I do Love him but I'm not happy at all. Our wedding is this May and I keep holding on how I feel. His family is so excited and I'm so hesitant to end it because I don't want to disappoint them. My fiancé isn't a bad person BUT he has bipolar disorder and doesn't take medication. He refuses it because he doesn't think he has a disorder. He always puts me down, calls me names, and just treats me like crap. Everything in my heart tells me to leave but with the wedding around the corner I don't know how to end it. Any advice?

My fiancé's birthdaybis on Frida. I got him a gift, but I'd like to do something special for him. I just would like some ideas. I'm a terrible planner and want something and a little in expensive.
