Question: Is my best friend my real best friend ? Posted: 23 Jul 2019 04:21 PM PDT We used to hang out a lot but now when she called me to hang out with her and I told her that I can but after for example 15 minutes . After 15 minutes I called her and she told me that she can t hang out with me because she s with her friends. I feel also kinda bored when I m next to her . We will be friends for 6 years now and we grew up together. But I feel really weird because we used to have fun together but as we are getting older I m staring to feel really bored next to her and I think that she s really bored too. Whenever we are hanging out we don t talk much as we used to do. Also my parents don t like her and my older sister either. We used to have trips like to the village which is 1 hour and 50 minutes away from our hometown. But now she s too lazy to go anywhere with me. I would go anywhere with her but she s the type of the person who would just like to relax home and I m the explorer type of person. I m trying my best to be really good friend . But most of the time when I want to hang out with her she just doesn t have any time on me or is lying about not having any time . Is this relationship good for us ? I m afraid that it isn t. Hope someone will help me here. |
Question: Why do the good looking people grow up too fast? Posted: 23 Jul 2019 04:08 PM PDT When I say grow up fast I'm meaning the friends you find the coolest are the ones who disappear out of your life from other situations. For example, my friend Danielle who used to chill with me and my girlfriend, but she got pregnant and left by the dad. So we dont see her that often anymore. But our Male friend Kyle still hangs with us, but we not that interested. We only hang out with him more often because hes the only one that has all the time in the world to chill with us. All the Cool people are too busy to see us |
Posted: 23 Jul 2019 02:51 PM PDT I'm a 27 year old female and my BFF told me that she loves me and I said I love you more is it ok that I said that? She's like family to me anyway she's been knowing my family for years |
Question: I have a friend who is very negative and drawns me, what should I do? Posted: 23 Jul 2019 02:05 PM PDT Every time I am around her I feel very down, she is constantly complaining and finding reasons to talk negatively about others. I feel like I understand her, however she has a negative impact on me. I feel like if I leave her, she will talk negatively about me, behind my back. |
Posted: 23 Jul 2019 01:01 PM PDT What does it mean when a friend that does you so dirty, and finally take the longest time to decide they are toxic for you and you don't want to be friends with them so you wish them good luck and best wishes and they say to you "I don't need your luck, I already know I have it". |
Question: What do you think of a friend who does this:? Posted: 23 Jul 2019 12:42 PM PDT Forces you to sit and watch endless stupid videos of people pooping their pants and vomiting and setting things on fire while he roars with insane laughter. When you want to play a video, he watches it for a few seconds, grunts and puts on another gross-out video and laughs uproariously. He also insists on buying all the food and beer so you will feel obligated to him. @noname - guy is 35. |
Question: What should we do for fun? Posted: 23 Jul 2019 12:01 PM PDT I'm a 21 year old guy and I'm friends with a 16 year old girl at my work. I trained her, and I've gotten to know her pretty well. Here's the thing. I like her, she's a smart, kind, fun, genuine person. How can I progress our friendship? I want to go out and do something as friends to strengthen our friendship. Just not sure what. To be clear, this is only friendship and I want to make sure no one thinks we are dating or something. Does she have a crush on me? I don't know. I think she's cute, but I'm not gonna cross that line. Any ideas for something fun to do she will like? I have a car btw. So there s useful tool. |

Question: Why does he masturbate to my pictures if he doesn’t want sex? Posted: 23 Jul 2019 10:34 AM PDT This guy and I hung out and we had sex. After I told him my parents like him and want me to date him. He said that he thinks us hooking up should just be a one-time thing but that he enjoyed our time together. He said that he didn't want me to think that this was going somewhere. He said that he thinks I'm stunning that he loves my body and pictures. And that he will always accept them with open arms. I told him that I don't want a relationship and that I only want sex. And he replied telling me not to stop sending him pictures though. All I want is sex with him and nothing more. |
Question: Does this person want to be my friend? Am I being too sensitive? Posted: 23 Jul 2019 10:05 AM PDT I have this friend. At first things were cool. But then I noticed that she would say we were going places and then go without me and post pictures of her going. Then she stood me up sometimes. I feel like I'm doing all the work with play dates. I own a party favor business. She ordered stuff off Etsy which hurt my feelings. She also unfollowed me business page for couponing. I distanced myself and she texted me saying was everything okay I've been standoffish. I explained how I felt and she took it well. Which I thought. She blocked me on all social media. Long story short she unblocked me and added me back. She said I should I have told her how I felt. I did before but I feel like we are adults I shouldn't have to keep saying something is wrong. But anyway I'm still getting an uneasy feeling about her. She refuses to support me in any way. She won't ask for my help with her sons party she keeps asking strangers. I mean she doesn't have to but it still hurts my feelings she wouldn't come to me for help. What do you think? |

Question: How to say goodbye to friends? Posted: 23 Jul 2019 08:23 AM PDT In the past I have had some terrible experiences when it came to who I was friends with which I won't get into. Fast forward to this year and I moved overseas to study and have so far met some amazing individuals who I am glad to be friends with. Unfortunately due to issues with the program I have to transfer schools and I have had to tell my friends that I was leaving. While they have been supportive and know I am doing the right thing a couple of them have tried to get me to stay which is making things hard for me. When I told my closest friend she was happy with my decision but I could tell how upset she had gotten that I was leaving and it was tough continuing the conversation. I don't know if I will ever meet that many great people again and I am really grateful we became friends but at this point I do not know how to say goodbye to them and move on. As much as I have hated the program due to the school I have built some great friendships and it is so hard letting go of that |
Question: Was I wrong for "whining" too much to a friend? Posted: 23 Jul 2019 08:01 AM PDT Recently, I was fired from a job and lost a friend who chided me for excessive whining. According to her very blunt criticisms, I "think the rest of the world" is my problems, and I need to "look forward to life" as I had a bright future ahead, given my high education level and professional experience. She informed me that "she couldn't deal with negative conversations" anymore and tired of "having to make me feel better." Maybe I was "whining." I did speak to her on multiple occasions about my frustrations; it was the second time in a year that I lost employment and I was particularly unhappy at the first job I lost. However, I was also undergoing treatment for severe depression that I had thought was bipolar disorder (I did not disclose that to her), so I didn't think my problems were everyone else's fault. Lastly, I tried to comfort her when she lost a job and a member of her family. I even tried to help her find employment by revamping her resume. She also asked me to borrow money due to her financial problems, though no money was ever exchanged (we had this falling out before I could help her). When I mentioned that I tried to help her through her problems, she told me "YOU asked to help me, so don't ******* make people feel bad for reaching out." She then blocked me off all her social media, and then refused to respond when I told her "thank you for telling me about the whining." What should I learn? I tried to apologize to her. I've also definitely limited my "whining" and make sure that I don't bring this stuff up. The last time we talked, I asked her to pray for me |
Question: How can I be her friend? Posted: 23 Jul 2019 07:51 AM PDT I'm a 21 year old guy and a couple months ago a 17 year old girl got a job at my work. She doesn't work much, once or twice every couple weeks. Anyway, she's a very cool, genuine person. I want to become good friends but I'm not sure where to go from here. We talk on break and if we work together. I trained her. So we know each other decently well. Also, I don't want this to look like something that it's not. I understand I'm years older than her and she's a minor. I'm not trying to date her. I only date girls 18 and older. Do I think she's cute? Yeah. I think she thinks I'm cute too. She always smiles and waves at me. And she says things like "I haven't seen you in like a month". Anyway, how can we be good friends and maybe more in the future? What do you think of the situation? I don't have that many friends and I think she's a great person. |
Question: I want to make my best friend something to show her how amazing she is? Posted: 23 Jul 2019 07:50 AM PDT My best friend is moving away in a few days and I won't see her again till next year. I want to make her something to show her how much I appreciate her. We already have multiple friendship bracelets and stuff, so is there something else I can make her? |

Question: What to say to my bestie to show that I appreciate her? Posted: 23 Jul 2019 07:22 AM PDT My best friend is moving away to the other side of the world on Friday and we're going to hang out today and this will probably be the last time I see her until next year (she going to come every summer for the next three years). I want to tell her how much I appreciate her and how absolutely amazing she is, but I don't know how. Any ideas? |
Question: What to do when people stop waving back to me? Posted: 23 Jul 2019 07:21 AM PDT At anyplace, when see nice looking women, I wave at her. However after several times she stopped waving back to me. Even if I haven't see her two weeks then saw her again, she stop waving at me. Do it mean I now have to go on next level, like go to her face to face to say hi? Or even give her a hug instead of wave at her? |
Posted: 23 Jul 2019 07:20 AM PDT We are both females That is ridiculous because i dont feel jealous of anyone She is always very angry towards me without a reason!i am always nice to her but she enjoys very much to hurt my feelings She says me that i am not pretty while other times she compliment other girl while she was looking at me to see if i have a jealous expression Why does she act like this?? |
Question: I'm not being able to make friends in college and have to be in group at monday? Posted: 23 Jul 2019 06:52 AM PDT I'm taking summer courses and we should divide into groups but I have very hard time soicalising so I don't know how I'll find a group while everyone else already got along. |
Posted: 23 Jul 2019 05:50 AM PDT Lately, I've noticed I sometimes don't get a like or comment from a Facebook friend when I reply to that FB friend's post even though that friend "liked" everyone else's reply to his post. This also happened to me when I wished a Facebook friend a Happy Birthday. He "liked" everyone's birthday post except mine, and it wasn't rude or anything, as well as my replies to FB friends' posts. Keep in mind that I only have ONE profile picture (the same one I uploaded when I first joined Facebook 10 years ago. The only other pics of me are of ones I was tagged in, so I literally uploaded only one pic — the profile one. Also, I don't participate in the "what's on your mind?" feature. Everything on my timeline is what others posted. Is that why I don't get feedback? Obviously, I don't depend on Facebook for popularity. Therefore, my only concern is that these friends not replying to me are mad possibly because of rumors spread about me. Please help. I just feel a little uneasy right now, and I could use some helpful insight. Thank you very much. |

Question: Do you think this is normal? Does anyone else happen? Posted: 23 Jul 2019 04:44 AM PDT It happens to me that for example when I buy a new object to replace an old one, it makes me want to compare the old with the new one and if the old one is better than the new one it frustrates me a lot. What do you think I can do in these cases? Thank you. |
Question: Is my friendship with my bestfriend falling apart? Posted: 23 Jul 2019 04:19 AM PDT ok so i have 2 bestfriends, all of us used to be really close. but one of them started going to another school so we don't see each other much but we're still bestfriends and really close. but my other bestfriend, who is still in the same school, has started being really close to this other girl and 2 other boys. she barely talks to me and only talks to me when she needs help. she gets annoyed by me easily. she seems distant. but my OTHER friend, who is in ANOTHER school doesn't feel distant. what is happening? |

Posted: 23 Jul 2019 12:21 AM PDT My friend and I are both Personal Support Workers and Home Health Care Workers. Originally my best-friend invited me to go to the movie with her and her client. Then after she asked her client her client said "no because she had a PSW named Elizabeth, not me but a different PSW and she had a falling out with her" She does not feel comfortable meeting any Elizabeth because of a different Elizabeth she had a bad experience with. I want to respect the client's privacy but also seem to believe the client is concerned about meeting me not because of privacy but because of my name. I do not want my friend to get in trouble and yet I have not see her for some time. Should go to the movie or not? Friend: My client said, "I would would rather not" Sorry Elizabeth, this way you can sleep in...Goodnight Me: Well if I "coincidentally" as in "pure coincidence" aka "happenstance" or "accidentally" show up then she cannot control me. Others cannot dictate whether I go to a movie or not. It's a free country and a public movie house. Not private property. I just so "happen" to be there then there is nothing she can do. People cannot disallow me forbid me from showing up in places in public. I will even introduce myself as Isobel not Elizabeth to avoid a trigger. So what do you suggest? I don't want to get my friend in trouble or violate HIPPA but also think that the client's is not fair or correct and also quiet silly. Shall I go or not? My friend should not of invited me and than uninvited me. She should of asked the client first. |

Question: How to break off a toxic friendship for the 2nd and final time? Posted: 22 Jul 2019 10:37 PM PDT I was friends with this one person for about a year and I eventually called it off because I didn't trust her anymore. She owes me a lot of money and didn't respect my time or listen to what I said. A few years later now and she got back in touch with me again saying she was a different person, apologized for how she wronged me, and asked to try again as she has no other friends. I agreed to try, but slowly; contact only through text. It's been almost a month now and I've noticed the exact same manipulative behavior as before; nothing has changed. So, I want to end it again, no more chances. Last time I sent a text and then blocked her on everything I could and I felt badly for how I ended it. Now that I want to end it again, I find myself looking for a better way to break things off. Any ideas? |

Question: How do i make friends? Posted: 22 Jul 2019 08:32 PM PDT all my life i had friends turned out to be a witch, crazy, jealous, alcoholics. how do i make good friends? |
Question: How do you handle this kind of friend? Posted: 22 Jul 2019 07:40 PM PDT A friend with Aspergers Syndrome who you have known a long time. They are kind of odd, but you think they are fun to hang with now and then. They are from a well-to-do family and always insist on paying your way and buying you expensive gifts. You try to refuse and they feel insulted and if you accept you feel like you now owe them. |
Posted: 22 Jul 2019 06:28 PM PDT I am a 32 year old female and I have absolutely zero friends. I think I'm a pretty nice person but I cannot make an friends. Why? I have my mom and my sister who live in different states so they are technically my only 'friends' but I cannot go over and see/hangout with them. I have a sister in-law who is nice to me and I her but I am never invited when her and her friends go out. I am a stay at home mom who has tried to make friends with other moms at my kids school but no one pay me any mind |
Posted: 22 Jul 2019 06:16 PM PDT I had met this singer a couple of times before. I filmed three songs and when I looked back at the videos I caught the singer looking at me for a total of 12 times, 7 times during one song! He looked at me licked his lips and then looked at me again, another time he looked at me with an intense gaze for almost 3 seconds. Another time when I zoomed in on him and the guitarist he looked at me, and blinked and looked at me again. He also looked at me sideways, downwards, and at one point tilted his head to the right after looking at me for almost 3 seconds. Quite disconcerting to say the least. I met him before albeit briefly and he seemd like a nice guy. what is all this looking about then? btw he is married and so am I. I was with my guy when I met this musician. any thoughts on this? what does it mean when a singer keeps looking into my camera when I am filming them? |
