I am marrying the man of my dreams. We are paying for the whole wedding. First of all, my FMIL has turned into an overbearing and very opinionated person. It is annoying! She keeps telling me, "So, I ve decided..." and presumes to tell me what she s decided is going to happen at mine and my husbands wedding. Then she purposefully tried to start a fight with my mom at my dress fitting. Then there is MY mom who couldn t afford to buy her mother dress, which is fine, but then she turns around and says she wants a dress, not a pant suit, and that I had to buy her a new outfit or she wasn t coming (after the 180 period to make a return was up of course.) Then there are my bridesmaids. I have to buy two of them their dresses because they can t afford to, which would be ok except for the fact that the one just spent $200 on a puppy and then proceeded to ask me what I thought of her new puppy. Their dress and shoes are $150 combined. I am envious of my fiance because his groomsmen are taking him away for a bachelor weekend. Mine aren t doing anything for me, which I get, they don t have to throw me party, but it would be nice. I haven t asked them to do anything except purchase their dress and shoes. I love these girls, but I just feel like they are taking advantage of my kindness. I am emotionally and financially drained. Ok, rant over... I guess you can all tell me how awful I am now.
