfing with friends and wanted to drink and needed me to be on standby between the hours of 1-3 to pick her and her car up so not just me but my fiancé had to be there as well....sounds like a teenager to me? My Mom and i have trendemous amounts of hatred toward my extended family. They've done massive amounts of terrible things to us. My dad always defends his family and it's really pissing me off lately. There aren't enough words in the world on how i could describe my extended family. They're a bunch of cheap and broke *** bitches who love to stir up drama and mind our own personal business. For starters, my aunts always look through my personal belongings and my mom. They spread rumors about me and constantly invite themselves over to the house. I know my mom feels quite uncomfortable with them but doesn't have the courage to kick them out. The only family member who I could tolerate is my grandmother who is really generous towards me but i know she wouldn't have if it weren't for a couple of factors that affected my family. I don't want my dad to cut off family ties with them, but for my mom's and I's sake, I don't want to associate with those toxic people anymore as they have done so much damage toward my family already. I keep having thoughts and visions of them doing harmful things to my mom and I in the future in the future. I'm 17 and my aunt died 3 years ago and ever since then I've kind of stepped up to help my uncle with his daughter. She's 11 now and she's learned about some stuff in school but she said she has questions. My uncle doesn't know anything about periods so he asked me if I could sit her down and answer her questions. First thing let me explain.. I was loading my laundry to my car I have two bins the one is okay the other one is bust.. so what I use is I put the busted one in top of my skateboard (longboard) so as I go to my car there's part that I have to carry my laundry to the car like 10 feet away... so I carried it and took me like 15 sec, once Im on my way back this kid I estimated him like 7 to 10 years old already holding my skateboard walking away like it was his... As strange as this sounds, this is true. Turned 18 just recently. All my life I've been kept from girls as I have very controlling mother and get bullied in school. Very shy all the time. Unlike people my age, I can't have posters of girls on my walls because mom doesn't like stuff on the walls. My life with the opposite gender has been bland. I was afraid to look at a Victoria's Secret magazine out of shame that I shouldn't or at least I felt that way. Last saturday she was in a good mood in the morning, she went to sleep so I decided to do something nice and clean all of the house so she won't have to do anything when she wakes up, so I did chores from 1 to 5 and was exhausted, so while I was sitting there playing some game on my ipad mom came over and started complaining that I missed a spot when mopping the floor, and said that I didn't mop at all, so I told her that I did and I'm not going to mop twice. She was incredeibly annoyed and told me that if I didn't mop she wasn't letting me get a pet (that I've asked her for not too long ago) and I was very upset and mopped, but I didn't care about the stupid hamster, I was in tears because she's had this attitude for a while now and every little thing that she's yelled at me for came together in my mind to make me have a meltdown. On thursday when she called on the phone I mentioned that my tutor said I was in 9th place in the honor list, meaning 9th place among the best students, and she simply replied "why are you not first on the list?" I usually don't snap back and try to keep a calm attitude towards these things, so I didn't say anything. Then this might sound incredibly childish, but I started putting togetheer this puzzle of 1500 pieces and I've made some pretty good progress on it, she promised not to put it back in the box, reason why I could never finish it before, but she crumpled everything and put it back saturday night. Again I didnt say anything. sorry for the long story, but in short, she makes me feel like I'm worthless, whenever I accomplish somethign she asks me why I didn't do better or simply doesn't care, like when I tell her I got this hard move right in acrobatics, or something along those lines. My mom has always been overprotective. I m a gamer on steam, and sometimes I end up talking to people via steam. My mom is always and constantly calling me irresponsible if I forget things. For example, last weekend I spent the night at my cousins house, and I left a computer cord. So she started yelling at me and calling me irresponsible for that. Even though I was just in a hurry and forgot. Another, I lost a computer at school because I was in a hurry to get out of school. Recently, my baby brother said something hurtful to her. Now we are experiencing a very serious financial issue and I've to defer my studies. Probably quitting law school if I didnt get enough money within 6 months. I told her, it's okay. I'll go back to law school once I managed to get the money and she could rely on her son instead if she wants to see her child convocation. Ok, im a 21 y/o male and I think my parents are brainless. I love them but my mom (and her entire side of the family) has a rock for a brain and my dad has common sense but he's pretty retarded too. Lol, again I love my parents too death but it's true. I never finished high school, I struggled receiving my GED, I went to college for a semester but I bombed all of my classes and every job I've had was a struggle trying to learn and took quite a while and some jobs I didn't learn at all and got fired. I want to go back to school because I'm older now and I have a more mature mindset (because i didn't take it too seriously in the beginning) but idk what I want to go for.. My dad however thinks that school is a waste of time and he wants me to just join the union doing a blue collared job, which btw he's kinda a redneck that enjoys blue collared over white collared. I want a job where I don't have to break my back everyday and only making $50k a year. I want something bigger but i struggle hard in school, what do you guys recommend I do?

My dad always gets really mad and throws stuff around and yells. He just ripped up a packet full of over 300 hundred schools that i was narrowing down to 10-15 for summer camps. It took so much work and to make itself let alone eliminating schools and he just tore it into four pieces and threw it in my face because he was mad at me for talking back to my mom. He usually throws stuff around like last month I woke up late for the first time for school and he flipped his ****. He threw my shoes at me and was screaming at me and once again i started crying. I really hate crying in front of people especially him because it makes me feel weak but I was so upset. He didnt give me any time to clean myself up and i had to go to school late trying to stop crying. One of my teachers saw me but i couldn't tell her why. I just said my dad yelled at me. I don't know what to do anymore. My mom knows he can't control his anger and she told me so herself but it's just not okay anymore. He has ruined any relationship that we had before. When he's not mad he's okay but almost everyday something so little happens to make him mad. I used to hear him fight with my mom at night and i heard him hit her once. Also when my cats meow to much he'll pick them up with one hand and literally throw them out the door, its terrible I dont know what to do. I just want my friends dads.

I've turned 21 a few months ago, you know that age when you REALLY become a man, but my parents refuse to teach me as such. They make me clean, do chores, and run boring errands for them. I'm sick of it! I deserve to be treated as an equal and they should respect my demands. I want a new tv for my room but they said they're not doing that for me. My mom also stopped making me dinner! They keep trying to get me to go to college but I don't want to. They also try to make me get a girlfriend and my mom embarrassingly introduced me to her co-workers daughter. My plan was to wait until they died to inherit the house (they told me it's mine when they die) then I would start my life. I feel like they don't like me. I am a guy and I live at home with my parents and I am in my second year of college and before anyone calls me ungrateful and lazy, I am neither of those I pay my parents back for letting me live at home. Well anyway when ever I have something important to do like when it comes to homework my dad always wants me to help him and he gets mad when I say I can't help him and he calls me lazy when I cook dinner and do all the cleaning in the house. Then like this weekend I have to take the ASVAB for the military and my mom made me go with her to visit her sister when she knew I had to study. we are two sisters (aged 17 and 15) and we have one little brother (aged 6). Our mother passed away a few years ago so We are the ones that care of our brother. Unlike other children, he is very quite and shy and cute. Our father is a business man so he comes home late at night. A week ago, I was preparing for the mock exam so I didn't paid much attention to him and he got very upset and tried to get my attention, only for me to beat him up really badly . It was so bad that I knocked out his tooth and also he has been in bed riddled with fever. Even if I try to go near him, he starts crying. All of my friends love him too and because of the recent incident they are mad at me too including my sister. He's as tall as I am, and whenever he gets frustrated with me he gnashes his teeth and lashes out, hitting and punching and grabbing me. My mom was never married and never was an attractive person. She adopted me and made me her whole life, the therapist said my purpose was to fill a void, nothing else. I have a skeletal disorder, which has taken alot of my ability to walk and I have a handicapped placard, etc. I have 2 college degrees and don't consider myself a "loser". I just had a baby a few mos ago and have 2 other hyper kids to take care of. My husband works and we live on our own. My mom taunts and bullies me about being at home and "wasting my life doing part time sales and wasted my college education". I did always dream of being a nurse like she, but with a math learning disability it was hard to even graduate with my Bachelors. She also calls my mother in law "lazy and a loser" for being a stay at home wife and says that housewives have no purpose and just are a burden on society. She brings me to tears alot with her comments and sees nothing wrong with them. She loves to tell me that "plenty of women have worked full time, raised 3 kids, and went to nursing school full time, you are simply making excuses". Is she right? She also claims that I give her no access to my kids (do you blame me?) and when she offers to keep them I don't allow her. She is always running off with her friends or "sick", or "sleeping", or is "not getting out today" when I ask her to keep them so that I can go back to school. I told her that I don't even want her at my son's BD party because of her poor attitude. She has progressively become more hateful and spiteful over the last few weeks and I wonder if she is off her meds. My grandma said "your mama just doesn't feel good, its not her fault"

So yesterday, I gave my sister a foot massage so that she could take me to the mall today, after that she promised me she will take me to the mall. But when I woke up today, she was out with my other sister and they went to the mall! I got so mad because she has done things like this in the past and I don t want to just give her the "I m mad" face. I want revenge! And I really need help on that. Do you guys not realise this?? Countries like Iran have it right. Females should be quiet and do as men tell them. Cook, clean, and bare children. I fully understand why they are subservient and covered up. The "free world" should take a few tips from that, as the western females are too Integrated into society. They should be banned from driving, sport, any sort of career, in fact anything that doesn't involve cooking, cleaning, and being a man's sexual toy. Both the USA and the UK have a lot to learn.
