Question: My mum says I’m evil, help? Posted: 14 Apr 2018 01:28 PM PDT I'm 13 years old and my mum always says that I'm evil. Apparently when I was small I used to hit children in nursery when no one was looking but I don't remember any of it! She also says I did horrible things to my little sister which at the time i didn't see as evil. I'm just so sick of her constantly saying that I've got an evil streak and always bringing it up causing me to leave the room. My little sister also doesn't help she brings up more stuff which makes me seem worse and just gives my mum more things to hold over me. Please help me |
Question: Is it possible for a 14 year old to bully three high school seniors successfully? Posted: 14 Apr 2018 12:28 PM PDT These girls are triplets and aren't original. They look exactly alike, always together, and dress similarly. Under all that heavy makeup, they STILL look the same as the others. It bothers me and my friends because we keep seeing duplicates of clones around, but cannot tell which is which! We dont talk to them but see them in the hallways. The same seniors (mostly guys and a few girls?) hang around them too, by observation. They stand out too much. Two of them have lockers next to each other, I don't know where the other girl is. Their parents created so much clones that they probably can't tell which person is which! They probably have a group name instead of individual name, like NORMAL people |
Question: Mom makes fun of my eating disorder? Posted: 14 Apr 2018 10:56 AM PDT i've had about 3 eating disorders through out the years, and now im restricting and exercising quite a lot. My dad is trying to help me, and im trying to change. But my mom just makes me feel bad, she's like your a crackhead or im gonna tell everyone about your behaviour and their gonna make fun of you, go eat the grass or trees. She starts laughing, and she doesn't get how i feel, i'm only 14 and im gonna make this one through but i can't handle her negativity. |
Question: 4 year old soccer games? Bullies? Posted: 14 Apr 2018 08:04 AM PDT My son is still a little speech delayed and has difficulty with directions so I thought soccer would benefit him. I was sitting on the grass with my two year old watching my son try to kick the ball (he was quite proud of himself by the way on the way home). A mother yells at me, "Is that your son with his mouth open? Kinda of like you huh?" I don't know what that insult entirely means, but I just looked away. I am really dreading today's game because of that mom. Is this normal at little kid sports? It's very stressful |
Question: What do I talk to my grandma about in the phone? Posted: 14 Apr 2018 07:49 AM PDT I have nothing to say and I feel horrible. We haven't seen each other for a long time, I wish I could go and visit her but there's a reason why I can't for more 2 years. What the hell do I say to her ? It's the same thing with other relatives, it's probably because I am an awkward and not social problem. |
Question: How can I help my sister become confident when she wears bikinis? Posted: 14 Apr 2018 06:54 AM PDT My sister loves to wear bikinis. However, she does not seem confident enough to show herself to the public. When her friends post pictures on Facebook of their summer fun, I notice that my sister is the only one in the pictures who has a tank top and shorts on while the other girls had on their bikinis. I would see comments on the pictures from my sister's friends asking my sister why she was covered and she tells them that she is scared to reveal her body. Her friends keep convincing her that she looks fine, but she still remains skeptical about it. I saw that most of the comments were about my sister and I feel so bad for her. I want to help her so she can wear a bikini without fear. How can I help my sister be more confident when she wears bikinis? |
Question: What can I do to improve the relationship to my parents? Posted: 14 Apr 2018 05:43 AM PDT My parents never listen to me, when we are having an argument. They don`t understand what it is like to be a teenager. They just tell me what to do all the time, like: "Clean up your room, what a mess!" Since I have been growing up, we have alot of problems. I don`t know what to do ... Football_fan_2005: What can I do to improve the relationship to my parents? |
Question: What is a weird tradition your family has? Posted: 14 Apr 2018 04:29 AM PDT Me and my mom have a traditional farting contest after Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. |
Question: Just inherited large sum of money after dad. Should I keep it or give to family? Posted: 14 Apr 2018 03:44 AM PDT It's quite a large sum of money for my terms, but not nearly large enough to save me for the rest of my life (think 2-3 years max of worry-free life) Mom asks me to keep it in her account as she would use it for various things (pay mortgage / insurance, buy land, get rid of neighbours in shared house we own / buy it out, ...) I'm currently in uni, so money is tight, but I don't need THAT much money right now. I've been able to get through with monthly allowance and a side job, and this would mean I'd no longer need to ask for allowance. But I fear that me keeping it would shatter my already fragile relationship with rest of family (sister, mom) - they said it would mean I no longer have any interest in them (and implied she would disinherit me) Should I keep that money and risk getting disinherited (this would probably just be emotional loss for me as I don't rely my future on getting any property), or should I give it all to my mother's account and continue asking for monthly allowance to ket through college for 3+ years until I am able to get by on my own, or should I come up with a third solution (keep something give rest / shared bank account accessible by both me and mom / something else?) This question may sound weird, but I really don't want to make a rushed decision, and get as much advice as possible. My mother is a rash woman with often jerk reactions, but I know she loves me. I want to make a choice that would be reasonable for everyone. |
Question: Why does my stepmom talk to me and ask me too many questions? Posted: 13 Apr 2018 10:53 PM PDT Why can't she be so talkative and ask my little sister as many questions as me? I like talking to her but when she talks to me too much I don't like it and think it's annoying. I feel like she needs to get a job and get her license to drive. My little sister needs to get a job and get a car. I don't know why they don't like me so much or make me feel like I can't be at my dads house without them making me feel uncomfortable. |

Question: I have done nothing but worked my life away? Posted: 13 Apr 2018 09:38 PM PDT I Was raised from a dirt poor family, raised by my dear single mother who is a widow. We weren't starving but we didn't have much nice things. After high school, I worked to help my family and to be independent. I worked two jobs sometimes, I always had worked. I went back to school late, did well, transferred to where I'm at now. I'm now 31 and I look back, there wasn't much fun, little to no dating, just work like a machine at a dead end job. I didn't want to continue such life, so I'm in pursuit of bechelor's degree, but it's same thing. I study mostly, work when I have time. I worked my entire 20's away and I don't remember anything memorable except hating poverty and working like a slave. |
Question: Can 14 yrs live alone in Massachusetts? Posted: 13 Apr 2018 09:19 PM PDT I am 14 yo American but my parents are undocumented immigrants.I don't have relatives here. Can I rent an apartment and live by myself? I live in Massachusetts.I have a source of income. |
Question: How Do I Convince My Parents To Give Me Freedom?? Posted: 13 Apr 2018 07:56 PM PDT I am a 15 year old girl and my parents are SO over protective. Until last year they wouldnt even let me be in the front yard by myself. My friends always ask to hang out with my outside of school and I always say I can't because my mom will insist on going with us. If I sleepover at a friends house she makes me text or call her every 2 hours to make sure I'm alright. I have tried to explain to her so many times why that is unhealthy but she just cuts me off and says that the world is a dangerous place. I think it has soemthing to do witht hat fact that my aunt was murdered when she was 18 by her bf but I am afriad to bring up that subject with my parents for fear of bringing back old wounds. My grandparents even have tried to explain to my mom why her parenting style isnt healthy but she just wont listen. I used to go to a therapist and I tried to bring up that subject but at the time I had "more important issues to deal with". I just dont know what to do this situation HAS to end and I need to know how Also she wont let me be friends with someone unless she has met them and their parents and "approved" them as a friend because according to her I am too young to know if people are safe or not |
Question: My father is very overprotective of me. How can I get him to back off a bit? Posted: 13 Apr 2018 07:35 PM PDT I'm a 20-year-old man. I'm a college student. I know he does it because he loves me, but I find it irritating. It makes me think that he thinks that I'm not capable of doing things on my own or handling my own affairs. I'll list a few examples of things he does. He doesn't like to leave me home alone. He always wants to watch my every move. When I'm at a store or restaurant, and I want to ask an employee a question he does it for me without giving me the chance to do it myself. He's reluctant to let me do things on my own and make my own decisions. He thinks I'm not capable of doing many things. The thing is is that he doesn't even know if I can do these things because he never gives me the chance to do them! He just assumes that I can't do it. I just feel like he has no faith in me. I feel like he has no reason to feel like that. I've always been a well-mannered responsible person. And I'm an adult, not a child. He's treating me like a child. How can I prove to my dad that I'm perfectly capable of handling my own affairs? |
Question: My sister stole from my family.....do I turn her in need some real family advice....? Posted: 13 Apr 2018 05:34 PM PDT My baby sister has had a drug problem and been in and out of trouble. She is suppose to be clean now and has custody of her 2 kiddos. I have been trying to help where I can by paying her to clean my house 3 times a week and doing odd jobs because I refuse to just give her the money. I love her but I want her to understand what responsibility is. Yesterday she cleaned my house and when my husband and children go home my husband went upstairs to put his gun in the gun case that is locked as well as he is a police officer and went to the gun range. He noticed that the $5000 we keep in the locker next to the gun case looked a bit light and $3000 was missing. We lock our room because of the guns so the only one who has access are me and my hubby and her when she cleans. I know it was her. I am devastated and as I love her and do not want to get in trouble I am not sure it will help to just talk to her. Please any real advice.... @Grandpa Yes I paid her...$250 a week.. She is clean now.....She went through rehab..My husband and I were doing the christian thing and trying to be helpful.. |

Posted: 13 Apr 2018 04:06 PM PDT My mother is a teacher and she is going to start working at a new high school in August, for the 2018-2019 school year and she wants me to switch to that high school in August and I'm scared!!! Whos right me or her and I'm gonna show her these answers. |
Question: Websites that can help with math? Posted: 13 Apr 2018 03:54 PM PDT I'm in the 8th grade and my parents are divorced and have been fighting for custody since Feb. 2017. I live with my mom and my dad is trying to make me leave my brother and mom to live with him. If I don't get a B in my algebra class then I have too. I do not want to live with him at all but those are the judge's orders. It's very hard for me algebra because my dad made me skip pre-algebra. my teacher teaches a new lesson and doesn't like going back an explaining. I've tried to review on some websites but they sound like gibberish. HELP!! |
