Question: Boyfriend took away birthday gift.? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 07:58 PM PDT My bf got me tickets to a concert for my birthday months ago. We got in an argument on the way and he said I made him too miserable to go in so he left. I'm upset and he said it's my fault. |
Question: Is it weird if my mom drops me off for a first date? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 07:54 PM PDT So here's the story - I am 23 and I met this guy on Tinder last Sunday. We started talking and have really hit it off. I got into a wreck on Tuesday. It wasn't my fault, but I am currently going through a dispute with the insurance company so I do not have a rental car yet. We planned a date for this Saturday and he knows that I do not have my car. I told him I would have to possibly borrow one of my parents cars, however, at the time of my date, my mom needs her car so she is just going to drop me off and pick me up. Is that weird? Does that make me look immature? |
Question: Advice on coming out? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 07:49 PM PDT context on my situation: I've literally known since I was 11 that I like girls. I've never really been attracted to men in the same way, and being romantically involved with girls has always clicked more. I feel like I'm ready to tell my parents (I'm 17 now) but I'm terrified. I just am tired of hiding in the dark like this. |
Question: What is the guy im seeing trying to tell me? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 07:49 PM PDT we're just talking but i've met his family and he's been very persistent.. the more persistent one. he told me he's had something on his mind for a long time and needs to talk to me ab it. i asked if it was bad he was like sure yeah. he's been beating around the bush not answering my texts and when he does it's like sorry i was at work haha this happened blah blah. i asked him to talk ab it now and he said it was a face to face convo. i have a pretty good idea ab what it is but i want unbiased opinions so what do you think he has to say? |
Posted: 26 Jul 2019 07:47 PM PDT I've been talking to this guy for a month. We've been on one date.No sex. He texted me good morning almost daily for a week and a half. When we went on the date, we went walking downtown and he held my hand. He also asked to take a photo of us for his social media. He typically texts me during the day but never anything interesting. Just photos of his daily cup of coffee, pics of the food he's cooking and the occasional selfie. It's Friday night, he works a half mile from my house. We've hung out once in this month and yet he doesnt offer to hang out or come to see me when I'm a 3 minute drive away. If a man is into a woman I would think he would want to see her and it would come natural for him. Even if it was a quick hello or a dinner. It takes minimal effort for him to hang out when I'm this close. Before you say I should just ask him..I did have plans with him last night and he cancelled because it was his sisters birthday and he forgot and had to be with family.. He then said he would make it up to me. Yet today after work he went straight home (he lives 30 min away) and didnt even think or consider asking me to do something tonight (date night for most). He just sent me a photo of a coffee cup from a coffee shop and said he was trying a new drink and a smiley face kiss emoji. Now....just crickets. I'm 3 minutes away, if he liked me wouldn't he want to see me whatever chance he had? No more texts, no calls for the remainder of the night, he hasn't reached out at all Also I offered to bring him coffee at work, since he's always talking about how much he loves coffee and since he works right down the street and I had the day off. This was a chance for me to see him or him to see me even briefly. The response I got was "All set but thank you" |

Question: Do you think this is a normal thing? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 07:26 PM PDT My ex boyfriend who is now married keeps asking if my boyfriend and I want to hang out with him and his wife. Is this a common thing? What does it mean? |
Question: Why do people always act so surprised when I tell them I'm 21? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 07:14 PM PDT People always tell me I look 17 when I am actually 21. I can never find jobs because everyone thinks I'm in high school. I have tried using makeup but it is not working. Nothing is working. Even the guy I like stopped talking to me after I told him I am 21 because he couldn't believe it at all. The guy I like is not younger than me lol. In fact, he is 24 years old which is three years older than me. I don't know what's up with him really. |

Question: Practicing self love? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 07:09 PM PDT I feel like I've allowed a man to come in my life and turn it upside down...I know he shouldn't be in my life but for some reason I don't want to remove him either... it feels like I'm trying to prove myself to him... I don't know when I got so weak. I used to be SO confident and head strong...and it's like I'm asking the same person that hurts me to heal me. My best friend said to just block him from everything and move on with my life. I just don't know if I have the strength. (I've been seeing him for over a year now) |

Question: Why can’t I orgasm anymore? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 06:50 PM PDT I used to orgasm with my boyfriend. We broke up for a while due to him being violent towards me. He has since gotten help and he is sweeter than ever, but now when we have sex I can't orgasm. Do you think I need more time to get used to us being back together, or did he lose his magic when he stopped being an @sshole? |
Question: Why is he with me if he likes skinny women, help me understand? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 06:47 PM PDT I'm 5'4" 145 pounds and I catch him looking at females 110-130 pounds. I feel like he's going to cheat on me because of this. I feel like he's settling even though I don't have a chubby appearance and I'm not obese I don't feel secure with him. This is also effecting my confidence and self esteem I'm not even considered a BBW. So why is he with me if he prefers someone smaller secretly? |
Question: Is it bad that I’m too unique to have a girlfriend? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 06:45 PM PDT I'm 18 and never had a girlfriend before because I'm just too different and unique to have one. There's literally not a girl out there for me that I think could have the same interests as me because my interests are so diverse. I'm also a sports nerd meaning 24/7 I'm into info about basketball and football but at the same time I listen to underground rap none of you have ever heard of before and I could go on about other things but I don't wanna rant that much. So what do I do though? |
Question: Need help! Crush on older girl? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 06:44 PM PDT So there is this girl I really like. She is perfect for me and we have a fun time with friends. She thinks I m funny and cute too. The only problem is that I think she only sees me as a younger brother because of our age difference. I m 19 while she is 24. I really don t know what to do. I just feel so empty inside. I feel like I won t find someone as perfect as her for me. I don t know what to do. I don t want to ask her out or something because I m pretty sure she only sees me as a younger brother. |
Question: What should I do here...? Please read? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 06:44 PM PDT My boyfriend and I have been planning to go to six flags before summer even started, but, due to transportation complications we haven't been able to.. now that one of his closest friends is back from DR, he said his sister can take us (the friend's sister is going to take us). But, here is the issue, first I always feel left out when the three of us hang together, if it's not me who feel left out then is my boyfriend's friend, and my boyfriend in the middle trying to not make any of us feel bad. I don't think I'm going to enjoy being there at all, they're always with their inner jokes and stuff they end up leaving me out sometimes without noticing. I think it would be better to give the boys some time for them, let my boyfriend hang out with his friend, but I don't know how to tell him... if I tell him that I'm not going cz I'm gonna feel left out he is gonna be sad because he really wants me to go :/ Idk what to do... |
Question: How's your life going? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 06:43 PM PDT Life is boring now. I don't see the point. I never have anything to do anymore. My family wants nothing to do with me. I have no friends. I don't date. I don't see the point. I can't work. I'm too shy. Do you have a supportive family? Do you have friends? Are you financially stable? Do you have a nice relationship? How old are you? I'm 22 by the way. I just feel like when you get older life gets boring and there's no point anymore. Also if you're a minority or weak person. |

Posted: 26 Jul 2019 06:30 PM PDT I began talking to this guy via insta he was super sweet and we hit it off the first thing he told me was that he didn't want to date I developed feelings for him and he asked me how I felt I told him and he said he felt that same and would consider dating me we finally meet in person and I didn't feel much interest from him so when we got home I asked what we were gonna be . He said that he didn't want to be serious and I said I couldn't do casual and we agreed to be friends since I didn't wanna be causal fast forward 2 days late and he says he doesn't wanna be an item but |
Question: Based on these facts is this guy just not that into me and I'm in denial? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 06:21 PM PDT We met a month and a half ago. We're both somewhat of introverts. He works about 3 minutes away from where I live. I bumped into him at his work and that's how we met. We're both in our late 20s. We've been talking daily for the past month via text/phone. We seem to have opposite schedules where I work weekends and he only has weekends off but I'm out every night at 6pm On the one date we went on we went walking around town and he held my hand. He asked me if I wanted to take a pic together also and he tried to kiss me. Since then I've been trying to hang out with him again. That was 5 days ago. I've asked him if he wants some coffee since he works down the street from me and he likes coffee.I had the day off and he was working, this was my excuse to see him. He declined my offer. Then we were supposed to hang out last night and he said he couldn't because he forgot it was his mothers birthday. Every night he gets out of work at 6:30 pm and I am a half mile away and home from work by then. He has never once thought to ask if I'd like to get together since he's so close by. Instead he goes to this coffee shop in the town he lives which is 30 min away. He sometimes goes to this coffee shop 2x a day, morning and evening. He also mentioned that he is gym partners with the girl that owns the coffee shop who's there all day. If he's driving straight to his town after work and going to this coffee shop 2x a day and not asking me to hang out is it clear he's not interested? I've told him I don't want to waste my time and he said he has no intention of wasting my time. He claims he's "clueless" when it comes to women. Yet I've always thought if a man was interested in a woman he's going to do everything in his power to make that clear. For example, going to the coffee shop that girl owns 2x a day and working out with her everyday at the gym. VS. texting me 3 or 4x a day and never initiating plans despite being down the street 5 days a week. |
Question: Keeping in touch with past coworker? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 06:20 PM PDT A coworker recently quit his job. I have been having a crush on him. He makes me laugh at work and I enjoyed being around him. The thing is, I want to keep in touch, and want to ask him out through texting. I am afraid that it would seem unexpected or he doesn't have the same attraction that I have for him. Any advice on how to go about this? |
Question: Is it sexist that men age better than women in their 30's? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 06:16 PM PDT My ex boyfriend was just an average looking guy in his 20's and he now looks extremely handsome and has grown into himself and I cant stop stalking his social media. He's now married to a girl who is practically a model and is gorgeous and my ex boyfriend aged really well. All the guys I knew in college all aged really well and are all now successful and good looking, put on muscle and look fit and ripped, lost weight, etc Like from age 28-38, men seem to age really well |
Question: Why do people say that crushes are bad and someone we cannot have? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 06:14 PM PDT |
Question: True, fake love, or just none sense? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 06:11 PM PDT I've met this girl about 4 months ago. We felt comfortable with each other so quickly that we fell in love with each other just last month. We both believe this is a sign of true love. The girl had an abusive childhood, and still lives with her abusive parents. When I talk to her. I notice that she says that I'm the only solution to all her problems, and that she can't open her heart to anyone else after me cause she won't have enough energy to do so. Something inside me says that she's only trying to use me to get rid of her problems not to actually spend her time with me, and that this isn't true love. What do you think? |
Question: How could she be so heartless, we were so close? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 06:10 PM PDT I am 37 dating (was) a beautiful 22 year old gal works with a topic public figure, soon to be going to grad. school... I am a divorcee with an 8 year old son, and have my own firm... We've know each other for a bit over a year and recently have been "on and off" since last October (she broke it off due to my own inconsistencies, but were consistent since March... So obviously the relationship has naturally progressed, and she's hinting at commitment, I told her that I want to spend more time with her, but definitely am willing to commit in the future.. She's met my business partners and son already, and is literally my dream girl. However, she's told me after a small argument, and stated that she's not going to wait for me to give her what she wants/ needs and said we need time "to cool off" since she's returns from her 5 week business trip after this week... After, we made small convo and she let me know she made it back to our state, but hasn't talked to me in over 2 weeks, but texted me 3 days ago about something small, then ended it with " Well, I hope you have a great rest of your day"... So I posted a picture online w/ two beautiful women on my left and right, and see that she unfollowed me on all social media (like blocked and unblocked, so I'm not following her)... Haven't talked to her in a month and 2 days now.. |

Question: How do you say hi and bye to a girl on the first date? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 05:53 PM PDT So like how do you approach them on the first date? Question: How do I get my fiancé out of bed in the morning? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 05:48 PM PDT Every morning my fiancé has work at 10 am. Me, trying to be the responsible one, tries my hardest to get him out of bed on time. He hasn't been on time to work in weeks and it's really frustrating. I overcompensate time and he under compensates it. Even when he's not working, I can't get him out of bed. Nothing I say will get him up. I can drag him out of bed and he will get right back in it. We argue about it every morning and I've just gotten sick of it. Any ideas? |

Question: Guy I’m dating told ex he loves her? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 05:40 PM PDT My boyfriend broke his phone two weeks ago. So he's been using my laptop as a form of communication until he can get his phone situation figured out. My boyfriends ex that he literally broke up with a little over a month ago inboxed him on Facebook. I snooped (he left the page up) she asked to come see him. And she said she loved him. And he responded back "love you too i would hang out with you but I'm with somebody else and then he told her that's she messed up etc" Should i ask him about it or let it go? I don't mind admitting i looked at it Background info when I met him he did tell me he had just recently broke up with someone. He seemed over her. I don't have much context over their relationship. He told me he just left her because she betrayed his trust or something he said she didn't cheat but more so she kept letting others in their relationship. He told me he owes her money too. |
Question: Isn't it harassment if you keep contacting someone who don't want to hear from you? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 05:40 PM PDT My boyfriend's ex girlfriend won't stop contacting my boyfriend. Question: Was i wrong in the breakup? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 05:40 PM PDT My boyfriend and I work together. For the past 4 months I was helping my boyfriend even though we don't live together. He hit a tough spot with his bills and I've been tying to help him as much as I can. I gave him money for the light bill and water bill in April. I gave him gas money a few times too. But 2 months ago my boyfriend had received his hospital bill in the mail for being sick and he told me they were going to start to garnish his check because he couldn't afford the payments. So i started working overtime at work to help him get his debt down. He asked me to take out a loan for him but it didn't get approved so I started working more hours to try and make up for the lack of income. My friend asked me why was I working so much lately and I told my best friend at work that a i was helping my boyfriend with the bills until my birthday came. I told her he doesn't have the motivation to work OT so I'm just trying to help him until he gets hisself sorted out. And i told her i didn't want him borrowing money from other people so i rather look out for him She went back and told my boyfriend what I said and he dumped me ghosted me and I'm not sure what I did. |

Question: Why is my boyfriend obsessed with latina women? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 05:19 PM PDT he's always watching videos with spanish speaking women, or following latina women and liking their posts, and he acts like innocent like he never followed them? i am a quarter latina so i feel kind of feel insecure or left out sometimes. he will ask me "what does this mean" like stuff in spanish and i don't speak spanish fluently and he knows that but yet he still asks? i am just confused if he has a fetish for them or is just really obsessed with them, he is full vietnamese by the way. and his ex was also full latina |
Question: Why would he chase me if he didn't want commitment? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 05:14 PM PDT I know this sounds kind of stupid but this was kind of confusing for me. I had been intimate with someone very early in our friendship. I know for a fact that we both liked each other more than friends. But we had a sleezy hookup in the back of a car which was unlike me. It was embarrassing and awkward af so after that, anytime he would text or call me, I'd just assumed that's all he wanted. I had stopped talking to him out of shame.. Anytime he would text or call, I wouldn't answer. After a while, he stopped trying and I don't blame him. Fast forward some years later, he would call and text me more. I'd finnaly decided to hang out with him again. We didn't have sex. We would just watch movies and cuddle lol. After a while, we had sex again. It was nice. But then that's when he stopped texting or calling, and then he just started ignoring me all together. He probably wasn't for me but this is exactly why I avoided him for so long but I just don't understand why he would contantly reach out just to treat me like this. Was it to get back at me? |
Question: Bf has no concern for my time? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 05:05 PM PDT My bf has no consideration for my time what so ever. Example he got off of work at 5:30. We had plans to hang out. I finally called him at 7:30 to see what time we were hanging out. He told me he got distracted at the house and forgot to call me. He is always late. On numerous occasions he will call and tell me he's leaving his house at say 6:00 but won't show up till 7:30 or 8 because he had to stop at Home Depot and look around or he fell asleep. This inconsideration do my time is really starting to get to me. When I try to talk to him about it all he can say is he doesn't wanna argue with me. He knows it bugs me but he continues to do it. Should I just end things? |
Question: Is this a bro code betrayal? Told his girlfriend EVERYTHING? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 04:57 PM PDT So my best friend from HS and I recently and accidently reconnected out clubbing. We wound up getting plastered and went on to a strip club together and having a good old time. Having connected over drink and naked women, it's become a thing over the last 6 months of sending each other both tasteful and porn content to each other, to talk about what gets us off and how our respective love lives are going. This also came after a break up for me so it's been cool for me having an outlet and someone to spill to. But I did assume a level of confidence.... Having met his girlfriend of a few years last night, it's clear there isn't. She knows about my masturbation habits, the kind of girls I like and all about the stuff we send each other. And she doesn't seem to filter either. I was talking to some of his other friends about work and how hectic and stressful it's been and she straight out said that it makes more sense as to why I j.erk off so much..... I'm embarrassed to be honest. She brought up things throughout the night, right up to when I left. I'm happy having this connection back in my life, but feeling a slight betrayal. Am I wrong to feel this way, or? What do I do? |

Question: I bought some sex toys for me and my boyfriend. How do you think he will react? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 04:33 PM PDT I got creme brûlée flavored lube for when I go down on him after sex I just don't like the taste of myself on him. I got a numbing throat spray. I got rope, a *********, and a distance vibrating bullet that he can control for public play. And anal lube! I wanna know how a bf would react to this. He knows I went but doesn't know what I got!! |
Question: Would you date someone with a physical disability? Posted: 26 Jul 2019 04:24 PM PDT I was born with a physical disability that affects my arms. I pretty much live independently. I have my own place and I have a steady job. My disability doesn't really stop me living my life, but I've hit a wall with one aspect, Dating. I'm 28 now and I'm looking for a serious relationship. I've had relationships in the past but they just didn't work out for different reasons. I have decided to give a dating site a chance. I've been on a dating site for about 6 weeks now! I've built up a few steady conversations and a few lads have asked to meet me. I've explained to them all about my disability and their still happy to meet, but I don't think they understand the full extent on how it affects my physical appearance. I'm used to dating guys who I have built up a friendship with first. I'm petrified I'll turn up and they'll be shocked and loose all interest or worse stand me up completely. Should I agree to meet? I could explain it a bit more to them?, but I don't want them to feel pressure to agree if they feel uncomfortable about it! Or am I just completely over thinking the entire situation? 😂 Any advice is greatly appreciated. |
