Question: What job can we give my fiancé's 15 year old brother besides groomsman? Posted: 05 Oct 2016 10:10 PM PDT Hi everyone! So my fiancé is trying to choose his groomsmen.. He has 6 brothers that range in age from 8 to 28. His youngest brother is our ring bearer and the oldest 4 will be groomsmen. The problem is that it leaves his 15 year old brother the odd one out. We don't want to make him be the only usher and we aren't having readings at the ceremony so we aren't really sure what position to give him. We were thinking maybe have him and the ring bearer each walk down the aisle with my ring in one box and the other bring my fiancé s ring in the other box. If we do that..what could we call it because "ring bearer" may be too childish of a term for him and we don't want him to feel left out. We would also appreciate any other suggestions for a position he could have in the wedding.. Thanks in advance!! :)
Question: Is it proper wedding etiquette to put a wedding registery card in your save the dates? Posted: 05 Oct 2016 06:03 PM PDT When I filled out my bed bath and beyond registery they gave me these cards that basically say we are registered at bed bath and beyond with our names and registery number, they told me the brides usually put them in with their wedding invites and save the dates and bridal shower invitations. So I m a little confused about the etiquette. HELP!!!
Question: What s some differences between modern Ketubahs and traditional ones? Posted: 05 Oct 2016 04:12 PM PDT Just curious, I want comparisons from the traditional Orthodox as compared to more modern "changed" ones, if that makes sense.
Posted: 05 Oct 2016 03:08 PM PDT I'd like to help him choose what he's wearing for the big day. Or is it traditional to wait to see him? Suggestions and opinions?
Question: Rain of wedding day, can guest bring umbrella's? Posted: 05 Oct 2016 01:39 AM PDT We have a very tight budget wedding, and only 30 guests, So I told everyone to bring umbrella's and be prepared. Our ceremony is only going to be around 20 minutes long. Am I being rude to ask the guest to bring umbrella's? I'm very depressed & worried people will be mad?
