He flirts with both of us. So the other day, him and I are were sitting and talking and I asked him how he felt about my friend I said "hey what do you think about my friend?" And he was like, "What about her?" And I was like "Do you think she's pretty?" And he was like "Yes" and then I was like "what else" and he was like quiet, looked down and didn't answer and then I looked at him like wtf and then he was like "What do you want from me" and then I was like "I want you to tell me that you like her" and then he didn't say anything and then I asked him "If you asked her out and she said no would you be sad?" And he said "no" and then I was shocked. Then he started asking about what I wanted to do in life, what year of college I was in and all about me etc. Then he came over later that night and complimented me on my outfit and said I looked good and he didn't tell my friend anything about her clothes or giver her a compliment. and my friend said he wouldn't stop staring at me. BUT the thing is my friend and him text and have gone on one date but have not kissed or anything. Meanwhile, we only texted once and have not gone out. The first time I texted her she never responded turns out her phone was cut off. We eventually got in contact through messenger, I'm not going to lie I suck at texting so I eventually got left on read. I ended up reviving the convo later and then asked her out in person. She said yes but I rescheduled the date. A few days before our date she fell off the face of the earth and stopped coming to work. Fast forward 2 weeks, she pops back up at work like nothing ever happened. I wasn't going to talk to her but I found out something traumatizing happened to her so I initiated conversation we got to talking again. Me and another co worker were talking and I mentioned her, and he said that she told him I wasn't her type. I was dumbfounded, the next day I confronted her and she told me that I was and that she would've never lead me on like that. I asked her on another date, we were supposed to go Saturday the day of the date she didn't answer my texts. I'm officially moving on now but it's hard to when I have to see her at work. I wish it didn't bother me but it does I'm a depressed, lonely, insecure loser with very little self love how do I get her out of my head? |

We work together and we've been friends for six years now. Everything has gone smoothly in our relationship so far. Her and I basically live with each other, we're back and forth between houses. Her and I have discussed our future together more in depth in the past few weeks and things have gone smoothly in our relationship. We both decided that we want to get married and have kids. We have a lot of the same interests like music, fitness, and coffee. We value the same things and put our work first. She's met a lot of my friends and vice versa, but most of our friends are already mutual with us both. She's met my mother and step father multiple times. However, I've only met her parents twice because they live overseas. We plan on seeing them at the end of August. I'm just trying to consider our age into everything because we want children. Is six months too early for an engagement? |

When I found out he lied and I confronted him, he disappeared for a month. He finally admitted that he didn't want to be with me anymore because I didn't have a career. He actually ended up leaving me for another girl, who is about the same age as me (28) and does have a career. They now have a one year old son. After he explained to me about why he left me, we attempted to be friends, but it didn't work because as soon as he was official with her, he ditched me again. I have since moved on and have been engaged to my fiance for over 5 months. Recently, I realized my ex's cousin and I still follow each other on IG (she got lost in the crowd) when my ex's new IG showed up in my suggestions. I jokingly follow requested him, thinking he'd deny it or block me and he accepted. It started off as us going back and forth, "liking" each other's photos and him viewing all of my IG stories. She literally lets me get any and everything. I am insecure because I don't have a lot of clothes and shoes so she took it upon herself and bought me clothes. I had a rough patch last year with my mortgage. And she paid it for me. And paid my car note. She has given me money for gas and other things. She has a really selfish spirit. My problem is she over does for me. I feel like she's my mom. It's emasculating. Her friends know how much she does for me and it's embarrassing considering her age. There are also more layers to it with her mental health but the net/net is that she feels disgusting and doesn t want to have sex. I know it s nothing personal, she just gets so anxious and puts a lot of pressure on herself. Therefore the situation becomes a snowball effect of her anxiety getting worse and worse, and it makes her feel pressured to have sex she doesnt want. I dont know how to help her besides encouraging her to go to therapy because this is a lot more than I can chew. On the other hand I know that I need to be in a relationship where I have sex regularly. I cant help that it s a genuine need for me to be happy. That also makes her feel pressure, so I am lonely but not blaming her. And she is anxious about sex and it just sucks on both ends. I know most people are typically paranoid about this stuff, but this entire summer no matter who I'm out with they too would notice people staring at me.
