Question: What do you call this? Posted: 13 Oct 2016 09:10 PM PDT What do you call it when your boyfriend doesn't let you finish sentences, talks over you, corrects you (even if he's wrong), and talks to you as if you know little or nothing and he is always right an knows everything? |
Posted: 13 Oct 2016 07:39 PM PDT We will be married one year this Dec. She has two kids, between school, homework, dinner showers which we both do together she recently signed up the kids for an extreme amount of extracuricular activities. Mon- Fri she signed her daughter up for 9 classes that run Mon-Fri 6:30-9pm. I see her only when we wake up and part ways for work, then again until 9pm amd she still has to bathe her younger daughter, homework etc. I literally get no time w her only when dhe comes to bed at 10pm and falls asleep within 20 min. The activities went from 1-2 a week to 6-10 now. I have mentioned to her I think that I think that is too much for a child who is 6 and that our new marriage needs nurturing and time. She wont listen. Basically says, it is what it is. Mvery frustrsted and feel pushed aside and neglected. Suggestions on what I can do? |
Question: I want a daughter bad but my husband and I can't have kids anymore? Posted: 13 Oct 2016 07:07 PM PDT I have wanted a daughter for more then 20 years, I'm now 45 and married with my husband being 53. He has 2 grown son from his first marriage, I have a 20 year old son from my first and we have another son together. My husband can't put out anymore because of medical reasons and my tubes are tied (wich I regret) because I had diabetes during the pregnancy. We tried to see about fostering but because of the false accusation my son made against his step-dad, court dismissed the case but the report is there so we got turned down by state. My older son turned out to have violent mental health issues and could not be around his baby brother. We looked at other adoption places that would not look at the report but the costs were like $50,000 and up! We would be only at a point were we would have to have a mother who doesn't want her baby girl just sign custody over to us but there we don't know where to start. I have been in a mental melt down for a daughter for 2 years now and my husband would like to help but doesn't know how. Any ideas out there? |
Question: Am I right to feel hurt and want to leave? Posted: 13 Oct 2016 06:06 PM PDT My husband appears like a nice guy but every now and the he says things that are so messed up and then when I remind him of the terrible things he says he says that I trap him into believing he can talk to me. I'm very confused, I mean I know women can be manipulative but when is it ever okay for him to tell me that he is used to only dated a certain race of women and that that's what he thinks the problem with our sex life is. On another occasion we were discussing my inexperience in the bedroom, I asked hi to tell me what he liked and how I could turn him on because he said I only asked for sex and didn't let him build sexual tension. He said that that's what most women get from having girlfriends and experimenting. so I reminded him that my inexperience was something he used to like about me and that it was now a problem since we were married? I then passive aggressively said the problem wasn't tension the problem was he only liked sluts replied with, "who doesn't". well that clearly wasnt me as we were discussing before so I left the room. He does things here and there that I have a hard time over coming he says I say mean things all the time but I don't think they compare to things like his. I know men can be pretty sensitive about bedroom stuff so I don't say means things about that. I guess what I want to know is if I'm being too sensitive? Could he be cheating on me? he doesn't seem to enjoy sex with me but I know he has a sex drive. Not gay! he likes boobs too much. |

Posted: 13 Oct 2016 05:36 PM PDT So my friend is dating this autistic girl and she is totally ugly because she is fat and is autistic and dresses ugly like a hobo. Her name is becca and she wears boring t shirts and tennis shoes while my fiancee dresses nicer. My fiancee is in vietnam and she wears high heels and nice clothes like dresses and skirts and a lot of other nice clothes that most pretty girls wear. I like girls who dresses like that and my friends call my fiancee a skank and says that she is a gold digger and is gonna leave me once she gets her greencard. They said that she is those types of girls called materialistic girls and that she is using me. They claim that my friend's girlfriend is better and will not leave him unlike my fiancee. I don't get why they think that she is gonna leave me just because of what she wears. They said that they can tell what a type of person she is by her choices in clothing. Why do they think that she is gonna use me and then leave me ? Why do they think that she is a skank by the way she dresses ? |

Posted: 13 Oct 2016 04:32 PM PDT This happens every time. Everything begins again in autumn, and with the fall comes a changing not just of the season but of my occupation, it seems. A week ago I lost my job. I was going to leave there eventually, and with the direction things had suddenly jolted in, possibly sooner rather than later. My wife told me last night that I was wasting my potential. "You re brilliant and you are absolutely wasting it," she told me, with time spent in entry-level jobs where I m under appreciated and don t have a seat at the table. She doesn t think that straight A s in grad school is enough of an accomplishment to be proud of at the age of 32; she thought I was too old to go back in the first place, and that I wouldn t get it anyway. How do I show her that she still has a lot to be proud of? |
Question: Why can't we just ban all marriage straight or gay and get rid of it outright? Posted: 13 Oct 2016 04:24 PM PDT After all, people get married and then screw each other over all the time. Like they cheat on each other after 20 years and take each others money and run out the door without paying child support. But people who refuse to pay child support are a whole other rant for another day. |

Question: DID MY FIANCE CHEAT ON ME!? Posted: 13 Oct 2016 03:56 PM PDT Him and i got into a huge fight a few weeks ago and he went to stay at his moms for a few days for a beak and then came back to me. Today i went in the back seat of his car and i found another girls hair tie and i am ONE THOUSAND PERCENT sure that it is not mine or his mothers because his mother lost all her hair from an illness and didnt even wear hair ties to begin with. I asked him and he claims he doesn't know where it came from or how it got there. I have caught him in a few white lies before but nothing that really points to him ever cheating, he did tell me though that he hung out with one of his buddies (he barley has friends) but then i found out that he didnt and he confessed that he didnt hang out with him n that he was at his mothers house drinking by himself depressed over me tje whole time but only saod he went with that friend because he didnt want me to know he was at his moms since he was so mad at me. He keeps repeating over and over that hes telling the truth and he isnt lying and he never cheated but there is NO other possible way or explanation that hair tie could of gotten in his car because there is no girls he is friends with or is in his family except me and his mother. He has been sticking with his story and that he didnt even hang out with another girl and i can tell hes never going to break. So how did it get there and who's can it be? Also i cant check his phone for more evidence because he doesn't have one, what do you think? |

Question: Do you think I gave my best friend good advice? Posted: 13 Oct 2016 02:36 PM PDT My friend was in an abusive marriage. She decided to work, save up money and leave. Her credit was ok so she fortunately she found the best apartment. I went with her and it was small but she mentioned how this place was reasonable. She is going through a divorce and she asked my advice because I did sort of the same thing. I told her that a "piece of mind is priceless". She heard that the apartment building had good and bad ratings but it was all she could afford. What do you think |

Posted: 13 Oct 2016 01:58 PM PDT We married after all of our kids were out of high school, and "on their own." Lately its been one financial crisis after another for his daughter, who doesn't work and is getting a divorce for the 2nd time from her kids dad. My husband gave her a car, paid for 4 new tires on the car, offered her a house to rent until I threw a fit and said not friggin way. My son was given a house by my dad when he was 11 or 12yrs old. It was put in my name because he was so young and I was able to make repairs. Now he should be paying the taxes and repairs which he just assumed I will do since the house is in my name. Im afraid if I sign the house over, he will sell it for money and blow it foolishly. Its our family home where my dad was born and my family has lived our whole lives. He lives there for free. My son is paying off college loans, and recently got married. He asked me for a loan, and somehow I ended up paying for his honeymoon. He tells me he has 4 more years on the college loans and he will be out of debt. My dad would roll over in his grave if my son sold the house. Meanwhile My husbands daughter wants to live in the house he is trying to sell, and pay $300+ a month less than then house payment and her brother is wanting me to say thats ok. No way!! How do you cut your mooching kids off and tell them to get it together? |

Question: Why did this woman did what she did to me? What do you think is the main reason? Help? Posted: 13 Oct 2016 01:02 PM PDT I am working for my current company around 2 years and half. I am senior and I am 34 years old. There's one of the girl's that is transferred from another Dept and we are the same age. She seems nice and she is junior employee. She asks me always to help her out and give her suggestions etc.. she knows there's bit of friction between me and the supervisor. So one day we were having lunch together and we started chatting ( she acts very religious and tells me she hates gossip and office politics etc) so in a joking manner I told her Michael btw is giving me the work of secretary ( Michael is my supervisor) and we both laughed and it was meant to be a joke and she claimed that she never speaks behind people. To cut long story short, she went to my supervisor and told him that Katy said u r giving her the work of the secretary and it is rubbish work. Micheal who doesn't like me generally hit the roof and went to the VP to complain about me. Michael tried his best to find faults with my work which was non existent and he told the vp what I said as well. The vp called and asked me if I said that? I was shocked because it was only that ***** I told those words 2. I explained to the vp I was having lunch with Pamela and I told her as a joke and she went and told him. My supervisor does not speak to me anymore and I don't talk to him as well. Now here is my question, |

Question: How do I live a safe life for my wife, but still keep that thrill of battle in my life? Posted: 13 Oct 2016 09:09 AM PDT I want to live a happy, peaceful, and laid back life for my soon-to-be wife, because she makes me the happiest man alive, but at the same time, I crave adrenaline, and adventure, danger, and battles. What should I do? |
Question: Should I feel jealous of my traveling husband.? Posted: 13 Oct 2016 09:07 AM PDT I have been with my husband for 10 years we have 5 children together. I live in a town I hate with every bone in my body. It has been very miserable to stay in this town due to my husband s job. Meanwhile in cold Kansas stuck at home with 5 kids. My husband is in Miami Florida. Yes I m jealous he told me the only thing he is doing is working and going to the room but I think that is a vacation itself. Just to have a break away from the kids and stay in a fancy hotel in Miami that must be nice. Am I wrong for feeling this way since he is only in Miami because he is installing something for a project. I don t get to go anywhere I wish I could have a job that involves traveling but someone has to take care of the five children. |

Posted: 13 Oct 2016 06:33 AM PDT If a married man was flirting with another woman, the responses are typically, "tell his wife." But when a married woman flirts with another man, "stay out of it, she's a grown woman." Why do the responses differ for married woman and married men? |
Posted: 13 Oct 2016 12:06 AM PDT I love my wife so very dearly. I really am confused and a little disturbed about why the idea of it is so exciting to me. I mean, we've been married almost 16 years (she's 40/I'm 42), both been totally loyal and faithful to one another. We made three amazing kids together. We've been through so much together. She's still one of the sweetest people I know. So I feel like it's so wrong of me to even just fantasize about it. Do you think I'm wrong, twisted, even perhaps evil, for having such a fantasy? |
