Question: Why does my friend make a joke out of everything? Posted: 02 Apr 2018 05:58 PM PDT It is kind of getting on my nerves. But he will get upset at us when we tell him to stop. For instance, me and a buddy started talking about rattlesnakes. Well this friend of ours kept making jokes to everything we were saying. For instance, I was telling this story about how when I saw a rattlesnake for the first time in person and just how majestic it was. This friend then replies with: No, no you didn't think it was majestic". I mean, do people do this because they are insecure and feel they can't contribute to the discussion? |
Question: Why does she do this?? Posted: 02 Apr 2018 03:40 PM PDT My best friend, since kindergarten (now in tenth) T, is being sorta distant and somewhat dramatic. She won't hardly text me, and if she does it's usually a short conversation. She always tells me that she has no friends and that everyone hates her. And she is trying to make me feel guilty over stuff. Like one time she texted me and I was really tired she I said a few words (good words) and then I told her that I was going to bed and she gets all mad and acts like I don't care about her. I know she's had it rough for a few months (breakups, fights with other friends, etc.) but I've done nothing wrong to her and she acts like I have been here for her through it all and I'm confused why she says she has no one but I'm always here for he to solve her problems and tell her it's ok. I at a loss on this. But do you think she's a true friend or just wants the attention?? |
Question: Who is in the wrong, me or my friend? Posted: 02 Apr 2018 03:15 PM PDT So, recently I asked my friend if I could borrow $1,000 so that I could I pay my bills. She said she couldn't do $1,000, but she would let me borrow $350.00. She was gonna give it to me tomorrow. Well, last night she texted me and asked me if I could babysit her daughter while she goes to school because her daughter's normal babysitter was sick and couldn't watch her daughter. I told her that I would. Today, she tried calling so that she could let me know she was on her way. I didn't answer so she had to find someone else. I've been trying to call her all day and now she's blocked my number and Facebook. Am I wrong or is she wrong for not letting me borrow the money she said she would let me borrow? |
Question: Having a hard time making friends? Posted: 02 Apr 2018 03:08 PM PDT So I went to middle school with people like me who have disabilities. I left the school before I graduated 8th grade. Many years ago I reconnected with my old classmates on Facebook. I have tried talking to them throughout the years but nothing comes of it. I really want to be friends with them but they never reach out to me and I'm tired of making all the effort. I don't understand what I've done wrong. I do know that all of us living in different towns/cities might cause issues as far as transportation goes, but I'm still not sure why they won't be friends. I haven't seen them since I was 14. Every day I wish they were my friends. |

Question: Is this "friend" taking advantage of me? What would you do? Posted: 02 Apr 2018 10:42 AM PDT So long story short I got this friend, let's call him Nathan. Today Nathan texted me if I wanted to go at his place to have a few beers. I said sure. He said "Could you pick me up at work?" I said "sorry but I cannot pick you up at 5.00 pm since I work till 5.30. Normally there wouldn't be a problem would be? I mean, normal people would just say "ok we'll meet at my place" when I said I worked till 5.30 I said "can we meet at your place then?" he said " Sorry. Next time". Now is it just me or he said that just to get a ride back home? Because from my perspective it seems to me that he just texted me in order to get a free ride. That just bothers me. I haven't told him anything at all, just wanted to get a second opinion. What would you do? |
Question: ALGUNA VEZ HAN TENIDO ALGUNA FANTASIA Y LA HAN CUMPLIDO? Posted: 02 Apr 2018 08:57 AM PDT |
Question: Is it me?!?! Help...I'm friendless? Posted: 02 Apr 2018 08:53 AM PDT I always felt different and I didn't fit in. I tried my hardest. I wasted so much of my youth worrying about other people and if they liked me. I kissed *** an shoved my head up people's asses and jumped thru hoops. I was a leader but I dimmed my light down to make other people like me. Hoping that if i treated people how i wanted to be treated. They would stay and be my friend. I never focused on me and loving myself. I let dreams slip way and I made mistakes and I didn't pay attention to my grades. I was all about my friends but they was never about me. So much wasted time and regrets. I'm 22 yrs old and I still deal with the same ****. In the work place or in college. Same ****, the past repeats itself. I've always just been in the wrong place at the wrong time. Manipulated and bullied. I'm 22 and Im adjusting to adult life and leaving high school. The friends I did have just left me. All the friends I had are gone. But they still keep in touch with each other. Which makes me think why don't I have real friends. Why don't anyone like me. I think people just find me weird or annoying. Maybe it's me and my choices or my personality. My so called friends never stay. It's also hard for me to find girls as friends because they hate me and get jealous of me I guess. My mom says it's because I'm pretty. Girls just see me as competition. Idk |
Question: Why one "no" is never enough when it comes to joking? Posted: 02 Apr 2018 07:57 AM PDT Don't get me wrong, I love humour, but I don't always feel like joking, and whenever someone is joking to me at a wrong time, I say "no", but they still continue, and then I have to anxiously yell "nononononono, please stop! nooo!!", because one "no" is never enough. Why is one "no" never enough? Gosh. |
Question: True or false: A true friend should not care how you dress? Posted: 02 Apr 2018 07:46 AM PDT Even if it's something weird like wearing a big fluffy tail or anti-Semitic slogan shirts |
Question: He deleted me off Facebook. I don't know what I did wrong.? Posted: 02 Apr 2018 07:04 AM PDT So someone I went to middle school with deleted me off Facebook randomly. I don't know what I did wrong. It looked like he deleted someone else that we both know off his friend list too, but kept a few other mutual Facebook friends on his friend list. He also had me on Facebook for a long time so not sure why he just decided to delete me, but it's making me feel bad about myself. I know one of the people he has on his Facebook friend list is a friend of his. I haven't seen him in a decade. |

Question: Was my guy friend trying to look at my breasts? Posted: 01 Apr 2018 06:36 PM PDT I was coming back from ordering food at a place and had the credit card in my hand. He was cranking his head downward, like he was trying to see something. It was for a good 7 seconds. Then he said "do you have the credit card?" |
Question: Does she not trust me??? Posted: 01 Apr 2018 06:17 PM PDT Ive been seeing this girl for 2 months, but she has always told me she wants to take things slow with me. She doesn't want to rush because she's going through some personal stuff in her life. But when the time is right she wants to give me a chance. I've told her that im always here if she ever needs to talk, i've asked her what's wrong but she never tells me her exact reason. Does she not want to push me away with her problems???? Or what could it be??? |
Question: My buddy flexed his muscles and it turned me on; what should I do? Posted: 01 Apr 2018 06:05 PM PDT This isn t the first time this has happened; I ve gotten excited about this before when the occasion has presented itself. But in this scenario, he texted me a picture of himself flexing, and it just turned me on immediately (my heart was even pounding). Least to say, nature (privately took place at my house that night. I am attracted to women, but in a totally different way. But when I see a strong man, especially one I am close to, I just want more of it! Have any men here experienced this kind of desire before? How have you all dealt with it? Any and ALL advice would be immensely helpful. |
Question: Does this sound like my ex catfishing me? Posted: 01 Apr 2018 06:02 PM PDT We broke up a few days ago. We met on a dating site and we both were back on that site the next day. I knew he was on again because I saw that he viewed my profile. He blocked me after that. I get a message from someone a few hours later with a clearly fake picture. I reverse searched his pictures and saw that all of them were fake. He had also made that account just a few minutes before messaging me. He gave an obviously fake name so I looked up his full name everywhere with 0 sign of him existing. He conveniently had NO social media, claimed he didnt even have a phone, and refused to send a picture of himself. He said he worked somewhere near me, but I found out he doesnt. I said we should go to a certain place (that my ex always took me to), which is actually right across the street from where this guy "works". Yet, he was like, "What is that place??" After a while of playing along, I said, "Im pretty sure this is ___." He goes, "What are you talking about? Who are you talking about??" He brought up my ex's name 3 other times after that, after we had already changed the subject. "Im curious who ___ is??" "Why are you so stuck on ____??" "Im really concerned who ____ is?? Why did you call me ____??" He also texted exactly how my ex would. I had known a few days ago that my ex was working until 3 yesterday. This guy was messaging me at 2:30, talking about how he cant wait to get off work in a half hour. After me continuing to call him out last night, he logged off of that account and hasnt been online since. Does it sound like it could be my ex? I know this sounds silly, but Im looking for other peoples opinions. I want to make sure Im not just going crazy lol. |
